Good news. You can be saved from harm by invoking your right not to be experimented on. This includes the experimental testing as well as the vaccinations.
The Nuremberg Code, drafted in 1947, requires Informed Consent, without “the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion…”
The UN Declaration on BioEthics, negotiated, Article 6, Consent, states: “Any preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic medical intervention is only to be carried out with the prior, free and informed consent of the person concerned.”
According to US 21 Code of Federal Regulations 50.20: General requirements for informed consent,
“no informed consent, whether oral or written, may include any exculpatory language through which the subject or the representative is made to waive or appear to waive any of the subject’s legal rights, or releases or appears to release the institution, or its agents, from liability for negligence.” [Emphasis added]
The COVID-19 vaccines are not approved by the FDA and are listed as “experimental” under Emergency Use Authorization. Threats to deny fundamental rights to travel, to work, to attend public events, and to attend school may not be used to coerce persons to be subjects of experimental medical procedures, and no informed consent, if given, can release the institution administering them from liability for negligence.
Persons may exert their right not to be vaccinated or to possess a vaccine certificate by writing or stating: “I do not give informed consent to be vaccinated.”
Similarly, PCR testing is not approved by the FDA. According to the CDC, “If a school is implementing a testing strategy, testing should be offered on a voluntary basis. It is unethical and illegal to test someone who does not want to be tested, including students whose parents or guardians do not want them to be tested.”
As Teachers’ Union president Michael Mulgrew stated in an Open Letter:
“PCR COVID testing is not FDA approved. It has only received Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). It is against federal law to mandate any EUA product.”
In sum, objectors can use the law against human experimentation to avoid both the testing and the vaccinating.
Amy Goodman and Dennis Moynihan’s “Vaccine Apartheid: If One Person Is Unprotected, We Are All Unprotected”
Amy Goodman is the host of the show “Democracy Now.” She and Denis Moynihan have jointly written a plea for more vaccines to be made available in Africa. They say it is the greed of the vaccine manufacturers, and the selfishness of countries such as the US, that are causing all the benefits of the new vaccines to go north!
The Amy Goodman and Dennis Moynihan’s premise in “Vaccine Apartheid” is based on Schakowsky’s point that:
“ If one person in the world remains unprotected, we are all unprotected. The COVID-19 virus mutates rapidly. Highly contagious variants are spreading around the globe, including the UK, South Africa, and Brazil variants, now joined by the New York City variant. If the virus is not contained globally, it will continue to mutate and spread through unprotected populations, potentially rendering our current crop of vaccines ineffective — plunging the planet back into a catastrophic pandemic all over again”.
Objections to the Goodman-Moynihan Position
I [Kathy Dopp] disagree that Africa or India is suffering by lack of access to COVID vaccines. Quite the opposite is true in my opinion. Let me state five objections:
1. Amy Goodman and Dennis Moynihan should review the data. Unlike many developed countries, including the US, people in most of Africa and Asia have access to inexpensive, effective treatments for COVID-19. Asia has less than 1/15thand Africa has less than 1/20th of the US COVID death rate. Africans and Asians are far safer to simply allow themselves to contract the now endemic SARS-COV-2 virus and develop natural immunity that will last longer and be more resistant to new mutations. The risks of taking experimental untested vaccines (for which the makers have complete immunity from causing harm!) is higher.
2. The COVID vaccines have known serious health risks as seen in the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) database today, which reported as of 26 Feb, 1,265 deaths is reporting a higher death rate in people over 60 years old, than any previous vaccine before it:
a. Any vaccine injects potentially harmful substances into the muscle that can be picked up by the blood and subsequently cross the blood-brain barrier causing neurological damages that may cripple a person for the rest of their lives. Already many persons have developed severe facial palsy and other neurological illnesses, and some have died within hours of taking these experimental COVID vaccines.
b. The synthetic spike proteins in the experimental vaccines contain syncytin-homologous proteins, which are essential for the formation of the placenta in mammals such as humans. It must be absolutely ruled out that a vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 could trigger an immune reaction against syncytin-1, as otherwise infertility of indefinite duration could result in vaccinated women. VAERS has reported over 100 spontaneous miscarriages when pregnant women were vaccinated. Ironically, the Goodman-Moynihan article makes a plea for more vaccines n the countries where there has already been objection to the infertility-causing aspect of vaccination.
c. According to Pfizer’s former VP and Chief Science Officer, Michael Yeadon, “The formation of so-called “non-neutralizing antibodies” upon getting a coronavirus vaccination can lead to an exaggerated immune reaction, especially when the test person is confronted with the real, “wild” virus after vaccination.” What gets people into the hospital and sometimes kills them is called a cytokine storm. The body is overreacting with inflammation so strong that it can be suicidal. This is how people die of COVID. The virus can be MORE deadly to people who have had the vaccine. This is called “pathogenic priming”, and it is not just a theoretical possibility.
d. The mRNA vaccines from BioNTech/Pfizer and Moderna contain polyethylene glycol (PEG). 70% of people develop antibodies against this substance – this means that many people can develop allergic, potentially fatal reactions to the vaccination.
e. Other possible late long-term effects have not been evaluated yet.

3. FDA authorization letters for COVID-19 vaccines expressly provide that the vaccines are “an investigational vaccine not licensed for any indication” and require that “all promotional material relating to the COVID-19 Vaccine clearly and conspicuously … state that this product has not been approved or licensed by the FDA.” As I said above, under both international and federal law since the Nuremberg Code in 1947, every person has the right to refuse to be subjected to experimental medical procedures. None of the emergency use authorized COVID injections was shown to stop the vaccinated person from becoming infected or spreading the SARS-COV-2 infection. In fact, their trials showed that some in the vaccinated treatment groups came down with COVID-19 within the one or 2 weeks of time following the vaccines for which data was collected and reported. Thus, none of these COVID injections meets the CDC’s own legal definition of a vaccine that prevents the illness and spread of a disease.
4. No controlled human trial has ever shown that healthy children or other asymptomatic persons spread the SARS-COV-2 virus to others. The only two studies pretending to show asymptomatic persons or children spread the virus either:
(a) compared viral loads in the sickest hospitalized children having co-morbidities in their early symptomatic stage of COVID with dying adult patients in the cytokine storm phase of COVID, after their bodies had cleared the virus; or
(b) used a computer model, which assumed that 25% of asymptomatic persons were infectious, to “prove” that assumed asymptomatic infectious persons spread the viral infection.
5. Luckily for Asia and Africa, persons there spend more time outdoors in the sunshine without facemasks and so develop immune-boosting vitamin D levels; and low-cost, effective preventions and treatments like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin are widely available for COVID-19 symptoms and so hospitalizations and deaths are avoided. Compare this to the United States, where pharmaceutically-funded studies and media conducted disinformation campaigns discredit and make unavailable such safe, effective treatments. Summary: Anyone who cares about humanity would not support “mass vaccination” with any experimental medical injection. SARS-COV-2 is virtually harmless to most people whose’ own immune systems, with adequate vitamins, minerals, and sustenance, effectively develop long-lasting immunity from serious symptoms. A far better solution to stop COVID-19 suffering is to help people to become aware of all the safe, effective, available preventions and treatments and the need to begin early out-patient treatment for high-risk persons within a few days of COVID symptoms first appearing.
