Rally on Saturday To OUTLAW a Past Prime Minister

Please show up at noon on Saturday, June 26, 2021, in your capital city (venues listed below) to support children. I’m reading this from a poster that says @truthjusticefreedomfor children.

GumshoeNews’ editor Dee McLachlan has asked me on a moment’s notice to come up with a relevant article.  At the moment I am attending a camp in the White Mountains where there are hundreds of happy children running around having fun.  Their parents care for them. But there are also children whose parents care for them but who get snatched away. And there are parents who, lets’ face it, hand their kids over for wicked ends.

I have given this article the title “Rally To Outlaw a Past Prime Minister” partly to stir you up, as the meeting on Saturday June 26, states in its advert: “Child trafficking, pedophilia, organ harvesting, satanic ritual abuse (SRA), incest, family court,” and the accompanying text points to the fact that since 2017 the Royal Commission has handed over a list of 28 pollies including one past prime minister. (That’s Senator Heffernan’s list of 28, to which Karen Brewer in NZ has often pointed.)

It would be the Aussie thing to do to get ahold of that PM, but I believe it will not happen under present “arrangements” – so the issue to think about is how to overcome those arrangements. It requires that you recognize your relationship to “government” and that you know the many responsibilities you have for upholding and enforcing the law.

Who, you? The ordinary citizen?  Yes, you.  If not you, who?  It is now as plain as day that no amount of proof of the crime of child abuse will lead to a prosecution. Worse, it is apparent that many persons in “government” will NOT ABIDE BY THE LAW. Which is to say, they are violating the law.

Let’s name the past prime minister in question as Wayne Whoopie. Let’s say there is rumor that he killed at least one child and was able to get a doctor to write up the death certificate to show a natural cause of death, say a spider bite.

Let’s say you have known of it for 3 years, but as each day goes by, nothing is done. Most people don’t file a police complaint, or write to their parliamentarian, or even drop in at the local Ombudsman’s office, but let’s say a particular Aussie named Hughsie Houdini did do all three of those proper things.  Houdini is very riled up and wants action.

“Manila”

What we are looking at here, then, is a new Thriller in Manila:  Hughsie Houdini v Wayne Whoopie. Where is the boxing ring and can ticketholders do anything physical to the boxers?

In all states, I believe, the ticketholders (or gate crashers) — if they are armed cops — can act.  They can go into the ring and pull Houdini out and arrest him.  Wait a minute! Shouldn’t they pull Whoopie out and arrest him?

Most definitely they can (and should) arrest Wayne Whoopie for the murder of the child. It is very lawful to do so.  But the cops are obeying the wrong bosses and they won’t do it. They will find another law on which to arrest Hughsie Houdini.  I have noted in my sad law career of the last few years that it is possible to produce “words” to justify any violent action against citizens.   (Terrorism, anyone?)

The top wording in regard to child stealing can be found in the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth). Many a judge has gone home happy at 5pm knowing that he LAWFULLY signed a few kids over to the accused perpetrator of sexual abuse.

But here we are at the Thriller in Manila, or the Big Bust in Brisbane, or whatever you call it, and the most important question is What law will permit Wayne Whoopie to be dragged from the ring and carried out onto the street by citizens?

Outlawry

Why, the law of outlawry of course!  Wayne is way past due to be proclaimed an outlaw.  He is, per my description above (and see my video below), an outlaw.  Whoopie is a person beyond the reach of the law – that’s the definition of an outlaw.

Mary dear, what the hell law are you talking about? A past prime minister is not beyond the reach of the law.  Only the monarch is legally considered to be above the law and a PM is no king.

Folks, get a grip.  There is language and there is reality.  The reality is that Wayne is beyond the reach of the law – or is “above the law” if you want to put it that way. The very fact that he has walked free ever since the 2015 Royal Commission tells you he is above the law.  He is an outlaw. Nobody is willing or able to catch him.

The Common Law

As I said, I am writing this “to deadline” and do not have my library with me in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.  I am winging it – correct me if I’m wrong, O Barristers. My understanding of the Common Law is that it is made up of (British) judges’ decisions in cases compiled over the years.  Plus it included some statutory law from Parliament.

Australia inherited Common Law as of 1788 when the First Fleet landed.  We also kept on adding to it any statutes passed in Britain (until a certain year when we said uh-uh to that). Did Captain Cook bring the law of outlawry with him as part of English Common law?  Yes.

Doesn’t the Down Under colony have a right to kill off any undesired part of the common law?  I don’t know if they did prior to Federation in 1901, but certainly they did after that.

Did any Australian state or federal parliament subsequently repeal the law of outlawry?  Yes, Tasmania explicitly repealed it in its 1924 Crimes Act. I don’t think any of the other states did.

So now I will go on the PRESUMPTION that the five mainland states still have a law of outlawry.

Outlawry and Self-Defense

On Page 157 of my freely downloadable book Reunion: Judge in the Family Court, I wrote:

“In the olden days before policing was institutionalized, some people – bandits – couldn’t easily be caught. They were outlaws, officially! It fell to everyone to catch them. You could say to them (Thank God some official words here): Caput gerat lupinem. ‘Yours is the head of a wolf.’ It means ‘You are outside society. You are civilly dead.’

“It was your duty to kill him. True. If instead you fed him or harbored him, that was a crime for which you could be arrested. Why? Because society wants rid of him. See?’

I also added at the bottom of page 157: “…You wear a natural badge. Please deploy it.”

The now-deceased Jeffrey Epstein ran a sex trafficking business whose purpose was perhaps to get top politicians into bed with underage girls for blackmail purposes. Everyone knew his crimes but he wasn’t arrested until 2008 — and then got a deal from the DoJ by pleading guilty to two state charges.

He got a mere 13 months in a semi-jail. At the time, the FBI had identified 36 underage victims. If you were a victim, you would have realized that this plea deal shows that Epstein was above the law – no one was willing to hold him.

I say he was an outlaw. It is hard to know at what point the public could have killed him under the Law of Outlawry. You may say “The law was working; he did get some punishment.” I say that’s lawyerese talk. Anyone can see Epstein was protected — he was invited to continue his crimes.

In a 1854 case in New South Wales, Australia — R v Elliot  — the chef justice said that it is justifiable homicide to kill an outlaw as long as the hue and cry has been raised:

“The Law of England makes every man an officer to arrest a Traitor or Felon, and all persons of Competent Age, who are present where treason or felony is committed or a dangerous wound is given, are bound to apprehend the Offender on pain of being fined and imprisoned for their neglect; they are also bound to raise Hue and Cry, and pursue him….” [Emphasis added]

Self-Defense

The law of outlawry is not the same as the ongoing law of self-defense (also known as justifiable homicide). Here the point is not to lay a responsibility on members of society to deal with the outlaw.  Rather it’s a law that lets you off the hook if you are forced to do violence to someone who is about to hurt you – or someone near you.

The Australian High Court ruled in 1987 as follow in Zecevic v DPP:

“The question to be asked in the end is simple. It is whether the accused believed upon reasonable grounds that it was necessary in self-defence to do what he did. If he had that belief and there were reasonable grounds for it, or if the jury is left in reasonable doubt about the matter, then he is entitled to an acquittal.”

Can Hughsie Houdini, in the ring, give Wayne Whoopie a good left hook and get away with it?  I am not sure as I don’t know how wide the “precedential” definition is for ‘self defence.”  I do know it works for protection of a child (or adult) who is standing near you and is about to be hit.  For other precedents you need to go to austlii.edu.au, which is the repository of Australian law cases.  Please tell us in Comments below.

    • A concrete example, with evidence, of where someone was decapitated outside of The Middle East, merely for stating “Jesus is Lord” would be a good piece of evidence to support your commentary here. If it has not happened, what is the significance of posting it?

    • Orrite, Crossy, at the risk of, once again, incurring the wrath of the contemporary “enlightened” I will rise to a defence of Apostolic Christianity. If you ever bothered to flick through the history of early Christianity (even as briefly recorded in Biblical texts) you would discover that the Synagogue of Satan has been frantically opposed to the “useless Messiah” right from the get-go because He didn’t conform Himself to their ambitions and use His wonderful powers to start whacking Romans on the way to World domination. St Paul warns against the “Judaisers” who, even then, were trying to undermine the despised Christianity to “make way” for their desired “proper Messiah” who would subjugate the whole World to them.   10. I just read that Derek Chavin was sentenced to 22.5 years for trying to save the life of that worthless POS George Floyd. It angers me to see the result of political show trials, like Lindy Chamberlain or Chavin. At least Chamberlain finally got released, but Martin Bryant still sits in prison after more than 25 years.

    When I was younger I had no idea the ‘mob’ in the street could be as irrational as it is, nor could I believe the legal system could be so corrupt. – Where is that asteroid when we need it?

    • Funny how the oligarchs always try to blame the plebs for everything, plastic in the ocean is the first that springs to mind, so who has the plastic factory, oligarchs or plebs ? Then they want people to be 25% smaller !!! Who put the hormones in the meat, oligarchs or plebs ? They want lower emissions, who is stopping low emissions cars from being imported into Australia, for example the #1 top selling hybrid car in Japan, Nissan e-note is not available here, because of car dealerships.
      In the US they have the 2nd amendment and your ice-age guy says they will be incited to use it, baited in fact. Americans need to anticipate the future, if it comes to shooting, they will probably be up against killer drones. But hopefully, the Arizona audit will see some improvements. Look at your video at 10:30 and study the expressions and body language.
      If you read these they way I am you could imply quite a lot.
      Why should the US not be liberated again as it was under Jackson. That was the original intent of the founders. It seems things get infiltrated very badly over time but the excitables who think the swamp should be drained in their attention-span time of 5 minutes will learn something about systemic infiltration and the scale of the rectification project. Just look at the time frame for the infiltration, since 1963, and this NWO is supposed to run through to 2030. Joe Bag’o’donuts just cannot wrap his brain around much more than 90 minutes, let alone a scheme that lasts a full lifetime.

  17. Well I did my duty and showed up at the rally, a rally is much better than a protest march, you need some really punchy speakers who can draw passers-by in, good judges of the politics, and a good sound system to do it with.
    The best part was when they hung some corruption stuff on the cops, there were cops present, a sufficient number to easily handle the old baby-boomer women who made up the largest demographic, I’m not sure if clapping is illegal in Australia at the moment.
    (I believe singing is illegal in NSW but not sure about chanting if there was any there).
    Frequent rallies in confined areas covering a range of issues are better I think than oversized protest marches where potentially stuff might get trashed by counter-agents.
