    • Section 316 of the NSW Crimes Act replaces the old common law offence of misprision relating to a serious indictable offence.
      Also, With the introduced provision of ‘’affray’ at the same time, into the Crimes Act the common law offence of affray was replaced at he same time.
      May I humbly suggest that I was influential in the amendments in NSW.
      Before affray was included in the crimes act I prepared the first indictment for affray in about 1978 under the common law since the 1930’s in NSW.
      I recall the day, I was instructing Ted O’Laughlin crown prosecutor when he handed the indictment to the bench, who read it and the bench asked the Crown; “is this a offence”, Ted looked down at me beside him and I indicated yes for the bench to hear, so the indictment was read to the accused in the dock and the accused replied ‘GUILTY’.
      The amendments to the Crimes act were enacted when the Liberals were returned to government.
      I always wondered why successive governments had not charged those who had notice of child abuse, with misprision. I suppose no one had thought of it.🙀🤷‍♂️🙈

      • this is beyond off topic – I was going to post in last article but I wondered about GUM Gums post covid 19 lockdown agenda- the direction/admin/has a reluctance to explore testimonies of people I know personally. Today I picked up on Neds–“humbly suggest that I was influential in the amendments” and I believe and respect his historical knowledge as an elder.
        In some circles “I” too am acknowledged as an experiencer, researcher, historian, elder, whistleblower– but my voice as a survivor of mengele and von Braun experiments- MKULTRA 149 sub projects etc are not heard/believed/supported.

        When I read today

  6. Dane Wigington(who I followed and dismissed some years ago)is a promoter of disinformation.
    The “contrails” we see from commercial airliners are in fact “accidental” due to the most common jet fuel JP8,which produces soot particles that act as cloud condensation nuclei and also contain all of the metals seen on the periodic table. Once this artificial cloud fans out, it becomes a cirrus cloud.
    He is(as his channel denotes)all about geoengineering, to the extreme of blaming it for the current US winter storms.
    There is no mention of the intensifying GSM with the accompanying reduction in earth’s magnetic field and the ensuing polar and equatorial vortices causing extreme weather conditions globally.In fact he never mentions the Eddy GSM at any time.
