The 2000 Mules Story Has Changed the Picture. What To Do Now?

I believe the movie “2000 Mules” contains sufficient proof that the 2020 election was stolen.  Many previous US elections may have been stolen, but no one supplied firm proof.

Dinesh D’Souza has used amazing data from the Texas citizen group “True The Vote” (TTV) to show us, in his movie “2000 Mules,” that more than 2,000 couriers — “mules” — were employed to deliver dishonest ballots in several states. Thanks to surveillance cameras, the mules can be seen. Hilariously, they are wearing surgical gloves, so as to avoid leaving fingerprints. An American tragi-comedy.

I won’t spend time trying to persuade the reader that Trump would have received more than the needed 270 ballots from states’ Electoral Colleges if the November 2003 votes had been counted honestly. You can see the movie yourself. I will ask, what’s the next step here?

We luckily have a constitution that has weathered 233 years and can easily weather this crisis. in fact, it is not even a crisis, it contains the makings of the undoing of many of our problems, such as that of the media’s control of the public mind, and the Justice Department’s corruption.

Media

Start with a quick scene from a November 11, 2020 talk on National Public Radio —

— you know, NPR, the the intellectual radio channel. They must have been instructed to make light of citizens’ complaints about voter fraud. I winder why they felt that was a good mission to carry out:

“PARKS: Yeah, in Michigan, they’re really focused on election officials — allegations that workers were lying about when ballots were received, falsifying data about ballots. …These accusations, similar to the ones in Nevada, are completely unsubstantiated.

“I talked to Chris Thomas, who ran Michigan’s elections for decades … was in that giant vote center in Detroit where they were counting absentee ballots, where a lot of these crimes were said to have happened. And he says Republicans were in the room the whole time….

“CHRISTOPHER THOMAS: Now there’s going to be a very large group, millions of people, who take Trump at his word, who are being fed misinformation, lies, if you will, by people who know full well they’re not true….

“FESSLER: We … hear these allegations again and again and again, and they seldom pan out. I mean, remember just a couple of months ago, the president was in an uproar over a few Trump ballots being thrown out in Luzerne County, Pa. He said this was a blatant example of fraud. The Justice Department launched an investigation. But it turned out that it was a mistake by a temporary worker at the county election office, who was immediately dismissed.

“And then let’s not forget, the president came into office claiming 3 million people voted illegally for Hillary Clinton, but nobody ever produced any evidence of that. ….”

Hmm. Never mind that NPR subscribes to the code of ethics of the RTDNA (Radio Television Digital News Association) which says:

“Professional electronic journalists should operate as trustees of the public, seek the truth, report it fairly and with integrity and independence, and stand accountable for their actions. Professional electronic journalists should pursue truth aggressively and present the news accurately, in context, and as completely as possible….”

[They must be describing GumshoeNews.com!]

The DoJ

Dear Citizens, we also can now have a fresh look at the Department of Justice. Recall that Jim Collier wrote his kiss-and-yell book Votescam in 1992. He visited every major newspaper editor with stuff hotter than 2000 Mules and got nowhere, so he tried “calling the police.”

I mean Collier begged a law firm, to send his book to Poppy Bush’s Attorney General [Bill Barr, would you believe] with his stunning findings about electronic tampering with votes, in the 1980s. Rubin obliged as follows:

“Mr. Attorney General, I urge you to use this manuscript as background material and then tell the American public how you are going to sanitize every facet of how their votes are counted. More than that, I pray you will make our elections foolproof. With November rapidly approaching, time is of the essence. As I have said before: Computerized voting by punchcard thwarts the will of the people. A cancer is growing on our most precious franchise. It must be eradicated NOW.  Very truly yours, RUBIN, RUBIN & RUBIN

Came the reply:

“Your recent letter addressed to Attorney General William Barr and enclosing the manuscript of a document entitled “Votescam” prepared by Kenneth and James Collier has been referred to the Criminal Division. This Division is very familiar with the Collier brothers and their claims that computerized voting equipment used throughout the United States to tabulate votes has been fraudulently manipulated as part of a national conspiracy to corrupt the outcome of elections.

“The information that we have received from these two complainants has failed to demonstrate any support for their thesis. For that reason, we do not consider that the matters referred to in the attachment to your letter warrant a criminal investigation by the Department of Justice…. [Signed] John C. Keeney”

Jim Collier Fights

Jim Collier, a true hero, did not take such nonsense lying down. He wrote, on May 20, 1992, to Assistant Attorney General Robert Mueller (who was later the FBI Director, starting shortly before September 11, 2001 and ending just after the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing).

“Dear Robert Mueller, Your letter [to Rubun] is signed by John C. Keeney and not by you. … I find that significant. You see, John C. Keeney is a name I know well. John C. Keeney’s name runs the length of our investigation into vote fraud. It is John C. Keeney‘s name that appears on all documents protecting perpetrators. It is John C. Keeney’s name we find on documents protecting Craig C. Donsanto. It is Donsanto and Keeney who are the stoppers-in-the-bottle of vote fraud prosecution in the Justice Department.

“You must understand that John C. Keeney knows this story very well. He knows that Donsanto refused to see the Votescam videotape we shot in Miami, in which the League of Women Voters were punching holes in vote cards….

“John C. Keeney knows that the Printomatic device is used extensively to rig elections in this country. He allows that to happen. He knows that a network vote counting cartel can change the computer vote count in 60% of this nation without detection. His letter states that the information he has ‘failed to demonstrate any support’ for our thesis. Well, Mr. Mueller, we say the information he has proves exactly the opposite….

“A score of private companies … infiltrate American cities without public knowledge and count the vote on their private machines. The people who run these companies could be paid to rig any election from local, to state or federal, and John C. Keeney is protecting their identity….  Sincerely, James M. Collier”

This moves me to quote from Attorney General Eric Holder’s speech at the memorial service for John C Keeney in 2012, as retrieved from the website Justice.gov:

“Over the course of nearly seven decades … Mr. Keeney dedicated himself to the service of others, and to enriching and strengthening this country. He was well known for his goodness and kindness. He was widely admired for his integrity and many talents. [He helped to] solve complex problems, and to confront the most demanding – and even dangerous – challenges.

“As every person in this room knows – Mr. Keeney didn’t just set a fine example. He set the standard. He was a model of professionalism – and effective leadership. He helped shape, not only the work of the Criminal Division, but also the course of this entire Department….”

I’ll say.

But How Does the Parchment Deal with This?

As a states’ rights advocate (occasionally labeled a states’ rights maniac), I am pleased that the election of a president is something controlled by the 50 states, not by the federal government. There are two pieces of parchmentary structure to assure state control. First, there’s Article II, section 1, that shows how the Electoral College of each state sends in a number of Electors’ ballots, to be tallied in Congress.

Second, Amendment XII gives Congress the right to choose the winner if no candidate secured the minimum needed (nowadays that’s 270 votes). But didn’t I say it’s a states’ rights item? Yes, insofar as Congress would casts its votes that day on the basis of one vote per state delegation. Anyway, there was no lack of a “270” man on January 6, 2021; Biden got 302.

Additionally, there is a federal law, codified at 3 USC 15, based on a 1948 statute, that helps sort any problems that arise on January 6th when it is too late for a state to change its electoral vote. This allows Congresspersons, on that very day, to mount a challenge. Only one rep or senator is needed to start the ball rolling, but she must get a member of the other chamber to co-sign and then it goes for debate. Rep Marjorie Greene apparently raised a challenge but it died there.

Long story short, in my opinion the 202 election passes muster on constitutionality.

Still, Dinesh D’Souza’s movie, 2000 Mules, points to another form of corruption for which the states are to blame. In 2020 some states went all outdoors to save people from catching Covid at the polls. They did a mass mailout of absentee ballots. To whom?  To anyone on their list of registered voters, including some in nursing homes who had not voted since the Year Dot. When filled in, the ballot could be deposited at a do-good office of a non-profit organization.

Here’s where the mule factor was born. Mules — couriers — would go to those offices and collect the goods (apparently some fraudulent ballots) and carry them, for $10 per piece, to a ballot-box that had been set up on the street. Dinesh indicates that various non-profits organizations, whom he associates with George Soros and Warren Buffet, had arranged the legislation for these outdoor ballot boxes.  The legislation made it mandatory for each box to have an overhead surveillance camera.

Big mistake, George and Warren! Biggie, biggie mistake. Mistake of the century.  The advocacy group I mentioned above, TrueTheVote, obtained the footage from those cameras and thus saw what the mules were getting up to. Some mules wore Covid masks but they might be identified by their car license plate or by their cell phone’s GeoPositioning. (You can blame DARPA for that!)

The TrueTheVote people — founder Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Philips — also did amazing work of tracing millions of Pings of the cell phones of the mules, finding that the average number of ballot boxes visited by each mule was 28.

What Can Be Done about the Stolen 2020 Election?

So what to do? A far as I can see, Joe Biden is quite legally the president. The Constitution was followed.  Each state governor had a chance to refuse to certify the electoral college votes (based on the fuss that citizens made in November 2020) but did not do so.  Later, on January 6, 2021, 435 Reps and 100 senators had the opportunity to challenge any state’s votes but did not do so. There is no scope, in my opinion, for Trump to be marched back into the White House with a military escort or any such ridiculous scene.

Still, it would be crazy to let this outrageous event go unresolved. One easy solution consists of impeaching the president and vice-president who had been installed by means of chicanery (whether they knew of the chicanery or not). The Constitution makes it clear that impeachment is political, not judicial, and is entirely in the hands of the people — via their representatives.

If both Joe and Kamala resign now to avoid impeachment (as President Nixon did in 1974), the mantle will fall on the Speaker of the House. And by the way that speakership could change hands any day. The said speaker, now Mrs President, would then be eligible for impeachment.

I would prefer to see Kamala leave office first and the people could then nudge President Biden to appoint some person to the VP post.  The wording of Amendment XXV, section 2 is:

“Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice president who shall take office by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.”

It could be any well-respected native-born American over age 34, except one who already served two terms. Examples: Rand Paul or Robert F Kennedy, Jr. or Catherine Engelbrecht. Then Biden should be asked to resign — surely he would agree — and that new VP would become president.

Criminality

That is not much if a solution, though. We would also need to do something about the fact that crimes have been committed but, as suggested above, we don’t have a Department of Justice that applies the law.  Most likely the key members of the DoJ are the servants of a hidden rulership. So they don’t toss and turn at night feeling guilty; they feel they are doing a good job of wrecking the nation. (The aforementioned John Keeney got numerous awards — he even had a DoJ building named after him while he was still alive!)

If there is no federal way to punish the crimes of the powerful, states can usually find a way to intervene. New York’s Attorney General Eliot Spitzer was asked to do something about 9-11, but he declined. I’ll bet you just said to yourself “Sure, he had to shut up or they would kill him.” I say, if that’s the state of affairs we are in, we need to deal directly with that, by whatever means.

Get Busy

Interruption: As I was writing this, a creative new post appeared on the website 2000Mules.com. It says:

“A copy of the “2000 Mules” DVD should be purchased by every church in America and played for every congregation. Let them see.”

I heartily encourage that.  Another post says: “Show this movie to everyone, so the cheating will end.”

Sorry, but that one’s a non-sequitur. Finding out about crime does not stop crime. (Ask Jim Collier.) The suggestion about the church is useful because a pastor has authority. He can oversee some action by the flock. We are a flocky species.

Stop being pessimistic, Everybody. Or if you insist on pessimism, admit the real reason for it. I think the real reason is that there are tons of people in our midst who are bad.  Quite possibly they’ve been mind-controlled. They approve of theft, murder, child molestation, genocide. It’s frightening indeed.

I assume the major bosses are not going to “accept” punishment. They will pull some amazing stunts to deal with us.  The D’Souza movie is a new phenomenon for them.  It is solid video proof of their crimes. But that means it’s up to us to apply the punishments.
