Communications Minister Drafting Impositions For Harmful Facts

There are plans to crack down on MIS and DIS (information) like “Covid was a planned pandemic”, “Vaccines are unsafe” etc., etc. The usual stuff.

It was all over the TV stations last night — that social media companies will be fined millions of dollars if they allow the spread of disinformation and misinformation; and that Communications Minister Michelle Rowland will draft legislation allowing the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) to impose industry-wide standards enforcing social media platforms to … remove potentially harmful content.

From the minister’s website:

“New ACMA powers to combat harmful online misinformation and disinformation

“The Albanese Government will legislate to provide the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) with new powers to hold digital platforms to account and improve efforts to combat harmful misinformation and disinformation in Australia. This marks a major step forward in addressing the spread of online misinformation and disinformation which has grown rapidly in scale and speed. The ACMA will be given new information-gathering and record-keeping powers to create transparency around efforts by digital platforms to respond to misinformation and disinformation on their services, while balancing the right to freedom of expression so fundamental to democracy.“

Should I die laughing now or later?

If this was not so serious, this would be a farce stage play in Shakespearean times. And I can’t think of anything more harmful to democracy than suppressing facts and truth.

“Misinformation and disinformation pose a threat to the safety and wellbeing of Australians, as well as to our democracy, society and economy,” Rowland said in a statement. “A new and graduated set of powers will enable the ACMA to monitor efforts and compel digital platforms to do more, placing Australia at the forefront in tackling harmful online misinformation and disinformation.”

We already know that a 22-year-old Fact Finder is much more qualified to assess medical misinformation than, say, a group of 100 doctors representing 2,500 years of medical experience. For example, we have been told that:

  • ivermectin was safe for humans but is no longer safe — it’s for horses now
  • vaccines are very safe despite 1291 possible adverse events (including death) reported by Pfizer (so take your third booster)
  • that athletes dying suddenly on the field at 30 from cardiac failure is normal
  • that boosters are better than your immune system — so they will be your forever-friend
  • that Covid-19 was not a planned pandemic despite Australia spending $55 million on “Covid-19 PCR tests” in 2017 and 18. They are geniuses in predicting events
  • that Covid-19 was not from the lab despite evidence of the patents, etc…
  • a sudden (3 generational) increase in excess deaths has nothing to do with the experimental vaccines

We need to crack down on these crackpots.

You might want to put in a submission about the proposed powers — that would:

  • enable the ACMA to gather information from digital platform providers, or require them to keep certain records about matters regarding misinformation and disinformation
  • enable the ACMA to request industry develop a code of practice covering measures to combat misinformation and disinformation on digital platforms, which the ACMA could register and enforce
  • allow the ACMA to create and enforce an industry standard (a stronger form of regulation), should a code of practice be deemed ineffective in combatting misinformation and disinformation on digital platforms.

Right, where do we begin?

For a start, we need powers to enforce punishment on politicians and public servants for

(1) suppressing vital medical facts and studies of remedies that improve medical outcomes for their constituents– outcomes that do not just facilitate the vaccine industry and the experimental gene therapy industries

(2) there is a need for independent bodies to fact-check the misinformation perpetrated by Australian politicians… ETC.

The intention is to fine a social media platform around $6 plus million dollars for systemic failures (i.e. harmful lies), but maybe to maintain balance politicians should forfeit all future pensions if they spread misinformation to the Australian public.

For quality control the mis or dis information should be determined by the FACTS — and not just the whims of the 22-year-old fact finder.

  3. Days of Darkness ahead. It has to be done this way to bring down the whole rotten to the core Deep State players, including all of our governments.

    Just be prepared for the eventuality of no communications, and maybe, no power or water, for at least 10 days, possibly longer.

            As I became more learned in life and recorded history, I found that the translating of Aramaic into Greek, and then into Olde English, often does not truly represent what was originally intended and then recorded from Aramaic or Greek.

    But this government initiative is instead going to create a massive growth industry for unemployed neurotic snoops. We will have to print enough money for kickbacks for about 1/20 of the population to audit speech and text such as ChatGPT output and random snooping duties by BigBrother certified snoop minions. That amounts to about a million individuals, let’s say they get average wage, that’s $100B per year when it becomes a fully fledged thought police unit.
    NZ has a suitable unemployed hag for the new role of heading this unit.
    Personally I’m looking forward to the new stuff they want us to do, like getting the 3rd DNA strand, a flat 100% tax rate and being forced to watch Elbow’s speeches for two hours every day.

    Information like the following would be too embarrasing for the mind controlling pollies to call mis or dis information –

    Treaties are agreements between nations. They can be bilateral, between two nations, or multilateral, among several nations. Key aspects of treaties are that they are binding (meanning, there are legal consequences to breaking them) and become part of international law.

    Under section 44 of the Constitution those subject to foreign power are ineligible to sit in parliament.

  17. SUBMISSION / misinformation

    Minister Michelle Rowland proposes powers that would:

    plus
    • allow the ACMA to create and enforce an industry standard (a stronger form of regulation), should a code of practice be deemed ineffective in combatting misinformation and disinformation on digital platforms.
    The matter of TRUTH and FACTS needs to be at the forefront of anything regarding misinformation.

    In hindsight — the facts now reveal that the health ministers, chief medical officers, conflicted academics, the media, and politicians have been the BIGGEST purveyors of MISINFORMATION and DISINFORMATION. We could list probably 1000 examples over the years… from weapons of mass destruction, ivermectin is for horses, to vaccines are safe.

    We were told the vaccines were “safe”. And the government and it’s agencies are still pushing this ‘safe’ so-called vaccine despite 1291 side effects (including death) confirmed by Pfizer. The ‘vaccines’ are not safe. I can personally confirm [personal info deleted] . It is catastrophic … and for the government and health departments to deny the injury and harm caused by these experimental ‘vaccines’ is gross misinformation that has directly HARMED AUSTRALIANS.

    We now know that excess deaths correlate with the vaccines – beyond the 80 year average.

    Plus:

    • that athletes dying suddenly on the field at 30 from cardiac failure is not misinformation

    • that Covid-19 was a planned pandemic is misinformation – then could the minister please explain why Australia spent $55 million on “Covid-19 PCR tests” in 2017 and 18.
    • that Covid-19 was from the lab is misinformation – then could the minister please explain the evidence of the Covid-19 patents

    We are told to believe the FACT CHECKERS… We are expected to believe that a 22-year-old Fact Checker (instructed by a political or corporate shadow) is more qualified to assess medical misinformation than, say, a group of 100 doctors representing 2,500 years of medical experience.

    It is unacceptable.

    The last few years of bogus fact checkers and political bias to support the vaccine industry has destroyed democracy and has directly HARMED Australians.

    All the MISINFORMATION by government, ABC and media, and health organisations need to be identified, logged and investigated.

    The ACMA needs to get INDEPENDENT transparent and proper scientists and doctors to determine in the first instance what is fact… so that truth can prevail. Those in government propagating misinformation should be held to account.
