One Small Step for Rachel Vaughan, One Giant Leap for Mankind

by Mary W Maxwell, LLB

On 16 July 2023, in London, activist Jeanette Archer convened a meeting of survivors of SRA, of which she is one.  SRA means Satanic Ritual Abuse.  A rough definition would be a rite in which a person suffers pain or death, in line with the group’s belief that this is a religious ceremony intended to please Satan.

More than 50 people attended the conference in person and many more by watching a livestream. There were speakers from UK, US, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand. Those last two speakers gave their presentations from the Antipodes. Rachel Vaughan was the Australian speaker. Everyone says her speech was a knockout.  You can watch it, above.

We have been covering the story of Rachel and her brother Andrew for the last five years, at Gumshoe. Mostly, our coverage did not emphasize the Satanic aspect. Rather, we moaned about her unfulfilled attempts to get the authorities — police and parliamentarians — to help children who are currently suffering.

Because of her unique history of doing that, she would have given hope to the survivors at the London meeting. Rachel Vaughan has kept meticulous records.  She has contracted over a hundred persons. She sleuths around the Adelaide neighborhoods where the crimes occur. In her speech, as you can see, she states the facts carefully and calmly.

Two New Items

Today I want to highlight two new items. One concerns the 1983 death of Richard Kelvin at age 15. An Adelaide man named Bevan von Einem was convicted of that murder and is still in jail 40 years later. In her London speech, Rachel said her father made sex films and one of them involved herself, Richard Kelvin, and Louise Bell, age 8.

This is very important for the people of Adelaide South Australia. Here we have an eyewitness. Here we have a lady (she is around 49 now) who has literally dug up the dirt. Here we have a person who has been mercilessly harassed and smeared by trolls whenever she posts on the Internet — and didn’t break under all that pressure.  Note: Ms Vaughan now has her own space on Rumble and on Bitchute, thank God.

I promised to highlight two new items.  The other one is about a satanic sacrifice held in a park years ago.  Maybe Rachel has sprung his one before but i only heard of it now, courtesy of the Jeanette Archer’s excellent idea of hosting an international SRA conference.  (I suspect that the outrageous imprisonment of Wilfred Wong has stirred up enough locals in the UK to make the subject matter real.)

Rachel isn’t sure if the park was the Belair National Park or Cleland Reserve. She saw a baby put on a bonfire, and afterwards the guests (or worshippers or whatever we are supposed to call them) ate the flesh. Still, that is not the most startling bit.  She says 50 people were there. I think she described them as “high class people” (I ask, how high class can you get?).

(For many years it was rumored that Justice Antonin Scalia attended a “sacrifice” at Bohemian Grove. Is the US Supreme Court high class?)

The Bel Air/Cleland bonfire supports Fiona Barnett’s claim that many upper-crusters watched 5 kids being decapitated in the City Hall of Bathurst, NSW. One of the bosses there, she says, was the father of Kim Beazley, recent Australian ambassador to the United States. Why not.

Gumshoe’s History of All This

I typed the name Vaughan into Gumshoe’s search engine and got 52 articles. Here are eight titles as a sample:

Open Letter to Vickie Chapman, Attorney General of South Australia

(April 4, 2022, Maxwell)

On the Menu — Barr, Gates, Mendelson and Epstein

(June 30, 2023, G5)

My interview with Rachel’s much-older brother, Andrew McIntyre, contains this speculation:

Andrew: When we were children, Max used to control us by beating us and giving us minimal food.  He groomed us, drugged us, and sexually molested us.  He would intimidate me by telling me that I was retarded and that I would never amount to anything.

Mary: The starvation bit is textbook MK-Ultra, but maybe Max was a born psychopath.

Andrew: Possibly, but it is more likely he was trained into it.  By losing all human empathy and moral conscience he became valuable to those he worked for.

Mary: You mean the pedophile rings.

Andrew: Yes. He fulfilled quite a heavy schedule of body-disposal for the murders they committed.

Note: In Tennessee, Kathleen A Sullivan, author of Unshackled, says that her father, too, was a body man, and taught her the relevant skill.

It will help Gumshoe a lot if readers volunteer to write up the other speeches from the July 16 conference. I have not seen them but a video will, I suppose, emerge. By the way, if you need a laugh, the Dr Mark Trozzi tribunal in Canada, at which he tries to get his medical license restored, is run by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, the CPSO. Just before the hearing yesterday the CPSO tried to get government to impose a $25,000 fine on anyone who taped the show. Oh man, is that funny.

To end this article, I point out that July 20th is yet again an anniversary of the moon landing.  Or, if you prefer, the “moon landing.”  I declare that Rachel Vaughan’s speech will soon make it into national history for Australia. She has let us know that there is no excuse WHATSOEVER for police to turn away victims, like her late sister Clare, when they beg for help.

Or when they come forward as citizens, like Rachel herself, to give excellent evidence as to the criminality of such-and-such a person.

One small step for Adelaide, one giant leap out of the mire for Adelaide and the world.

UPDATE (MM):  This article was first published on July 19, but today, July 20, it contains a correction. Namely, I had MISTAKENLY said that Rachel’s London speech blamed Max McIntyre, Rachel’s father, for the murder of Richard Kelvin. I have now deleted that item. Also see the new information, in the Comments section below, written by Rachel Vaughan at 9:45pm July 19, 2023. I apologize for my error.

  1. Rachel is one of the bravest women I have met. I don’t really want to call her a survivor. There is almost no catagory for her.

    • Thank you Dee – you are one of my favourite people on this earth, and also one of the most courageous ❤

      • I was told the answers –the truth- will come from Australia and I believe it has. Brilliant work Rachel. You are an inspiration a wise warrior woman and a true leader.

        • Rachel’s strength and dignity is a testament to honesty whilst exposing the true integrity of survivors and the absolute need to expose the truth. Hope you are well Diane.

  3. Thank you for your article Mary.

Just to clarify, I am unsure if my father murdered Richard. He most certainly had him in the hidden underground cellar at my childhood home for the purposes of creating child rape material. But I did not witness his death or murder.

What I did witness however, was a young man close to death with a dreadful abdominal injury in an underground facility. My father took me there specifically to visit someone he called ‘Richard’. He said we were going to visit Richard.

The only lighting in the facility when my father took me into the part where the boy/young man was being kept, was provided by my father’s Telecom issue penlight. I could barely see the young man/boy lying on the bed. But the pen light was shone directly on the victims belly, where there was a large incision, sewn up in my fathers signature style (I had seen his stitching before on another child.) The room was filled with the stench of decomposition, though the poor young man/boy was still alive. I am unsure if there were other cadavers in the room which might explain the dreadful smell, as the lighting was so poor.

I had long wondered if the Richard my father took me to visit was in fact Richard Kelvin.

I met a member of the Holmes family a few years ago, who gave me their witness account of discovering Richard Kelvin’s body where it had been dumped in Kersbrook.

They told me that he was fully dressed when they found him, so they couldnt tell if he had an abdominal wound. But there was no smell of decomposition.

The only way to know would be to see the autopsy. However, I have been told that Richard Kelvin’s autopsy was performed by Dr Ross James, who, according to many Adelaide investigators, is in the same league as ex forensic pathologist Colin Mannock in regards to professional reliability. The word dodgy comes to mind.

    lots to read here

    Senator Nick Xenophon in 2009
In November 2009, independent senator Nick Xenophon spoke in the parliament[60] about the organisation, describing it as a “criminal organisation” and saying that he had letters from former followers which included “claims of abuse, false imprisonment and forced abortion”.[61] His staff interviewed a number of people who made the claims. Xenophon called for a parliamentary enquiry to investigate the church’s activities and its tax-exempt status.[62]
In March 2010, Xenophon’s call for an inquiry was “overwhelmingly rejected” by the Australian Senate, the senators voting 33 to 6 against with 37 abstentions; Xenophon said he would “continue to push for an inquiry when parliament reconvenes in May”.[63] Xenophon provided further details of his position when he spoke to his motion[64]and Australian Greens senators Milne[65] and Brown[66] also spoke in support. Liberal Party Senator Eric Abetz[67]and Cory Bernardi[68] spoke against.
Australian Greens senators Sarah Hanson-Young, Scott Ludlam and Rachel Siewert joined Xenophon, Milne and Brown in voting for the motion.[69]
Those senators who voted against the motion were:[69]
    • Judith Adams (LIB)
    • Chris Back (LIB)
    • Cory Bernardi (LIB)
    • Catryna Bilyk (ALP)
    • Mark Bishop (ALP)

On 22 June 2010, Senator David Feeney presented the report Persons referred to in the Senate – Ms Vicki Dunstan on behalf of the Church of Scientology Australia in parliament and moved that it be adopted.[70] The report was a response “to comments made by Senators Xenophon, Milne and Bob Brown in the Senate on 11 and 18 March 2010 during debates to refer matters relating to the Church of Scientology” and was tabled to provide “a right of reply … to persons who claim to have been adversely affected by being referred to, either by name or in such a way as to be readily identified, in the Senate”.[70] The effect of tabling the report was to enter the Church of Scientology’s response to senators Xenophon, Christine Milne and Bob Brown, in full, into Hansard, the permanent public record of the Parliament of Australia.[70]
On 2 May 2012, the speech caused controversy for reasons unrelated to Scientology when it was published by the Malaysian newspaper the New Straits Times in an article titled “Observer under scrutiny” on its website with the word “Scientology” replaced with “Islam” to give the impression that Xenophon made an anti-Islam speech in Parliament.[71][72] In April, Xenophon had visited Malaysia to independently observe an anti-government protest known as the Bersih 3.0 rally and had also made his support for opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim known to the public. The article written by Roy See Wei Zhi was apparently intended to turn public opinion in the Muslim-majority country against Xenophon.[72] Upon learning of the article, Xenophon threatened to sue the New Straits Times for defamation, this resulted in the paper removing the article from the website.[
The Church of Scientology has been involved in a number of lawsuits and threatened legal action during its five decade history in Australia.

Why is it legal to tell lies during the Voice referendum campaign?

A referendum to recognise First Nations Australians in Australia’s Constitution by establishing a Voice to Parliament will be held later this year. The Voice would be an advisory body allowing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to make representations to parliament and government on matters that affect them.

Campaigning for the “yes” and “no” sides is well under way. However, misinformation and disinformation are a feature of some of the public discussion. Indigenous Australians Minister Linda Burney this week even accused the “no” campaign of engaging in “post-truth politics”.

The Australian Electoral Commission has an online referendum process disinformation register. This is focused on disinformation about the referendum process rather than fact-checking claims made about the Voice.

Several media outlets including RMIT ABC Fact Check, AAP Fact Check and AFP Fact Check are publishing articles fact-checking claims about the Voice.

But why is it legal for politicians and other campaigners to lie to you?

    Telling lies is legal

It is perfectly legal to spread misinformation and disinformation and tell outright lies about the proposed constitutional amendment, just as it is legal to tell lies during federal election campaigns.

  10. Thank you so much for the clarification Mary. I appreciate it.

Thank you for all you do to help people like myself.

God knows we need an army.

Having yourself and Dee as allies relieves the burden for so many ❤

    • Dear Rachel, maybe I should not admit to this, but what I do is not “for you.” If you gain from my work (I mean gain solace and/or validation), that is mere “collateral advantage.”

My motive (I’m pretty sure I am being accurate on this) is that I need to find the truth as I can’t stand liars, lying, and lies. Just can’t stand it. It’s so YUCK.

By the way, there is another small motive, which is srarting to grow. It is a desire to redeem the reputation of Adelaide. I have just re-read Debi Marshall’s book “Banquet.” I had given it a fab review at Gumshoe, but now I see that I got took. (Boy, has Russell Pridgeon’s nailing the authoritties for crimes against kids changed my perspective.)

If your name is not mentioned in the 435 pages of Banquet, and it isn’t, how could Debi Marshall’s seach be genuine? She published the book in 2021 when, by then, you and Bro were well known. Hey, maybe that’s why she published her book! Anyway it paints Adelaide as ugly, which it sure is not.

  11. If you don’t mind me asking, the part where Rachel has mentioned that Max confessed on the video to Munro bringing the children to his house in the boot of his car can’t be found..
I have watched the video dozens of times, from all different sites and never once have I seen him say that.
What I have, and many others have heard him say, is that he knows a lot about the Beaumont children and he’ll get to that soon, but he never does.
Can someone please point me in the direction of the correct video so I can see/hear it?

    • Deni, I’m still pondering your fixation on protecting Max’s reputation. Three (and possibly 4 siblings had outed max in some way or another — independently). In the clip (which is not the full one I originally heard years back is where Max says:

“I know lots about the Beaumont killings (mmm okay) — when one daughter said she saw them in his boot.
Andrew says his father “was strongly involved…”
I heard/deduced he was the clean up guy, not the killer. He came into the house distraught — because things had “gone wrong”.
Max in the interview then says “I’ll get around who killed the beaumont’s in a minute (the interview doesn’t get to that point — there is a piece missing — Narrator Max …“pointing blame to his close friend”… (Munroe). Anyone who might have been a participant would point the finger away from themselves, and say:
he’s “researching the death of the Beaumont’s” to clear himself… but hasn’t he just dobbed in his long time mate (the fall guy) so why does he need to research if he pointed to Munroe.
The group were part of a sick cult. There could be 10 people “involved”… we now kind of know how the system worked…

      • Sorry Dee but i’m not fixated on Max’s reputation at all, for all I know he may be guilty, which is something I refuse to discuss in here otherwise i’ll be ignored again!

When someone says that something exists, then I want to see that something, I don’t go on just blind trust, sadly that’s a sympton of my poor childhood, I kept very quiet as a kid, for no reason really, but iv’e made up for it as an adult, you can’t shut me up now LOL..
Thank you for letting my post go through and for the reply!
