The other day George Christensen posted in part:

“Australia Surrenders to WHO this Saturday. On the 19th July the Albanese Government will hand control of Australia’s health policy to the World Health Organisation – without a vote, without debate and without your consent.”

I have attempted to find out the rules and regulation of a corporation. However all I can locate is the information regarding a corporation in the private domain.

According to my search for the documentation for the Corporation of the Commonwealth of Australia, supposedly registered with the Security and exchange Commission of US it appears that we have been lied to once again. The Corporation of the Commonwealth of Australia registration is only for securities trading within the US and nothing to do with our laws or the administration of our country. Therefore even the US admits that our Constitution is as valid as the day it was written and accepted by the Australian public. Even if our politicians don’t agree.

The below request was by another conscientious Australian, which it appears could not or would be answered by those in Canberra some time ago.

I know that it is my duty to keep you informed of MY WILL on anything that comes before Parliament, or that should come before Parliament.

IT IS MY WILL that you provide me with evidence that the corporation registered in the United States of America as the Commonwealth of Australia (http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?…) is the same organisation as the Commonwealth of Australia, which is authorized in the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution (http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/cth/c…) by the Queen of England and her successors.

IT IS MY WILL that you provide me with evidence that shows where the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution authorizes the Commonwealth of Australia to become a corporation registered in the United States of America.

IT IS MY Will that a referendum be held that gives the electors of Australia the opportunity to vote for or against the Commonwealth of Australia being a registered corporation in the United States of America. This request only applies if the Commonwealth of Australia, registered in the United States of America as a corporation, is the same organisation as the Commonwealth of Australia that is our Government.

I am making inquiries to find out who is making the decision to pass over health decisions on behalf of Australians to the WHO. Who in Australia has taken on themselves to make such a treasonous call. Have the Federal Members and the Senators been given the opportunity to debate and vote on this very important move?

If so, I call on the Government to publicize the names of Members and Senators who voted, and the vote they recorded — so that the public know who the traitors are.

It is not up the Government to say, “We have no choice because we are signatories to the United Nations Organisation”.

We are a sovereign nation with no enforceable regulations by the UNO. There is nothing in our Constitution which we are bound to, says we must adhere to the UNO dictates, as the UNO did not exist when the Constitution was written and accepted and there has not been a referendum on this question since.

Therefore, if Albanese and slimy public servants are accepting this transfer of power to the United Nations Organisation they should be prosecuted as the TRAITORS that they are.

Unfortunately they cannot be prosecuted until they have done the dirty deed. But never-the-less Australia does not need to comply with their unlawful transgressions.

If this goes ahead what is needed is a walkout by public servants and the weak-kneed unions of today with a huge protest in all capitals by the population.

If that doesn’t happen the next WHO invented pandemic will close down human society and there will be mass killings over and above the Covid-19 “vaccination” which has produced over 600,000 deaths so far in Japan alone.

    This crap only ends when people get off their asses and make it end. Perhaps when the whole system collapses from being eaten out from the inside, when people loose everything and have nothing left to lose, then there might be some change. Good gawd, if the Covid BS didn’t wake people up, what will.

    I suppose I may be different from the masses. If I had lost a child to the ‘Vax’, I would be getting some serious pay-back. I wouldn’t be going to gaol, I would be going to a cemetery.

  3. The letter presented has annulled itself with “This request only applies if the Commonwealth of Australia, registered in the United States of America as a corporation, is the same organisation as the Commonwealth of Australia that is our Government.”
    As far as I know the word the writer is looking for is “joinder”, a legal fraud where one thing is said to be another. It has a similarity with the concept of a marriage.
    The crowned heads have for centuries been expert ant selling and re-selling royal (real) estate by all sorts of methods and one of them appears to resemble strata title where the 6 colonies of Australia were converted to a structure resembling states and a nation but which didn’t actually exist except as a type of strata title over Terra Nullius, we see a similar principle in Antarctica. NZ is an obvious contrast where there was a treaty with the natives. WA was won by the British from the Dutch in the 4th Anglo-Dutch war as part of a package deal. The strata title covering Terra Nullius always intended to be a temporary measure, since nowadays we as individual people are being converted to corporate units, this started in mid-2000 AD when the GST gave individuals a 2nd identity. Eventually all of our contractable aspects will be attached to this corporate ID and I expect the whole caboodle turned over to the entity registered in NY, or a similar one perhaps in Swissyland.
    Thus we will be measured in monetary terms as high or low value units in order to be gradually culled.

If the NACC cover-up for Morrison hadn’t happened, Morrison would be facing criminal charges or be in jail now instead of cashing in on AUKUS.
    4. Australia’s old media, such as the SMH, the ABC and other media are helping rehabilitate Scott Morrison’s reputation by regularly interviewing him and running puff pieces that Morrison’s PR people give to the media.
    How much of Australia’s rapidly rising defence spending is because of a real threat of war, and how much is because former politicians such as Scott Morrison, Joe Hockey and Mark McGowan etc want to cash in on the defence spending scam?
