HRC and Arrest
10 July, 2015. The FBI initiated Investigation ‘Midyear Exam’. Comey, under Lynch, were to clear HRC of all her wrongs prior to the forthcoming Democratic Convention.

There were two sectors operating within The FBI. One sought Truth and Justice. And the other was Deep State and Mueller.
On 28 June, 2016, WJC met Lynch at Phoenix Airport, promising her The SCOTUS seat of the mysteriously dead Scalia (13/2/2016). Held in reserve for HRC, should her second presidential bid also fall over. Scalia now in the mystery basket with Rich, Foster et al.

Lynch was required to reign in the good guys of the DOJ-FBI, and close the HRC file.
5 July, 2016. The strange meeting occurred between the HRC consortium and the Comey FBI consortium. Effectively the same cabal. Confetti immunities were thrust about. No sworn, or even recorded evidence was postured during that brief file closing sojourn.
Strzok and McCabe orchestrated the destruction of the devices in their control at that time. As well as the missing emails. Effectively well over a hundred thousand. Not just the thirty-three thousand claimed.

The FBI having jurisdictional precedence over the NYPD, was aided by local DOJ-FBI Deep State.
Comey has to run out in October 2016, with the election pending on 8 November 2016, and make noises about again checking the HRC File — and then shutting it. So as to avoid a reaction onto the Deep State Candidate HRC.
