“Honi soit qui mal y pense” is the motto of the Order of the Garter, of which Charles III has now become the head. Other members of the Garter are John Major and Tony Blair. The motto is said to mean “Woe to anyone who thinks evil of us.” Well, I think evil of them. I suspect that at Garter’s HQ, mayhem is always on the drawing board.

I have just read that the new king is going to “slim down” his coronation ceremony,” to dispense with some of the tradition.”  What do you bet he will forsake the routine by which the monarch is made to go to the east, west north, and south of the Abbey to get the “OK, we accept you” from the public? Hmm. That is or was the means of obtaining legitimacy.

What is legitimacy? If you act against the law, you are not being legitimate. Granted, the word is often used for something finnicky, like “Only this form of passport is legitimate.” Or it simply invokes tradition, as in “The legitimate heir to the throne is the Prince of Wales.”

When I say Australia has no legitimate government today, I am thinking of the general collapse of law, and, separately, of the perfidy of Mother England (Gallipoli, anyone?). Either of those should cause us to face the fact that someone needs to grasp the nettle. Someone needs to use the occasion of the death of Queen Elizabeth to get real and say Australia should no longer suffer a monarch.

After all, why should the leader of one country (UK) also be the head of state of another country? The king has presently got Canada, Australia, NZ, and several other countries to worry about.  Doubt that he worries about them, though. At one point the British monarch stopped worrying about South Africa. That was in 1961. Australia can be the 2023 departee.

All six states will have to agree on this — or else keep Charles as their king and his Governor as his Johnny on the Spot. Don’t worry, Australia’s Parliament has the authority to cut the tie. As does each state. It would be crazy to say otherwise — on what basis could UK insist that Oz stay connected to the British Isles.

Anyway, the passing of the throne from Elizabeth (1926-2008) to her son Charles (1948- ) is merely a specific event that can make us consider a change.  It’s not what I’m really on about, in this article.  What I am really on about, is the collapse of law. Here at GumshoeNews.co we have, since June 2013, been airing the sad condition of law in Australia.

It is as though badness has the power to ruin anything, any institution.  A big change is needed, with or without What’s His Name, R. Allow me to enumerate 15 ways in which the government stands naked of law:

  1. Famous Episodes of Violence Were “False Flags” – e.g., Port Arthur, and the siege of the Lindt Cafe.
  2. State Police and Federal Police Engage in Crime — as seen in the Fitzgerald Inquiry of Queensland, or Denis Ryan’s report of the protection given to pedophile priests.
  3. The premiers’ Covid lockdowns were illegal — as seen in the use of a false test, the PCR, or the striking off the rolls of Serene Teffaha when she tried to file a class action suit.
  4. Prime ministers have sent Diggers to American wars, e.g., Vietnam and Afghanistan, for no valid reason.
  5. The commonwealth government allows environmental harm – e.g., by fracking and pesticides.
  6. Child Protective Services engage in sex-trafficking – as seen in Dr Russell Pridgeon’s unjust arrest, or in the (hush hush, not allowed to mention) case.
  7. Doctors are told to obey politicians instead of science – as in Ivermectin, and Lyme disease.
  8. Persecution of indigenous people continues, as in the land grab in Melville Bay and the cruelties at Dondale.
  9. Parliament sells off the people’s property — e.g., Telstra and Qantas.
  10. Tavistock or satanists get to practice mind control, as in Ballarat and Engadine.
  11. Judges decline to apply the law, as in the cases of Muhamed Haneef or Fredrick Toben.
  12. Australia acts as if it not entitled to protect its nationals, as in the case of Julian Assange, or the investigation of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17.
  13. Reports from public inquiries get placed under seal — e.g., the Wood Royal Commission report, or the Mulligan report.
  14. Whistleblowers get harassed, as in Rachel Vaughan or Dr Bill McBride
  15. Australia yields its economy to a world government — as in the Lima Declaration or the WEF.

Speaking of the WEF, when Charles was HRH Prince Charles, he assisted the Klaus Schwabs of this world in instituting a great reset, which we now recognize as including a genocide. If nothing else came into the problem of him becoming king of Australia, that would suffice. His leadership is to be rejected outright on grounds of the WEF factor.

I pass over the fact that his first wife Diana said that her husband was planning to have her die in an automobile accident.

    HOW TRUE. There is no law in this country. Especially in the Childrens Courts which are nothing more than trafficking star chambers. This country is law-less. Moderated by freemasons and secrecy; the country is run by pedo-protecting-cults and “mates”. This is the most disgraceful state of affairs. The police are mere militias dressed up in uniform and brainwashed to believe they serve the country. I’m sure many do not understand they work for the people.

      • Can anyone name one politician who is eligible to sit in parliament under section 44 of the constitution given that politicians past sold the governments bank – the Commonwealth Bank of Australia to foreign entities, thus givng foreign ownership to the issue and control of this nations money?

        Statute law or Admiralty Law, is the Law of the Sea. The various arms of government are known as “departments” such as the Judiciary, Justice and Treasury etc, all of these “departments” belong to corporations.

  7. I am replying to Dee’s first comment about lawlessness. Dee, Oz has not cornered the market on that. I was led into many of my researches by Bill Windsor, who operated completely independently in US seeking out the many injustices in small courts. He tried to make a movie but they jailed him. It is partly on YouTube, named Lawless America.

    Got a sore back ( absent of falling off a horse ), cancelled a few appearances, turned into a hologram for 70th anniversary amidst throngs of adoring masses, last seen photoshopped ( with sudden onset very common vascular problems ) talking to new appointee PM Elizabeth Trust, a flag-draped and crowned box towed around the island for a week or two, and the show was over. Couldn’t get out quick enough !!!

      We are in the direst of straights. And why aren’t people saying “Yeah, Mary. Let’s act accordingly”? Because it is too embarassing to look foolish by saying it. And God forbid anyone should ever get embarassed.
