For years I’ve had some involvement in trying to get justice for stolen children and abused children, mainly in Australia and the US. I am the author of a book called Reunion: Judging the Family Court. The word ‘reunion’ meant that the kid would be reunited with the caring parent. My success rate stands at zero-point-zero.
I had been well-informed about ‘Epsteinism’ long before I ever heard the name Jeffrey Epstein. So it’s been gratifying to watch the public find out about this horrible stuff. My main access to the people’s reaction is via YouTube channels that I’ve selected, and articles by my like-minded colleagues at Substack.com. Admittedly, therefore, the percentage of enthusiastic people I am watching isn’t typical of the whole population.
Maybe the average person does not care about such tragedies as child abuse. So let me give a name to the enthusiastic ones. I’ll call them the Enthusies, OK? Within this category — the Enthusies — not all are weeping for the kids’ sake. Some have got their calculator out, measuring likely election effects on the Midterms or whatever. Also, the sex gossip at Congressional hearings is fun and brings an audience. But at least there is now a mass of Americans who have become aware of the basic facts of child-steealing.
If the major miscreant, Jeffrey Epstein, were still alive, people would feel able to yell “Give him the death sentence” or even “Let’s break into the jail and kill him.” But he is dead and we don’t have many details about the others who operate the child-trafficking game. Millions of children – repeat millions of children — go missing each year.
Low-hanging Fruit
There is an urgent need to make some arrests, or, as they say, “hold persons accountable.” So far, the Epstein Files hearings haven’t led to a single perp getting handcuffed. Congress isn’t the right place for that, though. The DoJ can prosecute federal crimes and the 50 states each have a mechanism to deal with crime. Folks probably think that since the government is “waiting,” there must be some procedurally good reason for waiting. “Just stay quiet and this thing will run its course.”
Oops. We have been waiting since 1963 for some prosecutions of JFK’s assassination, not to mention the murders of numerous assassination whistleblowers. A book entitled Hit List by Belzer and Wayne has a thousand favorable reviews at Amazon. One reviewer, Jeff Marzano, wrote:
“Understanding who was murdered and when and why they were murdered leads to a lot of insights into the assassination itself. [Think about it!] Besides the individual murder cases, the book [Hit List] also provides some great information about the various methods the CIA has at its disposal for killing people.”
Well, gosh, there’s a reason right there to handcuff some CIA personnel!
I suspect the many ‘leaks’ about CIA and FBI crimes are welcomed by the Powerful. They feel secure that whole libraries of this stuff are in print yet no one is breaking their doors down. They also might realize that the longer the punishment-paralysis continues, the more the citizenry is conditioned to believe that the Powerful do indeed have protection from the law. Period.
Dear Reader, the Powerful are mainly protected by your doing nothing. There’s a real structural fault in our democratic republic. The Constitution counts on citizens having a conscience and taking some steps to halt crime and cruelty. But there isn’t a ‘building’ in Washington DC where one can go to register their individual power for this. There are plenty of big capital buildings and big people in them, “So, you know, I’m not capable of competing with that.”
Ah but you can and you must. Now behold the title of the article at hand: Arrest the low-hanging fruit. You may be able to do a citizen’s arrest; see below. But first let’s look at your ability to ask for normal arrest of the crims by the badge-wearing guys and gals who get paid to do that – LE (law enforcement). Every day of the year they arrest persons who are low on the social scale, right? But they ‘know better’ than to arrest the low-hanging fruit on trees controlled by super-big wrongdoers.
It’s a good bet that LE were taught this in their first week at The Police Academy. “We just don’t throw our weight around regarding that particular type of crime, OK? And if you do, you’ll soon regret it, understand?”
Citizen’s Arrest
To help understand why “citizen’s arrest” is legal in the US, I’ll point to three things:
First, the normal human condition, until modern times, called for vigilantes on duty 24/7. There were no paid cops until 1820 when England invented the Bobbies. If you saw your neighbor doing something wrong, you’d want to get help from neighbors. (If physical punishment of the bad guy were not achievable, there was always a way for people to ostracize him from the community.) Eventually, citizen’s arrest got into the common law of England, which we inherited.
Second, in our day there is a proper procedure known as “citizen’s arrest.” It is legal in all 50 states (look up the details for your state). It has to be legal, as private security guards all need to use it. They’re allowed to chase after an intruder and hold him in custody. Same for a store clerk or guard who arrests shoplifters. He/she is not Law Enforcement, but is helping the merchant keep the thief bound down till cops arrive.
Third, until recently (and maybe still), the FBI had no policing authority. The FBI was founded to investigatefederal crime. They cannot “haul you in.” Ah, but they do haul you in if they have asked local law enforcement to deputize them. Otherwise they are capturing you in the same way a private security guard captures you – by citizen’s arrest. In 2025, I heard Kash Patel mention that there is recent legislation giving the FBI some authority but I haven’t tracked this down.
Anyway, the rule in most states is that you can capture someone whom you know has committed a felony or is about to commit one. You must tell your quarry why you are arresting her. You then have to phone the cops to come and pick her up. Ask your local police about this. Or ask the sheriff of your county. Sheriffs have ancient powers that have not been cancelled (yet).
Please see my new book Your Own Constitution Committee. It urges citizens to meet in a very relaxed setting and with small numbers – how about 3 friends in your living room? You would focus on a problem to discuss, for example the large number of scams being sent by email. Naturally, with friends assembled for this very purpose, you’d start to wonder out loud how the scams are flourishing. “Geez, how have I been such a dummy to not realize these things are punishable crimes!”
I doubt that any of us can face such things alone. It is the act of communicating with neighbors that gives you the resolve to say “Let’s do something. Let’s at least make a clear statement of the issue and propose a solution.”
Note: Caitlin Johnstone recently said at her excellent Substack:
“American warmongering insanity didn’t start with Trump, and it isn’t going to end with him either. Don’t direct your rage merely at the fleeting puppets who come and go from the imperial stage as the US murder machine trudges onward. Direct it at the empire itself.”
Although I agree that we do need to blame the empire, my article here is less ambitious. It is about capturing those “fleeting puppets who come and go from the imperial stage.” Granted, a United States President does not qualify as a low hanger.
My reason for emphasizing the low-hanging fruits is that to get an indictment against them is doable. If a low-hanger has killed someone – even just by employing a hitman to do the killing – he is guilty of murder. Ahem, since when can’t we put a person on trial for murder? Is it so hard to do?
Note: I just googled “Montana, law of homicide.” I thus learned that the penalty is death if someone 18 or over kills a person or a fetus. If “the heat of passion” is involved, the sentence could be mitigated to as low as 2 years in prison.
The Hue and Cry
Moving away now from actually arresting someone, I turn to the chore of at least specifying the crime and the likely criminal. Until a couple of centuries ago, it was the duty of all citizens to make a hue and cry if they saw a crime being committed. Even where the sheriff or other official was already engaged in chasing after the malefactor, you were supposed to join in to help. Naturally!
You may hesitate to publish the name of a criminal, insofar as she might sue you for defamation. It’s unlikely she’d actually do so, since “truth is a defense” in court and she won’t want you to prove your case. Note: Both parties in a lawsuit can call on the court to help with Discovery. This lets you obtain a subpoena for information that proves your case. Does she say that you falsely claimed she was in Albuquerque on July 9th? You can get proof of her whereabouts, including from unwilling witnesses.
Later in this Solutions series, I hope to post articles on the topics of Grand Juries and their power to indict. At the moment I’m only tying to stress the fact that picking low-hanging fruit is an option that we don’t often think of. The really, really big crimes are overwhelming, and the system by which their accountability gets cancelled is complicated. Focusing on the little guy gives you practice for dealing with ‘the system.’
What about immunity? You can make a remote hue and cry by brainstorming friends in your living room about how to pierce the barrier of immunity. Your meeting could assign itself the task of researching what the law says about “immunity.” We tend to think “Oh, So and So can’t be brought to book because of immunity.” Really? Seek the source of that immunity. It may be that So and So’s claim to immunity is hogwash. It may also be that the statute that has provided that immunity is plainly unconstitutional. Deal with it.
Now imagine tons of people having their at-home Committee meetings. “Meetings by the ton.” A lot of pickings of low-hanging fruit could add up to something!
But, as I say, it is the exercise of doing it that matters. You may feel your real social responsibility coming to the fore. What an awful future awaits us if a sense of social responsibility gets drummed out….
My generation, the Boomers, was quite aware of social responsibility. I assume we failed to pass it on to offspring. Possibly this can be blamed on the ‘high life’ post-war. There was so much opportunity and new kinds of material goods (I remember being amazed when an airline sent me some Frequent Flyer points!).
Parents started to think everything had been taken care of. “Just get the most you can for your kids.” Government would do right by everyone. In 1961 President Kennedy even started a Peace Corps where Americans would graciously help poor nations.
After 1963, the beauty of ‘community’ became less visible. For Catholics like myself, the 1962 Vatican Council seemed to be an anti-authority force – you could now criticize the Church! Then there was the music revolution, and women’s liberation: ‘sleeping around’ became popular if not mandatory.
I may be wrong about how social responsibility went into decline but, being an Oldie, I think it was lousy of us to deprive subsequent generations – Gen X , Millennials, and Z — of a deep sense of it. I hope they can compensate by creating something even better.

I’m dealing with several cases where parents are suing the state for wrongful removal of a child. Whenever a social worker of a police officer or the police commissioner becomes a DEFENDENT being sued… the government makes every effort to remove their names… “You sue the state only”
This means no one can be held accountable… the state becomes vicariously liable for their misfeasance
This mean… with child protection etc — THERE IS NO LOW HANGING FRUIT IN AUSTRALIA.
I asked Chat: “Please explain why in Australia the State makes it almost impossible to sue directly a police officer of social worker for misfeasance?”
Extract of long answer:
1. Vicarious liability: you can sue the State instead
The starting point is:
👉 The State is vicariously liable for its officers.
Why this matters:
The State has the money
The State is easier to enforce judgment against
The court prefers a single, properly resourced defendant
3. Statutory protections for officials — Across Australian jurisdictions, legislation typically provides:
protection for acts done “in good faith”
indemnity by the State
limits on personal liability
4. Procedural and strategic barriers
🔹 (A) Identification problem
You must:
identify the correct officer
plead their conduct precisely
👉 Hard early on (before disclosure)
🔹 (B) Strike-out risk
If you allege:
dishonesty
bad faith
without proper basis:
7. What’s really going on (practical reality) The system is designed so that:
👉 accountability is institutional, not personal
Hmmm🤷♂️
Mm, So you claim/know Epstein is dead but thought/think ? ‘the president Biden’ was/is alive!
Interesting😜

This belongs in the last article after my later comments there.
But as time goes by people move on after an interlude.
So here is some SPECULATIVE fun for inquisitive normies on the sidelines.
It could be long but normies could not comprehend my thought pattern.
So for the sleuths and the bored.

In the Us there have been many arrests and a latest in Venezuela.
But who has cared in the ‘WORLD’ and could really give a stuff?
So who/what was Q referring to?
It hit me this afternoon as to whom is a frontline candidate.
Why?
I considered my reference in the last article.
I would now put a fiver on it. Any odds aroun?.

Dear Mm,
SO FOR YOUR ‘Low ‘hanged’ fruit’ essay.
Perhaps you have not been researching and following?
Perhaps get a ladder and obtain a better and more positive view?
Research is useful.

Yes I know, I am not allowed up a ladder. But there is much to be gained at the bottom of the turtle’s fence post, one only has to scratch around at the bottom of the post. As those above rest and dream.

Max Blumenthal: ‘Israel First’ in Iran War Sparks MAGA Civil War
Glenn Diesen
Max Blumenthal discusses why the consensus over the US-Israel partnership is unravelling as the intrusive influence of Israel is widely seen to undermine US interests. The disastrous Iran War has intensified the MAGA Civil War.

Try asking how many abortions are carried out each year in Australia.
Now that is heaps of fun to know.
Then look up how many ‘immigrants’ the government is importing.
Then work it all out for the last , say 30 years and how many 30 year olds and 20 year olds are not Australians.
That is not a satirical comment, if you can understand.
