It was Mike Ruppert (LAPD narcotics officer turned “info-cop”) that rewired William Brandon Shanley’s brain with a powerful essay on the timeline surrounding September 11 – that pointed to criminal elements of the US government. Now Shanley, filmmaker and author, is launching a wave of lawsuits for more than $1 Trillion against Big Media over the Sandy Hook Massacre coverage.

The Good News
“After exhaustive research, the good news is that overwhelming evidence reveals that no children or teachers died at Sandy Hook two years ago. For relief, I have filed lawsuits against the media in US District Court in New Haven for Fraud and Terrorism. Here is an example of our abundant evidence, Exhibit D: The Connecticut State Police dash cams record no evacuation of children from school at critical moments: VIDEO: Smoking Gun evidence no children died at Sandy Hook.”
The Bad News
Reported in sandyhookanalysis these documents seem to “represent a shining example of a frivalous non-suit”. “Stanley attached the fake “FEMA Drill” pamphlet the Sandy Hook Hoaxer group actually made themselves and posted to media fire”. And “This is a lazy complaint and does not represent a good faith suit”. This could very well damage other genuine lawsuits.
But back to Shanley’s suit:
‘No children died at Sandy Hook’?.
This from memoryholeblog: Dr. James Fetzer (whose 35 articles on Sandy Hook for Veteran’s Today) and School Safety Consultant, Wolfgang Halbig, (former Florida State Police officer and former principal) will be called as expert witnesses. Hundreds of independent researchers have also made this possible.
Mr. Shanley’s Complaint states, in part:
Defendants entered in a multi-year conspiracy, meeting in groups separately and together, to commit fraud and terrorism, i.e., to brainwash the public into thinking a lone gunman drill known as the “Sandy Hook Massacre” was real, when in fact it was a staged FEMA National Level Exercise Event that redirected government resources to terrorize the public. These crimes were undertaken with the intent of subverting the US Constitution and to affect national, state and local laws. This fraud involved lying to the public, faking news, publishing one-sided news reports, censoring reality, suppressing facts, and deliberately skewing the news to shift public perceptions.
The true costs of this breach of integrity and trust to society are unfathomable. Instead of fulfilling their Constitutional Role as the People’s Surrogates and being honest brokers of information, the Plaintiff will show how the men and women who dominate the TV news industry in the United States broke laws, besmirched the First Amendment, their Constitutional role as government watchdogs, and forfeited the right to report the news, and thereby profit from news production and distribution. The sine qua non of journalism is the search for truth. Our Fourth Estate chose a different path. Punitive damages of one year’s annual revenue from each Defendant are being sought to establish a News Trust, that will free journalism and restore trust and integrity to our communications sources. A democracy cannot survive this tyranny over human consciousness.

The New York Times, the Associated Press, the Hartford Courant, and the Newtown Bee are being sued for $10 billion in a separate Complaint (3:14-cv-01881-JAM), and Mass TV and wire service news media are being sued for $1 Trillion (3:14-cv-01929-JAM). A third lawsuit will be filed against Connecticut-based TV and print media soon.
Among the long list of Defendants in this suit is – guess who? Our own Rupert Murdoch (Chairman and CEO 21st Century Fox, and Executive Chairman News Corporation).
I did not find an IMDB profile (the world’s most popular source for media production) for Shanley, and it is however a concern that this lawsuit could be set up to fail.

Oklahoma City bombing seems a better gradient to start with. Then 9/11. Chemtrails. 9-layer long-form birth certificate PDF–that case is ‘in the bag’ ready for a court or Congressional presentation. The circus that Sandy Hook lawsuit can become may be leveraged to discredit other more readily identified lies–with even greater impact on the human journey. How about tackling the holohoax while we are at it?

Hard to tell but I think it’s not genuine. For starters, Shanley says the media have “a Constitutional Role.” Nonsense; media is never mentioned in the Big C.
For another thing, he plans to call James Fetzer as a witness. Fetzer has been spinning wheels on the JFK assassination for decades. He can’t be dinkum di, IMHO.
Assume for a minute that Shanley is working for the man (as most conspiracy theorists are, unfortunately). Why this suit? There was an excellent 9-11 lawsuit, Gallop v Cheney. It was dismissed. Then the Washington Post wrote up the plaintiff, April Gallop, in a mocking way. Could the plan here be to make Shanley, come out of it with egg on his face? To degrade all conspiracy theorists?
Anyway, he really did file; the case has a CV number. You can read any case by joining PACER, and then pay 8 cents a page to read transcripts. I ain’t gonna pay for this one.
Dalia, you could write to the Parent-Teachers Association at Sandy Hook and say Oz would appreciate minimal verification of the fact of the deaths of the students….
Are we all sure that Shanley is legit? Are we all sure he stands for the elucidation of truth regarding the case, or is he some shill representing unknown individuals or organizations? Is he really on the same side as Fetzer? Is it guaranteed that his suit will be thrown out like some similar suits that appeared solid but were dismissed by the government judicial stooges? I don’t know Shanley’s motives and I hope he stands for the right side, but I would not bet the farm on it. At this stage in such an important case, I would expect the adversaries of freedom to be working feverishly to continue the work of the nation’s haters. We are talking NWO here and it’s obvious Sandy Hook has a bit of a history behind this actual event. To me, it stunk from the get-go, the initial interviews were overtly and blatantly suspicious.
As yourself exactly WHY Fetzer has been spinning the wheels on the JFK assassination case for so many years. I’ve asked this question myself and I’ve come to the conclusion that the iron clad media solidarity prevents truths from seeing the light of day. I’ve been in contact with media people on this, and many give the appearance of being inside people who aren’t talking. They work for TV and newspapers and when you ask them why they stay away from articles on Israel and Sandy Hook so assiduously, you get NO answers whatsoever. Why? They have skin in the game, they either work for media potentates and will lose their jobs unless they lie and evade probing eyes. They refuse to answer emails for these reasons, they stand to lose a lot, not just their jobs but their lives, too…..when pinned down, they know what they are doing and I would not pursue these people and organizations because I already know they have much to lose so they admit they are trapped. Fetzer is no zero, he’d love to get open, national publicity of his voluminous, remarkable work. But, there are actually people who are doing all they can to limit his exposure. I believe Fetzer is true blue, American patriot to the core. Prove I am wrong to feel this way.

My advice is stay far away from the whole Sandy Hook issue.

Do you seriously believe an uninhabited school could be framed as a real school massacre in your own community and everyone could be deceived or conscripted into a false event?
In my view the Sandy Hook scam contains all the reasons why 911 investigation demands are still a fringe political movement.
Fetzer has been responsible for many polarizing and poisonous theories and he dishes it all up with deep conviction, a straight face and a word tautology that is nothing less than amazing to observe.

By the way, Dalia, I think you should add ‘carjacking’ to your list of 21. It figured importantly in the Boston case and it was present to an absurd degree in Brian Nicholls’ “rampage” in Atlanta.
One must realize that Sandy Hook presents huge numbers of items to grab and evaluate. It has been asked how it was possible to brainwash thousands of people on the issues, how it was possible to keep them all mum on the overall story. Yet, there are virtually thousands of details that have been exposed as fallacious and/or highly doubtful, hence people like Fetzer et all have swooped in and done yeoman work to unravel said details. Remember that 6700 pages of information about the case have been redacted by state’s attorney Sedensky down to no more than 50 pages. And, this document makes little or no sense since a vast amount of information was thrown out and the final explanation takes on the appearance of gibberish. It’s a fascinating case, for sure a nefarious one, and Fetzer and his associates are working day and night on it. And, it is very necessary to find answers and explanations, the fate of this country depends on it. It is no laughing matter.
The fate of the world hangs on exposing the 9/11 lies and the Federal Reserve fraud–both of which are more easily communicated. Both prove the complicity of mass media “news”.
I’m open to discovering that the region around Sandy Hook is fully infiltrated by the Church of Satan. Even if that is proven, the challenge of convincing a preponderance of the world remains.

This was a very ‘strange’ event.
Fetzer claims expertise in the “philosophy of science”.
Depending upon what the subject being investigated involves, Fetzer is not particularly respectful of the scientific method. The most notable example of his harm the 9/11 truth movement is his break with Steven Jones (& 9 other scientists) who identified nano-thermite. It would seem that a fellow activist (Fetzer) would be complimentary of the nano-thermite discovery that is so well studied and documented using the scientific method in the Bentham report.
In addition to “no planes”, Fetzer supported the idea that what was video recorded were holographic projections (per John Lear) and that the jet engine at Church and Murray streets was planted there by the FBI. His advocacy of these wacky ideas while maintaining an appearance of being about exposing the lies of 9/11 make Fetzer a laughing stock of those we would wish to awaken.

To Fetzer’s credit, he does identify Israelis as key suspects–however, this can be lumped into his ‘wacky’ ideas to be another wacky Professor Fetzer idea.
Fetzer was a fan of Judy Wood, then he was a fan of No Planes.
How could a professor of logic be so easily fooled?
The Sandy Hook brigade have adopted a string of inventions as fact and just ignore all the contrary evidence and explanations.
If you listen to the interviews and presentations of Halbig you should detect all the hoax tactics like constant reference to his “authority” in former career positions which my research indicates are exaggerated. He is an expert on everything according to him. These expert qualification claims a repeated without due scrutiny.
He runs this line that he is taking legal action and seeking information along with casual tales about his attorney who took his funds and delivered nothing.
He is taking money from supporters to fund his legal expenses.
Has anyone seen an audit of his expenditure?
Then there is a story he was run of the road and another that he was visited by law enforcement and given a warning.
These are exiting claims but are they true?
Keep in mind some of the over eager Sandy Hook Hoax advocates have been harassing the local community and officials to the point where these people are viewed as mad as hatters.
It is simply ridiculous to believe a closed school could be reincarnated as the site of a school massacre.
Many of the selective claims about identities and the event are completely contradicted by more rational information and explanations.
Fetzer is the master of all the tricky devices that are not legitimate logical method but can carry an argument if the target audience is too eagerly looking for the “smoking gun” crime of our political masters.
This story has wasted a lot of effort and poisons opportunities to confront power. That’s it’s purpose, like Pentagon missiles, No Planes, Holograms, Nuclear WTC energy destruction theories and no doubt other theories that are planted, fueled and exploited to control all our minds and our actions.
The jester is very clever and knows exactly how to make any threatening voices and ideas the butt of his wily attention so no one listens and the majority never seriously consider or risk such social isolation.
It is hard to avoid an issue that has gained so much space in the alternative media but it should be qualified with, due questions, mature memory and complete knowledge of the political climate.
Back a bit I had a ‘blog runin’ with Fetzer on 911 and was not impressed with his logic. Same with Chomsky!

Dalia, I just want to say you do an outstanding job of keeping these occurrences in the forefront of our attention. As an American citizen I am constantly disappointed with the lack of concern by the average man and/or woman in my country to these issues. Unfortunately, most of us here believe everything that our television tells us. If it were not for the alternative media the NWO narrative would be digested nearly 100%. I regret that I do not have any answers to provide myself, but I would like to say that many in our population remain armed, and ours is an increasingly nervous population. I still hold some hope that the agenda of the elites will fail, but at what cost I am uncertain. Let us pray that less sociopathic minds will eventually have a greater influence on the policies that shape the conditions of our world than those that are in place at this time. Please carry on your work as diligently as you have been since I discovered you. Your posts continue to give me hope.
