The “drama” in the Capitol building, instantly reported by New York Daily News as “a dark moment in American history”

It would be nice if we had a president who would follow one of the few tasks that the US Constitution assigns to him.  Article I, section3:

“He shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.”

Note: Although I am writing this just after 3.30pm on January 6, 2021, after some citizens have stormed the Capitol building, which they should not have done, I do not blame that on the president. It’s probably a false flag. (I would guess it as staged, just by the fact that armed authorities let it happen.)

Why has Trump not acted on the evidence about fraud committed by “software”?  Electronic election fraud has gone on for decades, (see Jim Collier’s Votescam, 1992). Allegedly Sidney Powell can prove it, this time, re Dominion.

Simple Federal Law

Voter fraud is a federal crime, per 52 USC 20511:

“A person, including an election official, who in any election for Federal office—

(2) knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds, or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a State of a fair and impartially conducted election process, by—

(A) the procurement or submission of voter registration applications that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held; or

(B) the procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held, shall be fined in accordance with title 18… or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.”

The website Veterans Today carried a story in early December, saying that CIA Director Gina Haspel was captured by the 305th battalion of the US Army, in order to get the goods she had on Dominion. She was reportedly arrested, if you could call it that, in Frankfurt, Germany and coughed up some important information.

General Mike Flynn was reportedly the brains behind it.

Is the Gina story a true story? I am guessing it’s true (See my series of articles “After Frankfurt” at GumshoeNews.com.) But how unfair of our elected officials not to tell us!  Who orchestrated the amazing propaganda that says all the voting was legitimate and that Trump is merely a sore loser who will refuse to exit the door when Biden is inaugurated?

Most people believed all that childish nonsense. But couldn’t some of our leaders simply explain the law to people? There is no need to have any drama about a stolen election, Folks, you just use the power of the justice department to investigate and indict the criminals. Here, again, is the link to Sidney Powell’s 280 pages of evidence. In my opinion she is solid. And an attorney friend of mine said he considers her evidence “unanswerable.” Wow!

Follow the Constitution, No Need for Any Drama

The way to deal is twofold – focus on the criminals and let Congress sort out the election in strict accordance with the Constitution.  Here, again, from me, is the downlow as to what the parchment says. All you have to do is be fluent in the English language and you can’t miss it.

Per Article I, section 1, a president gets elected not by popular vote but by a few electors. “Each state shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors ….”

Because things got a bit messy in the election of Jefferson, Americans – before the Great Dumbing Down – added a constitutional amendment to say how the votes of Electors would get tallied. (That’s Amendment 12 — or “XII” if you can handle it — ratified in 1804.)

It says the votes will be open in Congress on January 6 and each chamber will get to vote on any objections raised by any member of Congress. Does that override or offend the role of the states?  No, it doesn’t. Mary Maxwell would be the first to yell if it did, as she (moi) is a states’ rights man to the nth degree.

Who Won (So Far)?

The states, God love ’em, had their chance to send in the ballots that their electors signed on December 14. In 32 states, those electors were pledged to vote for either Biden of Trump, according to what was the “recorded” popular vote for the said candidate.

In the other 18 states, electors were as free as the birds to vote for any US citizen over age 35. (But, no, this is not the Age of Creativity. Most electors are party hacks, so they voted just like the 32 pledged states’ electors.) The tally was 232 electoral votes for trump and 306 for Biden.

Today I saw Pence start the procedure of tallying and then turned off the Youtube.  Later I tuned in and saw Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) give a sickening speech about the wrongness of objecting.

I did not see Nancy Pelosi, whose chief of staff is reportedly an executive at Dominion Software.  But I saw Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) admonishing Republicans to shutta you mouf, re objecting to Biden’s election.  He actually said the fraud allegation was “a conspiracy theory.” I’m not lying, Mitch said that.

At that point I had to go on barf detail, and by the time I returned to my computer, the screen said “shots have been fired in the Capitol Building.”

Oh please.

Trump Should Resign

If the Congress had proceeded with listening to objections, all members would then have had the chance to vote. Granted, it can be predicted (tragically) that they would all have voted on party lines, to uphold Biden’s win. Even after that, though, the matter could have been handled constitutionally by the justice department and he courts. Our Republic can deal, calmly, with any issue.

Trump should resign, for many reasons, but I say he should resign for not having Atty General William Barr arrested when Barr, who had to have known better, declared “no evidence” of election fraud.

Trump can still be impeached – never mind the fact that his term will likely end on January 20 anyway. Thanks to the election, yesterday, of two new Democrat US Senators from Georgia (Warnock and Ossoff), there is no longer a majority in the US Senate that would quash an impeachment by the House.

    What happened in DC with the protest is just the start. The people have given up on the institutions, they’re tired of being played for fools.

        I recall Veterans Today editor Gordon Duff being interviewed by Dr Kevin Barrett, and Duff said he purposely publishes a few B.S stories at V.T because if he didn’t, he wouldn’t be alive today.

        I’m guessing that the reasoning is that, if anything supposedly significant is revealed in V.T, then the cabal can easily discredit it by saying : ‘Recall this is the same venue that said such and such about aliens and claimed that Mother Teresa was in fact the anti-christ’ , or some such, thus placating the apathetic masses who can then go back to wearing their muzzles and social distancing.

        • My personal experience with VT was with regards to their rabid promotion of vaccination.
          Comments that I had made had been censored and derisively belittled, which I find offensive given that they use their editorial power to restrict a response.
          They weren’t prepared to answer points founded on science, but clearly had an agenda that they ensured prevailed.

          I just found it simpler to ignore any premise they promoted, but take note and see how it correlated with other snippets from other sources.
          As the Buddha advised, refine your capacity to discern.

I mentioned the trial I had been in and how the police were obviously lying, I also lamented that nobody ever did anything about those lies. Never, never was a police officer ever cited for perjury.

    Jimmy said, “If every officer that lied in court was cited for perjury, there wouldn’t be anybody to walk the streets.”

    The only asset this corporation really has is its people (a collection of persons). This property (the people) must be given a value so it can be used as collateral to make loans, so they need to calculate how and what they can repay.

    The word repay does NOT mean to pay something back. It simply means to pay something over and over and over again. Be careful of this word “repay” for it is very tricky.

    A census gives the government the data it needs to calculate how much its property is worth. This is how countries are able to borrow money. They borrow, and use the people as surety to pay it back. In actual fact they do not borrow money because money is created by central banks out of thin air.

    Remember, the word loan in the legal sense does not mean loan as you and I know it. This word lies at the root of an incredible deception. Banks to not make loans, they extend credit. The difference is vital to the future of the world at a very pivotal time in history.

    Natural resources belong to the real human people of the land. How ever, real human people are not recognised in commercial law, only their legal person / corporation is recognised. The real human being was tricked into giving up all their rights when the berth of their vessel (corporation) was registered with a birth certificate.

    Therefore, the land and natural resources have been gifted (presented) to a corporation who acts on their behalf. Yes, the government of a country is a corporation and yes, it is registered as such.

    To be part to the government corporation, one must first pledge ones allegiance to it. Nobody in their right mind would ever pledge their allegiance to the government, at least not knowingly. Of course it should be the other way around. When you pledge your allegiance to something, you admit that it is more powerful than you and therefore you grant it authority over you. In other words, you are a submissive slave.

    Here is the key: look up the definition of a “citizen” in Black’s Law Dictionary. It is defined as one who pledges their allegiance to the state in return for benefits and privileges. If you are in the army, you were given the privilege of going home for a weekend. However, that privilege could be revoked at any time.

    It is the same with citizenship. You were tricked into giving up your natural rights in favour of benefits and privileges granted by a superior authority. You are now a corporate entity subordinate to another corporation, the state / government. The state is, of course, subordinate to whomever it owes money to: ie. the central banks. In the end, it all comes down to the banks.

    So then, are you a citizen of your country? Of course you are. Too bad.

    In case you are still confused, a citizen of a country is property of that country, by way of: 1) a birth certificate; and 2) voluntary citizenship registration. If you join the military, you are no longer an ordinary citizen and are now part of a new legion. In essence they have been re-legioned. Churches used to have a completely separate legal standing called piae causa. Fascinating.

    If you cannot pay a debt, you will need to appear before a Judge in a court. In the old days, priests and ship captains could marry people. Commercial judges can therefore be associated to priests and ships’ captains which is why they can preside over commercial affairs and why black robes are worn. [The priests of Baal/Nimrod wore black robes]

    Judges in the high court are called “my Lord” and everyone is expected to bow down to them. Take a look at any court document and you will see parties literally praying for judgment from the lord on the podium. This entire system is a cleverly disguised ritualistic sequence designed by those who created this legal control for us. But we are waking up to its lies and deceptions.

    What is the similarity between a church prayer and legal prayer [petition]? In both cases, you are voluntarily submitting to a higher authority. Everything that goes on in commercial law is about submission. Every court document you submit and sign is purely about getting you to submit to a higher authority.

    When you appear in court, you are required to stand in a dock (another shipping term). But first, you need to enter through a small fence called a bar. This fence, often with a little gate, represents coming aboard a ship. You are now in maritime admiralty law and are no longer bound by the natural or common law of the land.

    When lawyers pass the bar exam, they are able operate above board (another shipping term) as a registered officer. This is opposed to being below board which is where the cargo, slaves and criminals are kept. The holding cells in the courts are often below the floor level and the accused are brought up above board into the doc.

    When you place your signature on a piece of paper, the line below your signature represents the horizon line and below that line is your name (usually in capital letters). You have just been tricked into relegating yourself from a flesh and blood human being living on the Earth endowed with Creator-given natural rights (represented by your signature), to that of mere cargo / property / chattel / slave / criminal, and you are now bound by the terms and conditions of that agreement.

    In the law of the sea (maritime or commercial law), all cargo must be labelled with a name and a title. Do you have a name and a title? (eg. Mr, Mrs, Miss, etc.) Yes. You are property. [See The Colonial Courts of Admiralty Act 1890]

    Try this: try signing all agreements with the words “all rights reserved” below your signature. This tiny little act will create absolute havoc. Why? Because you are stating that YOU HAVE RIGHTS. Heaven forbid you should have rights.
