The boat in Watertown (L), and using a stun grenade on Jahar (R)
By Cheryl Dean
I think you will honestly be shocked when you see what was done to 19-year old Dzhokhar (“Jahar”) Tsarnaev when he was “hiding out” in the boat in David Henneberry’s driveway in Watertown.
Jahar’s “Itinerary” (The Official Narrative)
According to the official story, around 1.00am on April 19th 2013, Dzhokhar allegedly is involved in a gunfight with police in Watertown. He drives over his brother, then speeds away from Laurel Street in a stolen SUV — escaping from the police.
Three blocks away he abandons the car and flees on foot. The SUV, which was riddled with bullets, is discovered by law enforcement.
Jahar allegedly ditches Danny’s bank card and his own cell phones, stomping on the phones (to prevent the police tracking him). The official story claims that a few blocks away from the SUV, he breaks into a house to use the bathroom. (A speck of blood is found there but this was never tested or proven to be his.)
As Jahar allegedly leaves that house, he sees the boat next door and decides that it would be a good place to hide out. He is there for about 17 hours.
At 6pm, Governor Patrick Deval lifted the “lockdown.” Watertown resident David Henneberry went outside to smoke a cigarette around 7 pm, and noticed something amiss about his boat.
Trial transcript #1546:
Witness David Henneberry: I put the ladder up and I went to check on the boat, and basically to see why the strap was loose, and I noticed a lot of blood.
Prosecutor Weinreb: Where did you see the blood?’
Henneberry: On the deck of the boat, inside.
Weinreb: When you looked at him, (Dzhokhar) was he moving around or was he still?
Henneberry: No movement at all.
The Violence of the Capture
The whole area has been in crisis mode, with huge numbers of “personnel” searching for Jahar. Police arrive, in response to a phone call from Henneberry, and shoot at the boat.
During the trial one tweet said:
“Pool reporters say jurors seemed wowed by how many bullet holes were in the boat…at least 100…maybe 200”
Buzzfeed-Mike Hayes:
“Reporters at the scene counted at least 110 bullet holes scattered along the boat. There is speculation that the number of bullet holes might be closer to 200 since the stickers marking evidence inside the boat were numbered up to 208.”
The boat was riddled with bullets – 228 to be exact. (If that isn’t attempted murder, I don’t know what is.) Somehow, Jahar survived. Perhaps by a miracle.
At a hearing in March 2015, the defense requested that the jurors to be taken to view the actual boat. The prosecutor then made an insightful remark:
Prosecutor Weinreb: “We are not sure what “context” the defense wants to show, other than a boat riddled with bullets to create sympathy for Tsarnaev.”
So the public got to know about the bullets, but very few have learned that police fired five stun grenades (also called ied’s, in battle context).
Officials claim that these grenades were used to daze and confuse Jahar. But recall the boat-owner’s statement that the person he saw was motionless. Did he really need to be “dazed”? Watch this awful assault on Jahar who, recall, was only a suspect:
Furthermore, consider the risk of Jahar being burnt to death by blazing petrol. The following quote is from Boston.com, based on David Abel’s interview of boat-owner David Henneberry:
“On that April evening, the only time he (Henneberry) became nervous, he said, was when an officer came to their neighbor’s — where the couple had taken refuge — to ask whether he had any gas inside the boat. He told them the tank had about 40 gallons.
“‘I guess I’m going to lose the boat,’ I thought,” he said, recalling the gunfire. “I hope we don’t lose the house, or the neighborhood.”
Lose the boat? Many of the officers on the scene were later decorated for bravery. Couldn’t these brave persons at least have climbed into the boat and carried him out? Hell, I could have done it. An unconscious, very skinny, injured teenager.
- Cheryl Dean has already covered the boat scene in her February 5, 2016 Gumshoe article “DJ Fife, Prosecution Witness at the Tsarnaev Trial.” It dealt with the claim that Jahar’s clothes were cut off at the side of the boat — yet were also allegedly cut off of him at the hospital.
Does the throwing of a grenade to start a fire remind anybody of a more “local” event?
Are there any cops reading this — in any country? (I’ll bet there are.)
Pray tell us what is the meaning of shooting bullets into the side of a fibreglass boat? Isn’t that a waste of public money – the cost of the bullets? (and I suppose we had to compensate the owner).
If you saw me shooting bullets into the side of a dry-docked boat would you arrest me?
Do you think the cops should be arrested?
Was the point of the noise just to terrorize the local population? If so, does that mean the cops are terrorists?
the cops never paid the homeowner for his boat, but someone started a fund for henneberry to get a new boat and raised over 600,000.00 dollars, so he made out extremely well. He was considered a hero by bostonians for finding the bomber. It is odd that the 9,000 paid cops with military gear, army tanks and high powered weapons couldn’t find him.
How did they know it was “the suspect” in the boat and not some homeless person?
That is a wonderful question.
It truly was “A MIRACLE!”
I WATCHED IT “LIVE” & THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD CAME UPON ME TO “CRY OUT FOR HIM “NOT TO BE KILLED”. & THAT “E WOULD BE AS APOSTLE PAUL!
SO LET’S AGREE FOR HIS SALVATION & HIS DIVINE DESTINY TO BE FULFILLED ~ I BELIEVE GOD’S WILL WILL COME TO PASS ~ HE HAS NOT BROUGHT HIM THIS FAR TO FAIL! “MARIE”
