YouTube has a channel called The Imagination Project, run by a young lady named Emma. On November 14, 2021 Emma interviewed Cali Shai Bergandi, a survivor of ritual abuse, who regularly tells her story on Twitter. By five days later the video had 8300 views. It is almost two hours long.

Cali said she left school at age 16 and became a realtor, and has been a realtor for 16 years.  So I think she is 32 years old and thus was born around 1989. But I am not sure.

I am writing this article because a friend of mine watched the full 2 hours and said “I can’t believe her. This story is nonsense.” I believe almost everything Cali said. I will tell you right now the three things I don’t believe, so we can get that out of the way.

  1. Cali said that one of the things done to her was to get her pregnant and then remove the baby at 6 months (25 weeks; full term is 40 weeks). If the plan was to use that baby for something other than body parts, I think they would have let her carry it to 28 weeks.
  1. Cali also said that they harvested her eggs. A female has her lifetime supply of eggs as soon as she is born. Once she reaches puberty, the eggs begin to be discharged at the rate of one every 28 days. I believe, but I may be wrong, that if a surgeon opened the ovary, it would be possible only to take the full supply of eggs, not just some of them.
  1. Cali made a passing reference to bloodlines. I think there is a misapprehension out there about someone living today being the descendant of, say, Julius Caesar or King Alfred. Sure they may have begat a kid who begat a kid, and so forth down the centuries. But every baby gets 23 chromosomes from each of its two parents. So if we find a person today who truly came down the line directly from Caesar, that person has only got a tiny bit, I would say a negligible bit, of Caesar’s traits in him. (Granted, though, some families in the last three centuries made an effort to interbreed, and so there may be modern “bloodlines” of some significance.)

Another item she got wrong (but does not claim to have special knowledge of it) is that “Navy can do anything offshore because there is no law in international waters.” In fact Article I, section 8 of the US Constitution says Congress can “define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas.”

There. You see, I haven’t got much to hold against Cali Shai Bergandi. I was just trying to demonstrate that whilst I am sympathetic to survivors of cruelty, I feel free to knock anything they tell us that looks to me untenable historically or logically. The method in my madness is that I want to persuade you that I am not a member of the Bleeding Hearts Club and am willing to challenge any of the victims. Of course it would be quite possible to check out all the details Cali provides in the video. The state authorities could do it.

By the way, let’s hold Cali to the test for two claims she made.  She says she has pads on the bottom of her feet from being made to walk on hot coals. Let’s see them, please.  And she says they chipped the wall of her vagina.  Let’s get a radio readout of that chip.

Does Human Nature Support These Practices? 

My friend who does not believe Cali’s story probably has a general belief that people don’t mistreat each other so badly. So I have concocted a way to explain to him, that human nature — I mean “human nature under certain conditions” — can account for 12 of the practices described by Cali.

Everybody knows that humans have a mating urge, same as other animals, so I will assume that when Cali discusses being raped, I don’t need to explain how a person can want to have sex with another. All adults have sex. The odd thing is that here we are talking about and adult having sex with a child.  What’s that all about?

Note: in the 2014-2017 Royal Commission study of child sexual abuse in Australia, thousands of persons came forward to testify about having been abused in schools, sports, etc. The Prime Minister issued a formal apology to them. He included the phrase “ritual abuse.” This means the setting was a “rite” in which the sexual activity took place with many spectators, and in a purportedly “religious” context.

Twelve of Cali’s Experiences

Cali rattled off the following experiences she has had, or saw, in her cult community:

  1. Parents sold their children into sex abuse, for money. 2. Men like to go hunting for potential victims. 3. Her mother was a breeder and she (Cali) was born for purposes of sex slavery 4. Members of the cult seek means of remaining young by drinking blood. 5. Some boys have their teeth pulled out so they can perform oral sex on men. 6. Loyalty within the cult is extreme and is enforced by a private police force. 7. Girls were entered into child marriages. 8. Businesses were formed (such as hair salons) for the purpose of laundering the money made by sex trafficking. 9. A member leads a double life, such that neighbors think he’s a nice guy working at ordinary employment. 10. Some cult members get into bestiality. 11. The members’ leaders value the brotherhood. 12. The sexual grooming of children is increasing.

Twelve Biological Explanations

 I will now argue that these weird things can be accounted for, by studying human nature. But I should also add that human nature, that is, our collection of biological traits, leads to the formation of cultural practices — e.g., our innate predisposition to seek balance in relationships leads to the cultural practice of gift-giving, which is found in every human society. Cultural practices, once institutionalized, are susceptible to hypertrophy, viz, they may get carried to an unreasonable extreme.

  1. Parents sold their kids for money. You have heard of the human nature trait of greed?
  1. Men like to go hunting for victims. You have heard of the male urge to hunt game for food?
  1. Cali was bred for slavery from her Mom who was enslaved as a breeder. We know that slave-owners cultivate their “crop” by having their slaves reproduce, right?
  1. Cult uses blood drink to gain enhanced health. Anybody not heard of the historic search for the Fountain of Youth?
  1. Boy’s teeth were pulled out so men could have more pleasure (and safety) in oral sex. It is quite normal for people to exploit one another either for real advantage or for the hell of it. (Think of chemical manufacturers that expose employees to dangerous gases.)
  1. Loyalty within the cult is extreme and is enforced. Is this not normal? How about your own ethnicity, religious denomination, or social class — don’t you have a psychological barrier against acting disloyally?
  1. Girls were entered into child marriages. Cali explains that this was done to her, in a foreign country to get legal cover for the sex slavery. When was the last time you used legal cover for something shady you were engaged in.
  1. Businesses were formed for the purpose of hiding financial transactions. Think of the machinations of creating shell companies (but among Cali’s friends the businesses were small and real).
  1. A member leads a double life, coming across as a nice guy. Is anything more natural that putting one’s best face on, to impress or gain the trust of others?
  1. Some cult members get into bestiality. Cali witnessed her grandfather raping a dog and then choking it to death. The main human-nature trait here seems to be the lust for power. Many psychologists say that the act of sexually abusing a child has little to do with the mating urge and a lot to do with the power urge. I think the hormonal drive of the two may be connected. An alpha mammal, as soon as he has achieved status, becomes the most prolific, or even the sole, inseminator of the group’s females.
  1. The force that is making all the cult stuff happen (Cali says) is that it’s a brotherhood. I think we see this in politics today — individuals seem willing to sink their individuality into a Party or a profession or a religion. The bond of brotherhood not only gives security and identity, it makes for “jobs for the boys.”
  1. The many nefarious practices of the group are increasing because there is a brotherhood out there, worldwide. I offer a twofold explanation of this. First, any cultural practice tends to grow, almost as if it is seeking, on its own, to reach a maximum. Second, the world is now in the hands of a few leaders, perhaps because of control of finance. If those leaders are pleased to use cults as a way of global control, the cults will increase.

In my study of sociobiology, I learned the handy word “hypertrophy” (too much growth). The standard example is  moose antlers. In the beginning of that species, they may have been useful, but they’ve grown so big as to be a nuisance to the bearer. Please note: a moose can’t do anything to overcome hypertrophy.  But we can!

Cali’s Amazing Gossip

The interviewer of Cali, Ms Emma, says she will have Cali back for Part Two. I hope you will watch it; Cali is taking such a risk of her life to share this knowledge.  I will now list a few of the items she reported in Part 1. Talk about interesting!

I’ll continue the numbering as from the list above. This is not me talking; this is Cali Shai Bergandi (personal pronoun “I”) talking to Emma:

  1. I was used in NASA experiments. My grandfather worked for NASA.
  1. I was kept in a capsule for more than a week to study lack of gravity, such as what to do when you pee in the air? (Catch it in a bag.)
  1. Freemasons were heavily involved in my life.
  1. The CIA can make perfect face masks. So I would get onto a car thinking the driver ws my cousin, but it wa a oerson wearing a mask of my cousin’s face.
  1. I saw Jeffrey Epstein tortured. He was strapped to a chair and his face was strapped like a gas mask. He was screaming.”
  1. They made Epstein become a handler, a fall guy, and a front.
  1. I have sexually serviced every president since Bush. [I think Cali means Bush Jr, in office 2001-2009.]
  1. The FBI fetched me to the White House for this.
  1. Daycare centers are an important locus for sexual abuse.
  1. When traveling as a child by plane I wore a white tee-shirt so the person meeting me on arrival would recognize me.
  1. Persons in the construction industry can flip properties around to unsuspecting buyers.
  1. Women in the cult finger the baby’s genitals when changing a diaper, to get him or her used to the sexual abuse.
  1. My eye teeth were removed before they developed. The pods grew in a laboratory. [I think this is the source of Cali’s nickname: “I lack eyes.”]
  1. My father was engaged in the business of hiding bodies.
  1. I was sometimes buried in a shallow grave.
  1. The juice-making industry in Florida puts things into juice that you do not know about….
  1. Many doctors who perform torture were trained not at university medical schools but underground.
  1. There are some children born literally underground who never see the light of day.

— Often said by Fiona Barnett (about kids in cellars). By the way, you may recall that I tried to check up on Fiona’s statement that General Boykin had caused terrible harm to children. I wrote to the DoD and got a cop-out answer yonks later, saying that the pandemic was delaying their work.  I also tried the Defense Intelligence Agency and received a rejection — based on my failure to show how the DIA is relevant to the matter. Hmm.  But that’s the point, isn’t it?

      • So you reject the exhortations of Romans 12:10 “outdo one another in showing honour,” Romans 13:7 “honour to whom honour is owed,” 1 Peter 2:17, “Honour everyone… honour the emperor,” 1 Peter 3:7 “show honour [to your wife],” Ephesians 6:2 “Honour such men,” etc.

        On what basis do you reject these very Christian instructions to honour all kinds of people in a variety of situations and not just God alone?

        I dare say your views of Christian honour are rather deficient. I think it is a most honourable thing that Cali has done by exposing some of the most egregious abuse in the history of the world, and she deserves our support and respect in exposing what happens in the dark and secret places of this age of wickedness.

You told me that my profile on Twitter was anonymous and you didn’t believe who I was. I attempted to send you a direct link to my personal Instagram so that you could verify I am a real human being. You became nasty and told me that you were not seeking a personal relationship with me and very quickly blocked me. Your show is doing nothing but fueling her schizophrenia. You haven’t done any research to verify that she lost her son 2 1/2 years ago through a difficult custody battle for her. The decision was made by the state to relinquish her sons sole rights to her ex named Michael. She is not a fit human being to be handling a child. Go ahead and do some research the documentation is out there for you to read through the court system. She says she doesn’t know who any of her real family is… We have all tried to help her. All you are doing, again is giving her a platform to fuel her schizophrenia. We are concerned that she may commit suicide based on her level of intensity for which she is downward spiraling.           I can say this ‘attack’ is typical in these circumstances. In a report I did from a certain victim, the extended family again had to go at me. I listened… but the more I learned, it was clear that the ‘family associates’ had been victims themselves and were attacking the whistleblower in some form of ‘denial’ / Stockholm denial. It’s a person’s right to speak out if atrocities have been committed against them. In this other case, I was told by the ‘trolls’ that the allegations were not true because the police had investigated. Now that was a joke on us all. THE POLICE NEVER INVESTIGATED. I have solid proof in another case that the same police had covered up child sexual abuse crimes on the most egregious level.

          • It’s common for abusers and I’ve gotten it from doing podcasts with other guests as well. Certainly a common occult tactic. And always ‘schizophrenia’. It’s crazy how many of them monitor 24/7 and on every single platform. DOZENS of accounts harassing and threatening me. The worst part is that they allege mental illness with Cali – yet you should see the things they say to and about her. It’s horrific. I have a cousin who is bipolar who we have seen at his worst and we all LOVE him SO much and would never spend 24/7 harassing him. It shows what kind of abuse she has had to deal with and they don’t realize they expose themselves when they chose to be this aggressive, persistent and abusive. I’m so sorry that happened to you – I relate so much! I have had more stalkers than I can count and have been harassed more than I ever have in my life from strangers who are obsessed with keeping their dirty laundry a secret.         • The schizophrenia diagnosis comes from an actual medical doctor and the information was presented in a court room. It doesn’t come from family members. We are not crazy we have tried to help her. We wouldn’t be voicing our opinions except she has been accusing us falsely of stuff. If she stuck to accusing presidents, the rich and such we’d be nowhere in sight.

          • As notated above, I’m not be-fooled by her claim to fame, but secularist rulings are usually even wider from the mark. So called “schizophrenia ” is actually a state of demonic possession as elucidated in the above Neil Anderson interview.

            What he doesn’t discuss is that spiritual oppression is an even more ubiquitous malady, that the most common symptom is so-called “depression” and that, contrary to common belief, it has naught to do with past or present circumstances

  14. I find it funny that you say I found you here woman. I posted a few days ago. Long before you arrived here to try and thank the original poster of this page for writing a story on you. In fact I’m the one that sent you a link to this page I think that was the day before yesterday. Regarding me saying that I don’t need your help… That is correct because you clearly are jaded. You wouldn’t believe for a minute the things that I was telling you. Myself and the rest of the family are not stocking or harassing anyone. Like I said previously we wouldn’t be here if it were not for Kaylee posting all of these horrible things about us. We tried to offer her help. My mother drove 3 1/2 hours and appeared in court in person on several occasions on Cali‘s behalf to try and assist her to get her son back. It was only after she was fired by four different attorneys and refunded her money that my mother realized maybe Kaylee was the crazy one and there was a reason why her ex-husband was trying to seek full custody of their child. It was never verified that things were planted in her house. But I don’t disbelieve it. What I do disbelieve are all of the lies she is speaking of our family. She and I grew up side-by-side and had an amazing childhood together. So to hear her say all of these crazy things what is my mind. Furthermore to hear her say these things about our family doing them to her makes it even more unbelievable. The fact that she is accusing my grandmother Eli of running a prostitution or child rape ring out of her daycare is ridiculous. The fact that she is accusing my mother the hairdresser of running a prostitution or child ring out of the hair salon is also ridiculous. So before you speak your big girl words and try and act like you know the situation because Kaylee told you these things understand that I am in the middle of it regarding the accusations. I personally have not been accused of anything. However once we all offered Cali some help and she refused it left and right then went on to start to badmouth us that is when I became involved. We are not on here 24 seven trying to shut her down. We are on here 24 seven because our names are being mentioned and I am trying to clear that part of it up. So again you need to check your fax before you take someone on. You have done zero fact checking at this point. Again my grandmother ran the daycare nothing weird was happening there. I spoke with Kaylee after his death and she told me that she personally identified his body and it was the most difficult thing that she ever had to do. I am at my wits end trying to communicate to you that the things Kaylee is saying are not true. Again you’ve done zero fact checking only excepting and welcoming the followers in exchange for money for the views.     It is a crime what she is saying about people in her tweets. Her “stories” are in effort to gain followers, and are a disgrace to REAL efforts of “TRUE” legitimate hard-working individuals & organizations that are combating the sick world of Human Trafficking.
    “Cali Bergandi aka I Lack Eyes (@ILackEyes)” followers are doing so for their own sick fictional reading needs and have no “TRUE” desire to help REAL organizations in the quest to stop Human Trafficking.
    I am sure there are follower’s that are good people and who do associate themselves with legitimate organizations. This person is not one of them. Please STOP following this “LYING” delusional, paranoid schizophrenic!

    She has stated that she has “lost everything” by the establishments taking it from her – just the opposite. Cali owned and sold two homes recently in Vero Beach for BIG profits. No one took them from her.
    Do some “Fact Checking” by going to the Indian River County Property Appraiser website and see the TRUTH. Go to “Zillow” real estate website and see that she sold 245 16th Ave. Vero Beach no one took it from her. She also owns the property below which is currently listed for $214,500.00

    No one has taken her property! It is currently for sale at the above address. Just the facts folks. I wonder if she’ll donate some of the profits to the real organizations that are fighting for the elimination of human tracking?
    “I Lack Eyes” Cali Bergandi may lose the property if one of the individuals out of the over two hundred names she has broadcasted and unfairly accused in her tweets file a slander and defamation law suit against her for all her assets. Just the facts folks.
    And while you are at it “fact check” her court records regarding her efforts to get custody of her son. You can view the FACTS on the Indian River County Clerk of the Circuit Courts and view the documents regarding her negative, aggressive and foul behavior that led to THREE attorneys dropping her case and being reprimanded by a judge for her disrespectful language in court.
    Nobody took Cali’s son away from her. She left him for days with her mother and father because she was too stressed to take care of him, this way she could pursue her fantasy life while under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
    TRUTH, again look up her records on the web of Indian River County Clerk of the Circuit Courts and check the FACTS. Her son’s father was awarded FULL custody so his son would not have to endure the abuse from his angry mother any longer.
    Her association with unprofessional “Podcasters” and “YouTube” production “QUACKS” such as “The Imagination Podcast” by Emmaprenuer’ and cathyfox.wordpress.com are as guilty as she is broadcasting LIES.
    Then they have the nerve to publish such garbage and LIES. These amateurs are only doing it for their personal “search of fame”. Their work has absolutely no relevance to the TRUE issues of Human Trafficking. Their efforts are amateurish, and hurt TRUE professional writers, directors and producers that give the real Truth covering human trafficking. The Imagination Podcast would not know what a FACT or TRUTH is and should be included in the law suits forth coming. Just the facts folks.

  16. Well said Capt Weemo. Cali obviously suffers from paranoid schizophrenia by the wild stories she dreams up and believes but can easily be found on multiple websites. Her delusional lies are being spread by evil grifters who are benefitting in some way, not caring about the people they hurt. People need to STOP believing this nonsense and get on with their lives. Taking Cali to a naturopathic doctor would be the best choice, as psychotropic medications just make people sicker.
