Earlier this year (2019), Trump blocked a Dem Congressional jaunt in a USAF plane. He acted on Russian VChK–KGB–SVR and Israeli Aman-Mossad intel. NOT discredited US Intel.

False Flags can be in the works for years — and can be thwarted anytime before that. How long was 9-11 in the planning (years) — and could have been thwarted months before if the circumstances arose. We don’t know of most of the “thwarts” — as those FF never happened.
I think one positive from 911 is that many including those on the inside are far more aware of the nature of the false-flag and a re far more alert to the possibility of something happening. I would suggest that 911, being the first high profile false-flag of the Internet era was probably instructive in ways they didn’t fully expect.
