Fiona Barnett, Part 1: Flypaper Prosecutions

15
(R) Bathurst Court House (not far from the Bathurst City Hall)

by Mary W Maxwell, LLB

Twenty-eight months ago, I wrote at GumshoeNews.com:

“Allow me to hold forth on a wonderful subject. Namely, why we should feel happy and hopeful in regard to the breakthrough achieved by Mrs Fiona Barnett”

All right, maybe nothing happened then, but as of Fiona’s latest naming of names it would now be impossible for the crimes to continue as usual.

Her article of August 2, 2018 at Pedophilesdownunder.com is the most amazing document that has ever appeared in Australia. She has indeed explained (to my satisfaction anyway) why the life of this country has seemed hampered for many years. She claims that politics, law, medicine, science, government, police, and academia have been run by a coterie of Luciferians.

Seize the Moment

Here in Part 1, I want to show how we can seize the moment. At times in the past, a red-hot confession, or a red-hot catching someone in flagrante delicto, has raised hopes that someone – police? courts? media? — will rush in and “justice will prevail.”

But many past revelations that seemed hot soon faded away. The bad guys, not justice, prevailed. I’m sure that this time – the enormous wrongs aired by Fiona Barnett — can never fade entirely, but on the other hand, if action does not start soon the fabulous momentum will be lost.

Fiona, and others, have told of child-murders that were watched by upper-level persons AS A FORM OF ENTERTAINMENT. You can’t really beat that as a crime, can you?

I now suggest a way to seize the moment. We won’t be depending on any government office or even any of the famous helper organizations.  They are apparently infiltrated to such an extent that they are effectively immobilized.

Rather, this innovative way calls on the criminals, both big and small, to dob each other in. Probably the best way for them to seek clemency is to tell us what they know. I offer a double formula – a questionnaire and a kind of prosecution that I calla “flypaper prosecution.”

The Questionnaire

I envision a voluntary reporting system, via a questionnaire. Naturally there will be an implication that volunteering one’s report is safer than waiting to be listed as a person who would not volunteer. The non-co-operators will automatically appear suspicious.

Start with doctors.  Every doctor in Australia either does know, or doesn’t know, that crimes are being committed against children by members of pedophile rings. It does not matter here if the doctor has encountered an actual case of child sexual abuse in his practice. The question is: Is he aware of such goings on, and if so, to what extent.

For doctors there would also have to be a question: Do you know that some Australaisn hospitals carried out he CIA’s MK-Ultra subprojects, which entailed messing up children’s minds?  And, do you know that children who get wounded by pedophiles go to particular doctors who would not dream of reporting the child’s injury to police?

Since Ms Barnett says the ranks to worry about are: cops, military brass, academics, psychologists, physicians, and child protection workers, the questionnaire will go to them. For my prejudices, I will add: lawyers, judges, and media personnel.

As stated earlier, we hope people will answer the questionnaire voluntarily. This uniformity will also make it easier to code the answers. They may submit it without the formality of a sworn signature. Anyone wanting to show extra goodwill can have the whole form rendered as a Statutory Declaration.

The form contains names and events supplied by Fiona Barnett. They will be listed down the left column. Then in the middle section the person can tick one of three boxes, indicating that he was unaware of it, or was slightly aware, or was very aware.

Pretend for a moment that this is England. You are asked to say if you have heard of any allegations against Jimmy Savile.  You are not being asked to trot out your personal knowledge of wrongdoing by him (at least not thus far on the questionnaire).

The form will then say “If you ticked ‘slightly aware’ or ‘very aware,’ please provide the date of your knowledge and the source. You only need to say MSM if mainstream media is your source, or Net if Internet. If it’s a personal knowledge source, please describe.”

The Names

Fiona’s August 2, 2018 statement includes names of person she accuses of having participated in crimes against herself or other children. Most are deceased – I will show them here.  For living persons, there is a matter of being sued for libel.  We will get to that later.

The questionnaire could ask if the person knew of any of these criminal allegations before they were sprung by Fiona Barnett in recent years.

The deceased persons are:

Kim Beazley, Sr, Education Minister

Gough Whitlam, a Prime Minister

Lionel Murphy, an attorney-general

John Kerr, a Governor-General

Richard Nixon, a US president

Billy Graham, an evangelist

Leon Petrauskas, a doctor

Patricia Ann Conlon, a scholar

Antony Kidman, a psychologist

John Avery, a police commissioner

Richie Benaud, a cricket captain

Victor Chang, a heart surgeon

Neville Wran, a NSW premier

Harry Bailey, a doctor

John Gittinger, a psychologist.

Barnett also lists Michael Aquino, a US Army colonel, but everybody and his cousin knows about that accusation, since Aquino was talked about during the McMartin Pre-school scandal in the US in the 1990s. (The media referred to that scandal as a case of “satanic panic,” in order to cover it up.)

It will be interesting to see how many voluntary respondents to the questionnaire admit to knowing of the (alleged) sexual exploits of children by famous “leaders.”

The Events

Just to name four events that Fiona has mentioned, that could be listed on the questionnaire for people to say whether they have knowledge of it:

  1. The satanic exercise, and orgy, that occurred in 1985 at Bathurst City Hall, NSW.
  1. The participation of persons in Delta training for Special Operations (Fiona was such a participant), involving the use of remote viewing.
  1. The applying of cattle prods to children in the basement of Holsworthy Army Base.
  1. The Luciferian ceremony in the Great Hall of Sydney University.

A Fly-paper Prosecution

Let’s say no one bothers to reply to the questionnaire. Is there a way to force people to tell what they know?  Yes, definitely, you can be subpoena’d as a witness in a criminal trial or in a civil lawsuit. In either case, if you are subpoena’d you have to answer questions asked (or you may be cited for contempt of court and be jailed until you decide to talk).

In fact, in the United States anyone can be arrested as a witness if it is believed they hold important information about a crime. The Material Witness Act was passed by Congress in 1793. It is seldom used, although it was used after 2001 to round up Muslims on the excuse that they may know of terrorist crimes. Such a witness does not develop a criminal record.

During two relevant Royal Commissions in Australia, one federal – the one on Child Abuse, and the other a state RC in New South Wales, known as The Wood Royal Commission — there was ample opportunity for the commissioners to subpoena persons who were thought to be running pedophile rings. Yet this did not happen.

That opportunity having been squandered, we could get a court case going. Unfortunately, a prosecution must come from the DPP – Director of Public Prosecutions —  either of the Commonwealth or a state or territory. To be quite correct there is such a thing as private prosecution also, but they are rare.

As well, any victim of abuse is able to sue the perpetrator. That would be a civil action rather than a prosecution. The attorney would have to show that in order to win the case he needs to ask So-and-So to supply evidence or recollection of the event. Hence he can subpoena that person.

I am using the name “flypaper prosecution” to refer to the fact that all sort of persons could be subpoena’d. If the event of the Bathurst murders gets prosecuted  — and Fiona has named a very prominent woman who is still alive as one of the participants – many people could be called to the witness stand.  For example, Fiona could name people who were merely in the audience.

Is This Abuse of Process?

To conduct a trial for a reason that is not the stated reason, in other words to get one’s day in court and then use it for another purpose, is considered abuse of process. In general, I don’t recommend it.  But there are times when something needs to be aired and if that is the only possible way to do get it aired, it is justified.

Just think, Fiona Barnett has been announcing for more than 28 months that she was in Bathurst City Hall when a group of hypnotized children (“dispensable” children, obviously) were beheaded. She has named the people who were on the stage. She was 15 years old and was ordered by Kim Beazley Senior (not Junior, the current Governor of Western Australia) to bite one of the corpses. This crime has never been tried.

As far as I know, Ms Barnett, or any aggrieved party can sue for damages. The statute of limitations has passed but there is no statute of limitations for murder.

Conclusion

I claim that we should seize the moment and not let the startling news given on August 2, 2018, fade away.  As there is apparently no way to get the government to do the right thing, citizens have to be creative.

I suggested that members of the accused professions be invited to fill out a questionnaire. Hopefully they would want to declare their innocence thereby. They would tick the box “Don’t know nothing,” or would cough up some information that could be very handy.  Refusing to cooperate would be, perhaps, an indication of guilt (or fear).

Note that we laypersons are not yet authorized to offer any kind of amnesty to those who come forward quickly with the truth, but it is safe to assume that the public, down the track, will look more kindly on those who reveal their awareness of these crimes.

The public will also look kindly at those who respond quickly instead of foot-dragging.  There are still plenty of children in harm’s way and it is imperative to get the ball rolling.

My other suggestion is: start marching toward a court house. Get a public or private prosecution going and see how much you can make it do the job of flypaper, attracting all sorts of “flies.” Or at least get a lawsuit going, on however small a matter, so that the alleged wrongdoers can be subpoena’d as witnesses.

Note: I ask for Comments and criticisms, especially if I have got any points clearly wrong.

If we were to resolve the matters brought to our attention by one very sober survivor, Fiona Barnett, Australia would be doing the whole world a great favour.

Don’t miss this fantastic chance.

  1. I’d imagine many people are concerned about the revelations that might expose them to criminality, and and subject their families to ridicule. But as Fiona said in one interview — about the three rules in FIGHT CLUB (referring the the movie): The first rule is “There is no fight club”, the second rule is “There is no fight club”, and the third “There is no fight club”. But we know there’s a “fight club”…

So imagine — a society where our leaders are not compromised (by pedophiles). I used to not believe the statement that “you have to be compromised in some way to be elevated to a controlling or high position” — but I do now. Society has been compromised.

It is time for whistle-blowers (anonymously or openly) to start whistling.

    • Dee, a psychologist named Valerie Wolf of Tulane University was helpful to MK-Ultra victims in getting them to testify at a Presidential Commission on Radiation Experiments (and then she died). She said in 1995 that all university presidents are chosen for their compromised-ness.

Such persons can rush to do my Questionnaire thing, as a way of clearing their name! Example:

“HI! I’m the president of Such-and-Such University. Valerie Wolf makes you think I’m a compromised individual? Nope, I got this job on my talents. I solemnly swear I am not aware of any “satanic” business on this campus, or of secret control by criminals. Furthermore, if you know of any, please come see me and tell.”

  2. As Fiona (and many others) have discovered, the perpetrators and their lackeys are legion. If things get “hot for them” they’ll throw a much publicised (expendable) small fry under the bus to create the illusion that it’s been dealt with while the (moral, intellectual) perverts continue their mission of cultural subversion, sabotage and destruction.

  3. Oldavid, exactly! Its no different to the music industry or Hollywood! Tom Jones and Cliff Richard for example worked together to molest, rape and torture children along with the help of Billy Graham…
South Africa, Cape Town, in the 70’s found them out, as victims spoke to the authorities, BUT still, Richard and Jones got off Scott free! where does it end? where does one go? these predators have and always will, gain power from their own kind, never ending cycle…They say over 80% of UK cops are predators, The mind boggles!
Very similar to the Bryant case, they cover each other, or kill some -one to get rid of the evidence….
    Sad world!!

  4. Their end game is total enslavment in a global technocratic cyber security prison.
In other words a communist new world order. Everyone has been compromised, there is no hope of advancement , anywhere in any field, unless one is connected. To speak out and expose the kabal is heresy. If one does jobs are lost or worse. For fifty years, I have been watching their network (order out of chaos) expanding in the occupation zones that have become the reality for most of us these days.

All seems lost, but He said that their empire is built upon feet of clay and that He will crush it.
Have faith do good and keep on spreading the truth to everyone who wants to hear.
The game is rigged, so stop watching or playing it. Pull the plug from the wall to hear the birds chirping in the trees, the notes are soo much clearer when not amplified.

Thankyou Dee Mary Fiona and all Gumshoers for exposing them as they are.

    • Hey 56,

      “All seems lost..”

Nah, I was thinking along those lines a while back but maybe this time, it really IS different.
      Tell you why.

(((they))) thought she’d never lose. (but she did)

45,000 sealed indictments in the US. Unheard of historically. Something’s up!!

Massive pedo arrests and public awareness world wide. Hollywood, Weinstein, Streep, De Niro, Hanks, Spielberg, etc being outed. Fiona Barnett is doing a One-Woman demolition job on the corruption inside Australia. Go girl !!

And then there’s the “Q” thing which is starting to break into the Mainstream Media. 350 million with eyes on, 50 million actively following world wide and growing exponentially.(and that’s just the English speaking part). The Streisand Effect. Thanks MSM!!

Trump’s Executive Orders confiscating assets of traffickers and corrupt officials.

Massive number of resignations from public office and corporate position. (rats deserting…??)

Truer words…”nothing is more powerful than an idea whose time has come”.

Perhaps/hopefully we are living in just such a time.

      Enjoy the Show!!

      And be encouraged!!!

  5. Dear Mary Maxwell
Thank you for your article and your great work. Oh but where to start, there are so many coverups. I applaud your idea and initiative. Years ago I was supporting a victim of a church run institution and I also campaigned to have Tasmania on the national sex offenders register as paedophiles were coming here and getting jobs with children. No good deed goes unpunished as they say, and subsequently my children and my self got targeted. Later I got involved with the Australianantipedophileparty and spoke to quite a few people here in Tasmania who had stories where I just could not believe the police inaction and direct dismissal of compelling evidence, like a women who reported her sisters husband who was sexually abusing a young girl, she had her self been a victim and had a child to the perpetrator at 14 years old, and decided to report now because he was doing it again. All they had to do was a dna test. But no such thing happened. As with Fiona Barnett, and many many others who are either abused by lone individual sicko’s or the Mkultra CIA networks, I would say it is very common that complaints don’t get investigated, my own included. I get reminded of the case with Dr Reina Michaelson who went through every possible avenue to get justice for the victims of the satanic paedophile network in Melbourne, and how David Bottril has successfully claimed damages and silenced many through taking them through tribunals and court. I had to do a conference with him with the equal opportunity commission for things I posted in this group

    https://www.facebook.com/groups/1631090460465855/?ref=group_header

Not shutting up is one way of taking some action

I know that what Fiona is saying is true, I have met and been harassed by people involved in these sadistic army/government abuse programs, and listened to many peoples stories. . There are many groups/organisations trying to tackle this age old problem, the corruption and the coverups, and certainly education is the key to change societies, but also unity. There is a great need to organise a conference for all these people to meet . collectively so many who has not had their complaints heard.

Is there any law which protects citizens from corruption and inaction? Any guide lines which hold them accountable? If so could a group action be possible.
I am asking you as you are a graduate of a law school, I have aked a lot of people this, but never found out.

Thank you for your dedication and work

    • Dear Ms Madsen, I will try to answer your last paragraph here, and I will move your penultimate paragraph over to the Comments section of today (Avalanche, Part 2 article).

“Is there any law which protects citizens…”? Yes, the whole of the Law itself.
“Any guidelines which hold them accountable?” Yes, common sense.
“Could a group action be possible?” Yes, for example the small crowd at Gumshoe is doing its ‘group-action’ every day.

Ahem, I know that’s not what you were expecting. Now let me rack my brain for something more specific. You may have heard that some states legislated a new position a few years ago for a Director of Integrity. That turned out to have been a joke I think. In your state, Tassie, the appointee was Justice Wm Cox who is the one we scream about re the false conviction of Martin Bryant. In SA the first appointee was Justice Lander about whom I think I will keep my mouth shut at the moment.

Group action seemed to me to be happening when the Tim Minchin song’s royalties were used to sponsor the airfare of priests’ survivors to go to Pell’s hearing in Rome. This year at my Fringe show, which was about MK-Ultra, i saw some members of the audience enter the hall in batches, so I reckon they are a survivor-group. I did not think fast enough to invite them to come to the stage and have a word or two…

Last month in Canada I attended a drumming session (I can recommend it!) which my pal had discovered via the Meet-ups page. By the way, as I am now in New Hampshire I perused the Meetups page. There are dozens of groups I could join. I decided not to join the one whose mane is “Shoot first, ask questions later.” But I am joining one that has to do with learning the harmonica. Not sure Oz has a meet-ups page but Gumtree.com.au has groupie things.

Ms Madsen, I realize you want something more from me. You want me to say how solidarity can be achieved. I think about this all the time and am kind of thwarted by the fact that human psychology does make people go into denial. So my game is to try to persuade them that NOT being in denial is much more in their self-interest — and is fun too. You are right to zero in on the need for solidarity. That’s the key to it all.

You want legal mechanisms? Consider going to court for a restraining order against such-and-such. Consider marching into a police station and insisting on filing a report of a crime you see being committed. Consider starting a law suit against some “thing” that has caused you an economic loss.

Outside of legal, maybe take out a small ad in the newsletter of your alumni group, asking interested alumni to meet you at the beach on a certain day, or even at McDonald’s, or at the uni library. Make it sound non-confrontative, like “How can we help our university stand up for a great cause”…

Betcha you have plenty of ideas. Sounds to me like you are a real activist. Thanks! Go for it!

  6. From my comfortable view point, being very blessed and never having been abused, I see that the main problem is the lack of a cohesive, organised, body, composed of those who have been abused and of those who care, who have skills, knowledge and strategies, to together create a formidable force which cannot be ignored, swept aside, etc. as happens when individuals take up the battle for justice.

Fiona is evidence of what one person is cable of doing. With great courage and determination, she has pretty well, single-handedly, laid bare the putrid Australian underbelly, at great cost to her and her family. How much more effective, and quicker, could her mission for justice and exposure of these vile crimes have been if she’d had the support of a large team as passionate and dedicated as she?

The question, of course, is how to form such a team and organise them into a united, hard-hitting body with a very loud voice? Not only that, Luciferians, being part of the Deep State / The Illuminati, have a strangle hold on the mainstream media, as shown by events in the USA, so getting this information out to the wider public is difficult. Not only that, as Fiona has pointed out, politicians, members of the judiciary and the police force, etc. are also Luciferians, so getting any action will be difficult – but not impossible because not everybody is a Luciferian.

President Donald Trump is winning the battle against the Deep State by having very clever strategies (the intriguing Q Anon being one of them) and many good, honest people on his team, but even he has a problem getting his message across as the MSM fake news media is against him at every turn. George Soros funds the left wing rabble, as he does here in Australia too (GetUp, a left-wing lobby group, is one tool) supporting left-wing politicians (the Greens, Labor) and undermining conservatives like Tony Abbott, and now Peter Dutton.

The only consolation for Fiona is that child traffickers and paedophiles, and the Catholic Church, are being taken down in the US, but the MSM does not report this. Prosecutions of elite players, like the Clintons, Bushes, Obama, CIA, DOJ and FBI elite, etc. are taking a long time. I heard that this is so because the ‘small fry’ are being targeted first so that they can rat on those above them. Prosecution cases have to be carefully prepared so that no ‘get out of jail card’ remains. Apparently over 40,000 indictments have been prepared. Trump has organised military tribunals, and Guantanamo Bay prison cells have been prepared for elite visitors who will be tried for treason. Looking at events in Australian politics recently, it could well be that some of our politicians could be accused of treason.

  7. @Amy Blackmore
“it could well be that some of our politicians could be accused of treason.”
According to the the description of the nature and purpose of Civil Authority by Thomas Aquinas (C 13) and Aristotle before him, the whole blardy lot could be accused and found guilty by their own words.

The “formidable force” is what Lot could not find in Sodom… i.e. the “just men” to oppose the institutionalised moral and intellectual corruption. I am still not convinced that there are not enough ordinarily “honest” or morally “commonly decent” people to overrun the perverse secretocracy if they have the means and the intention to do so.

    • I’m sure there would be enough “ordinarily “honest” or morally “commonly decent” people to overrun the perverse secretocracy” IF they knew about rampant paedophilia and IF there was an organised group to lead people to action.

The problem is, first, communicating the information to people; second, getting them to believe it exists and the extent to which it exists for most people just don’t see it in ‘normal’ society. I only know because I’ve read about it, but I have personally seen no evidence of it. Of those who do know, many do not want to become involved.

Using a tactic out of the “Animals Australia’ campaign to ban the live animal export trade, is something which could work to force government to take stock and act. This is done by many people emailing the PM, their local MP and every senator about once a week for months on end if need be, and bringing it to the attention of independent news or media discussion panels, eg. the Bolt Report and Credlin (Peta Credlin) on Skye News. (Unfortunately Alan Jones has been named by Fiona as a paedophile, otherwise he’d have been good to have in your corner).

“60 Minutes” (Ross Coulter) did a session on British elite paedophilia a few years ago, but Ross Coulter was not interested when approached by Fiona. However, a concerted letter campaign by many people, might convince the producers of 60 Minutes to do an Australian version. A very sound case would have to be made, with many victims willing to step forward to identify perpetrators and detail their stories – it takes great courage.

How many people on Gumshoe are willing to step up to join an emailing campaign? Are there other support groups who could join? A standard draft letter can be written, which everybody would edit a little so not all are identical, to be sent to politicians etc. etc.

      • I have been involved in several campaigns of “lobbying” MPs to address various forms of gov’t corruption on and off for about 40 years. Way back then if you wrote to an MP explaining the problem and suggesting a remedy they would, at least, get one of their back room boys to reply with a puerile, dismissive, list of platitudes and just continue to do what the secretocracy told them to do.The few who made some attempt to oppose the wrongs were mercilessly slandered in the Press with misinformation and character assassination. Things have only got worse since then. These days, they simply ignore anything inconvenient to the prevalent ideology and the presstitutes are even more vicious, cunning, and coordinated. Anyhow, it’s just as easy to ignore 1000 emails as 10 if one’s “good standing” with the secretocracy is threatened. “Party hacks” know full well that their Party endorsement and success is entirely dependent on their sycophancy to a hidden agenda…

It’s just not possible for everyone in the country to know all about everything; but it is possible for small groups to appoint a well supported representative of their interests to a local electoral “council” which can investigate all the relevant issues and appoint one of their number to represent them in Parliament under the watchful eye of the of the “ordinary people” who appointed them and who have a vested interest in “watching their back”. No grandiose rabble-rousing demagogues required or allowed.

Rowdy populist disturbances are easily subverted and misrepresented but a dispersed, cool, calm and collected population in their own space are practically impenetrable to ideologues and demagogues and secret agendas.

I come from a long line of sheep farmers and I like and respect sheep (indeed, all animals) for what they are and I deplore wanton cruelty in any shape or form. But the “Animals Australia” mob enjoyed considerable “good press” using the “animal welfare” issue as a means of economic sabotage. But I still hate the idea of brutalising those poor animals so that some “cultures” can indulge their “cultural proclivities”. Anyhow, that’s beside the point for our present argument.
