Once upon a time Queen Victoria was Empress of India which included Pakistan and Bangladesh and also ran over the border into Burma. What a magnificent piece of real estate, and all lost including Malaya due to the efforts of the Japanese in the 1940’s. But the dreams of empires live on through generations and never die.

Presumably fuelled by the anti-Jew and anti-Israel sentiment nurtured in many cultures for millennia, we hear a lot about Gaza, which was an independent state before the British annexed it while creating their foothold in the middle east. To the credit of some Israelis they do have a culture of free speech, even as the current leadership seeks to suppress it as much as possible.

But another real-estate clearout has been underway for years and much closer to us here in Australia, this might also be described as a casualty of British involvement. Nobody protests and nobody much has even heard about the latest developments in Myanmar. Most mainstream commentary treats the army as mysterious and virtually incoherent. Why?

Similar to the opening act two years ago in the Gaza performance, paragliders were recently used by the military or militias to attack the citizens in Chaung-U (Chaung-oo), a town exactly in the middle between the Chinese incursion in the north-east and the new deep-water harbour in Rakhine state, from where the Rohingya people were driven, in the few years before the covid performance.

The above is a rare report from areas, especially Shan state in the north-east, where military activity is regular, where the people of a town are simply run out by the army, in the service of this globalist project. It would appear they are expected to relocate “somewhere else”, which is a less harsh option than the Rohingyas were offered.

They function as modern “economic zones” by offering streamlined services for businesses, such as site selection, networking, and incentives like reduced permitting times or access to talent pools. Often run by non-profit associations with private sector board members (e.g., tech companies in Zurich). For instance, the Greater Zurich Area AG promotes a 1,800 km² zone covering parts of cantons like Zurich, Zug, and Schwyz, focusing on life sciences and fintech. It manages business parks where private firms develop and lease land.

Impact: These areas contribute significantly to GDP; Zurich’s zone alone rivals small countries in economic output.

Tax-Advantaged Cantonal Hubs: Cantons like Zug, Geneva, and Basel offer low corporate taxes (as low as 11-12% effective rates) to create attractive “economic zones” for specific sectors, without formal zone boundaries.

Zug’s Crypto Valley is a prime example: A privatized ecosystem where over 1,000 blockchain companies operate, supported by cantonal policies but driven by private entities like foundations (e.g., Ethereum Foundation) managing events, incubators, and co-working spaces.

Private management: Land and facilities are often owned by private real estate firms or AG companies, with cantonal zoning allowing clustered development. This has made Zug one of Switzerland’s wealthiest cantons per capita.

Free Zones and Customs-Free Areas (Zollfreilager): These are privatized storage and logistics zones where goods (e.g., art, wine, commodities) are held duty-free under federal customs rules but managed by private operators.

Examples: Geneva Free Port (Ports Francs et Entrepôts de Genève SA), a private entity owning warehouses in Canton Geneva, handling billions in assets. Similar zones exist in Basel and Chiasso (Ticino).

They operate as economic enclaves, generating revenue through private rentals and services, while integrating with cantonal economies (e.g., supporting luxury trade).

Australian industry was sold out since the Lima Declaration (Whitlam era) and now there is barely anything left except subsistence, such as real estate sales and marketing, pharmacies, cafes and massage shops. In half a century, Australia has been largely reduced to a global commodities supplier.

So the question is, if China owns the Australian economy, Australian media and the Australian government, then who owns China?

    • The crooked ALP minions are engineering another fake boom in housing via credit money. They said they would cut beck on regulations but this will be a damp squib if anything.       • When I immigrated to Oz, I had read about how the country was developed. It was like the old West in the US. Hard working, strong, courageous people, helping each other. There was a community/culture that had been lost in America.

        Some of the movies about those early years in Oz enthralled me, like ‘The Man From Snowy River’. An Australian actor in that film was Jack Thompson, who also appeared in the lesser known film ‘The Riddle of the Stinson’. He seemed like the kind of Aussie that I wanted to be associated with.
