Three Levels of Harm Doers

On September 15, 2019, GumshoeNews carried my article “Life Can’t Be Easy for Protected Criminals; Let’s Invite Them to the Table.”  I sketched three levels of harm-doers: the lowest, such as cops who carry out bad orders, the mid-level that encompasses government officials, media, and many professionals, and “the king(s)” who are the deciders.

In this article today, I hazard a guess as to how the three levels of harm-doing operated in regard to five famous cases. I won’t always get the levels right, but I think it can be logically deduced that someone, somewhere, such as a king, makes a decision to implement a practice — I call that person The Decider here — and then someone “on the ground” brings it to realization — I call that the Lowest Level.

Please keep in mind that my motive for sketching out the three levels has to do with looking at the members of each level in connection with inviting them to the table. (See the September 15th article.)  I am hoping most would bring an expression of their disgust with harm-doing and ask for help in throwing the whole benighted scheme overboard.

As I said, their life can’t be easy. The poor old Decider has to watch his back all the time. And he has to worry lest part of the undertaking falls apart.

The two lower levels have to do work that goes against the grain. They feel they cannot question their boss. The punishment could be loss of a promotion, loss of a job, or even death. (Recall the video of the non-compliant Mafia guy having his head whacked with a baseball bat.)

I will now speculate as to who filled the three levels in actual events. The examples chosen are  from areas I have researched in the past —  no new work was done for this article.

Five Examples

Example 1 — the bombing of Bologna railway station in Italy in 1980. The harm consisted of the death of 85 persons and the destruction of property. Another harm done was that of interference in politics, as the Left were falsely blamed for this “terrorist bombing.” As investigator Daniel Ganser has found (2005), the bombing was done by Gladio, a part of NATO that was a “stay-behind” force after WWII.  Gladio supposedly wanted to dissuade voters from electing communist leaders. But the bombing was also part of NATO’s “strategy of tension” to keep people anxious, e.g., about railway stations, and about everything.

In the Bologna case we can see who was on each of the three levels:

Decider: The top brass of NATO, or higher.

Mid-Level: NATO personnel, Italy’s leaders, and media.

Lowest: The soldiers who planted the bomb, the journalists who repeated the false story.

(Note: an Italian court found Henry Kissinger to have been involved in the 1978 death of Aldo Moro, but the US is silent on that.)

Example 2 — the attempt to break the mother-child bind via the mousetrap experiment, circa 1940.  In New York, Blanche Chavoustie’s dad was told to show his 3-year-old child a mousetrap and forbid her to try to take the piece of (delicious) bacon from it. After doing that, he went off to work. The kid (Blanche, b 1938) grabbed the bacon, got her finger painfully caught, and cried for the Mom’s help. The Mom, instead, locked herself in a room. The purpose was for the kid to lose faith in her mother. As Blanche later discovered, people at Harvard University, in Morton Prince’s Clinic, trained her parents to do this experiment.

Consider also Zhang Hongbing, who was told to denounce his mother during the 1967 Cultural Revolution in China. She was executed and he later regretted his betrayal. Kids in his school had been taught the song: “Father and Mother are dear but Chairman Mao is dearer. Sea and Sky are big, but not as big as the Party’s kindness.”

Decider: Tavistock (or similar), and Allen Dulles of the OSS.

Mid-level: Harvard in Blanche’s case, the CCP in the Zhang case.

Lowest: Mom and Dad Chavoustie, and members of Chinese villages who encouraged denunciations of parents.

Example 3 — the suppression of good cancer treatments. As early as 1890, there were several efficient medical treatments for cancer, such as those discovered by William Coley and John Beard, and later those discovered by Johanna Budwig, Emanuel Revici, and Virginia Livingston. Long-range planners of “modern medicine” weren’t having it.  They persecuted doctors, such as by getting state licensing boards to cancel their licences. John D Rockefeller, Jr (1874-1960), the philanthropist, took over medical education. Students were taught exclusively the Big Three cancer treatments: surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. Books were burned  (as it were) so that the easy cancer cures remained hidden.

Decider: The Rockefeller gang (too early for Big Pharma).

Mid-Level: State legislators, textbook publishers, medical professors.

Lowest: Hospital personnel, media slanderers of good doctors, government keepers of records.

(Not sure whether the inveterate ‘skeptic’ Stephen Barrett belongs in Mid Level or Lowest Level. He was so obsessively devoted to calling good doctors Quacks that I think he was mind-controlled.  I guess he is Lowest Level — which is not to say that people higher up can’t be mind-controlled.)

Example 4 — the blaming  of “Islamic terrorists” for the bombing of the Boston Marathon in 2013. Someone made two bombs go off near the Finish Line and for the next three days the FBI asked the public to help identify suspects. Then the FBI went on TV to say they had photos of two men but did not know the names (despite one of them having been in touch with FBI for 5 years). Government and media organized a story about a carjacking and a killing of a cop at MIT. A state of martial law ensued with a door-to-door “manhunt” for the criminals (possibly a first in America). A citizen happened to find the “bomber,” Jahar Tsarnaev, in a boat, whereupon police fired 228 bullets at the boat. Miraculously, the 19-year-old survived and was taken to hospital, and in 2015 he had a scandalously “fixed” trial. Jahar is slated for execution and is incommunicado under judge’s orders (always a sign of a patsy).

Decider: Those who plan Middle East wars, and who plan the loss of liberties, and the CIA.

Mid-Level: Governor of Massachusetts, head of FBI, various lawyers and doctors.

Lowest: Cops, employees of the Boston Globe, of CNN etc.

Example 5 — judicial kidnap in Australia, in relation to pedophilia. In 1975, Australia’s Parliament passed the Family Law Act which enabled the destruction of families. There is a thriving trade in children for purposes of prostitution, pornography, and the controlling of politicians. We have seen several cases in which a Mom reports to the police that her child is being sexually abused by the Dad, at which point the Dad goes to Family Court and asks for custody. (Pretty counterintuitive, eh!) Like clockwork, this results in the Mom being called a nutcase, the child being taken under guardianship by the state, and the father being spared any police investigation of his crime.  The judge solemnly writes a ruling declaring the mother unfit (mentally) to raise her child. Lawyers all refuse to help her run an appeal. This gig is prevalent in the US and UK also.

Decider: Tavistock (or similar).

Mid-Level: judges, lawyers, psychologists, media.

Lowest: Social workers, bureaucrats, cops.

(Note: media’s specialty here consists of staying absolutely quiet as to the existence of this judicial kidnap.)

Analyzing the Deciders

Feel free to disagree with my specification of who made the big decision to undertake the five things: bombing the Bologna railway, breaking the mother-child bond, suppression of cancer cures, blaming Islamic terrorists, and judicial kidnap. As stated, my nominations of decider were:

Bologna. The top brass of NATO and higher.

Mother-child. Tavistock (or similar), and Allen Dulles of the OSS. (Dulles later became the first Director of the CIA.)

Cancer cures. The Rockefeller gang. (1920 was too early for Big Pharma to have done it, but later they would be part of it.)

Marathon Muslims. Those who plan Middle East wars, and who plan the loss of liberties.

Judicial kidnap for pedophilia. Tavistock (or similar).

In my heart of hearts, I think a few deciders arrange all of the incidents. Thus I think that Tavi, the CIA, and the Rockefeller gang are really one entity. And I have the impression that some men, even higher than those three,  actually give the Go-ahead. The famous lecture by Dr Richard Day (“Everything is in place”) in 1969 indicates to me that all aspects of cultural and economic change are manned from one source.

Also, books such as HG Wells’ 1928 book, The Open Conspiracy, and Orwell’s 1949 book, 1984, must have been written by insiders — perhaps at the request of the insiders to float a trial balloon or whatever. Look at what Orwell said that foretells the Chinese 1967 mother-child upset that I mentioned above:

“The thing that now suddenly struck Winston [Smith]  was that his mother’s death, nearly thirty years ago, had been tragic and sorrowful in a way that was no longer possible. Tragedy, he perceived, belonged to the ancient time, to a time when there was still privacy, love, and friendship, and when the members of a family stood by one another without needing to know the reason.”   Wow.

The book 1984 supposedly reflected some Stalin-like practices. We kids were required to read that book in high school in the 1960s to boost our anti-communism. But Orwell makes scientific predictions about things he, a literary guy, would not have personally  known about — he died in 1950 yet he mentions weather control.

Note: in the present article I have said nothing about banking or the economy. But isn’t it likely that the decider of the above 5 things is also the decider of the financial structure? Dr Day, in his (secretive) 1969 lecture announced “Home ownership will become a thing of the past.” Did Dr Day have a magic calculator of future rates of inflation?

The Mid-Level

What I refer to as the mid-level of harm-doers contains varying degrees of involvement in making sure the plan is carried out. To recap, these were the mid-level in the five cases:

Bologna. NATO personnel, Italy’s leaders, and media.

Mother-Child.  Harvard in Blanche’s case, the CCP in the Zhang case.

Cancer Cures. State legislators, textbook publishers, medical professors.

Marathon Muslims. Governor of Massachusetts, the head of the FBI, lawyers, doctors, and news reporters.

Judicial Kidnap for Pedophilia. Judges, lawyers, psychologists, media.

Within those groups there are many levels of power. Many of the participants may not be aware of the overall plan. For example, lawyers in NSW shy away from helping a mother report child sexual abuse — yet they would help a teacher or nurse do so. Word has reached them that they will lose their Family Court privileges if they upset the apple cart. You would think they would inquire what this is all about. As for the higher ups in the legal trade, they can’t possibly be unaware of what is going on.

Government personnel appeared as mid-level contributors in 4 of the 5 examples: Italy’s leaders, the CCP (the unabashed governing body of China in Mao’s day), state legislators (probably their “committee leaders” advise underlings to write particular laws), and the “governor of Massachusetts.”

That last one brings up the question: Are government executives “in the know”? I think most are not. Of the 50 governors in US, and the 6 Premiers in Oz, I reckon most are servants, place-holders.  I also think they play along with the Mafia. And we know that Mafia, FBI, and CIA are a menage a trois, at least in some tasks.

Media got 3 mid-level mentions out of the 5 cases. In the Australian child-trafficking matter, the role of the media is to never mention the way judges are handling the Father-custody cases.  All is silent. In the Marathon case and the Bologna case, the media’s task was to promulgate the false story as to whom to blame, and to make it an exciting drama.

Editors of major newspapers and heads of TV networks definitely have to know the score, in order for them to not let even smidgeon of truth in.  Regarding 9-11, the MSM should get an award for stalwartly avoiding the fact that a third building fell at the WTC that day.

(Note: I believe mass media is not just infiltrated by CIA but is essentially CIA. I also think the MSM is Tavistock, so I guess that means I think CIA and Tavi are a unity.)

The Lowest Level of Harm-Doers

In the September 15th article, I gave the example of a cop, Pat Allen, who expressed his disgust at being stood down from doing his job properly on the day of the Port Arthur massacre. (“This has to happen.”)  It is reasonable to think that cops involved in other false flags feel the same way, or come to feel it later when they get educated about why they were instructed to stand down. (Think of the Lindt Cafe siege).

Here is a recap of the lowest-level of harm-doers. Some may not realize they are doing harm at all:

Bologna. Soldiers who planted the bomb, journalists who retailed the false story (blaming Lefties).

Mother-child bond. Mom and Dad Chavoustie, members of Chinese villagers who encouraged denunciations of parents.

Cancer cure suppression.  Hospital personnel, media slanderers of good doctors, government keepers of records.

Marathon blame of Muslims. Cops, low-ranking employees of the Boston Globe, of CNN, etc.

Judicial kidnap. Social workers, bureaucrats, cops.

Hope

The five examples were of malicious activities: a bombing in Italy that killed 85 (and affected elections), a ruining of the mind of 3-year-old Blanche and of the whole culture of China, the preventing of millions of cancer victims from finding an easy cure (just fathom it!), the blaming of “Islamic terrorists” for a bombing, not to mention the sentencing of an innocent lad to death, and the stealing of children from a loving parent in order to benefit pedophiles.

I hope that those participants who did not “get” what it was all about, will be encouraged to come to the table (there is not yet an actual table) to try to sort things out. The Lowest Level people, in particular, are well placed to be forgiven.

I have also said that the ones who really are blameworthy (Deciders and Mid-level) can take up the notion that they would be better off being normal members of their society. What is to prevent those Prodigal Sons from coming home? Nothing.

Another motive lurks, even for the Deciders. In the “Come to the Table” article I omitted to say that we are all in the same boat, as far as the environment goes. If you are a Decider who decides to pollute an ocean, you really are thick. You should try very hard to wake up and properly discern your own best interest in these things. You need the ocean as much as I do.

O Decider, the seeds of all the actions discussed in the five examples were planted before your time. Your personality and talent never came into it.  Are you going to continue indefinitely to be a slave to dead idiots?

I hope you will come to the table. Granted, many people at the table will be gunning for you. (Watch out especially for the guy with the baseball bats!) But I, if I am still alive, will happily give you your “day in court.”

At the very least, I will invoke “diminished responsibility” for your crimes. After all, you would have had to be quite nuts to do what you have done. I will also let you rotten bastards blame one another — something you have probably been longing to do but had to stifle in the interest of the day’s business.
