    • I have not referred to David at x22 for sometime but perhaps some would benefit from the latest.

  2. I’ve been hearing/reading that the ‘Russians’ were involved. What bullshit, like the Russians control the harbor, the tug boats, etc. – This is consistent with all the other infrastructure destruction. train derailments, abattoirs burning down, warehouses and grain silos, on and on. Not to mention the obvious DEW attacks on Paradise, Calif or Lahiana, Maui. – The U.S. is going down and who/what ever is doing it is doing it piece by piece. It is going to get ugly for the vast majority of US citizens, especially in the cities.

      • Gold is up and cheap houses are up, it would seem our bungling RBA’s high interest rates measures are not working, we must need more and higher interest rates, possibly more tax too instead of minor cuts, to get the stubborn price of gold and petrol and even bananas down. I suggest raise interest rates to 20% as they were in Keating’s time ( not his fault as he advised us ) and raise GST to 20% and raise Medicare Levy from 2% to 10%, make us all register as corporations and liable for GST so nobody can escape the net. Too many poor people are escaping the GST net.
        All this should stop the CO2 as well as the price of anything since we will all have to stay under a blanket for the duration, some of us under a blanket in the back seat of their car. Let’s give the incompetent RBA another chance to get this inflation right. Interest rates up now, 1% per month and don’t stop before Xmas.

  9. I have been following comments at GS for about 10 years and am yet to detect anyone with a solution to anything….
    Needless to say, I now do not expect anything.
    Because I know sfa and anything we think will change little as time passes.
    So I gave up years ago and plod along best I can.
    I have a simple theory: “God, I know nothing, but I will give it a go, but you work it out and what will be will be”.
    Amen, but I will enjoy, the life provided, the suspense, challenges, fun and be entertained with all the mysteries, knowing that in due course all will be known.
