The Quantico 800 will be addressed by Trump, Then divided into some 40 committees with prior selected chairs. All the usual intel security applied.

A number of committees will have the same questions to which to respond.
The central issues are: NATO, Israel, Russia, and Martial Law in America.
The committee chairs will meet to receive their sealed orders and then to deliver their written assessments on Friday.
Numbers of committees will work on the same issues, unknown to each other.
The externally compromised will be determined and the decisions of those committees will be regarded in that light.
The required outcomes are; to confirm the invocation of Martial Law with one call, and how that is to be conducted; distancing from NATO and Israel, and moving to closer ties with Russia.
Issues as China and Taiwan will also be directed to committees, but will be disregarded. As will the sudden desire to return to Afghanistan and develop a pressure in The Middle East.
