In nature the cows urine and faeces don’t mix so much because the cow is walking around, however with high-density types of industrialised monoculture farming they probably do mix, a lot. There couldn’t be much of a debate unless both sides were partly right. In nature the cows urine and faeces don’t mix so much because the cow is walking around, however with high-density types of industrialised monoculture farming they probably do mix, a lot. Urea by itself is a type of fertiliser and the faeces breaks down into soil so the cow and its food are not the actual problem, the problem is confinement, which creates an unsustainable local environment, because there is no investment in separate drainage, artificial composting etc.
In terms of “climate change” etc however I would guess ammonia amounts to virtually nothing, since “global warming” is a catch-all excuse to implement any mad program. Despite al the hype, sea levels haven’t risen at all. Pauline Hansen was ridiculed for saying certain islands were sinking but this is geological fact, islands such as East Kiribati (pron. kiribass) have been sinking for a long time.
