I like this site of Dee and Mary, articles always interesting worthy reading, with comments from all here thought provoking. All on the same page though sometimes we go against the grain, returning to smooth coming back the other way. Best work always done with sharp chisels honed daily. Using blunt ones a disaster in the making best not to touch or start. That’s what I spent 50 years doing for others more so than myself. Doesn’t matter, still here at Lord’s mercy and blessing everyday. I am a sinner in many ways, for not helping my family enough through times of hardship. OK, I’ll throw in my two cents. I have attempted to ‘make a difference’ in the Australian society. For example, I ran a Constitutional law case that would have a significant effect on both the political system and the legal system – I was blocked by the corruption in the legal system.
I also tried to do a small part in providing diesel energy to the country – again I was blocked by corruption, this time in the political system.
Lots of other attempts, always blocked by corruption of the truth. The problem is liars, deception, the crushing of truth to the benefit of some corrupt person/entity. – I have thus ‘dropped out’. The train is heading towards a burnt out bridge and nobody wants to hit the brakes. Party on, continue on in delusion – not me, I’ve jumped off the train. I won’t be with you on your journey of the crash into the bottom of the gorge.
HOWEVER, I DO HAVE SOME HOPE.
Clif High in his recent ALTA report analysis has referred to a new device (apparently now in development) that will indicate the level of a person’s CONSCIOUSNESS. A small device that will glow green with different intensities based upon a person’s level of consciousness. Perhaps a personal ‘lie detector’ could be an analogy.
The only people that would NOT wear such a device would be the deceptive, low conscious individual that would want to hide their true intentions from others. They would thus mark themselves as untrustworthy.
Maybe, just maybe, there will a path out of this abyss of deception.

Terry, being in South Africa was an interesting exercise. I spoke to several legal minds and do believe the courts there have greater independence than here. Reviewing the cases here, I am sure the government directs the traffic in the courts here. I don’t think it does over there.
After 21 years at the Bar, the only thing I can have absolute confidence in about the Australian legal system is STAY AWAY! Work it out amongst yourselves, do a deal, take a loss, just NEVER end up in court.
if you do end up in court which can be beyond your control, you have standing, so stand even though you risk a loss of freedom. its corrupt and political, therefore not legal in the separation of powers sense, and don’t get caught up in the bull and over think it

I share the story of:
“Father Maximilian Kolbe (prisoner number 16670) was a Polish Franciscan friar who sacrificed his life at the Auschwitz Concentration Camp in July 1941 by taking the place of a condemned father, and spent nearly two weeks leading prayers in an underground starvation bunker before dying on August 14, 1941.[1, 2]
The Retaliation and the Choice
• The Escape Attempt: In late July 1941, a prisoner from the camp block managed to escape. In response, the deputy camp commander ordered ten men from that block to be locked in an underground bunker to starve to death as a brutal deterrent. [1, 2]
• The Plea for Mercy: One of the ten selected men, a Polish army sergeant and father named Franciszek Gajowniczek, broke down and cried out in despair, wailing about his wife and children. [1, 2]
• Stepping Out of Line: Father Kolbe, who had already been enduring brutal labor and abuse in the camp for his prior work sheltering refugees, calmly stepped out of the ranks and approached the Nazi guards. [1, 2]
• The Offer: Kolbe offered to take Gajowniczek’s place, stating that he was an elderly, single Catholic priest while the other man had a family waiting for him. The stunned SS commandant accepted the trade. [1, 2]
Inside the Starvation Bunker (Block 11)
• The Conditions: The ten condemned men were stripped of their clothes and locked into cell number 18 in the basement of Block 11, known as the “Death Block,” completely cut off from food and water.
• A Shift in Atmosphere: Rather than echoing with shrieks, panic, and cursing—which was typical of the starvation cells—guards and surviving witnesses nearby reported hearing quiet hymns, rosary recitations, and prayers coming from the darkness.
• Ministering to Others: Father Kolbe used his final reserves of strength to comfort the dying men, whispering words of faith and holding up the spirits of those breaking down from intense thirst and hunger. [1, 2, 3, 4]
The Final Hours
• The Last Survivor: After nearly two weeks without a single drop of water or morsel of food, most of the men in the cell had died. Father Kolbe was one of the very last—or the absolute last—still alive, sitting or kneeling in consciousness among the bodies.
• The Injection: Because the Nazis needed the bunker cleared out for new prisoners, the remaining survivors were finished off by the guards. On August 14, 1941, Father Kolbe calmly extended his arm to receive a lethal injection of carbolic acid (phenol), dying with serenity.
• The Legacy: Franciszek Gajowniczek survived Auschwitz and the war, spending the rest of his long life recounting the story of the priest who traded his life for another. Pope John Paul II later canonized Maximilian Kolbe as a saint and martyr of charity in October 1982, with Gajowniczek attending the ceremony. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7].”
From the official start of the holocaust on June 23, 1941 to its end on Victory Day May 8, 1945. Over those 1415 days 6,000,000 Jews were slaughtered by the Germans, at an average of (6000000/1415) = 4240 per day.
(According to Census findings in that era there were only 4.25 million Jews in the whole of Europe.)
How long does it take to cremate a body?.
Cremating at the optimum temperature (1,400-1,800 degrees), the average weighted remains takes 2 to 2 ½ hours. Several more hours may be required before the cremated remains are available to the family.
Is it true that the bones are crushed after cremation? I’ve heard you don’t get ashes back-what do you get?
A complete cremation is a two-step process. First, the actual exposure of the deceased to several hours of intense heat and flame; after which the remains are mostly ash except for certain bone fragments. Then, the entire remaining elements are gathered and these remains are placed in a processor, creating a uniform powder-like texture.
