The closure of several Walmart stores (for plumbing repairs) have been linked to Jade Helm 15 activity.
These astonishing letters (from an unidentified source) were part of Dave Hodges’ article entitled: Evidence Suggesting That Closed Walmarts Are Staging Centers for FEMA Camps. The full article can be found here at thecommonsenseshow.
Dear Mr. Hodges
My name is not important but what I want to tell you may be very important to this country. I work for a private contractor that secretly goes to work sites and performs add-ons or retrofits in construction, electrical etc. We are sworn to secrecy in some of our jobs and we are very well paid.
I have been to the Walmart in Midland (Texas) that you have written about and what is going on there is not normal and I dont think it is in the best interest for the people who live in the country.
Each day on this job we enter Walmart through a subterranean entrance. We are forced to change clothes and we are allowed to take nothing in so we cannot take pictures. We change clothes when we are done with our 12 hours shifts. There is work going on 24/7 in this Walmart. Our work is compartmentalized in most of our work sites so we dont know what we are working on in its final status. At this Walmart they seemto be in a hurry because I have seen enough to draw conclusions about the final product and it contains some things that you have already written about.
In each corner of the Walmart they are constructing 4 guard towers or at least they look like guard towers. There is no question what I am seeing here. This made the hairs on the back of neck stand on end. All the display counters and shelves from this Walmart have been taken out of the store. The story that they are saying about plumbing is BS.
Inside the building, I have seen men with DHS badges which we are used to seeing in the jobs that we do. This time we are also seeing men with United Nations badges and they wear the shirt and tie and like the DHS guys they have their construction helmts on as they appear to be planning as much implementing. The place is guarded by private contractor armed with automatic weapons. I have not seen one military person on the inside in uniform. It is all DHS, UN and us in this building.
Usually there are 50 to 100 people working. I have seen as many as 300 people.
This email will probably get our entire crew fired for security reasons. I will send more later.

Dear Mr. Hodges
Today was a strange day at the Midland Walmart. I arrived and the shelves and display cases that were taken out have been replaced. in the middle two thirds of the store, I can see where they have installed mini platforms that I swear look like bunk beds if you put a mattress down. They are attached as the four units are welded together. They did all of this overnight in a 12 hour shift.
They also have an area in the Northeast part of the store that has black curtains going from the ceiling to the floor and we cannot see what is going on there. You can hear drills and other construction work noises but I have no idea what they are doing. The workers in this side of the store do not speak with anyone else. in fact we do not even see them. They even have their own portable restrooms to keep them from talking to the rest of us. It is definitely something that do not want us to see.
Our people installed a TSA type of entry near the rear of the store as well as the front of the store. Also, the large and wide glass windows and doors were narrowed by alot on the inside of the store. I immediately thought of prisoners.
Today was the first time I saw military. There were about a dozen men in Army uniforms and most were officers. I saw one Colonel insignia.
We were told that we have three days left on this job. I will write after my last day.

Dear Mr. Hodges,
One of our crew was fired today as he tried to smuggle a phone in his shoe that he apparently treid to conceal within his sock. The entire crew was almost fired over this. They took him out under guard by the private security firm. We are not really allowed to talk but we all have an uneasy feeling. This is like no job we have ever done.
Today, some the crew started tearing out some of the ventilation system in what must be a change in how they are going to pump air or something else into the store. Some of this work required working on the roof were it felt like 150 degrees. This building was completely retrofitted. and they are not done. This is not a WMart any longer. I think it is a prison of sorts.
Today, there were more military in the building who walked around with DHS. I did not see any UN guys today.
This just does not feel right. I have a very bad feeling. Back at where we are staying, one guy asked me what I thought. We are required to keep our mouth shut. This guy has only been on one job before this, so I cannot trust him. But he said he a very bad feeling like we were building a prison and maybe its time that he gets a regular job.
This will be the last time I write to you. I go home tomorrow. I hope you get this out there soon. People need to know the weird things that we have seen. I have done a lot of jobs that are secretive but nothing like this. I almost forgot to mention that when we were coming in this morning in the next tunnel over there were the sounds of heavy construction. Mr Hodges you need to ask your readers why they never see anyone coming in and out of the front door of this Walmart yet I saw from the roof that they have the private contractor security out in the parking lot.

Comment update: There has been a lot written about Jade Helm 15 in the Alternative media since the closures of the Walmart stores. I find these letters, if they are real, fascinating. They reveal the “secret business” of government and government contractors and undisclosed agendas. Mary Maxwell noted that the letters are maybe (suspiciously) “too well” written. I agree. But there are spelling mistakes and abrupt sentences. I would guess, by the formal approach (Dear Mr. Hodges, etc) and the writing style, the author (“Watcher”) would be in his fifties – and could very well be authentic. Time will tell.
I have no idea as to the authenticity of this piece, but local residents should pursue it. (Even just one little old Mary Maxwell or Christopher Brooks type would do, but I’d prefer it to be at least a set of brothers, and a senior who walks with a walker.)
They should first go to the churches and give the pastor a copy of the 3 letters by Watcher; they should similarly go to the libraries and ask to see the head librarian, and give her a copy.
Then they should (preferably all of them together) make an appointment to see the chief of police in Midland, and ask him to accompany them to the Walmart store to see if anything is amiss. They should, while there, ask to see the top manager and request a written explanation about the “plumbing problem.” No one need be embarrassed to say that the letters from Watcher have caused concern, “but that we realize it could be a hoax.”
In the case of Sandy Hook, we had a bevy of “Watchers” who turned out to be not genuine. Their purpose was to make people feel unable to check up on whether the children had really been shot to death. I say there is no reason to be in doubt; it is simple to go to the authority and ask politely for proof. That would have put a stop to all the odd rumors re Sandy Hook, and can do so also in this town (if there is such a town as Midland).
What state is it in? The Watcher does not specify. One can write to the govenor of that state and ask if US military personnel were there, on non-federal property, and if so, why.
Try google maps and find Midland in Texas,
it is there allright.

If the ‘Drill’ is not a drill, in due course the internet will be either closed or extremely censored. Remember that many Muslims sites in the US were closed over the two weeks prior to 911.

How many in Texas?
Perhaps this is a bit off-topic, Ned, but I was aware that there was a Midland, Texas, as Barbara Bush mentioned it in her 1994 memoirs (which are extremely revealing, if only between the lines). She said that when little George was about 7 they lived in Midland and someone stole his pet dog, a collie.
I imagine Midland was a small town in 1953 and I doubt any neighbor would expect to get away with stealing a dog. More likely (but I’m only guessing), the loss of the dog was used to traumatize George.

In 2008, I attended the MK-Ultra Mind Control Survivor’s Conference. Eileen Schrader was one of the speakers. (All the speeches can be purchased online.) She said at a young age she was told she had to cut off her kitten’s paws or else the guy in charge would cut her little sister’s fingers off.
Eileen then, of course, cut the kitten’s paws off. (Imagine it!). And then what did the guy do to the sister? I won’t spell it out. The point was to make Eileen understand “double bind:” no matter what choice you make, it does not help you.
Most likely George Bush, and his father before him, and our new prez candidate Jeb Bush, all went through horrible mind control.

Close in and Just the go to the little man up on the right and find a normal street or a shopping area like Pet Barn ( from memory as an example)
See driveways with ‘utes’.
Think that there are human families behind doors.
Consider what may be planned to destroy families within,
Try an empathise with May befall them.
Houses vacated, pets starving.
Homes sold up and vehicles repossessed.
They are beings.
Now think what their government has done in the Middle East and the plight of so many refugees with their lives destroyed struggling to tKe family and kin to a better world of peace.

The concept of collective punishment is interesting here. One guy sequesters a cell phone in his sock and his teammates may get punished (sacked.) I haven’t heard of that tactic being used in any lines of work that I know of, but maybe it’s on the cards for all of us.

I think these letters look like tasty “conspiracy” bait.
The same promoters of the “Sandy Hook” hoax are
spreading the extreme “Jade Helm 15” predictions.
Walmart are driving down conditions of employment
and rationalizing due to a failing US economy.
The online shift is no doubt also a factor.
I do think the Jade Helm 15 military drills are worthy
of scrutiny and questions, along with Walmart policies
and performance, but, if I wished to poison the real issues
and a broad community consciousness, I would wrap it
all up in “conspiracy” poison and fringe entertainment.
The importance of “History” in human affairs is it introduces experience, memory and patterns that inform us beyond simple facts and documents.
I believe these letters are part of the pattern we need to understand is the sorcery of our age.
They could possibly be deliberate distraction or just a prankster amusing themselves, the result is the same due to the controlled political atmosphere.
There is a great deal to learn from following and documenting the pattern of the “hoax” distractions, particularly the pedigree.

May I suggest that people look at the evidence: of the preparations,
logistical history and expens in the US of and the present facts readily available to examine the official reported details of the Jade helm ‘drill’.
The preparations and expense are off the planet for a ‘peaceful’ society.
Walmart closed about 5 stores
