What Should French Citizens Do Now?

We in the non-French nations are aghast that the Parliament in Paris has passed a law to criminalize criticism of advice about vaccines, and other medical issues.

And this happened despite public knowledge of excess deaths since the Covid vax was used. By “excess deaths” I mean a difference, for any particular age group, in the number of deaths in a given month — say, November 2023 — compared to a month during pre-Covid time, say, November 2019. In other words, using even that modest way of calculating vax-related deaths, it is very likely that the vax is causing the deaths. (Never mind heart attacks, blood clots, cancer, and a host of other ailments.)

So what action can be taken to resist such horrendous legislation?

Please know that I am ignorant of French law. Maybe there is a legal way for French citizens to get this new legislation “nullified.” But for argument’s sake, I’ll assume that there are no such means. The government has said it will arrest the violators of that law, fine them, imprison, them, etc, and it will do so.

As for court action in France, I assume it would take too long. Note: there is also a way for Frenchmen to bring a case to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, but that wouldn’t protect someone from undergoing an unwanted vaccination today.

One more thing: there must be many French people, perhaps a majority, that agree with the new law! The propaganda to encourage Covid vaccination has done a fantastic job instilling fear and in polishing up the authority of such entities as the doctors and the WHO. Sadly, the number of doctors speaking out against, say, Pfizer, is small.

That last factor would get in the way of a violent, armed response. There would be a danger of civil war breaking out (“breaking out” usually means “being stirred up”). Recall the beginning of Covid in 2020 when there were fistfights among neighbors who disagreed about masks, lockdowns, etc. And the misery at Thanksgiving dinner tables in America in 2020/21 when family members “fell out” over the genuineness of the pandemic.

However, that was before word got around that the disease was … er… questionable. Today there may be enough citizens to persuade the holdouts to “come round.”

Physical Protest

When I ask, in the title of this article, “What Should French Citizens Do Now?” I mean how can they deal, violently or “physically,” to protest the unmitigated cheek of the government. A physical protest could consist of worker strikes, consumer boycotts, or sabotage — anything short of killing or directly injuring the bad guys.  And, also, killing.

Let’s start with the law of self-defense. I’ll use the common law (that is, British law, as exported to US, Australia, Canada, etc, and modified by them via statutes). Clearly, we British progeny  have the right to use violence, even lethal violence, against someone who is about to attack us, or attack someone close to us.

If you face court for doing so, you may have to show that your response was proportionate. That is, if the assailant was unarmed and only spits at you, and raises a hand to strike you, and you shoot him dead, it might be argued that you overdid it.

Note: In US, the “doctrine of “stand your ground” means that if you are at home, or in any place where you have a right to be, and the assailant comes at you, you are NOT required to try to run away (and thus save him from being injured by you). You can have at him.

The Vaccination As an Assault

I am citing France in this article because that is the country that has recently gone so far as to criminalize criticism. Wow.  But I’ll assume, for argument, that France also means that a citizen cannot refuse the vaccination. This goes against the long-time rule within hospitals (e.g., in US) whereby any intrusion into the body without your consent is an assault.

By the way, it was shocking to hear that, during Covid, high school students in Sydney were brought to a stadium and given the injection without parents giving permission. The parents did not know it was going to happen until too late. A person under age 18 cannot legally give consent.

I assume the drama of taking the kids to a stadium was to make individuals less likely to resist.  How do you assert your rights if a thousand of your peers are submitting or even looking happy about getting vaccinated? (Did they play rock music?)

I haven’t heard if there were any lawsuits over the stadium event. I am pretty sure there have been no prosecutions, although of course there should be. The first person to be prosecuted for assault would be the official (health minister?) who made the decision. He “gave medicine without consent.” By now, in 2024, it is possible that he committed manslaughter if any of those teens have died from the vaccine.

What’s the Underwear Situation?

Oh, but what if an “emergency law” gave the government the power to vaccinate? Oddly enough in Western Australia, as early as 2016 there was legislative approval for such a thing.  I quote the famous sec 185 of the Public Health Act 2016:

“185 (1) If an emergency officer gives a direction to a person [under sec 184] to be vaccinated, an emergency officer or police officer may use reasonable force to ensure that the direction is complied with, including, if necessary … (b) to detain [him/her] at the place where he or she is required to…  to be vaccinated … and  (c) to restrain the relevant person  (ii) to enable the relevant person to be vaccinated; and (d) to remove anything (including underwear) that the relevant person is wearing, if … necessary. and (3) (a)  it must be done with decency and sensitivity and in a manner that gives to the relevant person the degree of privacy and dignity that is consistent with ensuring compliance with the direction….”

What happened to the law of self-defense?  What if the vaccinator comes to your door with a syringe? Perhaps kicking her in the shins would do, in terms of “proportionate response.” But of course it wouldn’t end there, as she has the full force of the state behind her. Let’s agree that the ordinary “right to self-defense” is unavailable, thanks to Public Health Act 2016.

Geez. If the policy is to vaccinate you, it’s you versus “authority” — not you versus a street crim. This is a very important point. As I just said, your age-old right to defend yourself against attack gets deleted.

(Note: I sued the Sec’y of Defense and the Sec’y of Health and Human Services in 2020, in preparation for the invention of a Covid vaccine, to try to update the 1905 ruling in Massachusetts v Jacobson. Dismissed, I appealed but did not win. Jacobson disobeyed a local law ordering the smallpox shot, but he was not forced to take the shot; he had only to pay the five-dollar fine. That case gets wrongly cited as a US Supreme Court ruling that a state can mandate your taking the shot. No. Anyway, the Fourth Amendment says “Get outta here.”)

Back to the Matter of the Law against Criticism

There has been much talk about free speech and the measures being used by, say Big Tech, to control the public voice on such matter as Covid. I mostly hear people saying that it breaks the rules such as the First Amendment in the US Constitution. I don’t hear much chatter about this as an act of violence.

But, as suggested above, if you are prevented from discussing what a state can forcibly do to you, this is much bigger than free speech. It means that soon you are going to bow to a violent act. (Correct me if I’m wrong.)

Here are the words, in English, to the French national anthem Allons Enfants de La Patrie:

Arise, children of the Fatherland
Our day of glory has arrived

is raised; the bloody flag is raised.
Do you hear, in the countryside
The roar of those ferocious soldiers?
They’re coming right into your arms
To cut the throats of your sons, your comrades!

Granted, the enemy in that song is not “the cops.” But in Russia in 1917 it was “the cops.” Recall the immortal words of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, who had been imprisoned and tortured for many years. He said “How we burned in the camps” when we realized that we had taken no action. This is from The Gulag Archipelago, translated into English around 1972:

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family?

“Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?…

“The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! Picture yourself in the camps a year from now. What will you regret?

What Can France Actually Do?

Recapping this article so far:

  1. France’s legislature passed a law making it a crime to disagree with the government’s medical policies. They did this in full knowledge of “excess deaths.” Many citizens favor it!
  2. Legal or judicial resistance, intended to quash that law, can’t be done in time to stop a forced vaccination, if it is ordered to take place soon.
  3. Thus we look at the law of self-defense. It’s well-established in English-speaking countries that you can use force, even lethally, when someone is about to hit you or a person close by.
  4. An injection given to a patient without his consent is assault (both a tort and a crime). Medically doing anything to a child without parental permission has long been illegal.
  5. In Sydney in 2021, an official sent high schoolers to a stadium to be vaccinated without consulting parents. (Possibly there has been no action against that decision?)
  6. Western Australia’s Parliament, in 2016, passed a law allowing a person to be vaccinated against his will, using as much force as “necessary.” What a joke!
  7. Maxwell v Secretary of Defense et al failed to correct the misinterpretations of Jacobson. She wanted to make clear that the Fourth Amendment makes any mandatory vax unconstitutional.
  8. We talk a lot about the current incursions on free speech, but mustn’t let that distract from what the forbidden speech is about: the threat of state violence against your body.
  9. Listen to stirring words in France’s anthem: “They’re coming right into your arms, to cut the throats of your sons and your comrades. To arms, Citizens! Form your battalions!”
  10. 10.However, it was an enemy, not “our cops” that needed to be fought that day in France. In Russia it was “our cops.” Solzhenitsyn regretted that “we Ruskis” took it lying down.

So I ask again: Picture yourself in ‘the camps’ a year from now. What will you regret?

You may think I advocate that you and a few pals hide in the hallway and ambush the vaccinator. Well, I am not advocating that, as things have changed — the ability of the state to mow you down has greatly increased — as we saw in Hawaii, for example, owing to DEWs.

So what to do? My contribution, for what it’s worth, is to focus on the illegitimacy of the government.  They are NOT a government. They are imposters. Someone else is making the rules. In March 2020, it was the World Health Organization that proclaimed the emergency. That entity did not have any legitimate authority over sovereign nations.

But the imposters in our “governments” — be it the legislature, the judiciary, and the executive — went along with WHO pretending that there was a firm basis for imposing such UN directives. And ten weeks from now, in May 2024, the traitors will repeat that by signing a “binding” treaty. Please see my prescient 2011 book, Prosecution for Treason. (A steal at $9.95!)

Thus, rather than take up arms against vaccinators, Americans should be fighting, as they reportedly did in 1776, to cancel a tyrant. As for Australia, there does not need to be a heritage symbol like that, it is enough to say “We are big boys and girls and can tell the difference between a proper government and a bunch of traitors, thank you.”

Don’t be overwhelmed. And don’t focus on the free speech rules.  Focus on the fact that the “governments” that are imposing those rules — or the Big Tech companies that are imposing their will on us economically — have got to be stopped.

It is ludicrous to put up with murder, isn’t it?

  1. The Australian parliaments are actually better than the English one because we have semi-functional senates except in Queensland where they are potentially all unrepresentative swill. Apart from Bob Katter and the occasional truthful outburst from a handful of others, our lower house is all unrepresentative swill, basically frauds in one way or another, selected by a devious electoral system.
    In the UK it’s far worse, the house of commoners is a farce, a live comedy show, where audience reactions are road tested and if the comedian in chef isn’t funny enough, s/he gets sidelined and a new one brought in. The upper house is not even elected and nobody seems to know or report much of anything about what they do, which is, run the country, in cahoots with the royals, the barons, the square mile, the whole money crowd which can be traced back to Europe and NY etc.
    Australians got a good deal out of the ruling classes in England, after ww2 there was an era of liberalism which QE2 was part of, having herself contributed to the war effort against her fellow Germans. She had her own interests and had become disconnected from her German inheritances. Thanks to these juxtapositions most of us had a relatively comfortable life so far and according to the Euro rulers of the world, time’s up now. The ordinary French and Swiss, and Germans, should quickly do some long-term planning and realise that they are in a great position to immediately take a lot of this down, they have the capacity and soon the chance will be entirely gone. The coming threat to freedom is the worst in history because it is utterly comprehensive.
    We’ve seen enough protests all over the world since the yellow vests and the burning of the Notre Dame at Thursday afternoon peak hour before Easter. Massive, unprecedented protests like the one in Melbourne, which went unreported by M$M need to be followed up on by action. The action is simple, it requires capturing high value targets.
    However, nobody here will do anything and we will end up like Communist China, locked up all over again, force injected and the rest of it. Maybe the French have enough spirit and brains left in them after this latest Macaron master-stroke, to actually do something.

  4. I might be naive, but I think MM was posing a practical question not a question inviting theoretical philosophical theories.
    Examples come from one of my comments/reports yesterday in relation to the truckers black balling deliveries to NY, business leaving NY. ….etc.
    The farmers in several European countries have a practical common sense response, including in France….. cutting of food over diesel tax, Ukraine undercutting the farmers, causing Macron to have a rethink.

        • Joe, did you actually note that our federal reserve is insolvent and how that opinion was based….. all the detail about the US federal reserve now incorporated into the US treasury and the printing of notes out of the feds control for the last couple of years. As the opinion was also based on the observation that the fed ceased printing and making its trinkets for the business. …… yes granted it is very detailed info on the proofs that the fed reserve IS defunct. You will have recalled that was/is the NECESSARY STEP to free the world from the BANKERS. As I am sure you would comprehend after all this time.
          I suppose Clif might get upset when he realises that the Fed trinkets are not produced any more. You recall surely, the rest of the details that I am referring to, you listened to all the evidence I take it.

I take it that you listened to her? You did, did you not? Hate to think she was ignored.
