Fulfilling Wesley Clark’s Post-9/11 Prediction on the Fate of Iran?

Gumshoenews readers are no doubt familiar with General Wesley Clark, of NATO Supreme Allied Command, as quoted in his now infamous interview with Amy Goodman from Democracy Now in 2007.

“This is a memo that describes how we’re going to take out 7 countries in 5 years starting with Iraq and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and finishing off with Iran.”

Guess what’s happening in Iran these last few days? A Zerohedge article on January 1, 2018:

“12 Killed in Iran, Security Forces Accused of Opening Fire.” [and rising]

Further into article we read that,

“…the US State Department has issued a formal condemnation of the Iranian government following two days of economic protests centering in a handful of cities, calling the regime ‘a rogue state whose chief exports are violence, bloodshed, and chaos” while announcing support for protesters’.”

It fits a familiar script which seems to roll out when anyone protests for any reason in a country considered an enemy of the United States.

And this. Iranian State TV said,

“the deaths in the city of Izeh were confirmed by local politician Hedayatollah Khademi… The governor said it [the gunfire] ‘was unlikely to be by police as they were not supposed to open fire‘.”

This headline in the Independent this morning:

“Supreme leader accuses foreign powers of ‘sabotage’, as US applauds ‘courage’ of protesters.”

Iran’s Supreme Leader has blamed country-wide protests on “enemies of Iran” as the death toll from demonstrations has risen to 21.

Where have we seen this modus operandi roll out in recent years?  Anyone remember The Maidan, in Ukraine in 2012?

Global Research, Canada featured a recent headline, “Snipers Fired At BOTH Police and Protesters In Ukraine”.

“Everyone started shooting two or three shots at a time. It went on for fifteen, twenty minutes. We had no choice. We were ordered to shoot both on the police and the demonstrators”.

Ordered by whom?

Regime Change in Iran?

Is someone trying overthrow the Iranian Government, again, using the same old tried and true recipe for regime change? Fund a “peaceful protest”, get them onto the streets, (even if it’s only 50 or so provocateurs), prepare some “pro-democracy” slogans in English (for Western consumption), throw a few rocks at the police, burn a few buildings, shoot some ‘peaceful protestors’, blame it on the police, and Voila. REGIME CHANGE initiated.

Kermit (Kim) Roosevelt

The nerdy looking, but dangerous intelligence officer, Kermit (Kim) Roosevelt

Kermit (Kim) Roosevelt had considerable success in the 1950’s when the secular President Mohamed Mossadegh was turfed out in similar fashion by violent protestors (paid agitators?). After he nationalized the Iranian oil reserves, they were then controlled by Anglo Persian Oil (BP).

Pretty much the exact same playbook. Worked like a charm back then in the 50’s. It worked again in Ukraine in 2012. Let’s give it another whirl in 2018.

These Deep State actors are nothing if not persistent and consistent. Where’s Vicki (F..k the E.U.) Nuland when you need her?

General Welsey Clark pretty much told us the playbook of the Cabal back in 2007.

So is this just a continuation of that same playbook?

It sure as hell  is starting to look like it!!

As the rock band “The Who” once sang, “We won’t get fooled again

Let’s not get fooled again!

  1. Phil, there’s a book by Robert Dreyfuss that says the Ayatollah, who replaced the Shah in 1979 via a “Revolution,” was in fact brought in by the Brits, as the Powers That Be did not want the Shah to rule Iran anymore.

We were told (on The News) at the time, that Ayatollah Khoumeni had been waiting in Paris, and that audio tapes of his sermons were shared around in Teheran — as if it were all an underground movement of Islamic fundamentalism.

I am told that most people in Iran today are aware of all that. And if it’s true, then I suppose all rulers of Iran SINCE Khoumeni are similarly run from outside.

But then, as you know, I think all countries, including the US and the UK are run by a handful of individuals up there in the “sky.” So Iran would not be an exception and neither would dear old North Korea.

Anyhow, Phil, we should all be screaming (as you are) to prevent this next “Wesley Clark” outrage.

    Anybody have any suggestions?

    • I guess every country, East and West have their own entrenched Deep State rulers holding them back from progress, including Iran. Trump has done a thorough demolition of Deep State operatives in the West. Maybe he’s turning his sites on Deep State in the Middle East, by supporting the Iranian people. Look at what happened in Saudi Arabia in early Nov.
      .
What looks to be an attempted Deep State coup in Iran may be in the process of being co-opted by Trump and gang.- reverse Regime Change? 4-D chess at its finest.

Suggestions? Hang on for the craziest ride of your life for the rest of 2018.

  2. Why would the political animals of the US be voicing an opinion on something so insignificant as 12 deaths in a foreign country?

I don’t remember these same types mouthing off, when the Port Arthur Massacre took the lives of 35 people, in a country that is supposed to be more important to the US than Iran.

It looks like another dose of “the Ukraine syndrome”.

    • Not recognizing the “HDI” thing I googled for it, and got what Phil would have to call “playbook”:
      .
Tragedy struck Newtown’s Sandy Hook Elementary School Friday morning, as police confirmed that a gunman entered the school and opened fire. Police have placed the death toll thus far at 27 — 20 children, 6 adults, including the shooter, and one adult victim at a “secondary scene” [??] in Connecticut.

For many in Manchester, the horrific news conjures memories of 2010’s Hartford Distributors shooting in Manchester. Disgruntled employee Omar Thornton walked methodically through the beer distributors warehouse on Chapel Road one early morning in August, shooting 10 of his co-workers before turning the gun on himself; nine people died, including Thornton.

“We had something that we felt was a horrific incident in August of 2010, so obviously our hearts go out to the families and victims in Newtown,” said Manchester General Manager Scott Shanley, adding that as a father himself he was speechless about Friday’s events in Newtown.

  3. With regard to The Who, and “We Wont Get Fooled Again” By the way the only band I saw live out of the big time bands, I suggest the meaning of Townsend, had a connection to Meher Baba, as much as I would like to think this Avatar is the real thing, that is God reincarnated on earth, I would have to say I think it is doubtful if this claim is true, if we make a claim of knowing God, it is doubtful if this can be so, if God is all knowing? it seems to me no one I know has ever known all of what is.
If God exists, my brain is not wired to know God, I can neither say God exists or does not exist.
Since 1971 when this lyric became, my interpretation of not being fooled again is existential, having myself been fooled many times in my life, the salient point I make is the first departure from truth is my biological family, my Father must have known he was a liar and known he was corrupt, not within the context of the word, but known some of what he was into, dishonest.
The second deception had been within the context of the RDLaing and The Tavistock society of deception, this mythology was aided and abetted by his cronies such as Arthur Balaskas, who bacame a yoga teacher on the BBC tv.
I travelled to India and prostrated myself at the feet of Gurus, such as Sai Baba, whom several years later found out he was a criminal wanted by the CIA.
My problem with Townsend is he settled for a guru who I think is a fraud, as my investigation proceeded, it was in fact the British government and the elite whom are the corrupt, and all institutions and corporations are corrupt, besides the finger pointing to governments is the depravity of most of human beings, as one can see the masses of America voted in what I consider a fraud as president.
I am sugesting that in the main the rock bands that seemed a enlightening lot for hope and so on became just bought out by top of the pops and so on, they in the main became all part of the establishment, meaning corrupt.

    • Couldn’t agree more, Don.

I used to love listening to U2, until I saw this…

Bono (born Paul David Hewson) schmoozing with Soros, Van Rumpoy , Soros and Barney Frank at the globalist extravaganza in Davos, The World Economic Forum.

  4. When will the Australian public, our soldiers and their families realise that they have been viciously betrayed by our politicians, ‘our’ ABC and SBS, the lying msm and the lying shock jokes?
Why have the above not broadcast the General Wesley Clark interview or printed the script, but just sat back since 2007 whilst we join in the coalition of the killing wiping out children, their futures, their parents and their countries.
Who is more perverted; the disgusting paedophiles or our poiticians, the ABC SBS, the msm or the shock jokes justifying mass killings and destruction, based on lies and thievery for the last SIXTEEN YEARS WITH OVER A MILLION CASUALTIES, NOT FORGETTING THE 500.000 CHILDREN BEING LIQUIDATED BY MADELIEN ALLBRIGHT”S 1991 SANCTIONS AGAINST IRAQ?
Look up the 30 second interview on US 60 Minutes where, when asked about the policy and the 500,000 kills, MA said ‘ well it was hard but I think it was worth it’ (paraphrased.)
    “It is time”!
Time for our own war crimes tribunal to bring the aidors and abettors of such abominable crimes, lies and policies before military tribunals.
We are doing it with paedophiles, now it is time to deal with the killers and their running dogs.
Time for the people to awaken to the crimes under our names.

(Dee; per kind favour, please put up the sicko/psycho MA interview so the public might realise our guilt)

    • Are these the very same Iranians that supported the Shah, and ran out of their home country when he was booted out ? I’d say they might have vested interests in anything they might say about Iran. Besides they have been living in Canada ever since, therefore are really foreigners in Iran today. Again, this is where this DUAL CITIZENSHIP verifies the stupidity of having such. These people cannot make up their minds where their loyalties lie, thus damaging BOTH nations they claim to be loyal to.

      • I eventually was able to read the report.
You are on the money Eddy, it is complete warmonger crap.
So they want Iran to be democratic. Right, if so let us kill a few million. Possibly repeat the 1953 CIA MI, whatever, destruction of the democracy of Iran for theft of oil.
Read ‘Banking on Bagdad’ by Evan Black relating to the theft of Mesopotia”s (sp) oil and their people’s inheritance back between the 1890’s to about the mid 1920’s.
My money is on the Canadians being as ignorant and msm controlled as our lot here.
I would wish to know if the Canadian taxpayer’s hole, such as any Canadian public financed media mob, have ever reported upon the General Wesley Clark 2007 exposures to go to war, kill and destroy 7 countries in 5 years. Bet they are have not and they are OUR ABC and SBS cousins.
Home invaders in NSW may expect serious gaol time.
How is it that international killing ‘home invaders’ and their apologists get knighthoods and/or go massage their egos at ANZAC day reflections falsely lamented those they have sent to their death.
        Criminals!

        • Ned, further to your comment, I just noticed this from Breitbart News.

“Nikki Haley on Iran: ‘Long-Oppressed People Are Rising Up Against Their Dictators’

Maybe the long-oppressed Aussies should rise up against OUR criminal dictators in Canberra and Macquarie Street.

I won’t be holding my breath.

        • Cousins indeed to those in Cannuckistan. We got the same, near word-for-word speeches from PMs when Howard sent ADF to Iraq.

  5. Is what is happening in Iran a move to “pin them down” while an “operation” is in carried out in another part of the world?

  6. This was written in the Front Page Mag

    https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/268904/us-doesnt-have-lose-information-war-iran-kenneth-r-timmerman

“THE US DOESN’T HAVE TO LOSE THE INFORMATION WAR IN IRAN
Why President Trump should immediately change the leadership of the Voice of America.

“U.S. government broadcasting is a powerful tool that can be used to promote freedom and bolster anti-regime protestors in Iran. After all, that’s why Congress has appropriated some $740 million per year to finance it. Promoting freedom and waging an information war on America’s enemies is in our national interest.

But led by a stable of Obama appointees, the Voice of America and the Persian language service at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (Radio Farda) are being used to support the Iranian regime and denigrate the leadership of President Trump.
