Does everybody have to get into the act? How is Deutschland involved in the “law enforcement” aspect of 9-11? I’m printing below, in full, the news release from Associated Press about one of the 9-11 suspects (no, not Dick Cheney, sorry) being sent, in the Year of Our Lord 2018 (or, if you prefer, 2018 CE), to Morocco from a German prison.
You don’t really need to read it, as it contains nothing of interest other than the fact that media around the world will carry it. (Gee I wish they’d carry yesterday’s Gumshoe spectacular on the Family Law Court.)
There is an upside to it. Just as we need to get booster shots every decade or so to keep up the Oswald-shot-Kennedy myth, the MSM apparently feels it’s time for a generic booster on the 9-11 affair. So long as the article contains a few words like “court” “the attackers” or “Mohammed Atta,” the media’s expectation is that the whole item will land on safe ground. People won’t doubt it and it will be able to fulfill the mission: tune everyone up about the “Arab hijackers.”
The Moroccan aspect gives a little bit of flavor so the reader doesn’t get bored to death. We’re sick of Saudi’s, you know.
As I said, there’s an upside. It means that booster shots are needed because the whole thing is falling apart. Oo, uneasy lies the head that wears a crown. Ooo.
By the way, I have not bothered to inform Oz readers – as it is strictly red herringsville – that The Boston Globe is lately mentioning another suspect for the Marathon bombing. (No sorry, not Robert Mueller.) It’s a young man in a mental hospital. The upside of course is that the Powers That Be need to take attention off of Jahar Tsarnaev who has been getting too darned much sympathy over there in his little cement cell in Colorado.
A different prisoner from that particular Supermax prison is asked, on Youtube, “How long has it been since you’ve seen a tree?” “Since I got in here,” he says. “That’s eight years ago.”
One more news item from your man in New Hampshire. Today a lady from Osco Pharmacy knocked on my door to offer me a free flu shot. She knocked on all 88 doors in this apartment complex, I believe (although most don’t speak English). Imagine that, going door-to-door with vaccinations.
I smiled and said “No way, Jose,” and then felt guilty that I didn’t do more to educate her about the worthlessness – at best – of flu shots.

Germany deporting convicted 9/11 suspect to Morocco

BERLIN (AP) – A Moroccan man convicted of helping Mohamed Atta and the other Hamburg-based Sept. 11 suicide pilots as they plotted their attacks on New York and Washington was deported Monday from Germany to his native country.
Mounir el Motassadeq, who was convicted of membership in a terrorist organization and accessory to the murder of the 246 passengers and crew on the four jetliners used in the 2001 attacks, was flown by helicopter from a Hamburg prison on Monday morning.
Blindfolded and with his hands and ankles shackled, the 44-year-old was then led by two police officers to another helicopter while other heavily armed police in balaclavas patrolled the area and watched from rooftops.
Authorities wouldn’t comment on the operation for security reasons.
“Mr. Motassadeq will leave the country soon,” Hamburg Interior Ministry spokesman Frank Reschreiter told The Associated Press. “All the necessary procedural steps for this have been ticked off according to plan.”
El Motassadeq was released shortly before completing his 15-year-sentence on the condition that he agree to be deported to Morocco. That would allow Germany to re-arrest him if he ever returned to the country.
It wasn’t immediately clear what awaited him in Morocco.
El Motassadeq was convicted of being part of the so-called Hamburg cell, including Atta and fellow Sept. 11 pilots Marwan al-Shehhi and Ziad Jarrah.
German courts ruled that el Motassadeq was aware the three planned to hijack and crash planes, even though he might not have known specifics of the plot. They said el Motassadeq helped “watch the attackers’ backs and conceal them” by helping them keep up the appearance of being regular university students paying tuition and rent and transferring money.
El Motassadeq acknowledged training at an al-Qaida camp in Afghanistan, but insisted he knew nothing of his friends’ plans to attack the U.S.
“I swear by God that I did know the attackers were in America,” he shouted in accented German at a sentencing hearing. “I swear by God that I did not know what they wanted to do.”
Originally arrested in Hamburg in November 2001, el Motassadeq was convicted in 2003 of membership in a terrorist organization and thousands of counts of accessory to murder – taking into account victims on the ground – becoming the first person convicted anywhere on charges related to Sept. 11. He was sentenced to the maximum 15 years in prison.
However, a federal court overturned that verdict in 2004, largely because of a lack of evidence from al-Qaida suspects in U.S. custody, and sent the case back to Hamburg.
After a 2005 retrial, el Motassadeq was again convicted of membership in a terrorist organization that included Atta, al-Shehhi and Jarrah. But he was acquitted of being an accessory to murder after the court ruled it didn’t have enough evidence that he knew of the hijackers’ plot.
El Motassadeq was sentenced to seven years in prison at the time, but was freed in early 2006 until his appeal could be heard.
Later that year, the federal court reversed the Hamburg court’s acquittal of el Motassadeq on the accessory to murder charges, ruling that the evidence knew the plotters planned to hijack and crash planes. It limited the number of counts, however, to the 246 people killed aboard the airplanes and the 15-year sentence was restored.

Obviously intended to put us all in our place. Jose cleverly sued John Yoo for torture but the case was dismissed. Judges seem to have a remarkable ability to say “Dismissed.”

The above stupidity just shows how out of touch the courts around the World are with the subject of law. To bring down a guilty sentence, they need no evidence, only the story given by the MSM.
There were no Arab hi-jackers and anybody with a tiny bit off sense knows that. There were no commercial planes involved in 9/11, again it is common sense. The plane captured on film flying into the tower was a military plane. But the courts around the World will not admit that the lie set up by the Intelligence Agencies is just that.
How long will it be before courts have outlived their usefulness and all will be convicted on the say so of the MSM?
This has been the way with the crimes of Port Arthur, the Boston Marathon, 9/11 and London’s 7/7.

and no “convictions” will be needed. The robotic-hypnotized police or soldiers will be sent out to remove you or poison your mains water or whatever.
