Can There Be Two United States Governments at the Same Time?

The title of this article specifies the US, but the same issue could apply to any country – Italy, Australia, Zimbabwe. It’s a philosophical question – can a country serve two masters?  Or, can two masters both run a country?

(Note: the discussion is not tied down to today’s alleged occupation of the Washington throne by Biden plus an outlier in Florida, Trump)

When the astronauts were up there, looking at the Earth, they were able to see some mountains and lakes, and of course the oceans, but they did not see any political boundaries. There was no United States. In this article I make a philosophical effort to shove aside the usual mental associations with the words “United States.” What is really there?

Are Countries Real?

We generally over-imagine the reality of countries.  This is thanks to the media, to the travel industry, and to our emotional attachment to our own country (especially if it’s pitted against a foreign competitor).

The human tribe is a biological reality.  People don’t live alone. They are born into a group that either lives in a fixed place or that travels as a nomadic group, following a herd of animals. Humans are a territorial species — they sense a home emotionally and they think it belongs to them.

Humans try to kick out interlopers. However, as with many bird species, they enjoy a “dear enemy” relationship with a group that is a near neighbor. And they know enough to be cordial to a group with whom they have to share something, such as a river or a trading system.

Leadership Happens

Some time after humanity passed through the early stage of development there were villages, which seemed to call for a chief.  The late anthropologist Pierre van den Berghe hypothesized that the ability of one family to become the royal family, so to speak, depended partly on family size.

Van den Berghe said that a man who acquired a bit more material goods than another might then obtain an extra wife.  This would give him more brothers-in-law than others had, and more sons. They would work in cahoots, as relatives tend to do. This concentration of power may have been enough to make him the alpha.

As alpha, he’d be likely to take on responsibilities for the fate of the group. I am not ruling out that a male may have become the boss by other means, such as sheer personal ambition and ruthlessness. Also, recall Lionel Tiger’s theory that male bonding, which evolved for hunting, provided a “spinal cord” for society.

In any case, the concern of this article is large countries, not villages — forgive me for jumping over eons.  Let me now jump straight to the British empire of Tudor and Stuart days.

A Coordinated Picture

By the time of Henry VIII, we can see a complicated and well-established hereditary monarch, supported by “nobles” (a self-conscious higher class). And in a clever move, when Henry squabbled with “Rome” over a divorce, he got to annex the Church’s wealth and authority. He simply made himself Defender of the Faith.

So when persons at that stage contemplated their country, they saw more than just territory-plus-leader.   They gazed at a fixed system that included social classes, a set of rules, an articulated heritage, and so forth. The people knew they lived in “England” – just south of Scotland and just north of France. They could view the palace and the Tower of London.

Pop across the pond now to Britain’s American colonies, which began with the Jamestown settlement of 1607. Not all were colonies of settlers; some were companies of traders such as the Hudson Bay Company in Canada, and the Massachusetts Bay Company. The native people were violently removed as needed.

Settlers could not get food from the shops, as there weren’t yet any shops. One had to farm. Hence people built homes, and they socialized with their similarly situated neighbors. Governors appointed by Britain were the bosses. Harvard College was founded in 1636 as a place where clergy could be trained.

The Government in Washington DC

I return to the question: Is there perhaps more than one government in the United States? Set aside the fact that there are Indian reservations, and that the US lays claim to various islands in the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. Who rules the main country with its 50 states? (Note: a separate question is: who rules each state?)

There is a major apparatus in Washington, DC, that we call government. It features a legislature, a court, an executive, an army, and offices that “administer” things such as the nation’s treasury, a law enforcement system, and it has a diplomatic corps that goes overseas.

Who organizes it? Who holds what is called “legitimate power”?  It’s customary to say that the rulers of America are elected by the people, both at a local and national level. By law there is no distinction as to classes of people; any citizen can get elected to government and gain prestige. Do they thus become the rulers? Are we a democracy?  (Demos common people; kratos rule.)

Associations, Businesses, Banks

Historically in the US you could gain power by leading an association.  This could be a religious group, an ethnic group, an ideological group (perhaps coalescing into a political Party), a worker’s or professional union, etc. You might also join the upper social class by marrying into it or by being recruited, though this is relatively rare.

Over time, “rulership” comes of having money. First of all, there is the rule of business over the individual citizen. Consider how Henry Ford’s invention “took off”

and turned us into a car culture.

Car manufacturers lobbied for roads to be built for drivers.

The roads determined the sites for the housing construction industry, which in turn determined what size the schools would be. The car culture needed gasoline, which

influenced foreign trade and prompted wars.

All of that is hidden from view. People think of themselves as making free choices, per their own style. Consider also the business of Hollywood and television. It set the style for dress, speech, shape of families, and careers. I grew up in the 1950s having no sense that a business was designing me.

Long story short, the large buildings in Washington DC may give an impression that they are the locus of big choices, but business has a far greater role than government in the citizen’s life.

And I haven’t even mentioned the power of banks as lenders. Without the banks’ agreeing to finance the aforementioned cars, roads, and housing developments some other arrangements might have become the norm.

Is the Job of President Powerful?

Two US presidents in the 20th century became extremely popular. FDR got elected four times (1932-1944). JFK won hearts by his sophistication and wit, and young family. The citizen could be forgiven for thinking the man in the White House was the leader of the free world, if not God Himself.

This is not to say that But the role of US president is not a big role. He can’t make any laws — even the most pushy Decree by FDR had to await Congress passing law for it. He can pardon, veto, recommend a judge for the Senate’s approval, and “make sure the laws are faithfully executed.”  Oddly he never bothers with that last one, though it is by far the Executive’s biggest weapon.

Since at least President Gerald Ford, presidents have appeared to be under the sway of someone else. Or, like Harry Truman, a president may be not even be informed by his handlers as to what is going on.

Consider this observation made by Patti Davis, in As The Way I See It (1992, p 260) about her Dad, Ronald Reagan at his Inauguration ceremony:

“As we were walking onto the platform… someone (I think it was Ed Meese…) came up to my father and said “The hostages have just lifted off.”  My father closed his eyes and said “Thank God,” almost under his breath. Then he said to my mother “They’ve just left Iran.”

The way election campaigns are held, and the huge amount of money sent to preferred candidates by corporations, means that anyone who isn’t pleasing to the business establishment, particularly the Military Industrial Complex, will not stand a chance.

So it is not correct to say that the people choose their president. Possibly they choose their Representative in Congress, but even this is undone by the fact that the “leadership” in Congress will keep them subdued. I suspect that most laws are drafted by the committees’ counsels in the House, who were certainly never elected.

Does the US Have Three Masters? 

I hope I have persuaded you that our standard picture of government is incorrect. The power lies elsewhere, in various businesses. Besides banks, media, and military as mentioned, there is Big Ag, Big Pharma and a huge illicit drug business run from the top. The directors of those companies often overlap.

Thus the answer to the question “Can there be two governments of the United States at the same time?” is “But of course.” You can see there are two — the official one and the Wall Street commercial one. But wait, we’re not finished yet. There is a possible third one — our global rulership.

Granted, this may be a chimera.  It could well be that the American business establishment is the global ruler over other nations. Thus, they run their own nation, the US, in the same way they run a banana republic. Or maybe there are indeed outside bosses.

Who Really Rules the World?

I, a private citizen of the US, am always trying to figure out who is pushing for the many things that strike me as bad – just to name one example, the current effort to starve millions of people to death in Yemen. Or the Lockdown!

Many people feel that Israel rules the world, but I can’t see it. I see the Lord Milner group at Oxford around 1890 as having the keys to our future. Milner’s Round Table led to the Royal Institute for International Affairs (“Chatham House”) which, by 1921, had birthed a private American group, Council on Foreign Relations, the CFR.

Since 1947, a majority of US presidents have been members of the CFR, as have most secretaries of defense. All of our modern secretaries of State, without exception, have been CFR members.  That fact can’t possibly be insignificant.

Another group, with some CFR overlap, is the Bildebergers.

Annually, they meet to discuss what the world should do! They are said to choose the US presidential candidates and decide on wars. Congress never fulfills its constitutional duty to be the decider on war-making. Nor is the US Supreme Court willing to halt even the most blatantly illegal war plan.

Ex-diplomat John C Coleman, in Conspirators’ Hierarchy (1992), emphasizes the role of Tavistock in manipulating the people psychologically. I have made myself an expert in the MK-Ultra program, which came out of “Tavi,” but still don’t do not know how Tavi connects to the aforementioned power groups. In America, MK-Ultra is run by the CIA.

I theorize that they all have to be connected or the plans would run amok.  I can’t rule out that Israel does the connecting — but I recommend not leaping to that easy solution.

Back to Machiavelli’s 1513 Advice to the Ruler

Believe me, my efforts to pin down who is harming us is not “academic.”  I am disgusted with the entity described above as “the US government.”  It is full of deception, laziness, stupidity, and cruelty. I want to confront it.  But this entails confronting my neighbors about it.

They want to believe the goody-goody stuff, even right now when “de-population” is icumen in. Even when their children may get a horrible disease. I think Machiavelli had my neighbors down pat five hundred years ago. In Chapter 18 of his book The Prince, he advised the ruler never to keep his word:

“[A prince] must never appear to be anything but the very soul of clemency, frankness, humanity, and religion to all who see and hear him. Generally, men judge by the eye rather than the hand, for all men can see a thing, but few come close enough to touch it. All men will see what you seem to be; only a few will know what you are, and those few will not dare to oppose the many who have the majesty of the state on their side to defend them.

“[The Prince’s acts] will always be judged honorable, and everyone will praise them. For the mob is always impressed by appearances and by results; and the world is composed of the mob.” [Emphasis added]

There. The issue is revealed. We have got to wise up and stop adoring bad leaders.

So it took us 508 years to catch on.  Fine.  Better late than never!

The obscure group Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO) claims Dr Reina Michaelson and the Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Program described it in a website article as a satanic cult that sacrificed children and ate their organs and blood. It has complained under Victoria’s religious hatred law that Dr Michaelson and her organisation vilified OTO members, causing revulsion, ridicule, hatred and contempt.

      According to OTO’s statement of complaint, Dr Michaelson said it was not a religion but a child pornography and pedophile ring, that its members practised trauma-based mind control, sexual abuse and satanic rituals to discourage its victims from complaining to the authorities, and that it condoned kidnapping street children and babies and children from orphanages for sex and sacrifice in religious rituals.

      The case began at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal yesterday but was adjourned to today to allow a last-ditch attempt to settle out of court. The article, still accessible on a website run from NSW, suggests senior politicians and television celebrities are part of a top-level pedophile ring and have been protected by some police. It says some members of the ring pretended to support Dr Michaelson’s campaign and became board members of her group to subvert it from within. . .

    You say, “I grew up in the 1950s having no sense that a business was designing me.” I grew up in rural Finland, I was born in 1959 and grew up totally without any media or business designing me since it wasn’t all too long after Finland was involved in WWII and before that the Winter War, the country was recovering from hardship and luxuries didn’t exist. We had like one radio station and when television sets came out, it was only one channel with news, no commercials, but I can clearly see now how the consciousness of the Finnish people was being shaped as things “advanced.” Recovery from the war and the common good were the guiding principles of politicians in Finland, unfortunately the latter goal has been thwarted there as well. We had the basics and not much else and for decades now, having lived in the U.S. since 1993, a naturalized citizen since 1999, I have been so very grateful for my upbringing since I believe that less is more and that true happiness does not lie in the material or in material possessions. Unfortunately the younger generations may not even know or remember a time when there were no external influences such as the media, their “programming,” and especially the internet and social media since their launch.

    Kabbalah has taught me to try to view the world through God’s Eyes, as God looks at His creation from the same Point of View as astronauts do, or, in a way from even a much higher Point of View from above time, space and motion.

    I have been fortunate to live in Finland, Sweden, Germany, Luxembourg, Greece and the U.S. and my experience is that people are the very same everywhere but language and some cultural traditions etc. separate us from one another, but the root of Being Human is the same as it were and so the separation is artificial and superficial in a way, it is not “edged in stone.” I felt very much at home in each of the countries where I lived, I felt I was a “local.”

    I remember typing this on a different topic but that matters not for in the end all is to be One:

    God, our Creator and the Creator of everything that ever was, is, or will ever be created the earth and so much more without boundaries and borders, Man came up with methods of division for conquering purposes, be it by race, nationality, religion, politics, language/accent/dialect, gender, flags, etc., and our leaders and rulers wish that we’d forget that we are all part of One Human Race no matter what the artificial or superficial dividing factors may be. After all our physical bodies are the very same no matter where we are born and no matter what our circumstances are, all our physical functions are the same. We all come from the same Source.

    Leaders and rulers of this physical world take advantage of all the divisions to fan the flames between different groups for their own purposes. God, our Creator and Maker knows of no such divisions and His goal is always that we return to Oneness and, imho, we are to try to remain true to His Will and not let religion put a wedge between us.

    The Creator did not create religion, Man did.

    Thank you for saying that. I am not an educated person so my ways of trying to express myself and defend any point are simple ones.

    Israel does not rule the world but the appearance is that it does, this is one of the “designs” the powerful and the media have wanted to present to the world for its own “divide and conquer” purposes.

    On the CFR:

    in creation there is nothing “foreign,” everything is familiar. With some exceptions of course, most countries in the world governments function in similar ways through politics, campaigns and elections, more or less corrupted and lobbied for “special interest” purposes. In most countries PEOPLE function in similar ways in their everyday lives.

    Ego, self-importance and greed drive many of these councils and think tanks and as long as we don’t see the Bigger Picture of Oneness of all Mankind, we will be lead away from a better future.

    We cannot stop those meetings or their agendas but in our daily lives we can go against their consciousness and we can choose to live “love thy neighbor” and we can choose to live by “don’t do onto others that which you don’t want to be done onto you.”

    One delayed thing I wanted to bring up in regards to Gina Phillips’ excellent videos on the inauguration & mind control:

    President and Melania Trump visited Finland in July of 2018, and Melania appeared with Ms. Haukio, the spouse of President Niinisto, at a press conference and both First Ladies wore a butterfly themed outfit. To me it was pretty obvious what was being said to those who know.

    Mary, I’m totally in agreement with you that Israel does not call the shots in the final analysis.
    Israel is merely a construct, a by-product of the Balfour Declaration as dictated by Lord Rothschild (the Rothschild’s would pay for every shekel that went in the construction of the Knesset – the Israeli Parliament).

    Israel is also a ‘refuge’, as safe haven last resort where individuals within the Zio-cabal, or its Zionist minions that have been caught committing crimes in other lands, can go to if expelled from a Gentile nation for subverting its institutions or exploiting its citizenry.

    Whether it’s Biden or Trump, the people surrounding them, the people dictating foreign policy to them, the ‘money’ people around them that press for trillions to be doled out for ‘corporate welfare’ to their Zio-crony mates, ARE ALL MINIONS OF THE ZIO-CABAL and are mostly Jewish Zionists themselves – so not even putting up a pretence.
