The assassination of Charlie Kirk is turning the judiciary on its head. It proves the court processes are complete fiction.
The Tyler Robinson 30.06 theory is the most ridiculous nonsense that has ever been “invented” by the Feds. And yet it’s being taken seriously by the Courts. What! The so-called “evidence” is complete Fedslop and the alleged texting relied on is absolute bullsh*t — like “theres one vehicle lingering”. The brains of FBI agaents are lingering.
Baron Coleman (a lawyer) in his podcast described what he would say if he was giving an opening to the jury. He would have a big picture board to show how Charlie’s T-shirt ballooned out on his back before neck (“bullet”) impact; how the shirt just moved up to his ear or ballooned around his arm. “A bullet — let alone a 30.06 bullet — can never create this ballooning effect on a T-shirt before impacting his neck. Impossible!”
Doubt would be cast for the jury in the very first minute of the defence’s opening. It would be game — trial — over. But that is not what is happening. The defense attorneys are forging ahead, pretending they are trying to defend Tyler Robison. What an absolute farce. It’s no more than a Punch and Judy puppet show.

Candace Owens — probably Charlie’s only true friend (it seems) — has been leading the investigation into what really happened on 10 September. Watch a few minutes of Ep 305. She is now going “max” (to quote Charlie). But one has to ask: why has Candace gone “max” in trying to solve the CK assassination? It’s because Erika Kirk and TPUSA staff have been caught in lie after lie after lie. So, you have to think… what are they covering up?

How was Charlie Killed?
In one survey only 1% of people believe the official narrative, whereas 83% believe he was assassinated by some “device” on his person — like a radio mic. You remember those Hamas leaders that were killed via their pagers? Oh, and don’t mention the weapons factory that burned to the ground in October — just after the exploding mic theory was explored.

He turned down Bibi Netanyahu’s offer to take him to the next level and he obstructed Israel’s attempt to war with Iran. He went to the White House and persuaded Trump to only do a strike.
Shortly before he died, Candace exposed his text “I have no option but to abandon the Israeli cause“. On the evening of the 9th, Josh Hammer and a Rabbi (from Israel) spoke to Charlie. Soon after the conference call, Charlie messaged Andrew Kolvek and Dan Flood (head of security) “They’re going to Kill me“.
The next day he was un-alived in a public assassination.
The Strange Behaviour and Lack of Grief
There are many parallels with this assassination to that of JFK. But there is one significant difference. Charlie’s wife and those closest TPUSA staff around Charlie — supposedly his closest friends — showed almost no grief.
There was, and is, so much strange behaviour.
For example, the “amazing” Mikey McCoy — Charlie’s sidekick — was standing about 12 feet from Charlie when the assassination happened. He turned away in less than a second (even before Charlie hit the deck) and just walked away on the phone. As they carried Charlie to the car he is seen walking AWAY in the distance on the phone — informing Erika (and his father) that Charlie had been shot. Then there’s the tech guy, Tyrrel Farnsworth, who immediately scarpered and after jumping onto a wall recorded a selfie saying “They shot Charlie…. he’s dead” etc. It looks like a scene out of a bad B-grade movie scene.

And then there’s Erika. A performance for the public through and through, but on the zooms with staff only and just days after Charlie’s passing, she is smiling and excited about her new CEO role and how she is going to take TPUSA to the next level. The donors rolled in, and the Israeli cause is the focus of TPUSA 2.0.
None of their behaviour makes sense. There was almost no grief shown by anyone associated with TPUSA — it’s all fireworks and money.
But podcaster Jesse on Fire thinks he can make sense of all the strange behaviour from everyone.
Is Charlie Alive? (Jesse on Fire)
Jesse has done a thought experiment and suggests that if Erika and TPUSA staff were in on a stunt — that is faking Charlie’s death — then almost all the strange behaviour can be explained. Mikey walking away, Erika’s lack of grief, the way his security crew dragged him off into the car and drove away.
Jesse, in his ongoing series, goes through almost every aspect of the assassination citing all those strange incidents that just don’t add up. He says that almost everything can be explained if those involved believed Charlie is still alive. Their constant lies would even make sense as they are covering up not an assassination, but a disappearing stunt; a psyop — a huge publicity stunt. He suggests that if they convinced the world that Charlie was killed they would change the course of the US to save the country.
His thought experiment does explain the very bizarre behaviour of all involved — from Erika to Andrew Kolvek to the security team.

My Conclusion
Jesse has offered an extraordinarily detailed analysis, and it certainly forms a compelling hypothesis — namely, that Charlie is alive. It attempts to account for the absolutely bizarre behaviour, the inconsistencies, the lies, and what many perceive as ongoing deception.
But I struggle to cross that line.
1. Character and Conviction
Charlie was, by all accounts, strong-willed and principled. He reportedly turned down donors and was prepared to distance himself from the Israeli cause when it conflicted with his moral compass. Would someone like that agree to “disappear” — perhaps into a form of witness protection — while allowing TPUSA, under his wife’s leadership, to pivot into something he may not have endorsed? An Israeli mouthpiece?
2. Identity and Ego
Charlie thrived in the public arena. He was a front-line debater, a media personality, an influencer with presidential access. His identity was inseparable from the spotlight. Would he voluntarily surrender that platform (forever), that influence, that visibility? That seems unlikely.
3. The Ethical Line
To fake an assassination would require deceiving not just opponents, but supporters — the entire world. And it would mean allowing someone else, like Tyler Robinson, to potentially face severe legal consequences in the process. That is an extraordinary moral burden. Would Charlie have agreed to such collateral damage? Again, it’s hard to believe.
And this is the dilemma.
If the “he’s alive” theory collapses under those character assumptions, then we are left with something else — and that something else raises even more serious questions. It would point to TPUSA staff and Erika being a party to the assassination. At the very least they knew Charlie was tickets — and lied about it. The absence of visible grief among almost all of them, coupled with the rapid structural and financial evolution into what could become a billion-dollar TPUSA 2.0, creates an uncomfortable dynamic. Some individuals have already benefited significantly — and may continue to do so.
That tension — between character, incentive, and outcome — is what makes this so unresolved.
Is There Another Explanation?
Charlie had gone against the number one mafia boss in the world and was threatening the entire propaganda machine protecting Israel — a country that controls the US President and Congress. Was Charlie made an offer that he could not refuse?
There are several possibilities:
Option 1 – Elimination
Charlie was murdered in cold blood by a new technological device because he was getting in the way and was passed “his used by date.” This means Erika and others have been seduced by power and money to toe the line and had some part in his un-livening.
Option 2 – Strategic Disappearance
Under intense legal, financial, or political pressure, Charlie may have chosen to disappear voluntarily. Faking his death, while extreme, would represent a desperate attempt to escape consequences and compromise his moral compass.
Option 3 – Coerced Silence
Another possibility is coercion without consent — that he was “neutralized” on the day and then forced into some form of witness protection. If that were true, it would imply leverage: threats, bargaining, survival in exchange for compliance. By the way he has not been buried yet.
If he was forced into a disappearing act, it may not have been a choice but an ultimatum. Concessions might have been offered — his dog, with occasional access to his children — enough to secure cooperation, not freedom. To remain alive, he’d surely be required to accept the new TPUSA trajectory. And if he were ever to whistle-blow, the threat may not be against him, but against his parents and loved ones.
This would explain the odd behaviour of Erika and his TPUSA friends as they might know that he is alive somewhere.

The experience I had with some gadget someone demonstrated to me is actually very common, it seems now.

I just put on a load of lovely fresh tomatoes in the drier. I’ve also got two kilos (wet weight) of salted roo meat ready for canning. – I’m out! I’m just prepping for what I see as a big fustercluck of insanity. One of the locals stopped by yesterday after noticing the pomegranates on my tree/bush out front. No problem, I brought out a ladder and they took several to try. Kids love them to sit around watching TV while they munch on the pomegranate seeds. It is also very good for their health.
At this late stage I am no longer a participant trying to save Australians from Australians. I look back at my efforts and have come to the conclusion that I should have just spent my time getting ready for this bullshit. I could have at least doubled my income and future survival instead of bleeding myself silly both economically and health wise trying to get morons to wake up.
