Everybody Knows, Part 4: The KK System and the Mystery of Jimmy Saville

42

by Mary W Maxwell, LLB

This series is about Russell Pridgeon, MD, and his difficulties, trying to survive the legal system after he was unfairly charged with a crime.  His “crime” in the eyes of most of us at Gumshoe News is that he went against the system. And what system is that? I’ll give it a name: System KK (for kid kidnap).

As Dee McLachlan had spelled out in many articles, Australia almost uniformly follows System KK. And here is how it works.

  1. A man is abusing kids.
  2. Then he abuses his own offspring.
  3. The wife calls a hotline or reports it somehow.
  4. The man runs to court to ask for full custody (!)
  5. He and the court blame the mom for having alienated him.
  6. She gets called an abuser in the form of emotional abuse.
  7. The court orders her to lose custody.
  8. At most she gets supervised “access” to the kid.
  9. During the visit she must not say “I love you” or give gifts.
  10. She spends all her money on lawyers, and may lose her job.
  11. Mandatory reports from teachers and doctors are hidden.
  12. Evidence of the father’s crime is suppressed by police.
  13. He usually is granted custody, or the kid is fostered out.
  14. Hearings, and letters from court, become increasingly absurd.
  15. Big media is no help. Social media is gagged by Rule 121.
  16. Lawyers won’t fight this. Podkonyak and Teffaha got disbarred.
  17. The mom’s reputation is ruined, and she sinks into depression.
  18. She may realize her girl or boy is pimped out as a prostitute.
  19. Mom constantly fears arrest for breaking even a small rule.
  20. The public is largely unaware, or refuses to think about this.

Russell Pridgeon’s case is directly about System KK. Here in Part 2 of the series, my question is: Why does such a system not get thrown overboard? Year after year, it gets supported by all authorities, be it a judge, a caseworker, a prosecutor, or an attorney-general. Woe is our society!

Here at GumshoeNews, I published Part 1 of this series on April 19, 2023.  (That’s quite a woo-woo day in some circles, April 19th.) In the Comments, Rachel Vaughan offered us a Rumble video that listed many alleged perps who are/were high up in Australian society. No fewer than five Australian Prime Ministers came up on the screen — while another two got honorable mention (for taking funding from Epstein). The implications of this seem huge. They must think that System KK is fine and dandy — but why?

We all know — “Everybody knows” — that there are connections among the pedos, but what’s that all about?

In the 13-minute video above, Shaun Attwood asks good questions of a man named Matthew Steeples. You could start watching at 4.15 minutes. They talk about Rolf Harris and Jimmy Savile. Steeples tries to figure out how Savile enjoyed so much leniency. Interestingly, he says that in Savile’s day, there was no social media — and that today he couldn’t get away with it. Good news for us who are trying to stop the outrageous punishment of Dr Pridgeon. Yay, Internet!

Today I ask readers to watch the Attwood video. Steeples modestly offers a few ideas but he himself is unsure. The basic question is: How do the perpetrators walk free? Why have we been consistently unsuccessful in trying to right this wrong? Where are the decent lawyers? Kindly contribute to the discussion.

By the way, the current status of Wilfred Wong is that he is in prison in UK for a charge somewhat like the charge against Russell.

Note: The paperback book, EVERYBODY KNOWS, by Dr Pridgeon arrived today at my abode. It’s very readable and packed with material for lawyers to use. He has given it a new subtitle: A CASE STUDY IN ‘THE BANALITY OF EVIL’ IN THE JUDICIAL AND ‘CHILD PROTECTION’ SYSTEMS OF AUSTRALIA.

And don’t forget my relevant book, Reunion: Judging the Family Court (2019).

  1. Yep it is KK…

MM you have focused on the heart of the matter.

The entire matter of Pridgeon, O’Dea and Greer et al is because of KK…

The Family courts failed to view the many mandatory reports of abuse… and placed children back with the people they alleged harmed them.

The conspiracy to defeat justice was orchestrated by various officials hiding abuse.

This is part of a report I am writing:

“The Australian Legislative Ethics Commission’s (ALECOMM ) response to ALRC’s Inquiry into Family Law Courts confirmed there is an ingrained culture in managing child sexual abuse – i.e., covering it up. ALECOMM’s 2018 report suggested the need for a Royal Commission — demonstrating that court decisions escalate risk for children.

In the majority of cases, the child was labelled a liar; with judges disregarding substantiations of child abuse by protection agencies and police, and protective-parents being labelled delusional or psychotic, coachers or emotional abusers. So-called Independent Children’s Lawyers and Family Court Experts often encouraged the courts to send children that had disclosed sexual abuse back to live with their abuser and that contact with the protective-parent cease.

Some judgments even ordered that protective parents destroy evidence of sexual abuse.

This was further confirmed in the Notifier’s GumshoeNews.com survey she conducted in 2018. Question 7 asked: “Who DID believe your child when she or he disclosed sexual abuse? From the categories below identify someone (even one person) who believed your child? [71 responded to the question]:

o Members of my family (58)
    o Your psychologist/psychiatrist (41)
    o A doctor, nurse, medical personnel (29)
o Anyone in the police, detective etc., (21)
    o Other persons (20)
o Child Protective Service Officers (15)
o Social workers, supervised visit personnel (12)
    o Court appointed experts (6)
    o Court appointed psychiatrist (3)
o ICL, independent child lawyer (2)
o The judge; the court (2)

          • Mary – are you familiar with the 1817 Insurrection Act that Trump put into effect just prior to leaving the White House?

Trump was made Commander in Chief of the U.S. Military in March, 2021, after the ‘Generals’ confirmed the 2020 election was rigged and that Trump received almost 80% of the real ballot.

Some media outlets in the U.S. are now referring to Trump as the ‘current’ President.

Go to Rumble or Bitchute, and listen to what Derek Johnson has to say concerning military law and which is independent of the maritime law (current corporate legal system) and the only constitutional lawful system within the original and real Constitution of the Untied States, that the military ‘Generals’ are beholden to.

The United States has been under Martial Law since March, 2021.

          • Really Mary, I give up I have tried to inform you posting and sending you links, but you appear to have taken no notice even when I send you information….. it takes more than 7 mins.
As I say, I give up.

          • Nemisis, you will not get anywhere trying to inform Mary, she appears to not want to know.
            I have now given up.
Of course she is not alone here.
Did someone report way back that you were are ex cop?
I suspect so, you seem to be on patrol.

          • How could anyone say Trump became commander in chief of the military in March 2021? Every president is automatically the commander in chief per Article II of the US Constitution.

The troops today take orders, via the Secy of Defense, from the president.

The fact that Biden is bad or stupid has not altered that.

Do you think a million servicemen, including generals, are keeping the amazing secret that they are taking orders from Trump?

Please don’t make Gumshoe look foolish.

Or, if it is I who am foolish, come back at me with a convincing argument and evidence.

            Zheesh!

          • Mary,
            I will not repeat this.
Biden has never been in the WH as president.
The alleged INAUGURATION was just a show.
The troops you refer to turned their backs as Biden’s motor mob passed.
Biden’s alleged appearances in the Oval Office are just studio shots from Hollywood WH mock ups.
Biden wares a latex mask … why. One actor named Roberts appears as Biden normally.
At the fake INAUGURATION the band played a funeral March.
Biden travelled to his INAUGURATION in a civil aeroplane,
Biden has never been provided by the football/biscuit with the US nuclear codes.
The raid on Mara-logo was to try and get the nuclear codes… T was not there, as if he would not have the codes close.
How much more do you need for you to realise that you are being SUCKERED.
            ZSHEEEEEEEESH x100.
I absolutely now give up on you, your only saving is that you are playing a phishing exercise. Well no more bites here.

          • Mary,
In one last hope to help you save yourself I will refer you, WITH A LL.B, TO GO LOOK UP THE THE LAW ON WAR MANUAL. try clauses 12 .1 and following and Search Derek Thompson to explain it to you.
I have referred these things contained in articles to you previously. If you chose to ignore my attempt to assist you, then that is a matter for you. I am past giving a stuff.

          • MM doesn’t let go of things easily, she thinks Mein Trumpf is controlled opposition and all your Alt-news is not worth looking at. For me, I quite like to sit on the fence, the view is best from up there.

          • Mary – There were 161 million ballots counted for the 2020 United States general election.

At the time of polling, 2020, there were only 129 million registered voters.

Do you see a problem with the number of ballots counted? Such as an unaccounted for 32 million extra ballots?

At the time of counting the ballots – at around 2:00 AM – the counting ceased. An event that is illegal! At that time, Trump had an unassailable lead.

When counting resumed at 5:00 AM – Biden was leading.

Maybe that recorded fact will shift your point of view?

Unless you open that mind of yours, you are going to have a very difficult time over the coming weeks and months.

          • Ned – ex cop, yes, and still having, after 18 years out of the job, the occasional nightmares that go with it.

  2. Often wondered why most were tenants in the not so great Britain. Then I saw Oliver Twist, and it all started making sense, orphans begging for more at mercy of pedophiles loaded drinking the ‘chrome.
Since then it’s only worse, with tell lies vision starting there. All crown agents pushing cabal communism. Yalta the victors, same three pushing the bs, gone full circle now we’re back in Crime-a 78 years on, replaying the same old record on and on.
Don’t worry, watch the game and drink the piss, same as it ever was. Gore Hill abc metaverse enhanced with credit score CBDC new empire CCP, krown kabal at the till.

    • we do we talk in code? do we have to? I do it to. Is there a reason we cant just say that we are being led by cannibals and pedos? makes me think of Tom McDonald – i’m not a big rap fan but him and his rothchild wife seem to have something to say!

  3. OK, not many will like what I am going to comment on.
But stiff. People will have to face it ultimately, to my knowledge THAT I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING FOR SEVERAL YEARS IS the heart of the matter and is never mentioned, notwithstanding all the words, hand ringing and hair pulling relating to paedophiles and abuse of our children.

Mary, I was thinking of sending you the link, but with thought, now make this comment for your edification.
Everyone should listen to Michael Jaco.
    THINK!
What was a large part of Trump’s election policy? THE CHILDREN!!!!!!!!!!!
Jaco refers to the ankle bracelets, I noticed many medical boots years ago. (have warn one twice …. For other reasons)
DID NOT ANYONE NOTICE OVER PAST YEARS WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON?
WAKE UP, IT IS NOT OVER IT IS BEING DONE, AND IT WILL BE, indeed it is being done under most people’s noses.
    WAKE UP.

Politicians, Mass media and a bloodied c, by covering such evil for so many years, just think, the cover up of the injection genocide will be the lesser of the matters that you disgusting abominable mob will have to face.
Jimmy Saville was your media mate… with others and mass media, you sponsored him out of hell to prey on children for decades.
No more will be tolerated …. Sleep tight now, for you lot, nightmares are pending.
As for all the blackmailed perpetrators …. Do you really think that the military has not been watching? Welcome to your real life nightmares,

    • JFK knew the score, had the solution, didn’t get far. Abolish RBA along with usury and taxation. Simple arithmetic is all it is, no calculus needed to work out why 1 million borrowed must be three million to banksters. Our children and theirs deserve much better, theory ain’t helping none. Theory is bs skewed one way.
Practise makes perfect with lots of falls getting there. What else can we do?

    • Yes pressure is building and judging by a lot of people around where I live, waking up is a very slow process, one eyelash at a time, that is just to get the first eye open, then you have the vested interests who are working against reason and various principles widely agreed to be “good”.

      • Joe and ant56 – what Ned writes about is to get a whole lot more overt in its exposure – to the point – that even those who close their eyes and ears to what is actually occurring all around them, will no longer be able to ignore the obvious.

Some will choose to remain ignorant – that is their choice, albeit, a very wrong one.

The sledge hammer of Truth is about to strike the entire Global population.

Start watching Project Matilda on Telegram, if you wish to keep up with what is actually occurring.

        • that is point when we will see who offers their children up to moloch. I suspect that is Evils goal, is to be able to do their evil to children in public, and have parents give their children to them. I hope ya’ll are right about a hidden group of good guys, but i also think that is what a bad guy would want, is for me to wait for someone to save me. very confusing times…

  4. Rolf went under the bus primarily because he was Australian, a bit like Harry went under the bus because he was not of the bloodline as Andrew was. Rolf protected the legacy of Savile and we see the same thing again and again, token individuals are chosen to protect the mob. The mob is always in the middle of the talent and not because they’re talented but because they are so compromised and owned they can keep a secret and reliably work as a cartel so they control the funding. Hence popular culture fills up with assorted miscreants who like working with children.
The guy in the video at top rattles off a roll call of alleged pedos &/or miscreants but to protect them all the Australian goes under the bus. Many English are very comfortable with their class system where there are divisions of English and below them every other nationality, the Australian remains probably the lowest form of English, partly because the English are insanely jealous of the weather. How to cure certain English of this deeply ingrained attitude I don’t really know, it might take hundreds of years, but they might get chips implanted in their heads before that.

    • Rolf must have been quite high up in the kiddy fiddler club to gain access to the head lizard just to portray her human aspect in oils.

Many will simply refuse to believe the evidence as it hits them in the face like the proverbial ten pound sledge hammer, but the royals (reals) are done in this world, every last one of them.

Have you listened to David Icke? His knowledge of the ‘club’ is very extensive.

      • Am a simpleton, stopped listening to Darwin’s theory at 14. Enjoyed school until then, figured practical was better. Boomeranged hit me hard, bs now as oil on water. Less one knows, richer they become.
        Yes it’s a club.
So, how come AFP head office is in Belgrade and not London?

      • I’m not trying to get Rolf off his charges, I am saying he was chosen to go under the bus because he was (is) Australian. He is put under the bus to protect everyone else.

  5. Just the natural resources alone is enough to keep all Aussies debt free living good in commonwealth. But where does the money go? Hidden hands rich beyond billions, greed the root of evil. True original locals banished to the peripheries of this massive continent, now targeted again because the sacred has the resources. Split between a select few, krown kabal komunist 🐷 on all bases loaded. All coal powered stations here demolished as China has over 3000 and more growing. It’s a club, as we’re getting replaced.

      • Chill on the Bonito bro, let me be Ant’s trip advisor

i can be chill even 4km’s away, only an hour south of the goldy.

        • Simon,
Nice place, at least the kids are honing their skills, in and out of water. Hamlet life, can’t beat it, pure and simple like it should be seeing the fruits of real work.

Episode five: What will it take?

In the final episode of Everybody Knows, Ruby Jones unpacks what she’s learnt about the rise and fall of MeToo in Australia, and why holding perpetrators accountable still feels so hard. To help answer that question, Ruby speaks to two people who have thought deeply about the problems in the music industry. The first is Dorothy Carvello. She worked for major labels in the US, and is now blowing the whistle on decades of abuse in the industry. The second is Deena Lynch, also known as Jaguar Jonze. She’s an Australian musician who went public about being sexually assaulted a few months ago. Together, the three of them explore what the cost is of speaking out, and whether it’s worth it. And what real, genuine, accountability might look like in the music industry and beyond. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
