The era of bio-war is here and we need true believers to sell it to us; lockdowns, injections etc. In the 70’s there was the threat of the “Neutron Bomb” which would kill off all life but leave property intact. Fifty years later we have survived early attempts at bio-war which have the same effect. All along we thought the army was there to protect us and the bio-terror would come from outside but now with Globalism and in the full light of day we see the upper classes intend to turn the bio-war against the rest of us, and so the ground is being prepared, with strange, secretive laws being put into place to have us imprisoned, fed experimental Gene Modified Organisms and injected with serums unknown.
The threat seemed larger in Australia with the previous Governor general, a full-blown army man who nonetheless seemed more than a little uncertain about the agenda he was following.
The character of this new Australian Governor General suggests an individual who has followed the authorised trends closely all the way along, whether they have some abstract merit like crowd-forming, hypnotic football circuses or the never ending circus of women’s rights (refer: https://fee.org/articles/the-assemblywomen-the-ancient-greek-play-that-mercilessly-and-hilariously-mocked-socialism-and-democracy/ ), or whether they are mind-scrambling nonsense like the massively hyped but absurdly nonexistent carbon dioxide powered Global Warming. Plenty has been explained to prove that variations in solar activity produce the wide range of climate the Earth has experienced over thousands of years, from tropical periods to ice ages, none of this is affected in the slightest by carbon dioxide gas, though clouds are involved.
We can expect this Governor General to advocate for the latest remedy, Carbon Capture and Storage (CC&S), which is basically a massive and expensive fraud against the public, which has been attempted since the Rudd era without gaining any traction outside of the parasitic political classes.
The progressive (ALP oriented) nature of this Governor General indicates that the control methodology planned for 2025 will be an excess of subterfuge, confidence tricks, appalling official lies and stupefying gaslighting. This Governor General has quite some pedigree in ALP politics having worked for former PM Keating half a lifetime ago, with some background in law as well as finance interests, currently a banker. This individual must have been anointed a very long time ago, perhaps for just this moment in time.

The nature of statecraft is more complex than herding cats but more forgiving in that the time scales are much longer and attrition is built in. Note also that culling is an important, integral part of any successful herd management.
The office of Governor General is the major, direct conduit for the higher powers that run the country. There are obviously other conduits, through banks, military, business etc. The Governor General acts through the government’s ministers, who swear their oaths on appointment to the ministry:

The popular interpretation is biased toward the favourable, a tragedy of positive thinking, like a military beach landing.
The oath sworn by the Governor General is even more curious. According to the parliamentary website aph.gov.au it is currently done in two parts:

Oath of Office
I, [subject], do swear that I will well and truly serve [monarch and monarch’s] heirs and successors according to law, in the office of Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, and I will do right to all manner of people after the laws and usages of the Commonwealth of Australia, without fear or favour, affection or ill will. So Help Me God!
It’s quite plain that the Governor General is to be little more than a functionary for the monarch, despite the strange, implied claim of free will during the Whitlam dismissal, by former PM Whitlam himself.
So if the office of Governor General hands down the guiding directives, what is the parliament for? It was based on the English system where the upper house is inhabited with hereditary peers who are answerable to private interests. The lower house has ministers under oath (fealty) and a collection of commoners, because the design of the lower house is to collect feedback from the public and send it back through the conduit (Governor General) so the controllers have a clearer sense of how much control they can exert. In this sense the Governor General will “serve” the monarch. Of course the name of the game ultimately is to keep the public’s nose to the grindstone. If the public was set free they would immediately turn to debauchery and anarchy, as they always do when deprived of discipline.

How could all or any of this happen? Just look back at other dynasties in other times and you’ll recall it’s nothing unusual for an unsuitable person, even an heir, to be removed, by an uncle or some other person, usually above scrutiny. In this case it looks like the unsuitable heir involved was simply sidelined in yet another layer of concealment. Who is the real dealer in this new paradigm and new generation? There are clues. Thanks to the deliberate and calculated incompetence of our present and recent state and federal governments, more money will have to be borrowed from the Globalist Reserve Banking system in the growing desperation of a leadership contingent which, however useless, seems surprised to be drowning in the misery of their own unprecedented and catastrophic failures. Many of them would still be at the denial stage. Now, even the promised interest rate cuts of mid-2024 have been backed away from, by officials at every level, right up to the US Federal Reserve, as already anticipated and featured here, approximately one month ago:
The economy can be left to freefall as it may, since CBDCs are not far off and full implementation is likely anytime, with 2030 presumably as the latest possible date. North Korea may continue to hold out. CBDCs are already in use in Nigeria, Jamaica and the Bahamas. In El Salvador they are using Bitcoin, which was developed secretly by unknown persons calling themselves Satoshi Nakamoto, which the writer presumes is a Globalist entity, beta-testing the concept with the Alt-money crowd. Other currencies such as Zuckerbucks and Dogecoins are a distraction and will most likely fall by the wayside thanks to their level of uncertainty and inconvenience. Bitcoin will potentially be plugged into CBDCs in a coup de grace which should shock the true believers. The Australian government is already pushing their digital ID products, the Reserve Bank of Australia has been trying to debug their PayID for the early adopters. CBDCs will be sold to us as the most attractive form of credit and system of bonuses ever invented. The honeymoon period with no fees and all sorts of “points” will be of unspecified duration.

Dax was a “colleague” of Ewen Cameron and a protege of Brigadier Rawlings Rees. My Brother and I attended this Kindergarten and also another preschool prior to coming to Australia.
Dax was to become a major influence on my mothers life both directly and indirectly.
In 1954 she became the Director of the first school for the Mentally Retarded Children in Geelong Victoria. This venture was officially opened by Sir Dallas Brooks in 1954 and in 1969 she moved to Ferntree Gully and became the Supervisor of the the newly established Knoxbrooke Day Training Centre for Intellectually Disabled Children and Youth. Both of these institutions were the initiatives of Dr Cunningham Dax who was appointed the head of the Mental Health Authority in 1952 on the recommendation of a Dr Kennedy —” (It was considered a very auspicious occasion my mother wore a blue uniform and white gloves and shook Dallas’s hand while making a little the curtsey, there was a photo in the Geelong Advertiser but I am unable to locate it.)
So a little about Sir Dallas Military Career.
Graduated from the Royal Navy Staff College in 1934—1943 served as Director-General(Military) of the political Warfare Executive. In 1946 he was appointed Commandant General Royal Marines in the rank of lieutenant general. 1948 he was promoted to General, Knighted that year and retired in May 1949.
Governor of Victoria from 1949-1963 he retired and built a house in Frankston died 1996.
Fremasonry
Brooks was grand master of the United Grand Lodge of Victoria from 1951-1963- the longest serving Grand Master. He was the only governor of any state initiated into the craft while serving as governor. He was initiated into the Clarke Lodge NO 98 on 6 Feb 1950 and was passed and raised within two months. Then became Worshipful master of the lodge only 5 months after his initiation and then elected Grand master of the Grand lodge of Victoria the following year.
Legacy
The United Grand Lodge of Victoria built a concert hall Dallas Brooks Hall- a major events venue.
Dallas Brooks Drive in Kings Domain linking the official residence of the governor general of Victoria Government House to the Shrine.
Also of interest he was the grandfather of journalist and television presenter Jennifer Byrne who shared an interesting story a few years ago.

A website has a picture of a currency note issued by the Bank of New South Wales, Sydney, on 1 January 1824 for Twenty Spanish Dollars.

coinsandaustralia.com doesn’t ask why the colony was importing Spanish Dollars nor why the Bank of NSW felt it necessary to issue Spanish Dollars, long before SWIFT, when there were already large imports of the things circulating in the colony.
Interestingly, the note was signed by a J (for Juan) Oxley who must have found the time to nip back to Sydney in between discovering the Brisbane and Bremer Rivers.

There is a lesson in it, the Spanish had the gold but the British had the tech so acting through the Americans the British ended up beating Spain back to the stone age, meanwhile some of their currency must have still been more trusted enough for their paper scrip to be used and interfering in the colonies hence the NSW counterfeiting. The British Empire would obviously try to counterfeit the Spanish money into oblivion. The Japanese tried a similar thing during ww2 but it only lasted until 1945.
