Getting a Judge, Part 7: Publicity’s the Thing

What a curse it is on society to have bad men or women wearing a judge’s robes! It’s death to us all because it means the law dies. Without the law we have no protection against the small-time baddies who will hurt us.

But worse, we have no protection against those who sit so far up (way above judges) that they feel free to design our culture or even try to re-design human nature.

An American patriot, Don Rufty, says that he went on a crusade to get the judges of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina to change 180 degrees in their behavior so that now they are models of virtue. How did he do it? By running a small newspaper and airing all the scandals of the Family Court. I will tell you about him in a minute.

“Refused, Cannot Be Forwarded”

I sure did get a variation on the bedbug letter today. On November 13, I mailed 49 letters to Congresspersons asking them to impeach a particular federal judge (as is their Constitutional prerogative).

I put each letter in an addressed envelope (unsealed – anthrax, you know) and loaded them into a box purchased at the US Post Office, addressing to US House of Representatives, Rayburn Building, — etc.

I paid $18 for “priority shipment, return receipt requested.” In the past I have never failed to get a return receipt, even from the Attorney General. Sure, I get bedbug letters but I never had a package rejected.  But there it was at my door, the exact box I had sent, now sporting the label “Refused.” (In smaller print it said “Unable to be forwarded.”)

My mind went to the US Constitution’s First Amendment “right to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” You can be sure I got the proverbial sinking stomach.  I have known for sometime that the government can simply shut down, can disappear, leaving us with no legal protection of any kind.

Anyway, I’ve now purchased 49 stamps so I can send the letters individually instead of in bulk.  They will end up in the same Mail Room at the Capitol. We shall see if they are handed to the addressees or “refused.”

Afternoon Delight

Arriving home from town (Concord, NH), I revisited the speech by Don Rufty that Gumshoe posted yesterday called “Family Court Orientation.” His words are ominous, and match exactly what is going on in Adelaide.

That speech, plus my little postal problem made me feel very discouraged. I went looking for Mr Rufty on YouTube, to see if he was a Protective Dad or what.   Like Wow. That’s when I found out that he kicks judges out.

The only other person I ever heard of doing that was the late Sherman Skolnick.  He not only got them sacked, he got them into the slammer. Many of them. In Chicago!

I am now in love with Don Rufty.  The rest of this article consists of excerpts from his 21-minute speech to an outdoor crowd.  (Video below.) The title of this Gumshoe series, Getting a Judge, has taken on new meaning, new punch, new je ne sais quoi.

Enforce the Law and Prosecute Crooked Judges

(That is the name of Rufty’s Youtube video; I’ll show the minutes on the tape where he says these things.)

1.06 We have a responsibility to the Great Unwashed – people who do not know these things. Educate the public and inform them, which will give rise to scrutiny, and pressure to put the crooked judges in jail…. 1.41  I’ve been in this for 22 years, the Family Rights Movement.

1.51 Every time their orders violate the rights of a citizen the judges are committing a felony.  2.37 How do we put these crooks in jail?  I am a member of the Inventors Association of North Carolina.  Inventors are problem-solving people. Fist step in the scientific method is to define the problem.

3.25 I am going to read the law to you. USC code title 18 section 242  — deprivation of rights under color of law.  To willfully deprive a person of rights protected by the constitution can receive punishment up to the death penalty. It includes actions done outside the official duties.

5.33 These judges violate the law with the regularity of breathing. The myth that judges have immunity is as phony as the three-dollar bill.  This needs a movement  by the American people to indict and incarcerate the judges in the Family Court and their accomplices for those crimes.

6.19 We should be collectively demanding that. There is no reason why not to enforce the law.  The consequences for millions of Americans have been absolutely horrendous. Social carnage.

Victims have concerned themselves with peripheral issues such as what a cop said or how bad the social worker is.

No. It is the court orders that caused all this. 7.48 The crooked judges enable all of the abomination such as CPS. If your neighbor sicked his pit bull dog on you, do you think it’s the fault of the dog?

9.20 Some people think their case suffered a misunderstanding or overreaching by the judge. Even some activists say that the judge has absolute discretion.  These people think that filing motions and appeals will make things right for them.

They think if they try one more time and dot a few more I’s and cross a few more T’s they will receive justice. That 9.50 is an incorrect idea based on the idea that the judges involved are good honorable people.  10.40  It’s a false and very costly mistake.

10.12  The judges are habitual criminals engaged in a continuous crime.  It is a very lucrative racket.  Millions of dollars came from the Social Security Trust Fund to fund their child-trafficking racket.

11.00 So who is going to bring criminal charges against the criminal judges? We know that judges protect the crooked judges.  Those judges are guilty of obstruction of justice, 11.28 malfeasance and misfeasance. So it can be seen that the judiciary is extremely rotten and corrupt.

For decades we have only received injustice from the judicial system.11.43. Some people spend time seeking to cajole legislators to get some new laws.  But there is already law to do it.   12.54 New law wouldn’t affect the past or bring anybody’s kids back.

The solution is public pressure.  In 2000 our courts in Mecklenburgh County changed from a cesspool to a paragon of virtue.  Just in one county – the other counties think we are weird. In 1995 I released an unrelenting barrage of editorials.  Took two years.  I put a lot of heat on.  I listed the crimes they were committing and what length of prison they deserved.

15.15  Judge Fitzmertzer kicked me out of my house and all the usual things.  16.00 Another person got him to write a court order saying that he had acted against me without findings of fact and conclusions of law so his order was void.

Public opinion is the highest court in the land when we get out and demand it.

17.30 Donald Trump “liked” something that I wrote on Facebook this year.  18.30 Look to the Executive branch of government. President can sick his Attorney General and the FBI Director FBI on them.  In a 20-minute meeting with them he can tell them to meet with citizens.  He can tell them to indict and vigorously prosecute the judges who are guilty.

19.12  If that 20-minute meeting takes place it will be Game, Set, and Match for he American people. There is precedent.  Pres Eisenhower sent the National Guard to support the people. And JFK sicked his brother RFK against those who were depriving Black folks of their rights in the South. (re desegregation of schools). Watch the movie Selma.

Get Trump to rise as the champion of the people as he said he would do  in his inaugural address.  We will have his back.

      • Yes please be very careful Dee!!!

But I think the focus is likely to be on that Victorian barrister who has been a police informant! Can you imagine the chaos to come?

      • Dee related to your article and Ned’s post a person of interest–part of my research–Heiner affair-Shreddergate.
        Noel Newnham
        1 November 1989 – 31 October 1992

Commissioner Newnham was contracted as recommended by corruption commissioner Mr Tony Fitzgerald QC, to enact the Fitzgerald Inquiry recommendations. Mr Newnham advocated community policing and decentralisation of the Service. Under this model the headquarters echelon determined and disseminated values, policy, principles and broad objectives that gave regional commanders a greater deal of discretion in deciding on particular programs suited to their geographical area. Mr Newnham oversaw the appointment of the first female commissioned officers, the creation of Queensland Crime Stoppers Unit in 1989 and implemented a new two year Police Recruit Program and professional development program for the entire Service in 1990.

He has posted 10 Bulletins on his face book page

        OFFICIAL CORRUPTION
        Bulletin 10
I promised to mention other agencies. You remember how the Ombudsman had been deliberately misled by police Internal Affairs’ absurd nonsense regarding Vic’s unlawful suspension? (See Bulletin 5). How could a “watchdog” body be so easily hoodwinked? Was it down to incredible negligence, or to acceptance of a coverup? Let us charitably assume the former.
But when Vic. found out how the Ombudsman had been misled he complained about that to the same office. He also warned the Ombudsman – NOT the present holder of that office – that the police files were in danger of being destroyed.

        Last lines
Why have police ministers Noonan and Neville similarly refused to find the truth? Refused to even seek proof that the police obeyed their duty to investigate? WHY THE CONTINUING COVERUP?
Look out for Bulletin 11 folks, for more about Victoria, the State of corruption.

  1. “Victims have concerned themselves with peripheral issues such as what a cop said or how bad the social worker is”

Perhaps that’s because they were never taught to look at the LAW.
Not that anyone really need to be instructed per se; it’s the idea that it belongs to a special class of people with special magical powers that’s the killer.

  2. He says 38 million residents of California are hurt by judicial system. Use the RICO Act.

Oh and by the way I am looking for persons to file RICO civil suit in regard to the suppression of cancer cures. See my “Consdier the Lilies: A Review of 18 Cures for Cancer and Their Legal Status.” Yay.

  3. I have to laugh at all the coverage about the Mueller investigation. All the high up muckee mucks are on TV stating that Mueller and his gang are thugs. They obtain something bad on the people they are investigating then make them an offer. Lie about your part in the Russian probe and we will let this other little problem you have go. If you don’t plead guilty of your part in the Russian probe off you go and to possibly a sentence of life in prison. Why do I find this funny. This not new. I have witnessed these goings on in court where people cannot afford a defense. So the court corners them into a plea deal which sometimes carries a felony. Even when they are innocent and only because they belong to a class of people who are poor. Even when not poor. To hire a good lawyer is $250.00 and hours at least. This has been going on a long time at the bottom of the food chain. Are you wealthy just finding out? Yes Mary judges and the local prosecutor have to have some guidance that citizens are not going to take this. Follow me! Over the hill!. We will show these judges. Oh nobody is there. I am all alone.

      • Without the so-called “legal profession” there would be no plea bargaining.

Lawyers are supposed to follow a client’s instructions; as most of them make most of their $$$$$$$$$$ by charging for unsolicited advice they are essentially crooked

  4. We will indeed show these judges. Mighty Mouse is on the way.!

Some peole will need to buy adult diapers, Karen. What can I say?

And after that we pull aprt the sentences now being served by plea-bargainers.

  5. It seems our Australian Justice system requires a major over haul. In light of recent and past events . We have a barrister who have been acquitted of hit and run death. We have a person in jail who has been bullied into pleading guilty Then we have notable case of suspect trials – Falconio Case , Chamberlain Case ,Colin Winchester case . On top of that we have our own constitution being ignored and ridden rough shod over. acquitted bending and twisting it – judges not up holding it or defending it . Just pray that yourselves are never consumed by the legal system. We are on the cusp of the biggest blunder in legal history. The compensation pay outs will be huge. Or are we going to see more shenanigans ? Like the altering of our compensation laws ? I wonder how all of this is going to be swept under the rug. Time will tell.
