John F kennedy’s inaugural speech, and (R) Amanda Vanstone (Vanstone photo – alchetron.com)

An Open Letter to Amanda Vanstone.

[Ms vanstone served as a Liberal minister in Australia from 1984 to 2007. From 1993 to 1996, she served as Shadow Attorney-General, and from 1994 to 1996 was the Shadow Minister for Justice. When the Howard government came into power, she held several prominent ministerial portfolios. After her resignation, she served as the Australian Ambassador to Italy until July 2010, and now writes for Faifax.]

Dear Ms Vanstone,

I am writing this open letter to you after reading your column on Monday in The Age (and Sydney Morning Herald). I was drawn to your article, as it seemed to be inspired by John F Kennedy. To quote your piece:

“Being a Baby Boomer and prone to the odd bout of unrealistic optimism, I turned to John Kennedy’s inaugural speech. The speech is a beautiful statement of ideals. [I agree.] There’s nothing wrong with a good dose of optimism…

“As boring and tedious as it may be to some, a democratically elected parliament, with a cabinet government, is the best form of government going. It’s annoying and aggravating beyond belief when one can’t get what one thinks is best … but only dictators get to do that.

“…We are stuck with having to pragmatically find a way through each other’s idealistic hopes and dreams to find a way to move forward together. It’s called pragmatism.

“…That’s where Kennedy’s speech rings true. The words were about a much bigger stage than our parliamentary process but they ring true in any event…  ‘Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and the success of liberty’. It’s stirring stuff.”

Yes it is stirring stuff — especially when you consider the circumstances of his assassination. I hope you are shaken too.

Shakennot stirred

Just the bullet hole through the FRONT of the windscreen of the car should alert us that there were other shooters. The proof of many other bullets, from all directions, proves beyond reasonable doubt that the lone gunman narrative is an outright lie. You received a Bachelor of Law degree, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice — and so should have some understanding of the rules of evidence.

You can read a more detailed summary here in an article entitled, “JFK For Dummies — Explaining the Kennedy Assassination for the ABC.” But I’ll cut to the chase. As seen in the Zapruder film, Kennedy’s head is flung BACK from the impact of the fatal bullet. It is almost certain that a young lad, a hired gun — namely, Jack Lawrence — fired the fatal shot from the drain, no more than 25 yards away from the car.

It also does not take a lot of critical thinking to understand that the single “magic bullet” official theory is just plain codswallop. A complete and utter LIE — fabricated to cover up the murder of Kennedy by many powerful people. This is not new news — District Attorney Jim Garrison was bleating about this back in 1967, fifty years ago.

Your stirring notion of “true liberty” was killed off that day. It was truly a sad day.

But what is even SADDER is that Western governments and the mainstream media have continued to support the lie. And this includes your party members in Canberra, Australia’s government funded ABC, and even Fairfax Media — the organisation for which you now write.

You had the privilege to serve in the Australian parliament, and you demonstrated resilience, and an ability to be outspoken. So Amanda, now is the time to raise your voice and be outspoken. Your waffle article about being “stuck with having to pragmatically find a way through each other’s idealistic hopes and dreams…” seems irrelevant when you understand that democracy was hijacked, and stolen that day in 1963.

If you were stirred by Kennedy’s inaugural speech, you should be more than stirred after listening to his April 27, 1961 speech on secret societies and a monolithic conspiracy. I quote:

“The very word ‘secrecy’ is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and secret proceedings…

For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence–on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.

“Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, and no secret is revealed.”

It is time for you to speak out Ms Vanstone. End the Fake News around CIA operative Oswald — and accept what really happened. Then we can deal with the next case — Port Arthur.

In his twisted logic, President Bush famously said, “Either you’re with us, or you’re with the enemy!” So… now that this egregious lie has been explained to you Amanda, you can no longer plead ignorance. And as you are receiving a parliamentary pension, your obligation is to the people of Australia… So STOP participating in Fake News. To quote Kennedy:

And no official of my Administration, whether his rank is high or low, civilian or military, should interpret my words here tonight as an excuse to censor the news, to stifle dissent, to cover up our mistakes or to withhold from the press and the public the facts they deserve to know.

Sincerely stirred,
Dee McLachlan

  1. Dee, that 1961 Inauguration photo is really a knockout, after one finishes reading your article.

My family didn’t have a TV at that time, but we got one before the 1963 funeral.

The funeral was extremely dramatic. I wonder when it was planned and by whom.

  2. And of course we lacked the IQ — and the Internet — to predict that John-John (giving the famous salute, 3 days shy of his third birthday) would get a similar send-off.

The Dad at 46, the son at 38.

  3. Thank you Gumshoe News – Standing Strong for Truth
Amanda Vanstone like so many others would do well to pay close attention. Finally.
Stop participating in ‘fake’ news. Trust Truth. For the love of Humanity.

Would it be possible for us to participate / organize
Virtual Vigil for February 5 in support of Julian Assange ?

    • Gday Deb,
assange once said he in annoyed by anyone that questions the official account of 9/11. Until I hear him say the official account is obvious nonsense, I dont trust a thing he says.
one other thing is the amount of support and publicity he gets fro the lying MSM…

just rings alarm bells for me. I wtrust him as far as I could kick him.
      cheers

      • although last week the Australian described him in very derogatory terms—I have done a great deal of research re Assange-The Great White Brotherhood the Family and Monarch MKUltra programming all seem relevant to his past and present situation.

      • I remember Wikileaks getting written up in the MSM with a rosy introduction before they’d even released a single document. Told me all I needed to know. Assange also makes virtually no mention of the Chosen Ones and their shit-hole country despite seemingly being able to penetrate the secrecy of every other country on the damn planet.

        Fake news.

  4. Amanda Vanstone, now that you have become educated, how about checking out what was done to Martin Bryant and all those victims at Port Arthur? Then as a civilian taking part in a push to bring about charges against the real planners, the destroyers of evidence and the legal fraternity involved in perverting the course of justice in the court proceedings.

Also John Howard should be charged with the crime of “accessory to murder” for his preventing an inquiry, which is required by law, when foreigners are killed or a fire is involved in the crime. He also demanded that the Broad Arrow Café be demolished, before court proceedings, even though it contained vital evidence.

So Amanda, you have a duty to carry out before you can completely retire on your wonderful pensions and superannuation.

  5. She knows exactly whats shes is doing . She is mafia, and she protects pedos, she likes pell, and loves to have pigs and people suffer . Her husband a commercial lawyer is impossible to find a picture of . Im sure it was a marriage of convenience. She is into the australia card that we rejected and wants the national database to track us by biometrcs . Mafia are into drug import and people trafficking . She has protected known mafia , she has employed them in Italy when she was ambassador, the embassy s are known for spying . I saw a rumor that kerry packer was her father, and if true , fits with pedosdownunders view of him . The mafia have been proven to buy the law in nsw .
Not sure of the young shooter backgroud , but has Italian looks. Jack Ruby (stein) is thought to be mafia . She would of collected a lot of information in her portfolios, hard to say were the mafia meets the cia meets the other intelligence groups and the banks . But they are all equally secret. I dont think oliver stone mentions the possible young shooter, so its likely . She kinda reminds me of hellen clark , with her odd background . Mafia are said to own the concrete contracts in US , Trump likes a lots of concrete, even went away from steel that was the norm for his Tump first tower. The Kennedys money comes from getting the mafia to run alchol from novia Scotia were it was legal to the mainland during prohibition. JFK had a lot of woman issues, that went away .

  6. ‘They’ will not defend themselves because ‘they’ know they are all bs.
    So do we.
There will be no reply……. ‘they’ know that ‘they’ are stuffed.

    • I replied above , has a lot of links so needs moderation.
Hope it gets through, won’t be to painful, took me awhile on my touchscreen device.
      Thanks Ned

  7. Have just found a very interesting article in The Monthly Essays 2009 by Tony Roberts titled The Brutal Truth. I quote from the essay re — Government supply of weapons of mass destruction for mass murder.

“Pastoral settlement was enforced with what must have seemed to Aboriginal people like weapons of astonishing power. Most popular were the .57-calibre Snider rifle, designed for big-game hunting in Africa, and the more advanced, more powerful .45-calibre Martini-Henry. Both were used by the British army, yet almost every overlander, stockman and station manager had one or the other – and not for hunting kangaroos.
Northern Territory police were armed initially with Snider rifles, but by the time pastoral settlement in the Gulf Country began in 1881, these had been replaced by the Martini-Henry. The enormous bullets caused horrific injuries to those not killed outright. If fired into a crowd, a single bullet could pass through one person and kill or maim others. The Martini-Henry could kill at more than one kilometre. Both weapons could kill an elephant.
Why would a police force need military rifles that could kill elephants? The primary role of the police was not to maintain law and order but to make the Territory safe for whites and their cattle, regardless of the cost to Aboriginal welfare and life. They were an avenging force, acting as judge, jury and executioner. Successive governments issued the police with unlimited ammunition and the authority to use it; they also issued arms to civilian punitive parties.
They kept sending the ammunition in massive quantities to the Territory, knowing it was being used for a single function: to shoot the blacks. They asked no questions, did no stocktakes, took no count of the dead. If Aboriginal people resisted the taking of their land or resented the taking of their women or speared cattle for food, they became the sworn enemy. There is evidence of at least 50 massacres in the Gulf Country of the Territory up to 1910.36 It is impossible to estimate how many more went unrecorded; the real figure could well be double that.”

    • Terra nullus , there you go .
Smallpox was a favorite , made short work out of the large groups in Sydney.
In Brisbane they would give alcohol to men , then make them fight for sport sometimes to the death about federation, and the herding of cliffs . Terra nullus , all legal , no conversion, just abandoned land as far as the eye can see.

    • Thanks for the info, Diane. It sounds believable to me. It will also happen to us. Humans, like hyenas, are a genocidal species.

One item sounds incorrect. Is there really a gun that can shoot at distance of a kilometer? What would the trajectory be? I’ll wait for some of the lads to answer.

  8. Ill admit to being unqualified to know if the former minister for immigration, who famously deported an aussie citizen, is right or wrong when she talks about democracies and how wonderful they are, but..

    Amanda says..

“As boring and tedious as it may be to some, a democratically elected parliament, with a cabinet government, is the best form of government going.”

the word “democracy” is flung around by politicians endlessly, often accompanied by other adjectives like “freedom” and “justice” , “liberty” – whenever it is they are making a case for how right we are, and how wrong others be, in regard to making a point about any controversial issue of the day, as if by asserting that because we are a democracy, no criticism deserves any hearing..

but Im a little confused.. there’s some that say the USA & Oz are not democracies..

    https://independentaustralia.net/politics/politics-display/our-fake-australian-democracy,4039

    https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2014/apr/21/americas-oligarchy-not-democracy-or-republic-unive/

    and another opinion..

“The courageous men of the original Free Officers’ Union, who were guides and leaders of the then 42-year-old Al-Fatah Revolution, demonstrated extraordinary revolutionary fortitude, heroism and audacity in the face of their enemies. As young men in their twenties, they overthrew the Western-installed Libyan monarchy and ushered in the Jamahiriya, and as elders in their seventies, they refused to leave Libya and, instead, fought to the bitter end, on the frontlines, alongside their people. Their example will forever shine as an eternal light in the hearts of all those who struggled alongside them to build the closest thing to a real democracy, and a United States of Africa, that modern history has ever seen. The execution of Muammar Qaddafi and those that fought alongside him, and the destruction of the Libyan Jamahiriya is one of the greatest crimes of this century.”

    https://www.pambazuka.org/pan-africanism/remembering-muammar-qaddafi-and-great-libyan-jamahiriya

if all that is true and democracy is so good, why dont we have one? and why do we cheer the destruction of others? Was gaddaffi murdered on the result of a democratic vote, or was his death dictated? Was it a democratic decision to go to war in Iraq based on lies, or was that just something jwhoward wanted to do? Is that democracy in action? if it is, I dont like it.

I could be wrong, but it seems to me the best way to secure employment in oz as a parliamentarian or a journalist for MSM ( same thing? ) is the ability to say one thing, while meaning the complete opposite.

  9. My further reply to Diane (above):

In the early 1980s when i was still new to Oz, i attended a Steps-of-Parliament-House protest about deaths in custody.

So this Aboriginal gal gets up and says “I’m here to speak for So-and-So [she provided the name], as of course he is too scared to come to this meeting.”

I thought “What nonsense is she talking. Anybody can see that it is a sunny day, in quiet Adelaide, where everyone is safe.”

Ah, little did I know. Little did I know.
