The International Tribunal of Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) provided a Special ITCCS Communique: May 3, 2017 (GMT)
Ninth Circle Sacrificial Killings
Last Sunday night, special ITCCS teams assisted by police and citizen volunteers successfully stopped the Catholic Ninth Circle sacrificial killings in Zwolle Holland, Dijon France, and Lucerne Switzerland.
In six other cities in Europe, similar killings were either cancelled or moved to other locations because of the threat of disruption.
The Common Law Sheriff’s Office of the ITCCS, which helped to coordinate these actions, has issued an internal report which we quote in part:
“With the help of local sympathetic police our teams went into action in the designated locations commencing 22:30 hours GMT on 30 April. As we anticipated, our best successes occurred in the locations that had not been publicly announced, where we surprised the cult members as they prepared for the ritual killings.
In Zwolle, Dijon and Lucerne we arrested a total of nineteen individuals and released eight children from captivity. All of the latter were under the age of five or six and were slated for torture and killing; they included five boys and three girls. The cult members we apprehended were turned over to local police after being questioned and their statements were recorded by our teams. (Note: See our separate report on these statements and accompanying evidence retrieved at the sites)
In Rome, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Brussels and Geneva our actions were blunted by the presence of armed paramilitary units at the cult locations. Considering the proximity of these locations to the leaders of the Ninth Circle this was anticipated. Nevertheless we have learned that the planned killings at these major sites were in fact postponed or relocated to elsewhere, possibly because of the public announcement of these locations.
Unfortunately, in Washington DC our team was unable to intervene and we must assume the cult performed their killings. Several of our team members there were arrested by plain clothed officials and are still being held in communicado. We have yet to receive a report from the teams that were to strike at the cult centers in Tara Ireland and in Vancouver and Montreal Canada.
In general our actions were a definite blow to the Ninth Circle and to the confidence of its members. Of great satisfaction to us was the increased cooperation of elements of the local police who assisted us in detaining the cult members. We can say with certainty that the tide is turning.”
Of equal importance to these actions has been a back channel communication that was received yesterday by the ITCCS Central Office from a party claiming to represent an element within the Catholic Curia in Rome (the College of Cardinals). This party has requested an immediate meeting with ITCCS officials.
The Vatican-run Ninth Circle cult has been forced once more onto the defensive, and lives of the innocent have been saved. Divisions are clearly appearing within the Vatican hierarchy and we suspect more revelations soon, especially as politicians in the European Union are beginning to debate the Ninth Circle atrocities.
To all people of good will and to all our affiliates we ask you to not forget that despite this victory the Ninth Circle killings will continue, and our efforts must therefore never slacken. We welcome the flood of new volunteers into our ranks and urge them to undergo our common law Sheriff training programs to equip them to stop once and for all the torture and killing of our children, and those responsible.

A comment upon the rich or at least most seem to be highly privileged who are involved with these heinous crimes, when you have to much power and become lost as what any meaning life has or in this case death.
One is tempted to dismiss such journalism as being to far fetched, as one Googles such activities you see it is real, such activities seemingly is not on ABC, Breakfast TV. all the same we would miss Michael’s puns on the subject, he always makes us feel happy no matter what whether its several hundred killed in the Middle East.
Be interesting to hear ‘our’ ABC’s Paul Barry on media watch castigate any journalist who runs with this report as he did with the Fiona Barnett exposures.

Barry: Recently the media published sensational claims of a VIP paedophile ring that included former Prime Ministers, police and judiciary. But when such serious claims are unverified, they should be approached with caution.
GEORGIE GARDNER: A woman who says she was the victim of an alleged paedophile ring operating in the 1970s has made explosive claims in Sydney today. Fiona Barnett spoke at a press conference along with members of abuse survivor group, SNAP.
FIONA BARNETT: Well, I was prostituted to paedophile parties at Parliament House, Canberra. The people involved in this elite paedophile ring included high-ranking politicians, police and judiciary. — Channel Nine News
Barry: And that was just the start of it. Barnett claimed that at least three former Australian Prime Ministers were involved and that the ring is still operating today…. A large number of websites picked it up. NT News reported:
“She also claims she witnessed “hundreds of crimes”– including murder, rape, abduction and torture.”
And Lismore’s Northern Star and Tweed Daily News also told readers she had made some even more startling allegations:

Ms Barnett recounted a story about being shown as a child what happened to “traitors” who spoke out. She alleged she witnessed a man being tied to two tractors which drove in opposite directions, tearing him limb from limb.
Paul Barry, Media Watch: Are we beginning to have concerns about her credibility here? As news.com.au reported, she had told her story many times but had always been ignored: [You can say that again, Brother!]
Ms Barnett said she had taken the allegations to multiple health professionals in the 1980s, NSW Police in 2008 and approached the Royal Commission in 2013. She said she and other victims of “VIP” perpetrators were “stonewalled” by authorities. — News.com.au, 23rd October, 2015

The above article is on cracking down.
It is clear (could it possibly be clearer?) that the police who are paid to deal with crime, and the politically responisble persons such as attorneys-general or DA’s won’t handle this stuff.
Annett created a court. One of the persons in the videos below says it is a fake court. I think she means it is unofficial. It is not fake.
She also says Annett fails in certain areas:
1. He collects evidence such as buried bones and then sends them off for forensics in an irresponsilble way. (One wonders what would be the responsible way),
2. He claims to have served summonses to big-name people but does not publish evidence (such as date-stamp by courier). If he has really been sloppy about this that is a pity as such things are needed to give his unofficial court legitimacy.
So far I do not see ordinary citizens willing even to set up a grand jury (which, historically and legally is a purely citizen job).
The Prosecutors now openly run the grand juries. Why do folks accept that? Timidity, I suppose. Fear that their neighbor will give them a dirty look if they go against the Holy Authority of the prosecutor. [Good morning, Carmen Ortiz, how are you today? Good Arvo, Damain Bugg, how can I serve you?]
Kevin Annett’s International Common Law Court of Justice is a take-off on the Intenational Court of Justice, the ICJ, that is tacked on to the UN Charter (aka the Rockefeller organization).
Annett has taken it on the chin many times. He deserves at least a look-in. He has made some strides. So we can expect there to be many videos smearing him.
His hard work since 1992 to expose the deaths of indigenous children in Canada’s residential schools has paid off. Prime Minister Stephen Harper made a formal apology re the kids.
Oops, I see Justin Trudeau (son of a major pedoplhile, Pierre, according to Cathy O’Brien’s 1995 book) has also apologized.
