25 Years After The Port Arthur Massacre and Remembering Stewart Beattie

Main weapon police say was used in the Port Arthur Massacre

25 years on and the official narrative still prevails in mainstream media — unquestioned. In an ABC report, three members of Victoria’s response team at the siege have embarked on a 410km trek from Melbourne to Hobart for the 25th anniversary, and to raise money for the Alannah and Madeline (Mikac) Foundation.

But when will truth prevail?

Today is also a tribute to Stewart Beattie. I recently got an email from Terry Shulze that read “…just to put you in the loop. Stewart Beatty passed away last week. I got a call from Andrew a few minutes ago.”

Stewart Beattie had investigated the Port Arthur massacre (along with others such as Wendy Scurr and Andrew McGregor). He had written the book A Gunsmith’s Notebook for Port Arthur (updated 2006) focusing on ballistics and how that day unfolded and proved without a shadow of a doubt that Martin Bryant was not the gunman.

Five years ago I wrote an article “Permission Denied,” which showed that Stewart had been long trying to expose certain lies that have crushed Australia. To recap what I wrote then:

Secrets from a CB [citizen-band] Radio

On 30 April 2016, Stewart relayed in writing to Terry Shultz, details of a meeting with the late Tony Catlin from the Yass district (NSW). For some time before April 1996, Catlin had enjoyed a close friendship with a then-serving member of the Australian Federal Police (AFP).  Although Catlin’s AFP friend was not deployed to the Tasman Peninsula, he attended ‘a critical debriefing’ shortly after April 29, 1996.

Beattie wrote:

“Via a third party, Tony Catlin requested a meeting, in which he would willingly participate if the meeting was conducted in a ‘discreet, public area, and not in any dwelling’.  Some weeks later we met late one afternoon… among the headstones of Wagga Wagga Lawn Cemetery.  There Tony Catlin told me (what) he had learned directly from his shocked Federal Policeman friend.

“At the time Tasmania Police operated an open channel type CB Radio system, and monitoring those transmissions were SES and Fire Brigade volunteers.  Several of those personnel heard a senior police officer respond (to the request to shoot): ‘Permission denied this has to happen.’ The above radio transmission (RT) incident was confirmed earlier in the investigation of the massacre by several volunteer firemen from the Peninsula.”

After the debrief meeting, Catlin’s AFP friend witnessed two of his close colleagues, who had heard the CB radio transmission, hand in written resignations to their superior, which took effect immediately. [Link to article here]

A Gunsmith’s Notebook for Port Arthur

Mary Maxwell never managed to interview Stewart but she wrote about his book, writing “Wish I could interview Beattie but I haven’t been able to contact him so I’m just going to interview the book itself. Why not.” She considered it a wonderful and “marvelous” investigation into Port Arthur. (Please link to her article “Mary Maxwell ‘Interviews’ Stewart Beattie’s Book on Port Arthur” here)

Mary put two of Stewart’s quotes in her article:

“Treachery, though at first very cautious, in the end, betrays itself.” Livy

“Errors like straws, upon the surface flow, He who would search for pearls must dive below.” Dryden

A Young Person’s Guide

Recently Mal Hughes wrote an article — a guide — for those Australians born after the massacre.

Mal Hughes also wrote about Wendy Scurr’s passing in 2018, writing

“This great Australian, Wendy Scurr, became an unplanned heroine during and after the Port Arthur Massacre in 1996.  For those who have not previously seen the purposely lost word “heroine,” the meaning is a female hero. Wendy is happily married to Graeme Scurr and they reside on the mainland of Australia. Why the mainland? Because they were driven out of their home state of Tasmania. Why driven out? For doing the right thing. You know how it goes these days – but Wendy was ahead of her time, having stuck up for the truth about Port Arthur 20 years ago.”

An Email From Wendy

Wendy never stopped speaking out. And in an email to Cherri Bonni (others), she wrote:

“Dear all, The link below makes me feel sick, I know what really happened at Port Arthur on the 28th April in the Mikac household. I have kept it to my self for 20 years, I am seriously thinking of releasing this, but 2 wrongs don’t make a right and I keep that “old saying” in the back of my mind “what would his wife Nanette think if I do this.” she told me this on their trip to the isle of the dead with me as their tour guide only 2 hours or so before they were “butchered” … Very few would believe me as I’m not cow tailing to the govt… Regards Wendy” [two sentences edited out]

Today we remember courageous Australians that spoke up for the truth and for their nation.

(I will be posting a series of articles — a script — about Port Arthur very soon)

  1. The “Fourth Estate” has been hijacked decades ago. The evil corporate-government propaganda apparatus is the 4th arm of this illegal entity. The tech companies are the surrogates of Censorship and Suppression of facts of evidence

They have lied about the Port Arthur Massacre, they lied about the Oklahoma bombing, they lied about 9/11, they lied about MH370, they lied about MH17, They lied about the Bali bombing and so many other evens and issues….

  2. Martin Bryant, wish you were able to read and understand our articles at http://www.gumshoenews.com you would then know that the truth of your innocence is known by many patriotic Australians.

25 years, we have not forgotten!

It will not have been noticed by many, but the event was on the closest weekend to Anzac Day that year. Thursday was the 25th. Was this a deliberate smack in the face to the Anzacs and the tradition built on their history?

  3. The 25th Anniversary of the Port Arthur massacre and the 20th Anniversary of 9/11.
I am sure TPTB have organized something SPECIAL.
COVID 19 and the UFO/Alien disclosure on June 25th.
    They just keep giving.

  4. I can’t remember all the specifics, so I may not have all the facts correct. That said, Stewart was a gunsmith in Wagga Wagga. Around 1985 he got wind of the disarmament agenda for Australia so he put together a group, the ‘Firearm Sports Association’ (FSA).

Back then the government was subverting any organization that posed any sort of threat to it’s agenda. The FSA was targeted and various people were inserted to destroy it. A long story, short, the FSA along will all its funds were subsumed into the Sport Shooting Association of Australia (SSAA). No accounting of the funds was ever done and as I recall there was a considerable amount of funds at that time. It wasn’t just joining fees, there were countless donations that went missing.

Stewart recognized one of the spooks that had been assigned to the destruction of the FSA. The bloke appeared quite often in suspicious circumstances. I ran into him and a few others over the years. I’ve got more spook stories than anyone should ever have. I don’t have a ‘smart phone’. In the early days, before everyone carried a phone, I used to be put in a ‘floating box’ to trail me for surveillance. Then when I started carrying a phone for work, I had to remove the battery and sometimes leave the phone or have someone else take it in a different direction. – There is absolutely no way I will ever own a ‘smart phone’.

Stewart and Andrew started working on the evidence around Port Arthur. I had a case near Wagga Wagga, so after court I pulled the battery out of my phone and drove to Wagga to see Stewart. He had received a heap of witness statements via a FOI request. I spent the remainder of the day sitting on the floor of his living room going through the statements.

Eventually, the harassment put Stewart’s gun shop out of business. Stewart remained a thorn in the side of the government so the harassment continued. He was mostly angry at the Australian population. The apathy shown by Ozzies really got under his skin. I remember him telling me that Australians will ‘get what they deserve’. I eventually heard the same comment from Terry Hill, the gunsmith in Tasmania and also Wendy Scurr. – People that worked quite hard to get the truth out, didn’t receive any money for it (in fact, they had to pay their own way), and all they got was shit from their fellow citizens. I know how they feel as I went through the same process.

Now Stewart, Wendy and Terry Hill have all died. Thankfully, we still have their efforts for future Ozzies to work with. Whether future Ozzies will ever get motivated to do something remains to be seen.

    • Terry,
      the silence…….
Looks like Port Arthur tragedy has been erased from Australian history.
Ask most under 30, they probably wouldn’t know what we’re remembering.

      • Hi eveyone, I can’t express how sad I am to learn that we have lost the people you have mentioned above especially Wendy. I started looking into the Port Arthur Lie a couple of weeks ago and have found your page in my efforts of seeking the truth. Thank God I might add as I thought I was alone in current discussion on this subject. I had hoped that one day I might be able to meet Wendy and learn from a very strong lady that stood up for the truth. Knowing now that I will never be graced with such presence pains me almost as much as the fact that they took this poor young mans life away for their scam.
So in the interest of justice for all who remain and all who are lost please keep talking because your still reaching new audiences.
        thankyou

      • The first one was gunsmith Barry Liggins. He was in Washington D.C. tuning up the sniper rifles for the Secret Service. That was in (I think) 1979. Barry had a lot of stories he told me about what the spooks were up to.

He was asked to go to dinner by a person from the Johns Hopkins University. He was told over dinner that there was a plan to disarm Australians. Barry took it with a grain of salt as he couldn’t imagine Ozzies being stupid enough to be disarmed.

Then in 1984 Rebecca Peters showed up from the US to start working the agenda. As things started progressing, Barry really woke up, this shit is REAL! Barry joined the FSA and shared stories with fellow gunsmith Stewart Beattie.

Barry has also passed, but based upon his experiences with the dumbed-down population, he too said that Ozzies ‘deserve what they get’.

I didn’t get into what was going on until 1987 and started writing about it. I got on the spooks radar when I did a speech to almost 700 people in Young, NSW in Feb 1988. Then it was full-on spook city, I was considered a credible threat and they were trying all sorts of dirty tricks to take me out. The surveillance was constant and I had to learn the game as I went. – Paranoia is your friend!

I was in an armed robbery trial in 1988 at Darlinghurst Court house and one of the cops was in Special Branch. He came up to me during the trial and said he looked at my file and commented that I was really into that gun control stuff. I laughed and brought him some of my writings the next day. I told him to put it in the file and to mention it came from the original source, no second hand information.

Later in the early 2000s I was able to make a FOI request for my Special Branch file. Normally it took three weeks, mine took 6 months to be returned. Everything prior to 1996 (year of Port Arthur) had been removed. There were only 4 sheets of paper with several areas blacked out. 3 of the sheets were photocopies of the redacted originals, however, one was an original from August that accidentally got mixed in. By holding it up to the light I could read the text underneath, it read “ASIO indicated at a recent meeting that Shulze was a target re: militia activities”.

As near as I can tell, telling the truth is a ‘militia activity’. Or as Orwell would say, ‘Telling the truth during times of deceit is a revolutionary act.’

        • Due to the absurdly clumsy censoring of my Dad’s 1926 M15 files that 2nd to last paragraph really hits a note

It goes without saying that, if weapons control had anything to do with public interest, there’d be no need for any sort of secrecy

  5. For those who may have caught 2GB this morning , Ben Fordam had John Howard on , they talked up the Anniversary of PAM.
They both made my blood boil when Ben said to Howard, that he declines to use the NAME of the gunman. ( Haven’t we heard that somewhere before?? – Adern on NZ shooting ).
Well Howard sheepishly agreed with Ben , claiming that psychologists have advised him , that people like this are attention seekers and dont deserve any more fame.
I am an active member of PATE ( Porf Arthur Truth Exposed )
Those that know of the group will know, the truth has been exposed way beyond reasonal doubt.

So as for Fordam & Howard !!!!
    His name is MARTYN BRYANT.

    And he is INNOCENT .

  6. I got an alert that a comment had been made in the PA video,
but I cannot find the comment on Youtube:

    Question It
Watching this 1st episode from the Port Arthur Massacre that Allegedly that Martin Bryant shot and killed 12 and wounded 10 others in 15 secs from the hip common sense would tell you a person with an IQ of 66 and a mind of a 11 year old not possible to be the Shooter. Very surprised that the real killers finger print was on the can and tray that should have been submitted as evidence for the Defence Lawyer John Avery can see that was coercing Martin Bryant. Known at the end of episode one that John Avery was convicted of lieing and 129 counts of stealing served 4 years in Prison. This alone should warrant a new trial strange never had a first one all this leads to a Psyop based on a Problem, Reaction and Solution to bring in removing guns from citizens that at least 99% are not killers. Will there ever be an Episode 2

      • Hi, Dee. Mex Ican is doing a video on the Pt Arthur massacre maybe it would be wise for you to get in touch with him. Obviously, I used paw spelling…

    • Speaking of cold cases, at the supermarket checkout the other day I overlooked the headline in the Advertiser “Somerton Man’s remains to be exhumed”.

My immediate thought was – what the hell for? – they must be trying to just create a distraction from everything else that is going on – who knows what the forensic ‘experts’ will come up with in this day and age – maybe he was poisoned by the Chinese.

      “THE SOMERTON MAN

In December 1948, the body of an unidentified male was found on Somerton Beach in Adelaide, South Australia. It initially appeared the man had simply passed away in his sleep but as police looked into his death, they discovered a series of bizarre and unexplainable clues that presented more questions than answers.

The Somerton Man, also known as the case of the Taman Shud, became one of Adelaide’s longest-running and most enduring mysteries. Was the Somerton Man an international spy? If so, what was he doing in the sleepy town of Adelaide? And what significance did the ancient Persian text hold that was found hidden in his pockets?”

  7. I’m so grateful for those who continue to keep debate about the massacre alive. The horrendous fate of Martin Bryant continues to eat at me and always will.

I’d like to thank Duncan Rhodes, editor of NEXUS magazine, for giving me the space to get my views on the case out there back in 2006. I think it was the first time they let someone do such a long article. Although a lot of NEXUS articles are not to everyone’s taste, the magazine had a very large readership at the time and this was an amazing opportunity to get people to take the so-called conspiracy view of the massacre seriously.

And thank you, Gumshownews, for what you’re doing today. – Carl Wernerhoff.

      • What ho, Carl! I read your stuff years ago and found it helpful but did not know how to get in touch with you.

Do you know of our book — “Port Arthur: Enough Is Enough” by me and Dee McLachlan? Free download. See top of Gumshoe homage “books”.

  8. Who was it that said does not pay? Whoever it was, was way off beam.

It appears the bigger the crime, the less chance of discovery. And an even less chance of going to jail. Is it that there are more crooked lawyers and judiciary than named criminal?

  9. I looked up Julian Knight, who did the Hoddle St massacre 1987 Clifton Hill Melbourne (there was another one in Melbourne about the same time was that Elizabeth St? Can’t remember now).
Wikipedia says Knight had an IQ of 130+, studied at military college Duntroon, and was fascinated by nazis and guns. In the middle of busy, noisy Hoddle St he only accounted for 7 deaths and 19 injuries. But we are told the semi-retarded Bryant took out 35 or so. So without knowing much, I have to agree with the Gumshoe, just on this measure alone it looks very improbable.

  10. “The decision to take Martin out of school was vindicated in February 1984 when Maurice and Carleen took him to a clinical psychiatrist, ostensibly to assess him for a pension. Dr Eric Cunningham Dax was an esteemed psychiatrist who had helped establish community mental health awareness services in Tasmania as well as a research unit. Remembers Carleen: “It didn’t take him long to see that Martin had a problem. Martin was not able to concentrate on what Dr Dax was saying and interrupted him to talk about the age of the house and the fireplace in the room. After a few more consultations Dr Dax said Martin would be unemployable as he would upset and annoy people to the extent he would always be in trouble. He would have to be put on a disability pension.”

It is said Martin has Multiple personalities–and I believe he does–as do I—I also believe Martin was programmed—Monarch–as was I–this is what is not understood–as Alison Miller explains–It is unimaginable–unbelievable—-I have studied the history of Tasmania—it all fits

Thank you Gumshoers– for never giving up–

  11. Also for those who can see the connection–

“In 1954 Victoria was able to offer the Adams estate a more attractive arrangement and so Tattersall’s moved to Melbourne, where it continued to evolve over subsequent decades, particularly with the introduction of televised Tattslotto draws from 1972.

Tasmanian Premier Braddon seized an opportunity to make an arrangement with Adams, offering him a monopoly on sweepstakes and lotteries in the state in return for disposing of the assets of the failed Van Diemen’s Land Bank by sweepstakes, and a large licence fee.

Over the next half century the arrangement proved profitable to both sides, despite an attempt by the commonwealth government to ban the delivery of mail to Tattersall’s.”

“In 1954 Victoria was able to offer the Adams estate a more attractive arrangement and so Tattersall’s moved to Melbourne, where it continued to evolve over subsequent decades, particularly with the introduction of televised Tattslotto draws from 1972.
    Inheritance[edit]
When Tattersall’s was founded, George Adams structured the company so the original workers’ families would inherit the profits. This created so-called “Tattersall’s heirs”: subsequent generations inherited a share in the company’s profits. This was sometimes thought of as being unfair seeing people inherited the profits of a multimillion-dollar company (that benefited from a state-granted monopoly on much of its business) simply through birth. In 2005 the company decided to list on the Australian Stock Exchange “Tattersall’s heirs” were now allowed to sell their stake in the company and for the first time the public could buy into it. After the listing on the stock exchange local newspapers and other news media listed the names of these “Heirs”.[17]”

    “History[edit]
The history of Tattersall’s can be traced back to George Adams in 1881. Adams moved to Australia from England at the age of 16 and worked in many positions including publican, stockbroker and baker. While working as a publican in Sydney in 1881, Adams took bets on horse races, which could be considered the start of his gambling business.
However, the company started a serious lottery when Adams moved to Hobart in 1895, a move supported by the Tasmanian Government. He set up his first operation there and eventually the company grew and developed in other states.”

    • My friend “Janey” suggests the following:

“Bob” thought up a way that his group could grab the Tatersall fortune, inherited by an old lady in Hobart who was herself not the full quid.

They would ask a boy (who was under their command) to work for her and befriend her. She would write a will bequeathing all to him. (Or maybe “Bob” wrote it.). Then they kill her on the road.

No problem. To get the young lad’s money, Bob will have him “commit a heinous crime” and this will coax the legislature to put all his assets in escrow with a not-too-ethical lawyer.

Seriously, Folks, you have to give these clever thieves credit.

  12. THE ECCENTRIC HEIRESS
æAround 1988, he met Helen Harvey, an eccentric spinster and heiress, when she advertised for gardening work at her large rambling house at 30 Clare Street, New Town.
Miss Harvey was a beneficiary in the will of the Tattersall’s lottery founder, George Adams, and lived with more than 20 dogs and 20 cats at the house which had an untidy garden.
Soon Bryant was helping Miss Harvey with her shopping and travelling in one of her large collection of cars.
In 1991, she bought a farm at Copping, halfway between Hobart and Port Arthur and moved in with Bryant, her animals and some newly acquired miniature horses and pigs.
Bryant reportedly had a favourite pig that he slept with and which reportedly soiled his bedroom so badly, Miss Harvey had to replace the carpet in it three times.
She lavished funds on Bryant, who bought smart clothes and patrolled the property with a rifle, firing off shots in the middle of the night.
Bryant threatened to shoot the neighbours and confessed to them he had thought of killing Miss Harvey to speed up his inheritance.

The pair would go out driving with a miniature horse in the back seat, visiting; Bryant began to wear a Panama hat and speak with an English accent.
Miss Harvey was always pulling out a purse bursting with money.
Miss Harvey told her neighbours that sometimes when she drove with Bryant in the passenger seat, he would grab the steering wheel.
One ute had been totalled this way, and two other vehicles had crashed into embankments and for this reason, she said, she never drove faster than at 30km/h.
In October 1992, Miss Harvey was killed near the Copping farm in a collision with another car. Paramedics pulled Bryant from the wreckage.
That night, Bryant’s father Maurice, with whom he had a strained relationship, arrived at the farm.
    BODY IN A DAM
Bryant was hospitalised for months with neck and back injuries and, meanwhile, Maurice sold off the farm animals, taking over” until his son was eventually discharged from hospital.
In her will, Miss Harvey had left part of her estate of several hundred thousand dollars and three properties to “my dear friend Martin Bryant”

  13. “The Martin Bryant case is the worst injustice that has ever been perpetrated in Australia. Thirty five deaths, but NO coronial inquest, NO trial, and NO full and public inquiry…… There is not a shred of evidence that Martin planned and conducted the whole tragedy.
Evidence was faked and eye-witnesses have stated in writing that he was not the gunman and that he was elsewhere when the carnage commenced. It is a gross official cover-up. Martin Bryant is innocent.”

    Keith Allan Noble

  14. I despise how many Australians like the strict gun laws! Governments act like stealth to take away your freedoms! Just like with Chinesevirus and making Australia one of the biggest prisons in the world!

Scott Morrison is evil along with John Howard!

  15. So when did the self-defence prohibition take root and why?

I’m convinced that the critical year was1971
When the U.S. ditched the gold standard via Richard Nixon
And Henry Kissinger flew on secret diplomatic missions to Beijing

The following year the same Pres did a full “peace-in-our-time” tour of the PRC.
The year after that this was passed:

    FIREARMS ACT 1973 (WA)
S.11A. (5) Approval cannot be given under subsection (2)(f) to the possession of a firearm or ammunition for the purpose of personal protection.

  16. My first inkling that something was wrong with “news” was the impossible shots-to-kill-to-wound ratio at Port Arthur. It merely puzzled me, since the notion of false flag wouldn’t lodge in my conservative head. Thanks to the questioners mentioned here I can now see just what a blatant set-up it was, starting with that inheritance windfall to explain Martin’s trip to London and his lifestyle. A cheesy script, but for a long time I bought it.

Now I can look at the Christchurch farce, the Parson’s Green bomb which couldn’t even damage itself, the London Bridge whale tusk fight etc and see the clumsy fakery so easily. But that’s thanks to the 9/11 and Port Arthur skeptics who spoke out when it must have been the loneliest of feelings.

Of course, at Port Arthur there was fakery but also real killing, which is why I take every opportunity not to argue with friends and family but to lay out the facts about the event. Mostly people are indifferent or are convinced that right must have been done because we’re Australia, after all. The ABC/Guardian readership are happy with no guns, and the Fox/Sky people are happy with John Howard. Still, if I can create a vague, floating doubt…that’s all I had for many years.

    • At the time I didn’t know anything about guns let alone combat ballistics
But due to what I’d witnessed during the previous 5 years I was well aware of government lawlessness, the role of the justice system re promoting respective agendas, and the wilful ignorance/apathy of the average bod. So when someone told me that the whole thing was a set-up re citizen-disarmament I had no room for doubt.

Conversely it doesn’t matter how much information you throw at some people

    • Moso, you mentioned the Christchurch massacre. Max Igun has a new video out that is excellent at exposing the CC fraud (lone gunman my ass!). Hell, they even locked the doors just like they locked the doors of the gift shop at Port Arthur.

You will have to eliminate the XXXX from the link as the censors are still active.

      https://www.bitXXXXchute.com/video/F71MCsT7oUG0/

      • It just occurred to me, if anyone has any friends or relatives in NZ you may want to send them a ‘thumbdrive’ with Max’s video on it. If they click on an internet link the spooks will be able to trace them. However, they could use the thumbdrive to view the video without alerting the authorities.

Maybe send one to the many useless gun clubs or to any of the mosques in NZ.

      • I’ve been long aware of Max Igan’s explanations. Unless he has changed his story, he claims the events were real, though with different perps and motives.

All I can see at Christchurch is clumsy fakery using pre-stacked dummies, a couple of live actors and a blood bag or two. More live actors were brought in later to mill around and act distressed. Even in the footage the public is allowed to see, the head of the shooter doesn’t fit his torso. In the video soundtrack, botched every which-way, the “Australian” talks with a thick Kiwi accent. The mic can hardly pick up the sound of shotgun fired inside the car but the car’s music is loud and can follow the shooter around buildings and through walls.

While I sometimes suspect that these things are done badly on purpose to test our thresholds of absurdity, I really think the “shooter’s” own video was banned in NZ and made hard to access elsewhere because the fakery was so bad. I’m not saying the people behind these stunts don’t want us dead, but since 9/11 they’ve found it easier to invent victims, witnesses, trials etc than deal with real human meat. The killing can come later, post-reset.

Sorry to be divisive, but I’m respectfully wary of just about every “truther”. For example, it would suit the elites perfectly if the most prominent leaker in the world, an heroic prisoner of conscience, were to imply that arguments against the official 9/11 story were an unimportant distraction. If they can get that kind of “opposition” to their agenda I don’t think they’d care about some leaked footage of an Afghani wedding massacre or two.

I know I’m being divisive, but I don’t want to replace one kind of dangerous conformity with another.

          • Hey Dee, maybe you might want to run Max’s video as an article. It could be very informative as to the discussion that appears in the comments.

          • Great video, they have the stage manager right there, so the official story has gone to Davy Jones locker. Looks like they are “cleaning up” NZ & Australia for the illuminati who are the only ones who have enough printed money to buy their way in now. I bet there are some who would love to see Sydney depopulated, they will probably demolish the cheap hirise apartments once they wealth is extracted and turn them into parkland. That could explain why nobody cares about the building standards anymore. They have an excuse to take the whole lot down.

        • I thought the video was fake, as a result of listening to Jim Fetzer’s videos decrying the NZ massacre as a fake. But looking at Mex’s evidence, I can see that it was not a fake.

You need to understand bandwidth, and how it shows up when you are viewing it. If you don’t understand compression, and bandwidth, it is easy to understand why you have been fooled. Ask if you don’t know how you have been fooled (go on, I’m happy to explain, though I have done so before).

But even that is not necessary, as you can see, by how the gunman reacts to how some are escaping the mosque, and how he deals with them, that he could not have been conducting this attack on his own.

Why does the gunman, Brenton Tarrant, know when to leave from inside the mosque to kill those people who are escaping (on three, yes, three occasions) who are outside the mosque but still inside the mosque grounds?

The first, one is leaving outside the front of the mosque, the second, is leaving at the back of the mosque grounds, and the third, is leaving from the front gate?

Especially by the third, you can see that there was someone else (dressed in red) who could Should woulda been targetted by the shooter, but was clearly not targetted by the shooter.

No wonder that when this video came out, the NZ authorities first said people should NOT watch the video, then URGED people to not watch the video, then a 14 year jail sentence was imposed, and if you should have watched the video, now it is a 30 year jail sentence for watching this video.

What a f’in joke jail time for watching a video are you serious?

          • “What a f’in joke jail time for watching a video are you serious?” – It would be informative for someone to have Max’s video in NZ and then get ‘busted’.

The CC video is banned as it is purported to show excessive violence. The defense would be that there is no excessive violence in the video, it has been edited – there is more violence in some Hollywood action film than the new video.

By using that defense, it would force the Court to view the video to make a determination, with the press in the gallery.

Too bad the Kiwis have lost their balls, it could be a great case to run.
