But Who Will Push the Button at CERN?

The Powers That Be, aka the PTB, have great insight into human instincts and patterns of behavior.  It strikes me that they are not so good, however, at preparing for the emergence of ideas. In other words, they think that was has been is what will always be. They don’t appreciate our talent for problem solving.

Or maybe they do, and maybe that is why they have a most amazing Plan C ready.  I am not calling it a ‘Plan B.’ as I think they are already using Plan B – see below.

Plan C – which is extremely silly but never mind that – is that they would blow the planet up. Thus, if they felt completely trapped in a corner by the disgruntled 7 billion humans, they would not have to face the pain or humiliation of “losing.”  They would press the CERN button.

CERN is the name of the organization near Geneva, Switzerland that recruits scientist from all over the place to work on such things as the Hadron Collider. I don’t understand how the collider works, but it has to do with particle physics. Its workers have admitted that it could cause Mother Earth to do a runner.

The PTB have already done major harms to Earth such as by fracking and by deliberate oil spills. None of that seems to weigh on their conscience, or even on their common sense. One of these Bozos could be psycho enough to blow the planet up.

Loci of Control

I am not saying the button is about to be pushed.

Our rulers — the PTB — control us in subtle ways. Their control of the media makes it easy for them to control attitudes.  The way the human brain works is to pick up on the ideas that are already in one’s culture. A child picks up the cues from his immediate family. Adults pick them up from “the group.”

Ever since television came into our lives, TV became the main way for a person to find out what his group was thinking.  At least we unthinkingly took that to be so!

TV, radio, Hollywood, and the press convey “reality.” Even the Letters to the Editor of the local rag are an important reflection of the community’s view—or so we thought, not realizing that they may have been “inserted.”

Thus, the PTB is way ahead of the game in the fight between the rulers and the ruled. The ruled can’t fight the rulers if the ruled are confused about their own preferences and their own numerical strength.

It is also true that the rulers can quietly pick off any troublemakers.  Not only do they noticeably kill whistleblowers, they smear good leaders and (I think) they “take out” up and coming leaders. Even ones under the age of 21 who “show promise.”

On top of that, they are grinding us down with “new things.” As Dr Richard Day said in his 1969 speech, they don’t even want us to see familiar landmarks anymore – hence the bulldozing of buildings or the removal from libraries of classical books. We are to live in a state of anticipation of the next change, with no time to think or just admire what we’ve got.

Plan B

Let’s say a very large number of people woke up to what’s been going on.  Let’s say they realized that their democratic governments are the puppets of the PTB.  Or that rule of law has taken a powder.

Plan B is gradually coming in to being (I think). We could see it clearly in the Parisian march of the yellow vests. The rule of law and “consent of the governed” that had been built up over two and a half centuries can now be fairly blatantly struck down by the powerful. In Paris, the police simply shot “flashballs” at the crowd.

By “Plan B” I mean whatever the PTB can do to us. I find it fascinating to watch the men marching along in their yellow vests. They don’t exactly know what they want. They have made a modest list of certain items such as citizen referenda. They have not (yet) declared that the present government is their enemy.

That’s because it is hard to think in those terms. Your government is like an extension of parental authority. It is also like a charity, since Bismarck started the Welfare State in the 1880s. So you feel odd saying the government is your enemy.

But this is clear to anyone watching the excellent video of the Yellow vests, made by journalist Vincent Lapierre.  Our “loco parentis” – the government – is shooting at us for no reason other than that they don’t like us or are afraid of us. Why should they not like us? Clearly it is because we question their legitimacy today.

Another Way Out – Negotiation

I have no idea how far the PTB will go in smashing the mob in Paris.  In the old days, the ruled could fight the rulers physically, and might even win.  Both sides had guns. Today, even if the ruled had guns, that is no match for what the rulers have – drones, “pain trucks,” bombs, chemical weapons, diseases.

I see a ray of hope insofar as the government persons – the puppets – must be feeling nervous about “the mob.” The whole thing is so visual it might make them ask “Why am I taking the heat on behalf those above me? Are they interested in protecting me — their important servant — or might they throw me to the wolves?”

To ask the question is to answer it.  The PTB guys have no “relationship” to anyone but their confreres.  They are incapable of feeling social obligation.  Indeed their whole philosophy has been constructed on a refutation of what the rest of us see as the purpose of our daily lives. They are monsters.

“Oh dear,” says the government worker, “do I really want to do the hard yakka for a bunch of unaccountable monsters?”

Plan C

The rulers will have to do a fantastic job to overcome worldwide waking up.  Are they capable?  Their current hold over us depends largely on two things already mentioned – control of our attitudes, and superiority of weaponry.

I am pretty sure they are losing the control of attitudes. Hey, we’re not stupid! That can’t be said of weaponry.  They have great stuff.  In the Paris show, though, we saw ordinary cops wielding the weapons.  What if the cops decided not to do that?

So maybe the PTB will turn into a bunch of desperadoes (as well they should!). Maybe they will think planetary suicide is the only way out.

We wonder: if it comes to Plan C, who will push the CERN button? Who, at this very moment has the code for it — the PIN number so to speak?

Conclusion

The very prospect that there be such a thing as planetary suicide should help us decide to step up our efforts against these flaming nutters.

Regarding the Paris show referred to above, here is the latest (January 25) installment:

  1. This vid is just as good as the previous one. At 11.50 someone says “The collective mind always drives progress.”At 13.0 he gets into he wealth disparity. At 9.50 she says we need to talk about satanism. He says We are becoming political adults..
    Crikey.

  2. Perhaps an alternative world view to the above may make more sense in that it views human endeavours not linear – beginning and end – but circular – eternal mortal endevours.

Richard Wagner’s Der Ring des Nibelungen expresses such a world view, and in the process demystifies what life is all about.

There really is nothing new under the sun when it comes to searching for a comprehensive world view – Weltanschauung, and philosophers have quested the full spectrum, especially within the last century where Nationalism vs Internationalism reached its peak, and whose impulses are still motivating today’s individuals.

Dr Maxwell, who like anyone seeking to clarify and to demystify what dissemblers and sophists are compelled to regurgitate in the service of power politics, would do well to view the Wagnerian dialectic, which sees POWER and LOVE in mortal combat, rather than in balance as is required if life-giving impulses are to survive.

This view is based on the life-giving Hegelian dialectic – the balance between these two eternal forces that sustain life on earth. For example, the opposites, thesis-antithesis- come together – Man-Woman and produce a synthesis = the Child.

Others would adopt the Talmudic/Torah-Marxist-Feminist death dialectic where Power is pitted against SEX, and where Love is a non-existent ideal. For example, Man – woman = Woman castrates Man and produces the synthesis = the Androgynous individual!

In this dialectic process individuals grope from one particular to the next, never rising above to any form of idealism, brushing such thinking off as immaterial to their form of Materialism.

We are currently in this form where Political Correctness has lost its initial design and aim, i.e. to return individual to a basic form of morals/manners,

Playing the victim is reaching its pinnacle of self-destruction where individuals cling to the idea that there is such a things as autonomous artificial intelligence, that there is a possibility of transcending our male-female binary nature. It may well happen in Hollywood but it hasn’t happened yet on this earth – except in Wagner’s Ring!

    • Thank you Fredrick, for the dissertation. You know I enjoy sparring with you, in Adelaide, but I can’t spar on a subject (Wagner) on which I am 100% ignorant. So I ask you (or anyone out there) to tell us, how the love/power struggle can help the yellow vests today.

Or more directly, what should the French now do? Similar justifiable and widely supported protests in Scotland and Catalonia petered out when met by “the Law” against them. Where does “the Law” fit in the Wagnerian scheme? If you can’t fit it into the space of a comment please send us an article. We NEED TO KNOW.

  3. The Sampson Option is a perennial worry. Surely they wouldn’t, would the??

Oh hat’s right, they’re Satanists and rape and kill kids.

These people are so far removed from normalcy.

Hope for the best BUT prepare for the worst

    • Dear Phil, if they actually push the CERN button, we won’t have to worry about it. It will be Poof City for every man, woman, child, horse, snake, and kookaburra. “Bye!”

I latched onto the idea of pretending they would do it, as a way of mulling how nervous they are or are not.

Let’s face it, they are outnumbered to a huge extent. “Uneasy lies the head that wears a crown” is still true. Recall the unsavory end of Ceausescu and his Missus.

In Haaretz, shortly after 9-11, a woman wrote that she had worked with Larry Silverstein and by midday “he was shaking in every bone in his body.” (She wasn’t “outing” him. She meant it in the sense of “the crash of the towers sure was a traumatic thing.”) (And you will note that after he said ‘We pulled it,’ and was quizzed about that, he changed his story.)

I also recall that George W Bush was so worried about having done the wrong thing re FISA that he went to Congress and got them to change the law so he would not be imprisonable.

Pinochet, having had the nerve to travel to London, was on the brink of being extradited to Spain and was saved only by the Home Secretary saying “Give Augusto a break” type thing.

Ariel Sharon wanted to appear in Brussels and wouldn’t do it till they changed their policy about Universal Jurisdiction for war crimes. Which, I admit, they obligingly did.

And there is Poppy Bush’s remark, quoted by you recently, to the effect “Hey, it’s s good thing the folk don’t know what we are doing to them or it would be lamppost time for most of us.”

I think Kissinger would be just the one to “CERN” it, but they say he is now in dementia and so he’s probably forgotten the PIN number.

  4. Phew! Fred… what an intoxicating (stupefying) muddle of disinformation you propose. I just assume that your purpose is nefarious so I wouldn’t expect you to admit to your purpose.

Dialectics is the irrational assumption that “truth” is the result of conflict between opposing opinions.

Hegel took the idea to another level when he proposed that any prevailing idea (thesis) automatically generates its opposite (antithesis) and that competition between the two results in a “synthesis” which then becomes the “new thesis” which generates its antithesis; and the process continues ad infinitem. Karl Marx took the idea and ran with it incorporating Darwinian notions of “natural selection” or “survival of the fittest” to reduce it to “dialectical materialism”… it’s all a war between the bourswase (what is the present order) and an hypothetical, unknown “New Order”… at least that’s what he sold to the “useful idiots” of the time.

Orrite! so who will “push the button”? that’s assuming that there is a button to be pushed.

  5. Like the protesters are saying . “If not now , when ? ”
Last night’s news on telly , for the first time , they said that our war planes have been targeting civilian villages . This has been going on for 18 years !
Destroy their homelands , force the survivors to flee , create chaos in western cities all for the profit of guns oil and murder of innocents .
With the protests, in France , we can clearly see that the government is against it’s own people .

    • So Gargasoulas has not, at any point pled insanity but his purported “legal advocate” has and continues to do so?????

Maybe we should just stick with the corny if-the-button-is-pressed memories:

      • Thank you, Berry. As regards the wonderfully masculine voice, I note this from the Youtuber:

“The vocal track was thrown on as a rough mix and was not intended to be the final version, but a copy of the recording “leaked” out to a DJ, who began playing it. The song was an instant hit and as a result the more polished vocal track that was at first envisioned was never recorded.”

Berry, re Gargasoulas, if i recall from last July, the prosecution got to decide if a claim of “not responsible due to insanity” should be made to a jury (a jury only for that question) and reportedly the first attempt ended in a hung jury and the next one declared him fit to stand trial. As you say, it did not come from the horse’s mouth. I do not know what the law demands about these things. I am glad Jimmy took the stand. i wish Jahar had taken the stand.

  6. CERN is about something entirely different. Here’s a good video that gives the ‘best’ answer to the ‘Mandela Effect’.
