A Negative List of the US’s Responses to 9-11

And they didn’t prosecute King Kong either

by  Mary W Maxwell

Elias Davidsson and Craig McKee have compiled a list of “Things you would expect an honest government to have done in the aftermath of 9-11 but which were not done.” This negative list is revealing and I challenge any supporter of the official story to come up with an acceptable excuse for any of the ten items. (Note: I’m presenting the ten items in a different order than that used in Davidsson and McKee’s original list.)

  1. US authorities have failed to trace, arrest, try (prosecute), and punish anyone responsible for the crime committed on 9/11.
  1. Despite vilifying Osama bin Laden, authorities in the US have failed to charge him in connection with 9/11. He was not even “wanted” in connection with this crime.

  1. The US government did not authorize an investigation of the events of 9/11 that could have fulfilled minimal international standards: The 9/11 Commission was neither independent nor impartial, and its investigation was neither thorough nor transparent.
  1. Authorities in the US have failed to produce clear and convincing evidence that the 19 persons named by the FBI as 9/11 hijackers even boarded the aircraft that they are alleged to have hijacked.
  1. US authorities have failed to produce clear and convincing evidence that passenger airliners crashed at the known landmarks on 9/11.
  1. US authorities compensated only those families of 9/11 victims that agreed to waive their right to court action.
  1. US authorities have failed to explain the effect of numerous military drills conducted on the morning of 9/11 – including the simulation of aircraft hijackings.
  1. When announcing to the United Nations their decision to attack Afghanistan, US authorities failed to provide evidence that the crime of 9/11 was in any way connected to Afghanistan.
  1. Not a single person has been held accountable anywhere in government for what went wrong on, or prior to, 9/11.
  1. The US does not attempt to account for many missing bodies at the WTC. [And, I add, for the 125 who are said to have died at the Pentagon site, or the 44 passengers of Flight 93 that reportedly landed in Shanksville PA.]
President Bush signs “Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission” August 3, 2007, saying: “I thank members of both parties in Congress who worked on this legislation and I appreciate the willingness of members to strengthen provisions we believed would have weakened our security. Leaders in Washington should never forget that our most important duty is to protect the American people. I will continue to work with the Congress to ensure we are doing everything we can to keep our Nation safe.”

Plus One Positive Item

Besides those ten “didn’t do’s,”  Davidsson and McKee list one thing the US would have been expected NOT to do but which it DID do. Namely, it gave promotions and awards to numerous officials who, according to the official account on 9/11, had failed to carry out their duties. I quote the 5 examples provided by the authors:

Richard Myers, in charge of the Pentagon on 9/11, was promoted to Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on October 1, 2001;

Ralph Eberhart, in charge of NORAD on 9/11, was promoted to head the new “Northern Command” a year after 9/11;

Brigadier General Montague Winfield, who on 9/11 was in charge of the National Military Command Center, was promoted in May 2003 to the two-star rank of major general;

Captain Charles J. Leidig, acting NMCC Director on 9/11, was promoted in 2004 to the rank of admiral;

Marion (Spike) Bowman, who blocked FBI investigations into the alleged hijackers before 9/11, was given an award for “exceptional performance.” This was despite a 9/11 Congressional Inquiry report claiming that Bowman’s unit gave Minneapolis FBI agents “inexcusably confused and inaccurate information” that was “patently false.”

  1. August 12, 2002 at Independent.co.uk, re Shanksville:

    “Wally Miller, the local coroner in what used to be a forgotten corner of rural Pennsylvania, was the man charged by law with collecting the human remains and establishing the causes of death. “I issued the death certificates,” says Miller, who is also the local undertaker. “I put down ‘murdered’ for the 40 passengers and crew; ‘suicide’ for the four terrorists.”

    “But Miller, who worked closely with the FBI during the 13 days that they investigated the crash site, admits that, in the end, he cannot prove what happened; he can only infer it. Neither he nor anybody else knows what exactly caused Flight 93 to go down….

    “The shortage of available facts did not prevent the creation of an instant legend…. The legend goes like this: the passengers on the hijacked United flight, alerted on their mobile phones to the news of the other three hijacked planes, decide that if they are not going to save themselves at least they will do the patriotic thing and spare the lives of those who are the terrorists’ intended targets; so they charge down the aisle, storm the cockpit, where a terrorist is at the controls, and, in the ensuing struggle, force the plane down.”

    NOTE to Gumshoe Commenters: If you’ve got any oddments re 9-11 stuck in a drawer somewhere, this be a good say to send ’em in.
    Danke.

    • That gash in the paddock at shanksville which the plane supposedly went through; was there in the early mid 1990s from memory. There is a black and white photo on the net somewhere, of the paddock taken from the air that shows the gash in the ground.

  2. Here is a new really fraudulent explanation… oh please!!!

    • The Dr. Seuss cleaning formula:

      “Have no fear of that ring” laughed the cat in the hat.
      Why, I can take cat rings off tubs just like that!”
      Do you know how he did it? WITH MOTHER’S WHITE DRESS!
      Now the tub was all clean, but her dress was a mess!
      Then Sally looked in. Sally saw the dress, too!
      And Sally and I did not know what to do.
      We should work in the snow but that dress!
      What a spot! “It may never come off!” Sally said. “It may not!”
      “Ho Ho, I can make the spot go.
      The way I take spots off a dress is just so! See here!” laughed the cat. “It is not hard at all.
      The thing that takes spots off a dress is a wall.”
      Then we saw the cat wipe the spot off the dress.
      Now the dress was all clean but the wall! What a mess!
      “Oh, wall spots!” he laughed. “Let me tell you some news.
      To take spots off a wall, all I need is two shoes!”
      Whose shoes did he use? I looked and saw whose!
      And I said to the cat, “This is very bad news.
      Now the spot is all over dad’s 10 dollar shoes!”
      “But your dad will not know about that,” said the cat.
      “He will never find out,” laughed the cat in the hat.
      “His $10 shoes will have no spots at all.
      I will rub them right off on this rug in the hall.”
      “But now we have rug spots!” I yelled.
      “What a day! Rug spots! What next? Can you take them away?”
      “Don’t ask me,” he laughed. “Why, you know that I can!”
      Then he picked up the rug and away the cat ran.
      “I can clean up these rug spots before you count three!
      No spots are too hard for a Hat Cat like me!

    • Love the Building 7 video, what a crock! It will probably go down in history as the equivalent of the ‘Reefer Madness’ movie.

      They can show it in grade school as an example of poorly made propaganda – pathetic, but very educational and worth the laugh.

      • Isn’t it just unbelievable. Do they actually believe their own BS… ? Ostriches with their heads in the sand come to mind.

  3. it wasnt until i watched building demo fails on youtube. Once i saw a couple of those videos, i had no questions.

  4. Blooper bulletin:

    Sorry. The real McKee who co-wrote the article with Elias Davidsson is not the news anchor I referrerd to (and not the DIY man). My error. I will ask Dee to remove those wrong items above.

    Kinda sorry, as it would have been good to think that at least one news anchor in America is using the old noodle.

    PS When I get a bio for the real co-author I will add it. Anyway there is nothing amiss about the article itself, thank God.
