Today’s Daily Mail is carrying a scare story about the Hadron collider. As well it should. Some scientists – presumably in the employ of the nut-jobs who control governments – propose to turn on the collider next week.
Peter Higgs, a professor of physics at Edinburgh University (born 1929), discovered a sub-atomic particle that is now called “the Higgs boson.” We don’t need to know the particulars (ha! a pun, the partic-ulars) to know that this discovery caused some people to build a collider. It is near Geneva, Switzerland.
The Hadron collider has required miles of tunnels to be built so that a test could be made on the energy potential of the boson. Do you recall Enrico Fermi (1901-1954), IMHO — who had the chutzpah – the word chutzpah doesn’t do justice – to play with a chain reaction?
He used a basketball gym in Chicago to try out a sub-atomic test that could have wrecked the earth. Perhaps he was admired for his adventurousness. Anyway he was never punished, as he should have been.
By whom? By you and me, by anyone whose right to life he deliberately endangered.
You Should Pray?
The Hadron collider has caused the Daily Mail to write this headline: “Are we all going to die next Wednesday?”
Let me bring you right straight to the concluding paragraph in that “newspaper”:
“As for the rest of us, we have to hope that the scientists have done their sums right – and keep our fingers crossed next Wednesday.”
That is to say, after being told that every speck of life on Earth is about to be put at risk we are supposed to just hope for the best.
What? What? We are not supposed to exercise our basic instinct for self-preservation and tell these idiots to keep their finger off the button? We are supposed to “pray”?
Folks, this is just indicative of the weird state we have fallen into in which we accept bad things. We don’t have to accept bad things.
The Law
Here is what ordinary law has to say. Firstly, there has always been, and still is, a right to self-defense. You can do whatever you must do – I repeat, whatever you must do — to prevent someone attacking you or attacking another person. Naturally!
Secondly, the person attacking you is, of course, committing a crime. At the very least, someone who tells you he is about to turn on a machine in Geneva that may kill you, is performing an assault on you. Assault is defined as
“any act of such a nature as to excite an apprehension of battery.”
Yes, merely to cause you the state of fear is an assault.
There is also the tort of trespass. I realize it’s too mild to be talking about tort – a form of civil action – but what the heck maybe these idiots will turn on the machine and it will not cause harm — then they can be sued afterwards for recklessness.
According to the American Institute of Law’s “Restatement” (which is sort of a high falutin’ textbook), torts have three types: there are torts of trespass to the person, to property (“chattels”), and to land.
Walk down any street and see the sign “No trespassing.” We all understand that phrase, don’t we? Trespassing can also be a crime, that is, it’s prosecutable as well as actionable, but who cares at the moment, the point is we can use law against trespassers.
Don’t Take a Chance with the Collider
I am here to say don’t turn this outrageous machine on. It has been known for a long time that the results are unpredictable and that it could cause earthquakes, tsunamis, and the explosion of the planet.
And for what end is this being undertaken? So humans can discover something profound about atoms and about the universe.
Oh yeah? Well I can tell you something profound: We can’t even manage our own backyard. We can’t even piss straight (Sorry.) We don’t need to find our more about the nature of the atom until we have found out why we have fallen into a condition of masochism.
Get an Injunction
OK, judges, of Australia, you with the robes and wigs and ermine collars. Ask your mother or your son to march into court seeking an urgent injunction. They can do it today, Sunday. The court never closes, especially for injunctions.
Ask that the Geneva idiots be enjoined against blowing up God’s creation.
That’s not asking too much, is it?

I would’ve said it was all hot air, but…
Stephen Hawking is worried. “…Exactly what the CERN scientists are attempting to achieve in their underground lab, the average layman may instinctively understand that such an experiment may be wrought with unforeseeable pitfalls. Stephen Hawking, the eminent physicist, seems to agree.
“The God particle found by CERN could destroy the universe,” Hawking wrote in the preface to a book, Starmus, a collection of lectures by scientists. The Higgs Boson could become unstable at very high energy levels and have the potential to trigger a “catastrophic vacuum decay which would cause space and time to collapse and… we would not have any warning to the dangers,” he continued.

Well as Carl Sagan said —
“Extinction is the rule. Survival is the exception.”
Kevin Woodman has just sent me a Youtube on this subject. I do not pretend to understand the science, but look how this Youtuber, named BPearthwatch, got over two thousand hits after posting the video only 24 hours ago.
The same channel has another one on CERN, which I think is French for European Center for Nuclear Reactors. In the video above the “shield” he is talking about is the natural shield around earth. (So Kevin tells me; Kevin is an electrician with eclecic knowledge.)
It seems there is at least one other Mary Maxwell type floating around. In 2008, this guy, Otto Rössler, MD, PhD, took it to the Human Rights Court re the collider. “The case was tossed out.”
A 2013 interview begins like this:
Otto Eberhard Rössler (born 20 May 1940) is a German biochemist known for his work on chaos theory and the theoretical equation known as the Rössler attractor. He is part of a large group of scientists that have tried to stop the activity of the Large Hadron Collider, arguing that there is a big risk for to survival of the planet due to the possibility of creating black holes that could absorb the entire Planet. As long as the activity of LHC increases its power, many people claim that we are suffering side-effects such as earthquakes, micro black holes, natural disasters, etc.
In the meantime, Dr. Rössler assures us that we are not safe, and the risks increase every year. Here is the interview that Mado Martínez, Phd. made with him:
MADO MARTÍNEZ: Do we have to worry about the LHC experiments?
OTTO RÖSSLER: As long as the incurred danger has not been disproved, a reason to stop worrying does unfortunately not exist.
If this machine is a threat to existence as you know we are to become extinct? so think of the decline of suffering.
I didn’t know they started the internet!!!!!
“CERN has been the trailblazer on a number of other highly credible projects, which may tempt people to give them the benefit of the doubt regarding CERN, …In 1989, under the guidance of Tim Berners-Lee, CERN began the World Wide Web project, which led to the first webpage in history. On April 30, 1993, CERN announced that the World Wide Web would be free to anyone.” (from my link below)
Who are “they”?????
Dee, they are “they.” Where’ve you been?
Okay… let me put forward a little scenario. Are scientists and inventors ahead of (or behind) the elite… or do “they” just purchase/control “it” when it shows promise? My jaw dropped when YouTube was bought for $2b, and what about mark Zuckerberg and Facebook.
Did “they” have a Facebook type platform already designed and used uni students to implement it? OR as the official narrative goes — Zuckerberg got the idea off some other students, then developed the Facebook platform… to become one of the most powerful surveillance tools out there. Which came first?
One of favourite stand up comedians STEWART LEE on Twitter: He calls Twitter a “state surveillance agency staffed by gullible volunteers”
“They” were once defined by someone as the “Autonomous Collective known as They”. “They” aren’t real, yet very real.
OT, Just found today that I can be sacked de-registered if I express an opinion in or out of the workplace that opposes the official State position in vaccination. Even personal social media pages and discussions are off limits. My Union heartily endorses this too.
OMG, Paul. Surely not, surely not!
Think of not paying bills.
At the very least I don’t think anyone should bother to do any hoovering in the next 72 hours.
“Just in case.”
Paul, we ran out of space below.
There’s nothing for it but for you to become the leader of the nurses’ union.
and if u cant publish stuff just send it to me and i will run it as Mary P Maxwell. So there.
Paul, Dee, Don, Everybody,
This has got the Hadron collider beat by a mile —
