Missing Justice Pt 10: Was a Psyop Averted?

I feel compelled to complete the story cycle of the two runaway girls.

When a parent protects a child from danger — against a court order — the situation becomes extremely precarious for both the parent and the child or children.

Take the case a few years ago in which a mother collected her young twin girls from school and they voluntarily ran away with her. That story ended very badly. After years in hiding, and possibly millions of dollars in AFP expenses, they were eventually found. The children were returned to the very person they had reported as their abuser, and the mother ultimately served time in prison. Many others suffered too.

In the case of these two runaways, the girls ran from their father and forced their mother into hiding for nearly a year. Imagine being a fugitive without access to banking, housing, or transport for close to twelve months. Most people would not make it to the end of the first month.

This situation relied on two truths, as I see it. First, the girls were genuinely running from danger — to the safety of their mother. Second, the mother genuinely believed it was the only way to keep her daughters safe. A lifetime of experience backed that belief.

There are several legal defences to harbouring someone if you believe you are doing so to keep them safe — including section 70NAE and the defence of another. But there was an external factor here: government agencies had labelled the mother a “sovereign citizen.”

The court had ordered otherwise. The court was acting on an Intervention Order (IVO) that prohibited the mother from being with the girls. I later came to learn that this order had been deceptively obtained by the father, with no factual basis. The subsequent recovery order for the youngest daughter was therefore founded on a fraudulent legal instrument. 

As readers know from previous articles, substantial resources had been devoted to locating the younger girl. When she was first found, she was detained for 61 days in “secure care” and then returned to her father. Both girls then bolted again in January 2024.

In court, the father attempted to build a sovereign narrative by claiming that his wayward daughters had tried to run away to “Dezi Freeman country,” attempting to draw a negative association. It was extraordinary. Vengeful?

I went unsuccessfully to the Supreme Court around September 2024 and then began writing to government. The girls were eventually found in October. The younger child was once again incarcerated, and the Children’s Court ordered the girls’ separation from her mum — as per the defective IVO.

Around this time, Serene Teffaha came in to assist. I remember one night discussing with her how the child-protection department kept shifting the goalposts for the mum — somehow inviting rebellion. We wondered whether their case risked being framed as one of a rogue sovereign parent and delinquent children — where one wrong step by the mum or the girls could send the matter down a very dark and highly publicised path. We believe our efforts, and the calm steadiness of the mother, averted what could have possibly been a psyop.

By January 1 2026, the case had dragged on for four months since the girls were located and mum and daughter were still forced apart. In early January, the mother — representing herself — called me mid-court hearing and said, “It seems like she’s coming back home.”  A few hours later, she called again. The Department was keeping her and her daughter apart until another hearing — a contested hearing — in April.

Both Serene and I were enraged. I know Serene wrote to the judge, and so did I. Some readers have asked me to post my final letter in full — addressed to the Court and all parties, including the Minister — but instead I provide the relevant extracts from a letter entitled:

The Persecution of a Child by DFFH Practitioners

“…Having advocated in child-protection matters for approximately eight years, I feel compelled to state — with restraint but clarity — that I have not previously observed a child subjected to judicial persecution of such severity and consequence under the guise of protection.

The events of 6 January were profoundly adverse to the welfare, safety, and expressly stated interests of the child [ ]. What gives this matter grave legal significance is that the entire course of events is founded upon continued reliance on a defective Intervention Order. [And everybody knew it.]

…It is now starkly evident that the Intervention Order functioned not as a protective instrument, but as a tool to sever a loving and secure mother–daughter bond. The father’s conduct was vengeful, obsessive, and plainly harmful; the child’s flight from him was not defiance — it was a predictable attempt by a traumatized teenager to escape an unsafe and emotionally torturous situation. …Despite this, the Department continued to treat the IVO as unquestionably valid, even after accessing the child’s diaries and statements demonstrating that its factual basis was false…

…The result has been devastating: [ ] was forced to live with an abusive parent, unlawfully deprived of her liberty for almost two years, unlawfully incarcerated, kept in isolation in care placements, and separated from her only secure attachment to her mother… This constitutes, in my view, a misuse of legal processes and an improper use of the Court’s protective powers.

…A serious question arises as to whether the obstruction of [  ]’s legal rights was deliberate and coordinated, intended to ensure that a defective order remained operative so as to defeat and control both child and mother in court. …Where departmental actors were aware that the IVO was defective, acted to prevent its correction, and continued to rely upon it to justify punishment, incarceration, coercive placement, isolation, and the severing of primary attachment bonds, the Court itself was placed in the position of being used as an instrument of injustice.

…[  ] was denied procedural fairness and natural justice. She was obstructed from correcting errors central to her case, denied meaningful access to advocacy, and effectively silenced while the Department relied on a known defective legal instrument… I have rarely seen a child so aggressively punished by a caseworker… It is the Department that has harmed this child. The mother has consistently acted protectively. The failure of departmental officers to recognise the harm they have caused raises serious questions about their fitness to exercise child-protection powers at all…”

Sanity Returns

I am not sure how much impact my letter — accusing the Department of conspiring to defeat the proper course of justice — Serene’s stunning correspondence, or the resilience of the mother and steadfastness of the child played. But a few days later, the social worker contacted the mother and said: “We are sending [ ] back next week, before her 14th birthday.”

What a relief.

I truly believe that the girls standing their ground, and the mother calmly but firmly pointing out the wrongs in court — calling a spade a spade with composure and politeness — made a decisive difference in ending the madness of trying to keep a loving mother and daughter apart — all on a defective judicial instrument. Maybe they had been shown the obvious.

The Department is to be acknowledged for taking the correct course of action. In the end, all the managers, prosecutors, departmental heads, the Secretary, and the Minister must have recognised that their attempt to persecute a child had to end.

And it has ended — not without excessive attempts to exert control over the family beyond the court process. But it appears that, after all these years, the family has finally regained their lives.

        That is, the new company/nation was registered by the people to whom the old “Australia” owed money to: the United Nations (UN), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the “Crown” (corporate England) and several international banksters (Rothschild central banks).

        After the fictitious entity known as “Australia” was registered in Washington DC, they also registered new entities, including the “Parliament of Australia”, and the “Queen of Australia”. Like the building company, these organisations are also corporate structures made of paper, not real people who can be sued, imprisoned nor held accountable for their actions.

        Government publications in 1971 were called “The Acts of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia”. Government publications in 1972 were called “The Acts of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia”. Lo and behold, in 1973, government publications were called “The Acts of the Parliament of the Australian Parliament” (with the word “Commonwealth” removed).

    Unfinished Justice

    Although Epstein died in a Manhattan jail cell in August 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges, the legal aftermath of his case has not fully concluded. Maxwell, his longtime associate, was convicted in 2021 on multiple trafficking counts and is serving a 20-year federal prison sentence.

    In November 2025, Congress passed the bipartisan Epstein Files Transparency Act, requiring the Department of Justice to release its full archive of case-related materials. The mandate set a December deadline, but federal officials acknowledged they were unable to meet it, citing the scale of the records involved.

    On Jan. 30, 2026, the Department of Justice released over three million pages related to the case, including 2,000 videos and 180,000 images. It said the release would be the final one and that it had met its legal obligations, while acknowledging that a total of six million pages might qualify to be released under the Act.

    Federal authorities, meanwhile, have signaled limits to what the released records are expected to produce. The FBI and the Justice Department issued a joint memorandum in mid-2025 stating that an “exhaustive review” of the Epstein files had not identified grounds for further criminal charges tied to Epstein’s core trafficking operation. No additional prosecutions, the memo concluded, are anticipated.

    Epstein Justice demands accountability. Owen’s work with the organization today centers on administration and education, helping other survivors navigate systems that once crushed her. “People are so much more than their experiences and so much more than their trauma,” she said. “I think a lot of times, people will tend to treat survivors like they’re broken and weak little people, and I’m anything but broken and weak.

    While some women in the Epstein case have received financial settlements, Owen noted that many were required to sign nondisclosure agreements, silencing them once again. “I didn’t realize the importance of sharing and speaking out until the first time that I did,” she said. “It’s not that you ever really heal, but there is a recovery. There’s a sense of empowerment. There is a sense of claiming your own self and no longer just being a victim.”
