ABC News photo of the staff returning to work after the siege

The Sydney siege was a classic false flag. How do I know? From the goings on at the Inquest. Sure, it was always obvious that the man of the hour, Man Haron Monis, was not a genuine political Muslim and therefore everyone should have suspected foul play. But you would have to pay attention to the police testimony at the Inquest to get a sense of how the Australian government was eager to protect many participants.
I have told bits and pieces of the story at Gumshoe and have combined them into a book entitled Inquest: Siege in Sydney. In this article I quote the concluding chapter of that book.
From Chapter 30:
It has been my understanding for decades that all conversations can be eavesdropped electronically. At the hearings I heard Ms Callan say that the Listening Device used by police during the siege was installed, or became operative, around 7.30pm.
I did not know if it carried a good quality sound. Then I watched a Youtube video and learned of a conversation between Monis and Jarrod Morton-Hoffman. Jarrod said he was able to print out a flag to meet Monis’s demands. Both voices were clear.
This has made me wonder of the entire Inquest is dishonest. That flag conversation most likely took place in the morning when Monis was demanding an ISIS flag. If so, it seems to me that there was never a secret as to what was going on in the stronghold, and that the final moments of Tori Johnson’s life, too, are likely recorded.
In my 2015 book Fraud Upon the Court: Reclaiming the Law, Joyfully, and in my 2017 book Marathon Bombing: Indicting the Players, I say that my way of figuring out if a hoax is a hoax, is by studying how the court behaves. If significant deviations from legal practice are occurring, I hypothesize that on outsider is controlling the whole thing.
What if there were a listening device inside the café, or what if the high-tech ability to eavesdrop can be done without a plant in the café? Does that not mean that all the [Inquest’s business in] early chapters of this book are a game?
That is, when officers were being asked questions – searchingly as though we had no other source – isn’t it just a game?
And really, if you owned the Lindt Café, would you have installed CCTV to monitor theft? We were at least told that there was a permanent camera in the ceiling of the lift lobby. So why was there any mystery about Monis’ firing a shot over the head of the escaping six hostages?
Mal Hughes, after paying $144 for 9 pages of transcript, asked the Inquest, on November 8 to provide him with additional material. That was two months ago. Silence. Does the Inquest not want to supply it?
Recapping This Study
Twenty-five things suggest to me that the siege was staged.
- the negotiators’ inaction all day and unawareness of calls,
- the rejecting of Michael Klooster’s offer to talk to Monis,
- the police commissioner, premier, and prime minister all playing ‘hands off’ during Australia’s biggest crisis,
- media’s payout to hostages (looks like hush money),
- Inquest’s failure to explain avoidance of a Direct Action plan or to follow up on many cops’ hints of Canberra’s role,
- Monis picking two hostages as helpers (he trusted them?),
- the foolish story about sniper’s having to hold back as a bullet through the window would “harm the hostages”
- ABC calling Monis an ayatollah, knowing he wasn’t one,
- the similarity of this siege to scripted terrorism abroad,
- the eleventh hour build-up of sexual-assault allegations against Monis
- Human Rights Watch statistics on FBI sting operations,
- the Inquest’s amazing lack of interest in Pal’s murder,
- Monis’ alleged toilet trip leaving 9 hostages unguarded
- the unchallenged acceptance of Ranieri’s expert opinion on the sounds of gunshots,
- Van der Walt’s meaningless measurement of damage to a chair supposedly occupied by Katrina Dawson,
- the PM saying “it is terrifying” that afternoon on TV,
- mainstream media’s formulaic demonization of Monis,
- the ease of cops entering lift foyer from Jordan Library,
- the silence of officialdom when questions are raised,
- the ignoring of the extra shell casings in Monis’ pocket
- the lack of interest in the rock-throwing incident,
- the non-mentioning of swipe cards, such as from Paolo,
- Australia’s outrageous history of persecuting Dr Haneef
- the pretense that a Listening Device was not useful,
- and, to say it thrice: Bella Vista, Bella Vista, Bella Vista.
Note to the uninitiated: Search GumshoeNews.com for “Bella Vista.” It is the one and only case, so far, of Australian authorities admitting to having done a false flag (unless you count the 1978 Hilton bombing, as you should).

Conclusion as of Today – May, 2017
I now add to the above:
Why do we let ourselves be made fools of? Why do we support a mainstream media that did not ask any of the obvious questions that I asked? Why aren’t we getting the paperwork ready to indict the many individuals who played a part in the siege?
— Mary W Maxwell thinks Aussies should get on the case, and pronto, before Coroner Michael Barnes submits his final Report.
Thanks Mary,
I remind people of my previous article. All of that smacks of a stand-down.
Rule #1 in a hostage crisis: Talk to the hostage taker. Rule broken.
ABC reported on 15 December 2015, that:
“Commissioner Scipione confirmed police were negotiating with the gunman and were focused on resolving the stand-off as safely as possible.”
How did this blatant LIE surface onto the ABC?
An ABC report (22/7/2016) entitled, “…Police ‘missed opportunities’ to engage with Man Haron Monis,” said:
“Expert negotiators have told the inquest into the Lindt Cafe siege that New South Wales police negotiators missed a number of opportunities to engage with gunman Man Haron Monis.”
That’s ridiculous – how could there be 17 hours of missed opportunities?
No, they were NOT trying to engage through the hostages.
And though I have written many times… no one wants to discuss the mock up cafe at the Holsworthy army base

I have once again written to the Coroner’s Office, this time directly to the Coroner. The application for the transcript of Mr Lucas van der Walt’s evidence regarding Mr Monis’ supposed killing of Tori Johnson, has until now been ignored.
This evidence was given on June 30th 2016.
Regarding item #7 ‘bullet through the window’ – a year ago I made the statement to a former police interrogator that the sniper could have easily shot at Monis as we saw footage of him in the window – and she told me that all windows had bullet proof glass in the cafe. This article dated months after the seige shows broken windows due to rocks being thrown at them. https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2015/jun/03/sydneys-lindt-cafe-vandalised-police-examine-cctv-footage
Also, images of army guys pointing their fire arm at the camera doesn’t help their cause –

I actually make windows and there are very few bullet proof windows in the country. Most commercial applications use 6mm toughened glass, which is very strong and repels most intrusions, but yes you can shoot through it. I will take a trip into town next week and inspect for myself the type of glass and framing used to make sure I am correct in my assumption. Wasn’t it some footballer on ice that threw the rocks? One of the ah-ha moments for me…
interesting
David. please file your observarions at Gumshoe next week, under the present article. Dee can then call attention to it.
Ta.
Just back from my little trip to the Lindt cafe with a window update. The heritage listed art deco at #53 still has the same framing it was built with back in the 30’s, with only a 5mm channel to hold the glass, and nowhere did l find any stamping in the corner of the glass to advise if it was toughened etc., whereas compared to the Reserve Bank across the road, who’s 10mm toughened glass bears the stamp of Pilkington ACl and the Australian Standard logo in the bottom corner. Conclusion? I wouldn’t be surprised if the building still has some of the original glass still in it in spite of a couple of upgrades over the decades. Bullet proof? Definitely not. Not at 5mm thick. I have photos of the glass and framing which I will upload to so you can understand what I am trying to explain. Hope that clears things up a bit…
This person pointing is an idiot.
I was taught by my mum, do not point it unless one is going to use it.
Wow, Ned, you must have had quite a Mum.
Apparently there was never a plan for anyone to use it that day. I emphasize the word ‘plan.’ One of the Counsel Assisting the Inquest, namely Sophie Callan, asked a few of the cops testifying whether they had a “plan,” (known as the DA, the Direct Action plan).
For the denouement you will have to read my book, INQUEST, which is a free download at GumshoeNews.com.
Here is another scenario, and one that I would more than likely believe occurred.
There were at least two police officers who attended that location within minutes of the call going out. Why did they not storm the cafe after being informed that there was only one gunman?
Instead, they were called off and told to withdraw and to assist in ‘containing’ the location, and that means they were used to enforce a cordon around the immediate area of the cafe.
Because that is now standard NSW Police operating procedure for when hostages are taken by armed offenders and for whatever purpose.
And as they say in the ‘job’, everything after that then turned to shit, because the NSW Police has become a very dysfunctional outfit ever since Wood and his Royal Commission got their hands to disassembling the premier Australian Police Force that was supposed to be rife with corruption.
I can tell you now that the ‘force’ is even more corrupt today than at any time in its history – but not via graft or criminal activity – but in how the politicians have made the once independent Police Force their own battering ram to be used for their own political purposes.
Anyone who was employed as a police officer prior to the Wood Royal Commission could tell you that the siege at the Lindt Cafe would have been over and done with in a far shorter time than the 19 hours it was allowed to go on for, which is a prime example of how dysfunctional, especially at the top, the police force now is.
That dysfunction was on prime TV for all to see by those who have experience in such matters and this ex-cop could only shake his head at the displayed mix of cowardice, uncertainty from lack of direction and battle plan, while those at the top fiddled with hostages lives in the hope that force would not be necessary to ensure a safe outcome.
And that kind of thinking has no place in the 21st Century where we already have the enemy already inside the gates!
Such is the indecision that the political octopus has caused with its agenda in controlling a once free thinking and independent police force.
The cops couldn’t stop two lives being lost on that day and neither will they be able to defend you or I whenever the time arises when we will all need defending.
Did you say u r an ex-cop?
MAFIA. (… and it’s not Sicilian ) .
