I’m fairly secure where I am at, however, the next time I’m in town shopping I’ll pick up another two 10 kilo bags of rice (it lasts for years), it will go with the other two 10 kilo bags of rice I have. – The next door neighbor came by today and dropped off a dozen eggs. I’ve ‘hired’ her to come in tomorrow and do some housekeeping for us. It has gotten relatively difficult for me just to sweep the floor. Cleaning the place up would be nice. She doesn’t want to be paid for it. She might not take cash for the work, but I will probably be able to give her a nice silver coin as a ‘token’ of appreciation (since she doesn’t follow precious metal prices she wont have any idea what the coin is really worth – more than the cash I will offer).
We are probably just weeks away from the supply chains breaking down. When the trucks run out of diesel, the food deliveries to the stores will stop. – Good luck…
