Today I examine some of the evidence surrounding Charlie Kirk’s assassination — the behaviour of those close to him — with particular focus on the evidence that was destroyed.
When evidence is not sought, or when crucial evidence is destroyed in contravention of all established protocols, we must invoke the legal maxim:
Omnia praesumuntur contra spoliatorem.
“All things are presumed against a despoiler.” or put another way: Guilty are those who are hiding the crime.
We’ve been covering some details of the Charlie Kirk’s assassination — e.g., The Long Rode to Exposing the Matrix and CK’s Assassination — and drawing comparisons with the Kennedy assassination. The parallels are striking. Beyond the implausibility of the designated patsy in each case, both men had begun to distance themselves from Israel. JFK held the presidency; CK was being primed as a future president.
So “they” pulled off another assassination expecting the usual outcome. But a few glitches spoiled the plain: the patsy handed himself in, internet sleuths all across the world began to investigate despite of the FBI, and CK’s loyal and high IQ friend – Candace Owens – was unexpectedly courageous.
I’m sure “they” and the FBI et al never expected that a People-powered Investigative team would absolutely obliterate their narrative. With Candace Owens leading the charge — along with Baron Coleman, Sam Parker, Jon Bray, TriggerSmart, Coach Colin, Sabby (Sabrina), James Li, Nisscee, Jesse on Fire, Jimmy Dore and Liberty Lockdown to name just a few — the despoilers have been exposed.
It’s been a right battle of the widow v the prego.
You will see the above picture — suspect Kash Patel, FBI Director and so-called friend of Charlie — as one of the key “wanted” despoilers. We’re still trying to make sense of his speech on the 11th, that he’ll be meeting Charlie in Valhalla, but many more are involved in the ‘Obstruction of Justice,’ so let’s begin.
In this article I will only cover the principal elements of how the FBI, the Governor, other state authorities and some TPUSA insiders despoiled the evidence in the most significant assassination in decades — like Iran war, WWW3 significance. This was a history changing event.
The Official (FBI) Narrative
On a Wednesday, September 10, 2025, Charlie Kirk — aged 31, co-founder of Turning Point USA and close ally of Donald Trump — was assassinated at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. A single shot fired from a 30.06 approximately 175 yards away struck him in the neck during a live campus debate. The following day, Tyler James Robinson, a friend of a furry, and a 22-year-old from Washington, Utah, surrendered to local authorities. He was charged with aggravated murder, with prosecutors initially seeking the death penalty…
I could make this list well over a one hundred points, but I will try keep it to the despoiler deal breakers — so your friends, not familiar with the case, can understand how it’s been ‘spoiled’.
Exposing Narrative Nonsense
- A .30-06 rifle round would just not simply be stopped by a few inches of neck. That proposition beggar’s belief.
- Gun-detection dogs reportedly failed to locate the rifle. One possible explanation is that the rifle they were searching for had not, in fact, been fired.
- Witnesses (despoilers) interviewed by the mainstream media directly after the assassination claimed to have seen a bullet hit his chest, his heart, with loads of blood. An impossible fabrication! The one specific witness about 40 minutes later changed her story to a bullet in the neck.
- Tyler Robinson surrendered himself to police at approximately 6:30 p.m. on 11 September, where he was advised of his Miranda rights.
- Robinson made no admissions. On the contrary, he exercised his right to remain silent, requested a lawyer, and stated that his parents were seeking representation.
- However, it appears that, sometime between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., Robinson suddenly logged onto a Discord group and confessed to killing Charlie. Really?
- Then, at approximately 8:00 p.m., the FBI and other authorities held a press conference, releasing additional photographs and informing the public that they were still searching for suspect at large—despite Robinson already being in custody. Are all those at the press conference despoilers?
- The CCTV evidence also raises significant questions. Only snippets of CCTV footage were ever released. AI determined some images are not Robinson, also with no firearm is visible.
- The defense has reportedly not been permitted to inspect the rifle — the alleged murder weapon — nine months later.
- Nor has the defense been provided with the original source data for the alleged confession messages. Maybe because they seem manufactured and authored by two people.
Any one of these issues, standing alone, could be sufficient to raise a reasonable doubt in the prosecution’s case against Robinson. Taken together, they present a pattern of utter BS.
One hypothesis advanced is that Charlie was fitted with a modified Rode lapel microphone incorporating a concealed explosive or shaped charge. The apparent lifting and ballooning of the white T-shirt (even out of the sleeve), movement of the microphone, and other visual anomalies at the moment of impact just don’t align with a single bullet in the neck but bolster the shape charge theory — like the Israeli pagers.
But let’s continue to the conduct of the further despoilers—and the suppression, destruction or concealment of evidence.
The Questions That Refuse to Go Away
The Build-Up:
- In August, Charlie reportedly sent a text message stating that Israel would kill him if he did not comply with what he described as their agenda. The FBI never explored it as a potential lead regarding motive.
- Search data reportedly shows that numerous names connected with the case—including the coroner, James Tyler Robinson and other key figures—were searched from Israel and Washington D.C. during July and August. Ignored.
- Charlie also reportedly told others that he was being bullied and harassed by Israeli donors. Days before his death, Charlie sent messages stating that he could no longer support what he described as the Israeli agenda. This has all been ignored by his friend Kash. The TPUSA despoilers (including the widow) tried to conceal and lie that these messages did not exist.
- It seems officials declined to pursue or obtain any of these communications including the message on the evening before his death, saying
“They are going to kill me.”
The Day:
- Several aspects of the day’s events have been identified by commentators as unusual and deserving of explanation.
- After Charlie was “hit”, Mickey McCoy, Charlie’s close associate, turned in 0.8 seconds immediately before Charlie even hit the ground. He just walked casually off on his phone and called several people.
- His pastor father Rob claimed Mikey was covered in blood.
- Terryl Farnsworth a member of the video team filmed a selfie while Charlie was being placed into the vehicle and stated that Charlie was dead.
- Farnsworth removed the camera USB card minutes later. It is questionable whether the FBI ever secured to the 4 or 8K footage from the day.
- The FBI told a person who had excellent footage of the assassination to delete it.
- Rather than waiting for medical personnel, Charlie was immediately carried by members of his security team to a waiting SUV. They ignored the medics on the scene.
- Despite an event attended by thousands of people, there was reportedly no ambulance on site, although ambulances had reportedly attended smaller CK events in the past.
- The elevated walkway above CK’s speaking position had been cleared. Some argue that this was the one vantage point from which an alleged shooter could be observed.
- Questions have also been raised about why Charlie was transported past a nearby hospital to another smaller medical facility further away.
- The sound and camera systems were reportedly configured differently that day and Charlie, who mostly wore darker clothing, was wearing a white “Freedom” T-shirt.
After the Assassination
- All cameras at the police station when Robinson handed himself in early were not operating.
- All cameras at the hospital have been sealed.
- CCTV footage from the campus has been limited.
The handling of physical evidence raises further questions
- The white “Freedom” T-shirt was not retained as evidence. This would have had ballistic, biological or explosive residue. (It appears Brian Harpel cut it off and disposed of it.)
- Charlie’s mobile phone and pendant were returned to Erika rather than retained as potential evidence.
- The vehicle that transported Charlie was reportedly cleaned and sold off shortly afterwards. Valuable forensic evidence was lost. (e.g., Photographs of the SUV floor showing fragments (shards) on the floor that some observers identify as pieces of a Rode microphone.)
- Members of Charlie’s security team (Harpel et al) reportedly changed into hospital scrubs after arriving at the hospital, with their original clothing reportedly dumped (as to not to offend the widow). Those garments could have contained relevant forensic material.
- Perhaps most unusually, the ground and grass around the scene were immediately removed after the incident and that the FBI and the governor ordered the area to be paved (on the Sunday, the 14th).
Why would the scene of a nationally significant assassination be altered before every conceivable forensic examination had been completed?
Significantly:
- Joe Kent from the DNI was warned off by Charlie’s friend Kash for investigating any credible foreign leads.
Every piece of evidence has been spoiled by the despoilers.
The behavior of people inside TPUSA and the security team aligns perfectly with this pattern. Andrew Kolvak, Blake Neff, and the widow insist Robinson is the killer — against all evidence — that further investigation is demonic.
These are the despoilers –along with the FBI and “they”.
The guilty are those concealing the crime?
