Gumshoe is very pleased to welcome over a hundred and fifty thousand new visitors to our site this last week. Most of those arrived here by way of the article on “blue man” in connection with the Melbourne tragedy.

Very likely many of the newcomers (I’m hoping they will become part of the intellectual community here!) are unfamiliar with some of the premises that we regulars seem to agree on.

May I make a quick retrospective of some the themes I emphasize in my Gumshoe article. They boil down to a rejection of the false information that is out there, for instance concerning:

— what General Wesley Clark revealed about the destruction of the Middle East.

– what Dr Richard Day predicted for our future back in 1969.

— the ridiculous fact that mainstream media (and textbooks!) stick to the long-disproven fact that Harvey Lee Oswald shot John F Kennedy

— the lie that only two New York skyscrapers came down on the 11th of September, 2001 – it was  three.

Here is a sampler – items I’ve grabbed from past Gumshoe articles – demonstrating how MSM (mainstream media – including the Australian Broadcasting Corporation) assault us with Fake News all the time.

General Wesley Clark Ret.

The once Supreme Allied Commander Europe of NATO (1997 to 2000) revealed the the plan’ to destroy 7 countries in 5 years. This is an extract from his interview with Democracy Now.

GEN. WESLEY CLARK: So I came back to see him a few weeks later (2001), and by that time we were bombing in Afghanistan. I said, “Are we still going to war with Iraq?” And he said, “Oh, it’s worse than that.” He reached over on his desk. He picked up a piece of paper. And he said, “I just got this down from upstairs” — meaning the Secretary of Defense’s office — “today.” And he said, “This is a memo that describes how we’re going to take out seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finishing off, Iran.” I said, “Is it classified?” He said, “Yes, sir.”

Yes. The neocons had planned to destroy seven countries. Why? Because they could, and for geopolitical and strategic purposes. And the mainstream media went along with, and propagated their madness.

Aldous Huxley

The author of the classic Brave New World laid out his grim vision for the future of the human race 58 years ago in a television interview with Mike Wallace. In the interview, Wallace introduces Huxley, as “A man haunted by a vision of hell on earth…” The full article on intellihub.com is here. This is an extract from the interview:

Huxley predicted technology and television would be used to enslave us:

HUXLEY: As technology becomes more and more complicated, it becomes necessary to have more and more elaborate organizations, more hierarchical organizations… so that you have more and more people living their lives out as subordinates in these hierarchical systems controlled by bureaucracy, either the bureaucracies of big businesses or the bureaucracies of big government.

WALLACE: …Why is it that the wrong people will use these various devices [television, atomic energy] and for the wrong motives?

HUXLEY: Well, I think one of the reasons is that these are all instruments for obtaining power, and obviously the passion for power is one of the most moving passions that exists in man; and after all, all democracies are based on the proposition that power is very dangerous and that it is extremely important not to let any one man or any one small group have too much power for too long a time.

After all what are the British and American Constitution except devices for limiting power…

Dr Richard Day

Dr. Lawrence Dunegan attended a lecture on March 20, 1969 at a meeting of the Pittsburgh Pediatric Society. The speaker was Richard Day, MD informing his audience of what was planned for the future, and said, “everything is in place and nobody can stop us now.” Gumshoe sourced this from rense.com, and this is a short extract of Dunegan’s recollections on the rise of terrorism:

Terrorism would be used widely in Europe and in other parts of the world. At that time it was thought terrorism would not be necessary in the United States. It could become necessary in the United States if the United States did not move rapidly enough into accepting the system. Along with this came a bit of a scolding that Americans had had it too good anyway and just a little bit of terrorism would help convince Americans that the world is indeed a dangerous place, or can be if we don’t relinquish control to the proper authorities.

kennedy

President John F Kennedy

Kennedy addressed the American Newspaper Publishers Association in April 27, 1961. He spoke about the existence of secret societies, and that this was repugnant in a free and open society. This is a short extract of the speech:

…we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence — on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day.

It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.

  1. Welcome to all the newcomers. I hope that you will continue to visit the site that is providing society, not only Australian society, with alternative news and ideas from that of the mainstream news outlets.

Although the site is owned by one person, the articles are written and supplied by many different people from a variety of backgrounds.

We as a group at “Gumshoenews.com” welcome articles by those who are articulate, but not trouble-makers. We are truth seekers.

    • It would require, I’d say, a complete re-think of the way things are done: from banking to business.
A complete rethink for the voting public around the world.
The first thing to be challenged is the mainstream media; war-mongering politicians jailed for their crimes, then leaders might have to recalibrate their behaviours.
