Back in 1971, I attended a concert in Boston called “Jacques Brel Is Alive and Well.” It has wonderful songs which stuck with me forever, such as “If We Only Have Love,” “Carousel,” and “Timid Freida.” In that last song, the F-word appeared and raised a lot of eyebrows. It was not yet a standard word!  The exact line, referring to Freida, was “They can’t break her, She can take her brave new fuck-you stand.” Timidity no more!

But the most famous song was “Marieke.” Boy, was it intense. Many people assumed it was about a lover named Marieke, but it was about his beloved Flanders. The Flemish lyrics start out with:  “Ay Marieke, Marieke Ik hield van jou Tussen de torens Van Brugge en Gent Ay Marieke, Marieke De tijd gaat gauw Tussen de torens Van Brugge en Gent Zonder liefde, warme liefde Waait de wind, de stomme wind Zonder liefde, warme liefde Weent de zee, de grijze zee…”

A few days ago, I was reading a Substack.com article by Anastasia Sprout, age 55, who has been through the mill (quel understatement!). I met her in 2010 when Kathleen Sullivan invited us to form a North American Truth and Reconciliation Commission – which quickly unraveled, thanks to the damned CIA.

In the last few years, Anastasia has become determined to overcome the outrageous past of Satanic ritual abuse which, for her, occurred in a family cult in Seattle, Washington. Moreover, she has vowed both to put a stop to it and to protect and hopefully heal the victims. Here are quotes from her article of Jan 26, 2026, lightly edited by Yours Truly:

Introduction. Technocracy is the modern face of the Satanists. The ones who did to me as a child what most cannot bear to read. That was just practice. They want everyone, the younger the better. Bind the adults to access the children. Let’s not let them!  I am an author, counselor, coach, whistleblower and activist who lived through government-funded trauma-based conditioning. My legal name is Staci Leanne Sprout, and I go by Anastasia Sprout.

I always put my hand on my heart and I affirm my life, I affirm my connection to the life force and goodness, and my freedom from the death cult. And it’s ironic that we’re in Spaces on X, you know, run by Grok and Elon, who I think is a RAMCOA asset.

As this is recorded, I want to acknowledge that this is my testimony of criminal abuse. It is my request that this testimony be used to bring accountability to all those who are responsible for the crimes against me, and all who have been abused, particularly in the deep underground. (…)

I now live in Mount Shasta, California and I’m trying to be of impact on the planet, raising the consciousness so that people can comprehend what’s happening beneath their feet. (…) So it’s interesting too, because I actually held a memorial today for survivors, allies, and whistleblowers who’ve lost their lives.

It was everything I hoped for, and more. I found the experience nourishing, poignant, beautiful, and a much-needed way to collectively practice the courageous goodness still alive in mankind.

I want to be sure that we honor people. That’s part of our humanity, is we actually care about what happens to people in atrocities like this.

Background

I was born into a multi-generational RAMCOA family: Ritual abuse, mind control, organized abuse. I believe what happened is that an older sibling showed considerable promise being used in the programs, and my mother was instructed to breed another baby for the cult.

And so that’s why I was intended on this planet, but that’s not the intention that I keep, as mentioned earlier. Right now, I really want to expose the deep underground. That really feels like a very strong purpose.

I’m still getting memories back, even though I’m 55, and I’ve been working on healing my trauma symptoms pretty actively since I was 20 years old.  So as far as I know, I’m not being taken at night when I sleep. I’m not going anywhere, doing anything against my will.  When I was a child, I saw the movie Star Trek II, The Wrath of Khan. And there’s a scene in there where there’s a scorpion-like creature that they find and they put in a guy’s helmet and it goes in his ear and he becomes a zombie slave. And I had a massive panic attack as a child when I saw that.

I had nightmares.  I have had a fair amount of memories of the deep underground.  And our family was moved so that I could be near the base that I was going to be torture trained in, which was Yakima, Washington, Eastern Washington.  It’s off Exit 11. (Hmm. “Eleven,” Twins, Twin Towers, Gemini Programming, the number used to activate violence/assassin training.)

I actually went back there this summer.  I went to the entrance of that base and I took pictures, which the signs say you’re not supposed to do, but I just thought, this is where I was taken.  My little six-year-old inner child told me exactly where it was. And so I was just sitting there in my van, just looking at this gate, which was closed.

It was powerful to go back there and just claim that I was an adult now. But it’s still there. And the kinds of things going on down there are, I believe, far worse than they were when I was there. It was pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty bad when I was there.

So I was brought there at age four. I was kept mostly down there for two years, I believe. brought up occasionally for photo ops with my family. And I was told if I followed all the directions that I had to follow down there, I would be released later. I remember my father giving me a pep talk, saying he’d been in the Air Force and, you know, this is serving our country and telling me I can do it, and they’re all counting on me.

One of the tasks I was forced to complete was to take a slave when I was five, to take a four-year-old slave and basically be harmed with her for a year. It was a massive trauma-bond. And I was groomed and assigned to kill her. And what I’m deeply saddened about is that I did it. There are many people who don’t talk about forced perpetration.

So I’m still looking at that as a constant process of amends. How do I try to make it right? The kinds of things that I…I was forced to do; as a child, I was innocent and it was an atrocity, a horrible situation. I have carried that guilt and shame all my life. I was told it was all my fault, but as an adult I look at my past in a fair context.

After I murdered this little girl who was one year younger than me when I was six years old, I was let free, so to speak, but of course I wasn’t. I was an MK-ULTRA/ DELTA asset. I was used to lure other children into pornography and kill-porn rings that my family was a part of in the area of the Pacific Northwest.

So when I was six, after I “graduated” from the deep underground, my family somehow got the money, and I believe it was related to my accomplishments, so to speak, to purchase a home in Western Washington, Everett, an hour north of Seattle, Washington.

I was raised in a semi-normal environment, in which they were trying… if you think of consciousness as rings of a tree, they were trying to create some rings of the “tree” of my consciousness that were “normal,” because I was destined to be, according to my understanding of broadcast journalists, what I would call a CIA “spooks-model.”

And there were three parts to this programming for me. One part was a front part of my mind who was supposed to look very pretty and be kind of a bobblehead, but very charismatic and convincing. And a middle part was supposed to be knowledgeable about the News and kind of know what was going on.

And then a “back-life” part (not at all conscious, totally dissociated) was completely controlled by the CIA cult. And that part was called “Wraith.”  Her strings were pulled like a puppet, with cues, and I subsequently had amnesia for what happened while in this state of consciousness.

Getting out and Helping Others

I began whistleblowing in 2009, 2010 (age 39-40), as a part of a survivor group that started, and then that was infiltrated. Somebody was shot with an energy weapon. Actually, we believe Col. Michael Aquino was behind the attack, and the victim is still, to this day, living in their car, because they can’t be around EMFs at all, so that group fell apart.

And then we started another one in 2023, and that’s my organization now, SOOAR GLOBAL, and we do coaching and counseling for survivors, but mostly at a low or no cost, so we’re full because we also have to pay our bills, so we don’t really have large-scale services.

I know this is a marathon. It’s not a sprint. I want to be doing this for the rest of my life, trying to seek places where people actually care. I’m just in awe. Of course I feel sometimes I get rained on, that’s my experience. For example, when people say “Where is your evidence?”

Educate the Parents

And it starts with educating the parents about what it looks like. I did some talks to offer education which could help parents. But right now, I think the biggest threat to children comes from personal AIs, which are completely accessible on most any device.

Those, I think, are destined to be the new mind control handlers for as many people as they can get their hooks into. I don’t mean to be disrespectful here, but one of their goals is to neuter men, to try to get men to use pornography, which would change how they see the world, change how they see their role in society, and decrease their sense of autonomous power, and plant a core of shame in their psychosexual beings.

So there’s a lot of controversy about pornography, and I’ve been involved in education about this for some time. In my first book, Naked in Public, I was trying to show there’s a way out of this. But I think, in some ways, it’s harder for men than women to heal.

Michael Aquino is someone that I’ve had tremendous rage against. And I recently made a painting with a list, and it’s a list of perpetrators who did some of the worst things to me. And just getting it out onto that painting was so helpful.

But then that question of how conscious are the perpetrators? Are they prisoners? Are they complete puppets? Are they enjoying it? You know, are they full of greed?  I think that we, as a good society, as we bring these people into justice, are going to have to be finding a way of assessing their level of complicity and co-perpetration versus them being puppeted.

I think we are going to have to look at tiers of amnesty, depending on who can bring in what kinds of information to help the whole, and how far gone they were. I am starting to have compassion.

In the role of psychotherapist (with a Master’s in Social Work), I’ve had the opportunity to work with people from different generations. One of the things I’ve noticed from the younger generations is that they have, many of them have, because I’m 55 years old, they have a tremendous injury around social betrayal, how they were promised the society was going to be versus how it actually is.

But, you know, so following your own hearts…. I kind of hold my heart and say, okay, heart, where do you want me to go?  Or I hold my gut and ask, tell me what is mine to do, and then I’ll have inspirations that will come up.  My body is my best informant and guide!

    Good well researched article by Mr Vogel.

    For those interested in further details, there is a lot of concise information about Leon Degrelle to be found on the Institute for Historical Review IHR website (https://ihr.org/journal/v14n3p20_weber-html), but personally I would really recommend to read Degrelle`s writing themselves or even just parts of them, nothing like the horse`s mouth and Degrelle was in addition to his other qualities and amazingly eloquent writer.

  13. The new dump of Epstein files reveals SRA is real and involves the “top people” on the planet . Maybe a few million more will start to believe it. I have believed it for 20 years while managing to convince no one who wasnt there, let alone find a way to stop it getting worse. At least almost all the commenters on here are on board. I will even sing if that helps. I will share this article. What changes everything is that survivors like Anastasia are speaking the truth that 20 years ago almost no one said out loud.

      • In Greece we are hearing reports that the war with Iran started a few hours ago and will quickly spread. See prophesies of Saint Cosmas.
        To be honest I dont think the atrocities underground can be stopped at this stage, any more than a country that builds these bases around the world can be stopped from destroying itself and everything it touches. That’s the only way the children can be saved from these monsters–
