I hold a minority position in regard to the origins of the document known as “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion.” The majority opinion is that the protocols are minutes of a meeting held in 1897 by members of the then-new Zionist movement. My opinion is that they were published with the name ‘Zion’ in order to deceive readers. As to who wrote them, it must have been someone who knew of the plan for control of the world. That control nearly exists today.

On August 27, 2017, Gumshoenews published my article “Who Killed Cock Robin?”, in which I asked questions whose answers support a finding that the 9/11 attacks were carried out by “a coterie of men connected to Israel.” At this point, 16 years down the track, I think it is clear that the carrying out of the attacks also included many non-Zionists such as Donald Rumsfeld and Richard Cheney.  More persons were identified by Kevin Ryan in his excellent book “Another Nineteen.”

I will say more about the origins of the Protocols below, but first I give a quote of some of the main points. In my 2011 book Prosecution for Treason, I printed the following quotes as an appendix.  I called that appendix “My Protocols” to make a joke of the fact that since no one seems to want to claim them I will claim them. Here is the relevant excerpt from my book:

APPENDIX X “My Protocols” Mary Maxwell September, 2009

The item from which the 12 excerpts below were chosen by yours truly was published in a Russian newspaper in 1905. It was attributed at that time to “the elders of Zion,” however the Zionists disclaimed authorship. I have often thought that the tone of voice is wrong for it to be the work of the persons who actually carried out the plot which it describes. More likely it was produced by someone wanting to put Jews in a bad light (which is something the ADL has always done with great finesse, in my opinion – never mind that that’s counterintuitive.) [All emphasis below is added; my numbering is arbitrary. Remarks in square brackets are mine.]

  1. In these [Masonic] lodges we shall find our principal intelligence office and means of influence…. Among the members of these lodges will be almost all the agents of international and national police since their service to us is irreplaceable. [They keep from view] our activities and provide pretexts for discontents [e.g., ‘Atlanta child murders’] We execute Masons in such wise that none save the brotherhood can ever have a suspicion of it. They all die as from a normal kind of illness.
  2. The people, under our guidance, have eliminated the aristocracy, who were their one and only defense and foster mother…. Masonry blindly serves as a screen for us. We appear on the scene as alleged saviors – Socialists, Anarchists, Communists, to whom we always give support in accordance with alleged brotherly rule (of the solidarity of all humanity) of our social masonry. De facto we have already wiped out every kind of rule except for our own…. Nowadays, if any States raise a protest against us it is only proforma, and by our direction. [Iran]
  3. Capital must be free to establish a monopoly of industry and trade …. This freedom [as in ‘a free hand’] will give political force to those engaged in industry, and that will help to oppress the people…. The intensification of armaments, the increase of police forces – are all essential for the completion of the aforementioned plans.
  4. All organs of the press are bound together by professional secrecy ….We shall erase from the memory of men all facts of previous centuries…. Through the Press we have gained the power to influence while remaining ourselves in the shade…. And if there should be any found who are desirous of writing against us, they will not find any person eager to print their productions…. Trial shots… fired by us in the third rank of our press, will be energetically refuted by us in our semi-official organs. [Note: I could paper the wall of my dining room with letters of rejection I have received from book publishers over the years. – MM]
  5. [Our other secret of success is] to multiply to such an extent national failings, habits, passions, conditions of civil life, that it will be impossible for anyone to know where he is in the resulting chaos… There is nothing more dangerous than personal initiative if it has genius behind it, such initiative can do more than can be done by millions of people among whom we have sown discord.
  6. In all ages [people] have accepted words for deeds. They rarely pause to note, in the public arena, whether promises are followed by performance. Therefore we shall establish show institutions. [!!]
  7. Our directorate will have knowledge of all the secrets of the social structure…with the whole underside of human nature, with all its sensitive chords on which they will have to play. Persons [who disobey] our instructions, must face criminal charges or disappear.
  8. We shall arrange elections in favor of such presidents as have in their past some dark, undiscovered stain. We shall invest the president with the right of declaring a state of war. [See Maxwell v Bush.] No one outside ourselves will any longer direct the force of legislation [despite Congress pay: $174K.] We shall instigate officials near the president to evade his dispositions by taking measures of their own. He will further annul [laws] when we indicate to him to do so.
  9. It is indispensable to trouble people’s relations with their governments so as to utterly exhaust humanity with dissension … even by the use of torture, starvation, inoculation of diseases, so that [they have no option but] to take refuge in our complete sovereignty in money and in all else. [IMF calling.] How clear is the undeveloped power of thought of the purely brute brains of the [masses] as expressed in the fact that they have been borrowing from us with payment of interest. [Creature from Jekyll Island.]
  10. Thanks to the Press [NYT et al] we have got the gold in our hands. We have had to gather it out of the oceans of blood and tears…. To sum up our system of keeping the governments in Europe in check . . . we shall respond with the guns of America [!!] or China or Japan.
  11. Who will ever suspect then that all these peoples were stage-managed by us according to a political plan which no one has so much as guessed at in the course of many centuries? [Note: It infuriates me that my dear parents had to go to their graves without finding out any of this. – MM]
  12. When we at last definitely come into our kingdom [it will be] by the aid of coups d’état prepared everywhere for one and the same day…. With this purpose we shall slay without mercy all who take up arms to oppose our coming into our kingdom. [C’mon, dear Readers, admit that you’d never imagined anything so clever as a universal takeover. – MM]

Origins

Note that in Item 11 the writer refers to “the course of many centuries.” It is my guess that the current rule of the cabal goes back to ancient Rome and that the Roman Church was invented to play a role in keeping the people under a discipline. Personally I love the creation of the Christian religion and I ain’t knockin’ it, but I still suspect it had a nefarious purpose.

Any critics of the Protocols have said that this kind of thinking about control of the world came about because of something in “the Jewish personality type.” Nonsense. It came about – I say it was bound to come about – because of something in Homo sapiens. We are a predatory species that preys on its own members.

We rarely miss a chance to take advantage of others, even unto grabbing their organs for transplant or working them to death for our financial gain. “It’s what we do.” Deal with it.

The Requisite Brains

Now back to my dispute with the majority opinion that the Protocols are the minutes of a meeting of Zionists. I suppose it can’t be ruled out. But Theodore Herzl, the leader of the Zionists at that time, did not go around preaching anything about world control. I doubt he had the brains for it. I doubt he was sufficiently sociopathic.

But clearly somebody had enough brains and was sufficiently sociopathic. Recall the meetings around 1890 of Lord Milner’s Kindergarten and the dispatching if Cecil Rhodes to grab any and all of Africa’s resources. Now there’s a man who had the brains. I mean Rhodes; not sure if Milner was merely following orders.

You may ask whether Milner or Rhodes was Jewish. I don’t know and it doesn’t matter. I already agree that someone wrote the Protocols. It can’t have been a hundred monkeys at typewriters making random strokes. It was “a human.” The Protocols prove that the big plan really exists, and so the planners really exist.

The 9/11 Coterie

At the end of my Cock Robin article, I formed the opinion that 9/11 was done by a coterie of men – whose names were provided by the anonymous author of “9/11 Exposed and the Myth of the War on Terror.” I must credit that unnamed person with digging into such matters as “Who had access to the twin towers, who was able to control the media story, who prevented lawsuits” etc.

It is hard to hold a view that those persons — including Larry Silverstein, Bibi Netenyahu, and Michael Mukasey — were NOT involved in the plot to demolish the World Trade Center. Surely they were. Surely.

But are they also connected to the Protocols? My little Cock Robin study did not do much to investigate anything beyond the bringing down of the towers, and the consequent slandering of Muslims and the accompanying development of the police state – aka the Homeland Security state.

Of course, such a group – who we can see was able, in 2001, to control Congress, the federal courts, the White House, and the Pentagon, did not gain its power all for the one purpose of carrying out of the 9/11 attacks. Rather, there surely exists a bigger body of bosses who had already captured the American government. Even in the early 20th century, some critics had opined that a person higher than the president was the real president.

Who Are They?

I am incapable of coming up with a definition of that “person.” Canadian parliamentarian Paul Hellyer gives it the name “the permanent government” which I find satisfactory. Others call it the cabal, World Government, the committee of 300, and so forth.

They are well hidden. David Rockefeller and various members of the Bilderberg group have been visible enough. Their meetings have been crashed by reporters such as Daniel Estulin. It does appear that these Bilderbergers were given the power to nominate political leaders, to decide which currencies would be devalued, and which industries would be assign to which countries.

Reading through George Orwell’s 1984 or Dr Richard Day’s 1969 speech to a medical group, provides us with enough data to deduce that a very powerful group must be behind these objectives.  They can make wars happen, and they get down to particulars of designing our cultures. Lately they are trying to redesign God’s work by modifying our DNA. I think they also arrange genocides by way of slow-acting diseases and that they make hurricanes and earthquakes.

Who Needs ’em?

We can say that the Coterie of Men Connected to Israel who did the remarkable job of “changing the world” on 9/11 are at least involved with the Biggies who run the world. I hope that the outrageousness of what happened on 9/11 (and its consequences) will finally stir people to action. I believe that is already happening. This will lead us to find out what has been going on “upstairs.”

Let’s keep talking about the specific charges that can be laid against, say, Larry Silverstein for “pulling Building 7.”  He owned that building and had the right to demolish it but not the right to use its collapse to terrorize people or to blame “Muslims.”

    So, what did Churchill and Kennedy know about who really controls this world?

    What do any of us know, but for our own endeavours or biases, that may influence us in attempting to unravel this world’s biggest mystery?

    Maybe we could begin to understand by looking at the world’s most wealthiest establishment, The Catholic Church, as Mary has hinted at, and more specifically, The Vatican, that ‘part’ of the Church that has controlled what the Church has done for nearly two thousand years.

    The Vatican is known to possess many secrets that it guards jealously – but is that how a Church of God should behave? And what exactly are they hiding from us and have done so for a very long time?

    But what we have today in terms of an invisible imposition that controls governments via ‘their’ intelligence agencies – they used to control government through the Church – is probably a whole lot older than the Catholic Church and in all probability goes back through the Halls of Time in its influence and is as old as the Human Species itself.

    I don’t believe anyone will ever get the full story of who or what controls this world. There are so many brick walls in place to deter the avid investigator that most just give up trying.

    I have been down so many blind alleys in my pursuit that I can only imagine the superior intelligence that is behind the many road blocks that prevents the exposure of the controlling influences of this planet – and I believe that intelligence is beyond human.

        Islam was founded back around 650 AD, no one really knows what year exactly, but after Mohammed’s death, Islam took to destroying whatever was left of the Roman empire around the Mediterranean as they invaded what used to be protected by Rome.

        Islam is a retrograde force, wherever it has existed its has blighted the land and the people under it. I fear Islam because I know Islam’s history and what Islam intends for us all. You can choose to ignore certain aspects to history that don’t fit in with how you think things should be – but that does not mean that what you take to disregarding does not pose to us a clear and present danger.

        You know in your own heart that you cannot trust politicians and what they tell us. So shouldn’t you be looking into why the elite of this world refuse to denounce Islam and promote it instead?

        • As far as I know Nem, Mohamed wrote the Koran as if it were God speaking, as it is a fairly high and mighty method of delivery it is hard to quibble about what God is on about?
          As far as I can tell Mohamed wrote the book because of the incursions from foreign invaders.
          Its basically a political document that suited the times, sort of a news paper having so far not gone out of fashion and not got a next edition.

    While there may be are a number of things in this article that I might not completely agree with, this particular idea stands out because I’ve seen it used so many times. It’s restated by many people as if an obvious fact, but I find it dubious and unconvincing. It seems much more likely to me to be a learned behavior and if we could follow the learning back to its origin, I think we’d find the behaviors mostly based in fear and trauma. The fear becomes unconscious over time as the origin is forgotten so that it appears to be “nature,” but really isn’t. Most people don’t engage in such behavior. Why would we take the actions of a few and claim them as our own nature? This makes no sense to me.

    At the same time, there seems to be a mass effect in certain societies and under certain conditions and the “elites” understand this and use it to manipulate us. Most people wouldn’t take such actions on their own, but mass effect has a way of creating a sort of insanity. There are many examples of this, but what comes to mind at the moment is an interview I recently listened to with Abby Martin who had been to Israel/Palestine and discussed what she saw, heard, and experienced there. I admit that I’m not sure why Palestinians are so hated by Israelis, and probably vice versa, but I hypothesize that the reason goes back far into ancient times even beyond Rome.     If you haven’t read it, you might take a look at the Zechariah Sitchin material sometime, if you can get past the “alien” idea. I’m not necessarily saying that everything he says is true because, for one reason, I can’t read Cuneiform script, but there are quite a few interesting parallels that could shed some light if even some of it were true.

        • My understanding is that the Israeli/Arab conflict is rooted in the rivalry between Issac & Ishmael and that the overarching family dynamic will continue until its bought to fruition.

          • It seems to me that this story of Isaac and Ishmael is a convenient excuse for perpetuating hatred and abuse even though it’s a very old story and certainly has validity, if only as a lesson in what not to do when raising children. I’d be inclined to believe the truth might include the fact that Muslims know their history. Have you ever noticed how the groups of people who have a remembrance of history always seem to be under some sort of genocidal attack?

            And then there are those of us whose lineage comes through the English (Roman) system (and maybe Americans most of all) who, in general, have very little knowledge of ancient history. In the U.S., the education system treats history almost as beginning in 1492, or thereabouts. It seems to me there are reasons why “someone” doesn’t want people around who know the actual history of the world. “Someone” would prefer to rewrite history and have the rest of us believe it because we don’t know any better. It seems to me this “someone” has been rewriting history for hundreds, if not thousands, of years.

            So behind all of the financial, political, and other shenanigans, I think it has something to do with “religion” after all, with “religion” in this case being the actual truth of who “God” is or is not, who we are, where we come from, our actual genealogical and spiritual lineage/heritage, and what this “someone” gains from keeping us ignorant about these matters.

          So his alien group Israel, having no other option than to work as jailer, to oversee the Arab Nations as tax collector, if any part of the class room becomes difficult to subdue those that are trouble makers or disobedient and as it happens the class room became difficult and had to be punished, we now see the out come of what the headmaster had to do? that is turn several nations into rubble for not just disobedience but a lesson to all others if you are non compliant.
          The headmaster hates using corporal punishment but it you break the rules made up for your own good this is a good example of what may happen to you if you do not submit to those who know better.

    • Speculator247, your hypothesis concerning the nurturing of humans at an early age has merit – MK ULTRA and Pedogate would tend to confirm that as would the ideology of Socialism in all its guises.

      But there is more at play in this world than in ‘grooming’ the young for later missions or in subservience to some very evil people.

      And although what you suggest has in all probability been with us ever since Adam was a boy, we really are only seeing what those who make the rules to this world wish us to see.

      The Tree of Knowledge has been deliberately kept from us as a spiritual species and that is an area where I believe we should be investigating because it is our spirituality that has been under constant attack now for a very long time.

  9. Pretty important to remember the attempted theft of Christianity by Rome because the current system is wholly dependent on counterfeit models of everything.
    As no form of knowledge can be inculcated in a philosophical/cultural vacuum, the arrogation of education is the definitive example: Dissatisfied with the school system a significant number* of parents get attendance exemptions for their kids. Alarmed by the trend the government of the day initially tries to block the exit via overt persecution. As that does nothing but strengthen the movement the respective ranks are then infiltrated via a veneer of tolerance.
    (*When I tried to get hold of the registration stat in Dec’94 I was given vastly different figures by different government offices. Both figures were well short of the number recorded by an NGO.)

  10. As I understand early Jewish religion, started when Mosses went up the mountain to obtain a rule book on the twelve selected tribes from Arab stock, this selection I suggest was to some extent random insofar as the genetic code went.
    Remember this Arab stock was unruly as Moses disgusted by the behavior of this lot of Arabs was concerned, Moses having to go up the mountain yet again to get the information of Gods word, now considering the original tablets now lost through breakage, were the second tablets a faithful rendition of the original? if not should we try to find the original tablets to see if we have got the right message? remember Moses was in a flustered state of mind and after a exhausting journey up the Mountain and back again was possibly in no fit state to record such important information.
