Well a woman is not a transgender or they would be two genders at once.
In that case they would be “intersex” with XXy genes which is very rare.
Gender change is not sex change, I looked in my old dictionary which I have kept since the 1980’s for this type of reason. Gender is about grammar, not biology, as in the latin languages where objects are assigned a gender.
