Are There Two Coronas – One an Almost Fatal Weaponized Agent, Another a Virus?

The numbers just don’t stack up.

I’m sure some mathematicians are crunching the numbers and realizing that they probably make no sense. Even the US government don’t believe what’s going on. Doctors must be scratching their heads. There are reports that most symptoms are “mild”, but then there are accounts of entire families quickly dying agonizing deaths, and descriptions of bodies “melting” and just falling over in the streets.

There is also the exiled Chinese billionaire, Guo Wengui, saying that about 1.5 million people are infected and deaths are in the region of 50,000 — with Chinese officials burning bodies to cover up the true extent of the crisis. This led to a report and images of sulfur dioxide plumes over Wuhan indicating the incineration of organic material — which media sites attribute to the cremation of  bodies. (Times Fact Check claims the reports of this are false.)

And then there is the HalTurner report on the leaked texts from an 18-year-old in upstate New York in the US. He was allegedly using his father’s cellphone and saw the text message exchange between his dad and Dr Nancy Messonnier, the Director of the Center for the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) within the CDC. She wrote:

“We’re trying to prevent panic, as that will only make things worse. Please keep that between us. There have already been over 1,000 cases in the U.S.”

Also, many of us have seen the horrific videos of people being “escorted” (more like hauled) away by medico-suited teams.

I spoke to my brother, living in South Africa, a few days ago. A close friend of his is an English teacher that decided to have a new experience and went off to teach English in Wuhan. She returned to South Africa for a holiday around the 20th of January (I think) about two days before airports were locked down. The teacher was greeted warmly on her return with hugs and kisses all around. And then the scare began. Fortunately she was tested negative.

Analysis of Three “Closed Systems”

We don’t really get an accurate portrayal of the disaster in viewing the whole, so let me analyse three essentially “closed systems” — a household, ship, and a city.

Chang Kai

The Film Director’s Family

Chang Kai, a director at Hubei Film Studios, died from the virus along with his father, mother, and sister.

Variety (the film industry broadsheet) carried the story on the 17th February 2019, and wrote:

“..the Chinese media reported that Chang’s father and mother were infected and died one after the other. Chang and his sister, who looked after their parents at home, were both infected with the virus as a result. His sister died just hours later.” [My emphasis]

Chang’s wife is also infected, apparently still alive, and is battling the virus in an intensive care unit. The BBC reported a note written by the director (just before he died), that was published on Caixin:

“…[the note] revealed the ordeal the 55-year-old had to go through before his death… his father had come down with a fever, cough and had difficulty breathing. ‘He was taken to many hospitals for treatment, but [was] told no beds [were] available,’

“A few days later his father died, followed afterwards by his mother… ‘The ruthless virus also devoured my wife and my body. I went to various hospitals and begged [to be admitted]. Beds were hard to find… we are nobody,’ … He died on 14 February, with his wife still battling the illness.”

Chang Kai leaves behind a son, who is reportedly studying in the UK.

What terrible statistics for a family. One has to consider that the two parents were elderly. Still, there were five in the household — all allegedly contracted COVID-19; four have died (quickly) and only one clings to life. 100% infection, and so far 80% mortality in a family unit. It may turn out to be 100%. Wow.

(Note: I was unable to find his profile on the major film database IMDB. Also, it is not clear what happened to the wife.)

The Diamond Princess Ship

The Diamond Princess ship is another interesting “sample” population — though maybe it is a biased sample, as theses people are crammed in one location. But let’s look at the stats.

As of February 2, 2020, the number of COVID-19 cases aboard the Diamond Princess cruise ship was 540 — out of 3700 guests and crew. Even with strict quarantine measures on board after the initial cases, the virus continued to spread.

That’s about a 15% transmission in a partly closed ‘system’. (With people being evacuated from the ship, the system is no longer closed.)

Reports are saying that that the RO of CoViD-19 has a value ranging between 1.4 and 3.8. RO is the mathematical term that indicates how contagious an infectious disease is — i.e., the number of persons a sick person infects. But the ship indicates an RO much higher (though in an artificially confined space).

Wuhan City

Now to my third model. There are over 11 million people in Wuhan — the ninth most populous Chinese city. Wuhan became a ‘closed quarantined system’ similar to the ship.

But consider — let’s be conservative with the transmission rate of the ship to that of Wuhan and guesstimate that 5% of Wuhan is infected. That would mean, with ONE THIRD the infection rate of the ship, there could be as many as 550,000 infected with CoViD-19 in Wuhan alone.

Considering that the virus has now spread across China, maybe the Chinese billionaire is right — that there are at least 1.5 million infected.

Number of Deaths

Can we believe the figures out of China? No. So how does one estimate the number of deaths from the virus?

In the Chang Kai family household, the mortality so far is 80% (maybe 100%). Truly frightening. On the Diamond Princess it is said that two elderly people have passed away. Two out of 540 so far is 0.36% mortality.

Why the huge discrepancy? In one closed family unit it is 80-100%, the other closed unit is less than half a percent.

What’s going on?

Could there be a genetic component to the virus, or as some people are writing — there is a technology component to the virus, namely, 5G.

Technology

Many people are concerned about the dangers of 5G — and many scientific documents on the health effects of 5G claim that it can cause flu-like symptoms. Could 5G somehow assist the virus in a body already challenged by dealing with EMFs. And Wuhan is apparently one of the 5G cities,

“WUHAN, Oct. 31 [2019] (Xinhua) — The branches of Chinese major telecom operators in central China’s Hubei Province announced Thursday the launch of commercial 5G applications in the province. Wuhan City, the capital of Hubei, is expected to have 10,000 5G base stations by the end of 2019, said Song Qizhu, head of Hubei Provincial Communication Administration.”

So is the suggestion of 5G valid?

Mike Adams has just published an article about CoVid-19 being specifically engineered biological warfare weapon, designed to  exterminate human beings.

“A new study published in the peer-reviewed journal Antiviral Research (Vol. 16, April 2020) is entitled, “The spike glycoprotein of the new coronavirus 2019-nCoV contains a furin-like cleavage site absent in CoV of the same clade.”

This allows it to function as a more efficient weapon system for human-to-human transmission, making the virus almost  impossible to contain (even under “quarantine” conditions).

Mike Adams, if I recall correctly, has also reported on the strange and almost immediate way some people have died in China — e.g., seemly just falling over and dying in the street.

Bio-weapon Accident?

Looking at the Chang Kai family and the guests on the ship, something doesn’t add up. It seems the “illness” on the ship does not correlate what killed off the film director and his family.

Are there two different viruses? Different bio-weapons?

Was there a deadly accidental bio-weapon release in Wuhan, and to disguise this, an upgraded SARS-like virus was released to disguise an accident?  Perhaps I am clutching at straws, but we need to do some speculating.

I was thinking about the strange anomalies in the reports, when a reader, Gil, forwarded me an article on the Chinese Intelligence officer. There is no way to verify it, but there’s a strange logic to some of the contents.

The Chinese Intelligence Officer

It is a very disturbing report allegedly written by a senior Chinese military intelligence officer — claiming to have access to a great deal of classified information — telling us the “virus” is far worse than the media are reporting. That I can believe — but hope it’s not true.

Essentially he claims that the virus was the accidental release of a very powerful and deadly bio-weapon. It is a complex tale of the Chinese experimenting on prisoners and trying to find the perfect “weapon” to dumb down the protesters in Hong Kong — to make them compliant. From there it all goes wrong, and a terrible bio-weapon is accidentally released and Wuhan becomes a city in lock-down and a graveyard.

Agent or Virus?

The article can be read here (and on Reddit) but I have included some extracts below:

“Last year, large-scale anti-government protests erupted in Hong Kong… The U.S. government and the EU both knew that the Chinese were secretly working on a biological agent that was supposed to make the protesters docile and obedient.

“… the Hong Kong protests meant that we redoubled our efforts. We exposed the inmates [Islamic radicals, etc] to various “alpha” experimental agents… Once the initial experiments had yielded a “beta” agent, it was transported to Hubei Province, where it was deployed in a special military testing facility outside the city of Wuhan.

“By then our President had already introduced a “social credit” system that allowed us to identify disloyal, counter-revolutionary and bourgeois elements in our society… Once these troublemakers had been collected and placed in the testing facility, we exposed them to the Agent, which is biochemical in nature and spread in an invisible aerosol, akin to certain viruses. Initial results were encouraging, as we saw significant cognitive decline and reduction in higher mental processing facilities.

And then the account reads like a spy novel.  The Americans become involved and tried to bribe an official. There was a shoot-out at the Wuhan market, and a vial is dropped — the weapon released. (The article is suspiciously well written — in English.)

The article continues:

“In reality, of course, there is no “coronavirus”. It was all made up. It was one of my colleagues who came up with the genius idea of pretending that people with the common flu suffered from the coronavirus. [It’s flu season] This allowed us to hide the true nature of the disease. Let me explain.

“…When we realised that we could no longer control the spread of the Agent, we sent our men to all the hospitals and instructed all doctors to diagnose every case of the common flu as “coronavirus”. We came up with a new name — 2019-nCoV — and handed out “factsheets” that described a made-up illness.

“… it allowed us to push the narrative that the disease was not that deadly; it also gave us time to prepare for the catastrophe that was sure to come by imposing a lockdown on Wuhan and other cities in Hubei Province. You have not heard this in the news — and given the size of Wuhan, with its population of 11 million, it is not known even to many of the residents — but within days thousands upon thousands were infected [with the weapon] and before long they suffered the agonising deaths that I have already described. Within a week, there were so many corpses that we did not know what to do with them… “

The account only get worse.

Question

So could there be two agents on the loose?

I watched one video where a patient displayed severe symptoms, but was initially tested negative for the corona virus. In the video below and man is running and then just peels over. Another bedridden person displays uncontrollable shaking.

There is a virus, as doctors around the world are testing for one (now called CoVid-19). But did the Chang Kai family die from the virus or a deadly and almost fatal bio-weapon?

And are the Princess passengers becoming ill from a deliberately released — as a cover — to disguise a disaster that may have occured in Wuhan.

At this moment it is anyone’s guess, but I do know the mode of death and the stats do not add up. This article is written to spark discussion.

          • How much of what you see on that youtube is CGI and how much is “real”. A lot of it looks like computer animation. Where is the orchestra? where is the sound man? Where are the crowds you hear cheering? YOu don’t see them. The military symphonic music is crap too since the them repeats in what is called a loop, just transposed… can be done on a computer easily. I don’t believe any of it. There is no actual RAW FOOTAGE that supports the end result which is too polished.

        (Aug. 27, 2019) On June 29, 2019, the National People’s Congress Standing Committee of the People’s Republic of China (PRC or China) adopted the PRC Law on Vaccine Administration (Vaccine Law). The official Xinhua news agency states that the Law provides for the “strictest” vaccine management with tough penalties in order to ensure the country’s vaccine safety.

        Before the passage of this 100-article Law, provisions governing vaccines were contained in the PRC Drug Administration Law, PRC Law on the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases, and a few relevant administrative regulations and rules.

        The new Law provides for regulatory requirements for researching, producing, distributing, and using vaccines. Such requirements, according to one legal commentator, are much more stringent than those for other drugs (art. 2). It also contains a chapter specifying penalties for violating the Vaccine Law, which are also stricter than those for violating other drug laws (ch. 10). According to the Law, if any violation of this Law constitutes a crime, a “heavier punishment” within the range of punishments provided by the Criminal Law on the relevant crimes is to be imposed (art. 79).

        The Law mandates the launching of a national vaccine electronic tracking platform that integrates tracking information throughout the whole process of vaccine production, distribution, and use to ensure all vaccine products can be tracked and verified (art. 10).

        The Law will take effect on December 1, 2019 (art. 100).

  5. So they quarantined the passengers to their cabins, on the ship Diamond Princess in Japan, to isolate passengers from each other so the virus couldn’t spread. But the ship turned into a massive incubator for spreading the virus. Oh that’s right, never thought of that, the huge shipboard air conditioning systems on each level circulate the air to all cabins in a closed system on each level. Couldn’t get a better way to circulate the virus to everyone. Well done Japan, you get the idiot prize.

    • Absolutely. The system would have to be highly sophisticated, with options to pull outside air, but maybe they reduced exterior intake because of the cold air.

      • And then there is the possibility of even one kitchen staff member being a carrier, with mild or zero symptoms.

        If I have learned one thing from this saga is that experts and politicians are either stupid, sociopathic, or both. I bet nobody thought to ask the patients specifically what they ate in the previous 14 days.

        And my final conclusion is that we all need to identify a remote location in which to pass the time and threat until is dissipates. Even if this virus dies out, there will inevitably and eventually be a bug which is lethal and which is immune to antibiotics… thanks to greedy doctors over-prescribing and farmers who apply the 70% of global antibiotics in factory farming.

        As to the the above, I would put my money on the mandatory vaccination hypothesis. The Australian government has clearly recognised this opportunity to wipe out the anti-vaccination segment of the population.

  7. The United Nations Organisation was set up for “One World Government”, supposedly using the idea as a vessel for world peace. However we have learned the hard way that the UNO is anything but a vehicle of peace. Since its inception, there have been continuous wars around the globe and no mount of debates at the UN have brought peace. In fact the Member States with the power of “veto” have large military forces and huge military industrial complexes which feed the GNP of each of these countries.     The major countries around the world have signed many treaties that are supposed to enforce non use of nuclear, chemical and germ warfare, but they are not worth the paper they are written on. The military of each of these major powers are continually playing around with lethal chemicals germs and viruses, therefore snubbing the treaties so signed.

      Even more sinister, Scott (2001) reveals the origin of AIDS to be the deliberate US/UK manufacture of laboratory-made disabling agents and deadly vaccines arising out of the top-secret, Nixon-sanctioned, US Special Virus Cancer Research bio-warfare programs at Fort Detrick, Maryland in 1969 arising out of covert programs conducted between 1949 and the late sixties: programs which have given rise to a raft of run-away, neuro-systemically disabling diseases world-wide including not only HIV and AIDS but to Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, CJD; Dengue, Ross River Virus, West Nile Fever and Ebola. In an article Mycoplasma: the linking pathogen in neuro-systemic diseases Scott contends that the mycoplasma brucellus, was first weaponised in a crystalline form by Merck and was used by the US against the Chinese and North Koreans in 1949 (Scott. 2001). He links the weaponised form with Multiple Sclerosis (1949), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (1950) and ME (1951) as these diseases begin to appear post 1949.       • In 2012, retired scientist Dr. Viera Scheibner wrote an article published in the British Medical Journal titled Polio eradication: a complex end game, in which she explained the true horrors of the situation. She wrote:

        “It comes as no surprise that the most recent mass polio vaccination programs fuelled by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation resulted in increased cases of VAPP. In India, two paediatricians, Dr Neetu Vashisht and Dr Jacob Pulliel of the Department of Paediatrics of St. Stephens Hospital in Delhi noted that another major ethical issue raised by the campaign is the failure to thoroughly investigate the increase in incidence ‘of non-polio acute flaccid paralysis (NPAFP)’ in areas where many doses of vaccine were used, while noting that these cases are clinically indistinguishable from polio paralysis and twice as deadly.

        They also noted that while India was declared polio-free in 2011, at the same time there were 47500 cases of NPAFP, which increased in direct proportion to the number of polio vaccine doses received. Independent studies showed that children identified with NPAFP ‘were at more than twice the risk of dying than those with wild polio infection.’

        According to their report, nationally, the NPAFP rate is now twelve times higher than expected. In the states of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar – which have pulse polio vaccination every month – the NPAFP rate is 25 and 35 fold higher than the international norms (Ramesh Shankar, Mumbai 2012).”

        With the number of cases on the rise each year, these figures highlight that NPAFP is more than an “extremely rare” adverse reaction as indicated by the CDC and WHO.”Vaccines, DDT or a Combination of Both?
        It is an established fact that DDT can cause severe adverse reactions when used in large quantities, and according to Dr. Stoller, this is exactly what is happening in developing countries. He wrote:

        “Think about 10 million pounds of DDT being sprayed in Africa per year alone (Subramaniam et al., 2014), and it makes those populations prone to both poliovirus-facilitated Acquired Flaccid Paralysis (AFP), as well as non-polio enterovirus AFP. Ethiopia, South Africa, India, Mauritius, Myanmar, Yemen, Uganda, Mozambique, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, North Korea, Eritrea, Gambia, Namibia, and Zambia are all using DDT (not just dicofol, but straight DDT). Who benefits if we all believe polio is just about a virus – a single virus?

        The family of viruses that causes AFP belongs to the enterovirus (EV) family, but the immune system has to be compromised for them to wreck havoc on the nervous system; otherwise, they just remain a relatively benign family of viruses. Consider the possibility that the infamous “polio” epidemic was a man-made environmental catastrophe where a relatively benign family of viruses opportunistically took advantage of those with a compromised immune system because their bodies were sub-clinically poisoned with pesticides.” (own emphasis.)

      During SARS people did not just keel over while walking in the street. There is so much footage of people just dead on the street — where they were walking (with shopping bags). People in convulsions. Dead in passageways.

      These are visuals one would expect to see in a chemical attack. And then descriptions of bodies being devoured, melting, dying rapidly etc.

      And then there are the extraordinary visuals of these huge trucks with cones about 5 foot in diameter pumping out what? disinfectant? Six trucks in a row — until the road is soaking. Where did the trucks suddenly emerge? Never seen anything like this before. And spraying random streets.

      These desperate scenes are in absolute contrast to say the 540 infected on the boat. 2 elderly people (in their 80s I believe) died.

      Something else is going on in Wuhan. Hopefully we will find out. I will be very surprised if it is CoVid-19. There all the talk that HIV spikes are included. Well people live for months and years with HIV.

    • THE CONTRARINESS OF THE ‘VIRUS’ THEORY: TOOLING THE PANIC

      How to follow a well-worn recipe for both moral panic manufacture and social engineering!

      Inherent in all the panicked discussions so far [and implied in the title of Dee’s article] is the slanted bio-medical belief that invisible ‘exogenous’ viruses are actually real and somehow causative (a distortion of the distorted Pasteur theory of exogenous cause of disease). The notion of industrial toxins and deliberately weaponized, genetically-engineered bacteria (bio-warfare) is often overlooked by a gullible medical fraternity and equally-gullible media & general public. Afterall. a ”virus’ was sold to the public as the cause of polio, and not industrial toxins & agricultural pesticides (the fore-runners of DDT) as early as 1908.

      What are viruses?

      The pharmaceutical industry makes vast profits by exploiting paranoia about viruses, so it is important to understand just what viruses are. When viruses were first discovered they were presumed to be enemies. (The word ‘virus’ is Latin for ‘poisonous fluid’.) This was a serious misconception.

      We now know that human bodies need and create viruses. Our cells contain tiny molecular engineers, known as transposons, which cut and adapt our DNA. Sometimes we may need to send genetic code from one cell to another – perhaps so as to resolve genetic problems or to deal with toxins. Cells can do this by turning transposons into messengers that carry genetic code from cell to cell. Travelling transposons are called ‘endogenous’ viruses: we manufacture them ourselves. They are essential to our genetic information highway. We make millions of such viruses.

      Other viruses are ‘exogenous’: they originate from outside the human body. They must enter (infect) cells in order to ‘reproduce’. Some kill the cells they use to do this – others do not. If they are viruses that we have never met before, then they are more likely to be dangerous to us. Such a virus has recently been found present in 85 per cent of all cases of a cancer, mesothelioma, which is caused by asbestos. This virus, SV40, seemingly makes this toxin more dangerous to us, by switching off a human gene, p53, which protects us against cancer. And yet many exogenous viruses also do us no harm. We sometimes welcome them by making their genetic code part of our DNA. As such these harmless viruses are likely to have been around humanity for a long time. We have become adapted to each other.

      Milk paralysis

      Janine Roberts suggests that, ” Many infantile paralysis outbreaks between 1905 and the 1940s would be linked by doctors to supplies of contaminated milk, including one in 1927 in Broadstairs in Kent. The Broadstairs outbreak was fairly typical. It affected institutions such as boarding schools that had little contact with each other, but which took milk from a common source. These epidemics ended when suspected milk supplies were stopped. Lead arsenate was being used as a cattle dip, but the formaldehyde that used to be added to milk to prolong its ‘shelf life’ may also have been responsible. (In 1897 The Australian Medical Gazette reported that formaldehyde in milk had caused several cases of paralysis.)

      Roberts suggests that, “In 1908 Karl Landsteiner and Erwin Popper, reported that they might have found an ‘invisible virus’ that had caused these epidemics. They had made their discovery, they claimed, after making a suspension in water of minced diseased spinal cord from a nine-year-old victim of infantile paralysis. They had tested this noxious suspension by injecting one or two cups of it directly into the brains of two monkeys. The monkeys fell severely ill (as might have been predicted). One died and the other had its legs paralysed. The scientists then dissected the monkeys and found damage in their central nervous tissues similar to that found in human cases of infantile paralysis.

      ‘In 1878 the link between palsy and toxins was strengthened when Alfred Vulpian found that dogs dosed with lead suffered the same damage in their motor-neurone cells as found in the human victims of infantile paralysis.3 The Russian Popow discovered in 1883 that the same damage could be done with arsenic.4 This should have sent shockwaves through the medical establishment as the arsenic-based pesticide Paris Green had been widely used since 1870 to stop Codling moth caterpillars ruining apple crops. But strangely it didn’t.

      In 1892 Paris Green was replaced in Massachusetts by the more toxic pesticide lead arsenate. Two years later the first recorded epidemic of infantile paralysis struck in Massachusetts’ neighbouring state of Vermont. The outbreak was investigated by Dr Charles Caverly, who reported that it was probably caused by a toxin rather than a micro-organism. Caverly said: ‘It usually occurred in families of more than one child, and as no efforts were made at isolation it was very certain it was non-contagious.’

      Lead arsenate rapidly became the principal pesticide used on fruit and berries throughout the industrial world. In 1907 calcium arsenate was introduced for use primarily on cotton crops and in cotton mills. A year later 69 healthy children suddenly fell paralytically ill in Massachusetts. They lived in a town with three cotton mills, and in settlements downstream from those mills. Nearby there were also orchards on which lead arsenates were almost certainly in use. They were also living only a short distance downstream from the location of the Vermont outbreak.

      A further epidemic in Massachusetts in 1908 caused enormous public concern, but, despite the evidence that exposure to toxins might have been responsible, the investigating health officials overlooked the newly introduced pesticides; they thought them essential to their war against viruses and bacteria – and to the financial health of the agricultural industry

      “Today the World Health Organisation still credits Landsteiner and Popper as having found the polio’virus’ with this experiment. Why it does so is inexplicable.” Simon Flexner and Paul Lewis of the ‘illustrious’ Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research in the US tried to prove the theory by injecting a cocktail of cellular debris and DNA into a series of monkeys but they took no account of the contaminants in their mashed-up soup: they didn’t inject samples of cyanide or lead into the brains of monkeys to see if they also caused paralysis. The accompanying advertising drive was sensationally successful, effective both in raising money and in spreading fear of the polio’virus’, especially among parents., The scientists racing to find a vaccine were so convinced that a virus was to blame that they effectively disregarded any evidence to the contrary.

      Roberts contends that : ” In other words, the ‘virus’ found by the vaccine scientists probably did not exist in the wild but was a product of their experiments .If Salk was right, the consequences were vast. It could mean that the ‘isolates’ used by Salk to make a vaccine injected into over a hundred million people, had no relationship to the human disease it was supposed to counter”. And yet despite all the doubts and contrary findings, the vaccine research continued.

      The role of D.D.T and D.D.E in paralysis

      DDT was used to replace lead arsenate as a pesticide in fruit farming and with which to wash dairy cows. Heavy levels of DDT were soon reported in milk supplies. The organochlorine pesticide DDE (which is several times more dangerous than DDT) was also widely used in the US. Both were known to penetrate the blood-brain barrier that protects the human brain from viral invasion. Housewives were actually advised to spray DDT to stop infantile paralysis. Children’s bedrooms had wallpaper pre-soaked in DDT. Epidemics of infantile paralysis started to occur every year.

      By 1952 the number of cases of infantile paralysis was three times higher than the figure for 1940.

      Biskind treated over 200 patients affected with such neurological disorders. He found that many of these patients recovered when foods contaminated with pesticides were removed from their diets; this applied particularly to milk products. Biskind found high concentrations of DDT in butter purchased in New York. In 1949 he wrote: ‘Though it was originally observed in 1945 that DDT is absorbed through the skin, accumulates in the body fat and appears in the milk of animals, it has recently become almost universal practice to spray cattle with DDT… Although young animals are much more susceptible to the effects of DDT than adults, so far as the available literature is concerned, it does not appear that the effects of such concentrations on infants and children have even been considered.

      Vaccine Paralysis

      1.Muscles can be poisoned and paralysed by being repeatedly injected with vaccines or antibiotics; this is now called ‘provocation paralysis’, and was no secret in the 1950s. In 1952 vaccinations had been suspended for the summer in the UK and US (the ‘infantile paralysis season’) as the injected arms of many children had been paralysed. The Lancet had reported: ‘Clinically, the cases associated with recent immunisations were indistinguishable from the acute cases of paralytic poliomyelitis.’ 20 By 1955 US children were receiving three injections with Salk’s polio vaccine, as well as the smallpox and whooping cough vaccines.
      2.Also, the Salk vaccine was far from pure. We now know that it was contaminated with a small amount of formaldehyde and viral debris.

      The Salk vaccine could have been derailed if a 1954 report by Dr Bernice Eddy, the scientist in charge of the US government safety-testing lab, had been taken seriously. Eddy stated that when she tested the Salk vaccine it caused severe paralysis in monkeys. She photographed the diseased monkeys, took these photos to her boss – and was reprimanded as an alarmist. She was not sure what it was in the vaccine that caused the paralysis: was it a virus, cellular debris or a toxin? Something quite deadly was clearly present. One year later, after her warnings proved true, she was stopped from working on polio.”

      MORAL PANIC & THE CORONA ‘VIRUS’ FLASHPOINT

      Racist and vaccine-apologist head honcho’s at S.A. Health are presently telling staff that the gathering of some 40,000 Chinese at one function all eating the same contaminated meat at one meal is likely the cause of the current woes in China. The theory is patently laughable. This is the depth to which corporatized medicine has been reduced.They side-step the role of contaminated vaccines as the real cause of the problem: as was the recent case in Samoa when poorly-refrigerated measles vaccines was ]blamed for the sudden outbreak and deaths.
      The Samoan Govt was recently handed a 4100M bribe to usher in mandatory vaccination. We will not be long behind.

      CONTAMINATED VACCINES: THE NEW WEAPONS OF CHOICE FOR GENOCIDE

      Flashpoints are generally described as explosive, publicly-accessible and widely-debated events that bring things to a head. The AIDS/HIV Grim Reaper campaign in 1986 certainly qualifies as an explosive flashpoint, but one far away from bringing resolution. Any real debate was stymied and parenthesised as Australian medical authorities rallied, after being fed the W.H.O. one-party-medical line that it was a ‘gay disease’: sexual transmission was sold as the vector and Australian scientists, medical bureaucrats and the media jumped on board to tout Global Medicine’s blaming dogma. Critcher (2006, p.14) reminds us that globalisation ensures moral panics in different countries cannot remain independent of each other and he suggests that the US, “exports its global panics along with other kinds of cultural products”. With regards the mechanisms of installation, moral panic is more likely to proceed where there is: a highly-connotatively labelled new threat; where there is uniformity among the media; where the claims makers become credited in the media as experts; where there is an alliance of claims makers, pressure groups, the media and government; and when there is consensus about the seriousness of the problem/threat and appropriate remedies. It is as if the claims makers were following a well-worn recipe for both moral panic manufacture and social engineering.

      TOOLING THE PANIC

      Once the genie was out of the bottle, an alternative panic had to be quickly tooled and production-lined. One can come to appreciate the gravity of the potential for hysteria and mayhem and the challenge to Western ‘democracy’, and understand why it was equally imperative for the perpetrators to expediently shift the blame and find a ‘deviant’ scapegoat that could more easily be symbolically loaded with the sins. The identification of deviance is significant here, as is the crucial importance of the media in caricaturing the deviant in creating the folk devil. That Australia witnessed unprecedented moral panic in 1986 is established. By blaming deviant lifestyle, in effect scapegoating selective sexuality and perceived ‘immorality’, and identifying it as a public threat, this panic is one that draws heavily on Cohen’s (1973, p.5) moral panic thesis. Moral panics are generally described as eruptions of indignant concern – characterised by stylized and stereotypical representation – where there is a tendency of those in power to claim the moral high ground and pronounce judgement, and that judgement is implicitly negative: it implies the problem is hyped up, distorted and exaggerated (Critcher, 2003, p.2). Labelled initially as a ‘gay disease’, sexual transmission was sold to the public in Australia as the vector, and as rampant homophobia ensued, safe sex practices became de rigueur and the frontline of the containment strategy. Future vaccine developments were touted as the ultimate hope in stopping the diseases: few researchers proffered the view then or today that vaccines themselves were the vectors of the disease or that vaccine manufacturers and the US, UK and Canadian secret agencies and scientists were to blame.

      Few researchers at that time publicly proffered the view that deliberately contaminated vaccines, produced by Merck and five other US vaccine/bio-warfare manufacturers on behalf of the US Government were both the origin and the vector of what became known as AIDS. Since then, research by Broxmeyer (2004), Papadopulos-Eleopulos et al (2006) and others have made a mockery of the origin theory of AIDS and we have seen Nobel Prize recipient, Robert Gallo narrowly escape incarceration, be publicly and professionally pilloried for academic fraud, and his prize rescinded and re-presented to French scientists who originally identified the HIV virus as being distinct from AIDS. Biophysicists Papadopulos-Eleopulos et al (2004) have challenged the sexual origin of HIV as has a research team from UC Berkeley led by Dr. Nancy Padian (1997). They decided to investigate when questions arose as to why it was hard to transmit HIV sexually. People in the Berkeley study were having sex with “positives” for six years, yet managed not to become “positive” themselves.

      “We followed up 175 HIV-discordant couples [one partner tests positive, one negative] over time, for a total of approximately 282 couple-years of follow up. No transmission [of HIV] occurred among the 25% of couples who did not use their condoms consistently, nor among the 47 couples who intermittently practiced unsafe sex during the entire duration of follow-up. We observed no seroconversions after entry into the study [nobody became HIV positive]…This evidence argues for low infectivity in the absence of either needle sharing and/or other cofactors.” So HIV seems to be coming through via deliberately-contaminated vaccines.

      FALSE SCIENCE AND MISPLACED MORAL PANIC AS WEAPONS IN THE COVER UP

      By the 1990s, hepatitis C (HCV) was pandemic: this time intravenous drug users became the scapegoats of a frenzied media and an increasingly-perplexed medical fraternity, and narrow government harm minimisation strategies focused again on containment via the supply of clean, disposable syringes and safe injecting houses. But few bothered to question the blood supply for source of origin of HCV or question the blood bankers’ role in the transmission of contaminated blood worldwide: least of all the medically-gullible media or the media-gullible medical community. Cohen’s (1973, p166) notion of folk devils and moral panics and the media’s’ ideological exploitation of deviance’ is pertinent here. Blaming hapless victims fits into the Government’s and media’s simplistic scheme of things. By gay-and/or-intravenous-drug-user bashing, the government, and the health authorities neatly avoided any probing which would leave them liable. The rounding up of the usual medical spin doctors to play the role of moral entrepreneurs demonstrated the orchestrated nature of the panic and the dual role of both media and government in stimulating it. Some writers suggest that these two events are linked and part of a continuum of contamination flashpoints with distinct yet common trajectories which have their origins in botched vaccinations programs and US, British and Canadian bio-warfare experiments starting from the 1940’s. Is it also the case with the ineptly named novel corona virus?

        • Diane There is no doubt, as you say, that the history of bio-warfare is a long one. I acknowledge all the contemporary events you mention above. But it goes back much further in the Timeline. The deliberate and recidivist use of smallpox and other genocidal bio-warfare agents by European powers here from 1770, and against other First Nations peoples world-wide from c1500 is slowing coming to light. That there was an established history of British bio-warfare prior to the arrival of the first fleet in 1770 and the subsequent arrivals after 1788 is undoubted. By the time the British had come to, what Broome describes as, “establish their gaols on the land the Aborigines had owned since Dreamtime” there existed the will to use bio-weapons as an expediency measure

          A BIOLOGICAL BASIS FOR THE BELIEF IN ‘TERRA NULLIUS’?

          The catastrophic impact in general of smallpox on Australian Indigenous populations as the colonies became established, and specifically, the impact on the Gameraigal around Sydney Cove in 1789 is now generally acknowledged. Certain scholarship of late, popularised in the SBS production The First Australians, speculates that the epidemic was spread deliberately by elements of the new colonial regime in an act of bio-warfare. Yet John Tracy(2007), as well as 5-6 other brave historians, have dared link the deliberate spread to Captain Cook and Joseph Banks (both representing The British Royal Society) during the Endeavour voyage some eighteen years earlier in 1770.

          That deliberate genocide by germs was a popular and widespread military strategy may explain why the empire builders in Britain, despite having a vaccine developed by Jenner in 1798, waited until 1805 to use it in the colonies: they waited until the job had been done.This may provide the explanation for why the British Government waited a safe eighteen years before returning to ‘mop up’ and complete the job of extermination up and down the East Coast, and may thereby provide a biological basis for the widely-circulated belief in terra nullius in Britain pre the First-Fleet dispatch in 1778.

          Incidentally, in the decade following Cook’s third voyage of the Endeavour and his subsequent visit to Hawaii, ninety percent of the Hawaiian population was wiped out by the deliberate spread of smallpox in what can only be termed a chilling and calculated ‘infect and conquer’ policy: a long-standing military practice which took place everywhere European invaders stepped foot. That his visit to Nootka Sound off the American coast in 1778 resulted in the same degree of decimation of those populations is equally damming. One may speculate that a similar fate befell Indigenous populations in ‘Australia’ between 1770-1788.

          Eddins (2005) notes that “by1495,fifty-seven to eighty percent of the native (sic) population of Santa Domingo and by 1515, two-thirds of the Indians of Puerto Rico were wiped out by smallpox…ten years after Cortez arrived in Mexico, the population had been reduced from twenty-five million to six million: a reduction of seventy-five percent…..Prior to the arrivals of the Europeans, in the fifteen hundreds, the American Indian population in North America had been estimated at approximately twelve million, but by the early nineteen hundreds, the population had been reduced to roughly four hundred and seventy thousand.” Further, “the Massachusetts and other Algonquin tribes were reduced from an estimated thirty thousand to three hundred”, and by the time the pilgrims arrived in 1620, ‘there were few Indians to greet them'”. Penn (2001) suggests that a “1713 smallpox epidemic in the Cape of Good Hope decimated the South African Khoi San people, rendering them incapable of resisting the process of colonisation.More victims of colonisation were killed by the deliberate spread of Eurasian germs than by either the gun or the sword, making germs the deadliest agent of conquest.”

          Lord Amherst’s name has become tarnished by stories of smallpox-infested blankets used as germ warfare against American Indians in the French and Indian war (1754-1763) and won victories against the French to acquire Canada for England. In reference to a siege of Fort Pitt (Pittsburg) by Chief Pontiac’s forces of 1763 Waldman (1985) writes:”Captain Simon Ecuyer had bought time by sending smallpox infected blankets and handkerchiefs to the Indians surrounding the fort… an early example of germ warfare…which started an epidemic among them. Amherst himself had encouraged this tactic in a letter to Ecuyer. An additional source is the journal of William Trent, commander of the local militia. Trent’s entry for May 24, 1763, includes the following statement:
          “we gave them two blankets and a handkerchief out of the Smallpox Hospital. I hope it will have the desired effect.”(Dan Eden, 2010 p2 and A T Volwiler (ed) 1924). Microfilmed original letters written between General Amherst and his officers have been produced ito give credence to these claims. Although hard to read, part of the text is as follows:” you will try to inoculate (infect) the Indians by means of blankets as well as to try every other means that can serve to extirpate this execrable race”.

          Smallpox was also used as a weapon during the American Revolutionary war (1775-83). Dan Eden (2002 ) reports that, “ in December 1775 , the British fort commander reportedly had civilians immunised against the disease and then deliberately sent out to infect the American troops…..a major smallpox epidemic broke out in the American ranks, affecting about half of the 10,000 soldiers. They retreated in chaos after burying their dead in mass graves.” Sir William Howe, a successor to General Thomas Gage (Amherst’s successor) had, “deliberately infected several of the exiles with a design to spread the small-pox among the American troops”. (Eden, 2002,). The Ottawans were decimated by smallpox which they brought from Montreal during the French and Indian war. It “was presented by John Pringle, a military surgeon famous for his expertise with infectious diseases (and who) was also in the French Indian war at the same time as Cook and Banks.” The medical knowledge of the time, of which Banks was an expert, was that the virus can be stored in an infectious state for a couple of years when it is dried out. The use of blankets…..or cloth smeared with pus from a sufferer was the method of experimental inoculation much of this testing done on prisoners. Obviously if these ribbon, pieces of cloth…were deliberately infected with smallpox this would not be included in the official journal. This somewhat puzzling gift giving in the midst of armed conflict could be explained as a naive diplomatic gesture or it could explain the biological warfare methodology of infecting target populations. Banks and Cook, in their journals, express disappointment upon returning to the battle scene that the Aborigines avoided touching the ‘presents’.

          Interestingly, in his role as President of the society, Banks sinisterly repressed work by Edward Jenner in his search for a smallpox vaccination via cowpox….and even “withdrew funding and threatened him that his reputation would be demolished if he published his research.
