Gumshoe’s Survey To Expose Criminality in The Family Court

The more I hear, the more terrible are the accounts of how the court has acted with malice against children. In many instances evidence was deliberately destroyed.

The Prime Minister, in his October 2018 Apology, said,

“too many were told; they just didn’t listen. Too many did know; they just didn’t act.”

But they are NOT listening to the children and their protective parents NOW. Countless Ministers and Attorney-Generals have been told, but they remain silent. (We will expose their silence in another article.)

I have put together a SURVEY, with the support of a few readers, to disclose the failures and CRIMINALITY in the Family Court system in AUSTRALIA. And to disclose who is not listening to, and protecting children.

THE SURVEY (The Survey Link)

It is for Protective Parents regarding their experiences with the Family Court, Child Protection Services, Guardianship Orders, Police Contacts, etc.

This survey’s terms of reference are that cases must be not more than 25 years old in Australia; that the child involved must have suffered sexual abuse or serious physical harm, or be in fear of his/her life. We are are looking at CRIMINALITY within in the system, so general custody disputes are excluded.

The survey is broken up into these categories:

  • Disclosure
  • Believing the child (or not)
  • Family Court and Finances
  • Disregarding and DESTROYING Evidence
  • Coaching, Record Falsification and Punishment
  • General questions, and Threats
  • Damage, and Outcomes

The survey  — our own ‘Royale’ Commission — will help discover PATTERNS, and I will be publishing the data collected in STATISTICAL form (along with the results of another survey).

Due to budget limits on my part, once you START, you must finish and SUBMIT in ONE SESSION. Your privacy is of utmost importance, so the survey does NOT ask for your email, or name — but PLEASE ENTER a 4 digit NUMBER for your submission (a number that you can remember). You can email me that number separately to authenticate your entry, if you wish.

It is mainly ticking boxes, so the 50+ questions will take about 15 minutes.

  2. I’ll make one comment here…

    I’ll bet that at least 30 to 40% of our readers/contributors here would have suffered some kind of sexual abuse as a child but the instances would have been over 25 years ago….Such a sad situation….

    • Why don’t you just hop down to the bibliotheque and look up the stats from the RC, Husky.

      In the majority of hearings that I watched, the victim was over 60 and therefore the abuse happened over 45 years ago.

      But Dee’s survey is not historical. She wants to rescue kids who are in the clutches of the baddies even as we speak.

      As for percentage of contributors, myself and Dee contribute about 90% of the articles and we both had cushy childhoods.

      Speaking for myself, my interest in this subject is not in the pedophilia. As is indicated in the subtitle of my book Deliverance, I want to discover “Society’s Hidden Rulers.”

      I also want to fix their wagon.

        I have seen the stats previously.

        And I do understand that Dee’s survey is not historical!

        Also note that I stated contributors/READERS in my comment…You & Dee are but two contributors who had ‘cushy childhoods’ so I’m happy for you both. Btw do you not class commenters as contributors also? I certainly do!

  3. A quick update after the first 20 or so surveys completed (after the first few hours).

    100% say crucial evidence was DISREGARDED.
    66% say crucial evidence was DESTROYED.

    A formal analysis of the survey will be done — and article/document produced.

    • Crikey, Dee, give peace a chance. It’s not even wakie uppie time here in America. Or in Europe — and there must be some ex-pats floating around.

      Oops, check out in the sheds in New Zealand. If they don’t have wi-fi you will need to wait a week or so.
