You Are Hereby Ordered To Buy These Books Or Wear a Dunce Cap

So are you going to sit around and be out of the loop for the rest of your life, just because Directed Energy is new, or are you going to live up to your responsibilities as a human being and get with the program?

Everybody is saying that the folks of Hawaii are devastated and humiliated, having been treated like vermin.  Everybody is saying the people of Maui need outside help. Well, here it is. Laying aside, for a moment, Philip Callahan’s 1994 book, three authors have jumped into action.

Christofer Parson of Waimea, Hawaii, has very cleverly written a short book, entitled DEW,  that informs us of two things, for which he supplies proper references from the literature:

1. Directed energy weapons have been available since 1960 when Theodore Maiman invented lasers, and they were used at Maui on August 8, 2023.
2. Maui has been planned, for years, to be the first satellite city, involving a land grab.

Bu this is not a conspiracy book, or a complaint about politics. Gotta hand it to this guy, Cristofer Parson — he pitched it as good news. “Wow, what lovely helpful weapons! Gee, it’s great to have Lahaina be a 15-minute city.” This saved him all the trouble of producing an expose. But he frequently says “Read between the lines.”

Stephanie Pierucci and Shelby Hosana of Maui collaborated, with admirable swiftness, to make available to us non-Hawaiians, a lot of information they gathered on the street.  I will outline it here, but first a word about Callahan’s book.

Philip Callahan, who is also the author of Tuning into Nature, and Paramagnetism, seems to have worked outside the mainstream of science and academia.  I recommend his book Exploring the Spectrum — that is, the electromagnetic spectrum — for newcomers like myself. He starts you off simple, about infra ed and radio waves, saving the high-falutin nuclear stuff till you’re ready for it.

Here’s a sentence from page 49: “Ernest Rutherford, with the chemist Frederick Soddy, provided the experimental evidence that the atom is made up of small positively charged nucleus, surrounded by Thomson’s negative charges.”  You can handle that, right?  Callahan is fond of owls.

Get this: Miss Mildred Dobbs was riding her bicycle near the Blackwater “when she observed the eerie light floating in an undulant way over the treetops” In 1911 she sent a paper to Irish Naturalist claiming that the so-called ghost of Blackwater was a luminous owl. Yes, it had probably picked up its luminescence from fungus on its wings. Ghost indeed!

(Very un-Gaelic of Ms Dobbs to do that, Callahan says. Well, you can’t please everybody and freedom of speech is so important.)

BURN BACK BETTER

Now to Stephanie and Shelby (using their first names because they’re, you know, female). They say they don’t think it was DEW on August 8, 2023. They think it was incompetence and criminal negligence. Personally, I am sure it was DEW, but I am glad these authors took this other path, so as to give us heaps of anecdotes and observations. In no particular order, with page number shown:

p 80: Vigliotti: ” How many days did you go without food and water?”

Kahula: ” There was no way food could get in or out. There was a point in time where I had to ask myself “There’s an airport right off the road. Why isn’t that being used? There’s an oceanfront 20 feet from our lobby. Why are we not using that?”

p 161: “Independent reporter Nick Sortor stated: ‘I know at this point that the government has not been truthful about the death toll.’ He claims that he was put in a ‘headlock’ by Maui police when he asked the Mayor about the number of missing children.”

p 209: (derived from Wikipedia):  “The Maui Space Surveillance Syst MSSS … has the capability of projecting lasers into the atmosphere.  …It combines tracking optics with visible and infrared sensors to collect data for the US Space Force.” Gosh how did we ever get along without those things? Makes ya feel prehistoric!

p 64: “RNC Research has boldly stated that there are potentially one thousand people who perished in the Maui fires. [The official count is 97] FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell [said] ‘There’s a lot of different reasons on why people are unaccounted for.’ Wow, that’s enlightening, ma’am. Who taught you how to construct a sentence anyway?”

p 222: “HAARP weather modification centers exist in Hawaii….Navy, Coast Guard, Army, or the Airforce, all in close proximity failed to show up when people waded into the waters of Lahaina Harbor for 8 hours. Good Samaritan boats were told they’d be shot if they approached the shoreline.”

There’s More

I haven’t captured the real sense of loss and frustration that Stephanie Pierucci and Shelby Hosana have captured, nor their own stories of how they escaped the fire. I want you to buy the book. You will find many unexpected things.

For me, an item I would never have imagined is in the story of Spice Prince. He is a healer who lost his lifetime collection of herbs that he used for healing. Think about it.  Not a trace of his property survived. And no amount of money will bring about a replacement of it.

Note: his medicine lab website is: IslandSpiceHawaii.com.  His dog Lychee was carried by him through the fire but died 6 weeks later. And just think of the persons who lost a spouse or parent.

Another part of this book — Burn Back Better — that is very valuable and which no one else seems to have highlighted has to do with an Emergency Declaration. Oh yes you may have heard of it but did you hear that it was proclaimed tree weeks in advance?

Look, folks, we have to stop putting up with this. As far as I can figure out we got duped, during the pandemic, not only by WHO which has no authority over us, but by two of our agencies, the FDA and the CDC that have no authority to instruct any doctor or any patient.  My article on that is linked here.

In the Mayor of Lahaina case, one of the things he declares is that he has the authority to do some declaring.  One needs to check on all such authority.  By the way, the authors of the Burn book offer this gem: “Only those who disobeyed survived.”

EMERGENCY PROCLAMATION

By the authority vested in me as Mayor of the County of Maui, by the Revised Charter of the County of Maui (1983), as amended, and the Constitution and laws of the State of Hawaii, I, RICHARDT. BISSEN, JR., Mayor of the County of Maui of the State of Hawaii, hereby determine, designate, and proclaim as follows:

WHEREAS, Chapter 127A Hawai’i Revised Statutes, provides for the establishment of County Organizations for emergency management and disaster relief with the Mayor having direct responsibility and authority over emergency management within the County; and

WHEREAS, as of August 8, 2023 several large wildfires are burning in the County of Maui, including in the Kula and Lahaina areas;

WHEREAS, these fires have burned homes, burned hundreds of acres and forced closure of roads and schools, and evacuations in the Kula and Lahaina areas;

WHEREAS, very dry conditions and strong and potentially damaging easterly winds caused by the passage of Hurricane Dora to the south of the State are contributing to the wildfire danger; …

WHEREAS, the anticipated occurrence of a severe, sudden, and extraordinary event of damaging high winds and very dry conditions threatens to cause damage, loss, and suffering of such character and magnitude to affect the health, welfare, and living conditions of a substantial number of persons, and to affect the economy of Maui County, and is expected to be of such a nature as to warrant rehabilitative assistance from the County and the State; and

WHEREAS, there is need for government agencies and representatives from the private sector to mobilize and provide immediate services to County residents and to mitigate hazardous situations in advance of the weather effects from Hurricane Dora; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to sections 127A-14(b), Hawaii Revised Statutes (“Haw. Rev. Stat.”) the Mayor is authorized to declare by proclamation whether an emergency or disaster has occurred, or there is an imminent danger or threat of an emergency or disaster and authorize actions under chapter 127A, Haw. Rev. Stat., and the expenditure of funds thereunder; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to §127A-13(b)(2), Haw. Rev. Stat., the Mayor may suspend any County law that impedes or tends to impede, or that may be detrimental to, the expeditious and efficient execution of, or conflict with, emergency functions; and

WHEREAS, Haw. Rev. Stat. §127A-13(b)(4) further provides that the Mayor may direct and control mandatory evacuation of the civilian population; and

WHEREAS, Haw. Rev. Stat. §127A-13(b)(5) further provides that the Mayor may exercise any additional emergency functions to the extent necessary to prevent hoarding, waste, destruction of materials, supplies, commodities, accommodations, facilities, and services to effectuate equitable distributions as the public welfare may require; and

WHEREAS, Haw. Rev. Stat. §127A-12(a)(5), the Mayor may direct or control, as may be necessary for emergency management, alerts, warnings, notifications, and activations; warnings and signals for alerts and any type of warning device, system, or method to be used

in connection therewith;

WHEREAS, pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. §127A-12(c)(l7), the Mayor may take any and all steps necessary or appropriate to carry out the purposes of chapter 127A, Haw. Rev. Stat., notwithstanding that powers in Haw. Rev. Stat. §127A-13(b) may only be exercised during an emergency period; and

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RICHARDT. BISSEN, JR., Mayor of the County of Maui, … do hereby proclaim, determine, declare, and find that:

1. There is imminent danger of a state of emergency in all or any portion of the County of Maui, as of the date and time of this Proclamation; and
2. Any public property of the County, real or personal, may be possessed, used, managed, controlled, or reallocated as I require for the purposes of emergency management functions under Haw. Rev. Stat. Chapter 127A, including parks, playgrounds, and other public or private buildings; and …

5 . The provisions of the Maui County Code, in whole or in part, shall be suspended including, but not limited to, Chapter 2.20 (intergovernmental agreements), §§3.12.060 and 3.12.070

6. All County officers and employees shall be required to take all steps requested by the State of Hawaii Director of Department of Health to qualify the County of Maui for reimbursement from the Federal Emergency Management Agency and for other state and federal relief as may be available to reimburse the County of Maui for the expenses it incurs in addressing this emergency.
7. Sections 127A-12(a)(5), 127A-13(b)(3), and 127A-13(b)(4), Haw. Rev. Stat., and the Director of the Maui Emergency Management Agency is directed to take appropriate actions to direct or control, as may be necessary for emergency management:
8. Alerts, warnings, notifications, and activations;
   b. Warnings and signals for alerts and any type or warning device, system, or method to be used in connection therewith; c. Partial or full mobilization of personnel in advance of or in

response to an actual emergency or disaster;
d. The conduct of civilians and the movement and cessation of

movement of pedestrians and vehicular traffic during, before,

and after alerts, emergencies, or disasters;
e. Shut off water mains, gas mains, electric power connections,

or suspension of other services; and
f. Mandatory evacuation of the civilian population.

8. Section 127A-12(c), Haw. Rev. Stat., in order to provide emergency disaster relief, I hereby direct all County agencies and officers to cooperate with and extend their services, materials, and facilities as may be required to assist in all efforts to eliminate the danger.
