What Dr Day and Gunther Russbacher Predicted about a One World Economic System, Coming Soon

For the April 2, 2020 edition of GumshoeNews, I collaborated with Dee McLachlan on an article entitled “Corona Virus: Fulfillment of Six of Dr Richard Day’s Predictions.” One of the six items that was foreseen by Dr Day in 1969 had to do with the way the cabal (he did not say cabal) would surprise the world one fine morning. He said (as recorded by Dr Lawrence Dunnegan, published in 1988):

“The bringing in of the new system … probably would occur on a weekend in the winter. Everything would shut down on Friday evening and Monday morning when everybody wakened there would be an announcement that the New System was in place.”

When I first heard that, I assumed it would indeed be winter, and northern cities would be deep in snow, which makes getting around difficult.

At the moment it is something other than snow that is making getting around difficult. It is the odd ruling by most governments in the world that we should “shelter in place.” In some states you may not leave on penalty of a large fine or possibly arrest.

If the COVID thing is part of a plan by which we will be “softened up” for a new system, the dreaded One World Order, I must congratulate the planners.  By connecting the stay-in-place order to a social good (protecting everyone against a deathly illness) they have aroused little resentment.

Today, there was a call-in show produced by the Federalist Society. The speaker was John Harrison who is Madison professor (think if it — Madison professor!) of law at University of Virginia (think of it, the university founded by Thomas Jefferson!), The topic was “COVID-19, State Power, and Civil Liberties: An Historical Perspective.”

Professor Harrison considered such questions as: To what extent do local, state, and federal police powers overlap, and to what degree are those authorities empowered to restrict freedom of contract, travel, and the practice of religious communion?  What was the legal framework in 1787, and which curtailments of civil liberties were palatable to the Framer’s of the Constitution?

As it happened, most of the questions were about religious freedom – congregating with 10 or more people for worship. “New Hampshire” predictably called in with ideas about mandatory vax, and FEMA’s unbridled boldness during Hurricane Katrina, in 2005, when people were not forced to stay home – quite the opposite, they were ordered to get out.

I am sure that was an unconstitutional move in Louisiana, but unfortunately it did not get tested in the courts.

Is COVID Katrina on Its Way?

It won’t surprise me if this long period of do-nothingness was planned, to cause everyone to feel destabilized. I think it is accurate to say that the vision of everything returning to normal is tending to slip away from us. If the Powers That Be (aka the Bozos that be) are going to spring the New World Order on us this is a good way to set the stage, no?

Gunther Russbacher’s Prediction

In 1996, Rayelan Allan, co-founded Rumor Mill News with her husband, Gunther Russbacher. He was a high-up CIA man who had immigrated to the US with his family from Austria at age 11.

Gunther was arrested in 1989, “for not paying a hotel bill” – or for going off the reservation as the case may be. Significantly he remained incarcerated for exactly the four years that Bush was in the White House 1989-1993.

In 1992 he recorded an event that had taken place earlier. The following was written in his prison cell in Missouri. It is entirely authored by Russbacher, who is now deceased, and was abridged by me.

The One World Monetary Cabal

On the elevator, a friend invited me to join him and three others for dinner. I needed a shower, so I hurriedly walked to my car and began the drive back to the city. It was a sweltering day in the Capitol. The air appeared to stand still. Little did I suspect that tonight’s dinner was going to be more than just a friendly gathering.

I arrived at the restaurant early so I could have a drink and check out the place. Hopefully no one noticed my surprise when I saw the group who had already gathered. It was a weekend, the place should have been empty. But it was filled with people most of whom I knew. My friend from work was already in the bar. The three others he mentioned this afternoon were with him.

Over hors d’oeuvres I realized that I was in the midst of a serious meeting. The others who were present (with the exception of one man, who was employed by one of the wire services) were all top echelon government employees. Together we represented the elite of the investigative and intelligence communities. A guy from State [the State Department] read us our evening’s agenda. A helicopter would pick us up and take us to a SPECIAL MANUFACTURING plant.

The helicopters were waiting, ready to take us deep into the Maryland countryside. We boarded, still not knowing where we were going or why. The flight was thankfully uneventful and the craft softly deposited us on the lawn in front of the corporate offices of a large manufacturing plant. I offered the guess that the firm maybe desired a government contract.

It was plain to all of us that we were on the scene as representatives of our respective bureaus and agencies. The meeting was to be with various high corporate officials, along with members of a U.S. Senator’s office and the mayor’s office of a large Maryland metropolis.

The corporate official in charge of the tour said,

“We are one of three companies being considered by the United States Treasury Department to build the printing presses that will print the new U.S. currency.”

We all looked at each other. The expressions on our faces said it all. “What new U.S currency?” Not a word was spoken. We were as speechless at that moment as we would have been if we had been lobotomized by the painless methods of chemical ingestion. Here we were, learning about the planned new currency without any warning or introduction.

Thinking It Over

It was almost as if the information had been purposely leaked to us through the grapevine… through a private, non-governmental source. The corporate official, when probed about the unorthodox manner of approach, claimed he didn’t know much beyond what he had already told us.

When I returned to my office at Langley the following day, I entered the entire proceedings into my Weekly Assessment Report, known within our circles as the “WAR” reports. Over the next several weeks I spent a great deal of time investigating the proposed printing of the new currency and the purpose behind it.

I discovered soon enough that others were asking questions as well. One of those individuals was Congressman Ron Paul of Texas who served on the Congressional committee dealing with the Treasury Department on this particular matter.

In essence, I had learned that the plans to issue a new currency were international in scope, at least a dozen major countries were planning, or had specific plans, for coming out with new money. They included Switzerland, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Italy, Australia, Brazil and several others.

The picture began to clear. Several of the afore named countries had already issued new currencies, in various denominations. Most of these new currencies had two things in common…they had bare spots, about the size of a fifty-cent coin, usually on the left-hand side of the bill.

Upon closer inspection of these currencies, it was evident that they also contained metallic filament or element strips, enabling special devices to detect the currencies as they passed through airports or across international boundaries.

If the currencies are held over a light, a three-dimensional image (hologram) becomes apparent in the blank spot. The images, barely visible to the naked eye, are seemingly always of prominent world figures, and cannot be reproduced on copiers. The effort to create the “new money” was internationally coordinated.

One World Money

Rumor had it that these currencies would later receive a common image linking them together in an international monetary system. Several years have passed, the actual issuance of the currency has, for some unknown reason, been delayed.

Based upon my information as a member of the United States Intelligence community, it seems clear that, if we were to enter into a world government in the near future, the first step, from a monetary standpoint would include the establishment of an international currency system.

It must be stated that due to the rapid advances in electronic banking technology, the chances of by-passing the new currencies and going directly to an electronic (cashless) system are increasing exponentially. If the powers that be perceive the public to be ready and prepared for such a move, I believe they wouldn’t hesitate to make this jump all at once.

The main focus of international finance would, without doubt, shift toward promoting international debit cards, which already are gaining widespread acceptance because of their convenience. Long time antagonists of these cards, such as Austria, Germany and Switzerland, have always believed in a true cash and carry society. They have already, with great regret, lost the battle.

To make a purchase, the card is passed through a scanning device. After making a positive identification, your bank account or credit account is automatically charged. Even my household has not been spared. We have received the new AT&T card which is being promoted by the intriguing commercial…”One World, One Card.”

The implications are most clear. Big Brother is at our very door. However, THIS Big Brother, should not be confused with Orwell’s; for it is not the Big Brother of our national government, but rather and more ominous…it is BIG BROTHER of world-wide proportions.

The final step would be to force each individual to be tagged with a personal identification code without which he would be unable to buy or sell. The technology for such a worldwide electronic system is already in place, and experiments with such a mark have already been conducted in several countries. [Gunther wrote this in 1992]

Other developments are underway as well. In the not too distant future, products on our grocery shelves may become labeled with an invisible bar code. The Universal Product Code (UPC), which most of us have complained is an eyesore on product packaging, will no longer be visible. It will still be there, however, only the scanner will be able to read it.

Once the transition to an invisible code begins to take place, it will only be a matter of time before humans are tattooed with a similar mark.

Wake up America! The implications to personal freedom are staggering! I emphasize the tattoo in order to bring this discussion down to a personal level. If the globalist cabal has their way, their system will become operational by 1994. To understand how all this fits together, it’s important to understand some of the finer points of monetary history.

Recently passed interstate banking laws have made this global centralization possible by allowing strength and swallow mergers. I am saying that many of the smaller banks have been virtually eaten by the big ones…at an alarming rate.

Over a 12-state region stretching from New York to the Carolinas, only three New York superbanks control over 85% of all banking assets. The same can be said for the First Interstate System, which is now in place from the Pacific West to the middle of the heartland of America.

I had ample opportunity to study the American banking system while serving as an operative for the Central Intelligence Agency’s Proprietary Operations Division. After all, we had not only served as members of boards of directors, but more so, held outright ownership of a number of Savings and Loan institutions. I was well in the know, but even I was shocked to realize that I had merely scratched the surface on the national and international banking plot.

I discovered that the SAME forces behind the big bank mergers, already controlled the American banking industry, via the Federal Reserve System. This has been the case ever since the Fed’s establishment in 1913. Until a few years ago, however, the names of those who owned the Federal Reserve were one of the best kept secrets of international finance, due to a provision of the Federal Reserve Act which stated that the identities of the Fed’s Class A stockholders cannot be revealed.

WAKE UP AND TAKE BACK YOUR COUNTRY! 

We cannot let this country be lost because her citizenry cannot see what the global masters have in store for us. We must form a figurative chain, interlocking arms to show our national pride and unity. This must be done immediately, before they manage to separate and divide us.

Their tactics include clever plans for dividing and conquering a people. If you are made to believe that you are separate and apart from other Americans, you won’t mind when their rights are taken from them. And slowly one by one, with the same tactic known in prewar Germany as “the salami tactique”, you will suddenly realize that you have given up all your rights and you too will have become a slave of the new world order.

Fight for your freedom…fight with everything you have. Let us proudly tell the world … We will not be swallowed up by global masters who wish to exploit us for their own economic gain. We will march forward with our arms interlocked….

  1. I read of Gunther’s exploits decades ago…………….there is a lot more to be realised about his activities.
    Well how ironic for Mary’s article to be published today in Australia and NZ?
    We are commemorating ANZAC day, in remembrance of our soldiers who SACRIFICED ALL for us. Not for our traitorous hypocritical lying treasonous politicians and MSM traitors who are betraying; their memory, our freedoms and Australia’s sovereignty.
    Strange: Stay in doors and do not march!! coincidence?

I was going to say that this month being April in which we put aside a day to commemorate the slaughter of our gallant young soldiers and nurses, we current day Australians, have again been sacrificed by our treasonous politicians again on behalf of the Zionist bankers.

    If anybody really thinks this “lock down” of our country has anything to do with a virus, they must be 19/6 (nineteen shillings and six pence) short of a quid ( one pound) in thinking capabilities.

    I sent videos of medical experts opinions of the virus and why they say there should not have been any lockdown, to my local Member of State Parliament who happens to be the health minister. However we still have all restrictions in place. These experts actually stated that by having a lockdown situation for young healthy people it is going to prolong the length of the volubility period of the epidemic. Those that are dying are aged people with health complications, who were going to die very soon anyhow.

    So politicians take their advice from the MSM who get their orders from the Central Bankers, rather than follow the recommendations of medical experts.

  4. Mary, we may never again live the free life of a rover. We are in the hands of insane governments. Not enough people realise they are captive, for anything to be done about the situation, except to try and educate those that don’t want to be educated.

    These days most go to university, so know all there is to know. However they may shortly be rudely awakened.

    Many have been put out of work, but that hasn’t worried them because the Government is paying us. But for how long? Very few even think of that. What happens when Morrison cuts the payments. Very few people have a large enough plot of land to grow a few vegetables even if they were so inclined or had the knowledge to do so.

    Terry Shulze, a special ” good day” to you, comrade-in-Arms. Even though we have never met and were born on opposite sides of the Pacific I consider you to be more of an Aussie than many of my associates.

    I have gained this appreciation from your writings and comments made available at Gumshoenews.

    I consider that we are still comrades-in-Arms, fighting a more important war than the Vietnam Conflict, but against the same enemy. Unfortunately when we were in Vietnam we did not appreciate who the real enemy was. I for one was there against my own free will. (Some would say Communism, fighting Communism). Once in the Army had to go where I was sent. Once turning 20, the only choice was National Service or prison. I had no qualms of doing N/S, but I definitely did not want to go to Vietnam. Once again choice, go or go directly to military prison. Much worse than civilian, I hear.

  10. I remember the days with no rules. As kids we rode on the roof rack. Parents didn’t know where we were most of the time. At 14 went hiking into some remote mountains for 5 days, no phones — only a snake bite kit. Someone’s mum was to make the 4 hour drive to meet us at the bridge that goes over the river at the end of the 5 days. Now we are locked up in our own houses.

    • Australia’s kangaroo never learned to walk normally and the emu has a brain the size of a split pea and the male sits on the nest of eggs to hatch them. Great coat of arms. The mind boggles. Kevin Woodman.

        “The emu and the kangaroo are on the Australian coat of arms,

        firstly because they are unique to the Australian continent, and

        secondly because they represent forward progression. Neither animal

        is believed to be capable of taking a backward step easily. This

        belief is reflected in the Australian Government website on the

        Australian Coat of Arms. (see the related link below)

        Putting them on the emblem means we “advance Australia” as sung

        in our national anthem. These creatures symbolise progression

        forwards. This is supported by the fact that the scroll on the coat

        of arms originally read “Advance Australia” (now it just reads

        “Australia”).Whether or not the emu can actually walk backwards has

        been a matter of debate for some time. Whilst there is nothing in

        the emu’s physiological makeup to suggest they cannot walk

        backwards, the fact remains that no emu has ever been

        observed to walk backwards.

        Many cynics believe this is an urban myth. However, even the

        Australian Government’s website for the Department of Foreign

        Affairs and Trade states that “It is thought the kangaroo and emu

        were chosen to symbolise a nation moving forward, reflecting a

        common belief that neither animal can move backwards easily.”

        It is pertinent to note that the emu and kangaroo were possibly

        also chosen because they are the most well known Australian animals

        that are large enough to hold a shield.”

        • Aborigines take roo, emu to court

          POLICE regained the Old Parliament House coat of arms yesterday from the Aboriginal tent embassy as elders sought a High Court order prohibiting use of the kangaroo and emu images without Aboriginal permission.

          Tent embassy elder Kevin Buzzacott was summonsed to appear in the ACT Magistrates Court over the theft after police served a warrant on the tent embassy — in front of Old Parliament House — at 4.15pm yesterday. Police negotiated the return of the coat of arms with tent embassy representatives.

          Earlier, lawyer Len Linden and Gulf Country elder Wadjularbinna Nulyarimma of the Gungalidda people lodged the writ in the High Court. The writ asks the High Court to order the Commonwealth of Australia to stop using images of the native animals on the coat of arms on any property and in any publication. “There’s no reason why Qantas shouldn’t ask the permission of Aboriginal people to use the kangaroo symbol subject to certain conditions such as putting some form of Aboriginal input into it,” Mr Linden said.

          Aboriginal people were keen to negotiate the use of the symbols, he said. “It’s just that there hasn’t been any kind of level playing field.” Tent embassy elder Wadjularbinna Nulyarimma said Aboriginal people had a duty to care for native animals and make sure they were plentiful, a care which extended to the use of their images. “I don’t really want to go to court but every time I see the kangaroo and emu up there — you don’t know how painful that is for me,” Wadjularbinna Nulyarimma said.”

          The animals and birds and reptiles and marine life and everything are connected to us in a spiritual sense.” Mr Linden said the High Court had jurisdiction under copyright conventions, the Racial Discrimination Act and the UN Genocide Convention of 1948. “The defendant’s use of the kangaroo and the emu is in all the circumstance both proof of the defendant’s intent to destroy within the meaning of the Genocide Convention and a continuing act of genocide in itself,” part of the writ reads.

        • Following WW2 my father was a WAGR Permanent Way Inspector who spent most of his time on a small rail motor travelling the south west checking the condition of the railway lines. He reckons they would run for a long time in front of the motor , then suddenly have a brain storm to suddenly make a 90 degree turn right or left and most times wind up running into a wire fence and breaking their neck. He wasn’t very impressed at all with their intelligence.
          I believe I read one time a kangaroo is one of the most promiscuous animals.

    • Good bye to the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia. Thank goodness this fellow came across a decent police officer.

      Note the cost that authorities will go to, to push their evil directions and plans. How many roads have been blocked in Australia with chains, gravel and had signs erected? Imagine the cost to the taxpayer, all in obedience to a criminal syndicate based in England and Europe, orders.

  21. In regard to the principle story of this page, Australia already has the type of currency notes mentioned. Look closely Fifty Dollar…..an open book, I don’t know why as government is never open, Twenty Dollar…A many pointed star….possibly to do with Judaism, Ten Dollar…A pen nib and two overlapping circles, and Five Dollar…Another star type arrangement.

    Could this be why the ridiculous fad of tattooing has been pushed, so that the public will accept government abuse of our bodies, without any emotion?
