Oh, have you heard that Portugal has announced a plan for a transitional government of the United States, and already has its Navy planted in the surrounding waters, so it can make a clean job of ousting the current holder of the top executive job?  Pretty cheeky, eh?

You say you haven’t heard of it?  Sorry, I must have made a typo, ah — it’s Pompeo, not Portugal, that made the announcement.  And the plan is to keep Venezuela, not the US, surrounded by Navy ships. That makes more sense!

We (I’m American, so hold me accountable) want to put President Nicholás Maduro off the throne so we can have the more-favorable-to-us young Juan Guaidó (born 1983) take over.  You know, like we had Shah Pahlavi take over from Mohmad Mosaddegh in 1953, Augusto Pinochet take over from Salvador Allende in 1973, Paul Bremer take over from Saddam Hussein in 2003, LBJ takeover from JFK in 1963, etc.  It’s what we do.

The Venezuelan Case

According to the Associated Press (associated with whom? don’t ask), Pompeo’s “plan would require Maduro and Guaidó to step aside and hand power to a five-member council of state to govern the country until presidential and parliamentary elections can be held.” Pompeo said:

“When we put together this pathway to democracy, we worked closely with [Guaidó]. He was aware of how it was we were presenting this. We all, Juan Guaidó and his entire team, understand that Nicolás Maduro must go. [Incidentally, I don’t understand it.] We must get this democracy started. We have now introduced this pathway to achieve that. We continue to remain enormously supportive of the work that the rightful president of the Venezuelan people, Juan Guaidó, is engaged in.”

By Jove, whose typo is that? The US Cabinet member has just said that Juan Guaidó is the rightful president. But as everyone knows the rightful president, properly elected and currently sitting, is Nicholás Maduro.

Oh, wait, I guess it was William Barr’s typo-by-proxy.  The DoJ has just announced that it is indicting Maduro (lest any silly Venezuelans get the idea that he should remain in office) for a most interesting crime: narco-terrorism.

Maduro’s Letter

On April 7, 2020, the sitting president of Venezuela wrote to us folks in the US:

“In greeting you, with affection, I take the liberty of addressing you on the occasion of denouncing the severe events taking place against the peace and stability of Venezuela, at a time when the concern of the States and Governments should be focused on the protection of the life and health of their citizens, due to the acceleration of the COVID-19 pandemic.”

The full letter by Maduro can be found at the website Globalresearch.ca. I worry that I do not know enough to judge its author. Is Maduro a terrible leader? This has been analyzed by Steve Ellner, writing at Consortium News.  Ellner notes that there is much talk that Maduro let his country go askew even before the Trump ordered punitive sanctions.  Here I’m quoting Ellner’s February 15, 2019 remarks:

“There are two fallacies in this line of thinking. In the first place, the so-called economic war against Venezuela, which eventually included the Trump-imposed sanctions, preceded everything else. Washington almost from the beginning of Hugo Chávez’s presidency in 1999 did not stand by idly while he defied the neoliberal Washington consensus as well as U.S. hegemony. Washington’s hostility seriously harmed the economy in multiple ways.

“For instance, the George W. Bush administration banned the sale of spare parts for the Venezuelan Air Force’s costly F-16 fighter jets in 2006, forcing the country to turn to Russia for the purchase of 24 Sukhoi SU-30 fighter planes. Furthermore, the international sanctions did not begin with Trump, but rather Obama in 2015 which were justified by his executive order calling Venezuela a threat to U.S. national security.

“That order was followed by an avalanche of pull-outs from Venezuela by multinationals including Ford, Kimberly Clark, General Motors, Kellogg’s and nearly all the international airlines”. [Emphasis added]

At present, Mike Pompeo is also requiring that Venezuela’s neighbors practice “social distancing,” from that country as a way to ensure that they don’t relieve the economic strain on Venezuela. Cuba, in particular, has been warned.  There is also new media coverage of the fact that Venezuela’s capital, Caracas, is awash with members of Lebanon’s Hezbollah.

When you consider that Venezuela is oil-rich, it seems Maduro has good reason to be alarmed.  In any case, asking directly for help from the folks of this northern nation seems to me a to be a perfectly reasonable thing for a southern president to do.

Is There a “Venezuelan Connection” to Jahar Tsarnaev?

A recent threat to Maduro reminded me of a threat made to prisoner Jahar Tsarnaev. Reuters said, on February 5, 2020:

“The United States on Wednesday warned Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro not to interfere with the return of opposition leader Juan Guaido [after he visits Trump in the White Hose] or else face the consequences. Any harm that may be caused on Juan Guaido on his return to Venezuela will have very significant consequences,” the official said. “Therefore they should tread very carefully in that regard.”

I recall two threats having been made against Jahar by the US government prior to his 2015 trial for the Marathon bombing. The first was that if he did not cooperate, his days in the brig at Ft Devens could be difficult. (I guess we are big enough boys and girls to understand what that means.)  The other threat was that even the Defense Team was in trouble if they did not play the game as directed.

A woman named Charlene was sent from the defense team in Boston to talk to the parents of Jahar in Grozny (Russian Federation). She made a stunning remark, of which most Bostonians remain unaware. I am quoting here from an affidavit signed by Jahar’s aunt Maret who is a lawyer:

“[M]y sister Malkan, who was present, called me by telephone immediately after the meeting concluded. She revealed to me… that, during the conversation on June 19, 2014, in Grozny, Charlene the independent investigator stated flatly that the federal public defender’s office in Boston knew that Dzhokhar was not guilty as charged, and that their office was under enormous pressure from law enforcement agencies and high levels of the government of the United States not to resist conviction. [Emphasis added]”

Another affidavit was signed by Jahar’s paternal cousin Dzhamaly Maazovich, (born 1954 in Kyrgyzstan). It claims:

“Representatives of the defense team were confident in the innocence of the brothers, Tamerlan and Dzhokhar. In particular, the lead defense lawyer Judy Clarke herself agreed, adding in the conversation, “we know it – they are innocent.” Charlene, who presented herself as an independent investigator involved in the case by Dzhokhar’s lawyers; Jane, presented as a social worker and psychologist; and Olga (a translator from New Jersey … openly admitted to my brother that they knew that Dzhokhar and Tamerlan were not guilty of the bombings, and with this they were apologizing that the Tsarnaevs have had to endure the tragedy involving criminal allegations.”

Is Jahar in Need of Help Today?

Today, April 19, 2020 is the seventh anniversary of the death of Tamerlan Tsarnaev, then age 26 and the capture of his 19-year-old brother Jahar (“baptized” Dhokhar) in a boat in Watertown, Massachusetts. Jahar is now 26; Tamelran should have turned 32.

The title of this article is “Maduro Asks Americans for Help; So Does Jahar Tsarnaev.”  But to be honest I can’t say for sure Jahar is crying for help — no one can communicate with him as he is under SAMs – Special Administrative Measures.  (Note: I included the Director of the Bureau of Prisons in my December 2020 RICO lawsuit, to make a point about Jahar’s inability to let anyone know his needs.)

Does Prisoner Jahar want a new lawyer?  I attended his December 12, 2019 appeal in the Moakley Courthouse, and the new appeal lawyer, Daniel Habib, said nary a word about “innocence.” (Jahar’s innocence is provable by the color of the backpack, as seen in FBI’s records). Also the appeal did not raise the urgent matter of the US Supreme Court’s ruling in McCoy v Louisiana, which came down in 2018 after Jahar’s conviction.

That new ruling could upend the original Marathon trial of 2015, insofar as the public Defender, Judy Clarke, had imposed on Jahar a strategy by which she would indicate his guilt. In her opening statement to the jury, Clarke said “It was him.”  But in fact he pleaded not guilty to all charges. In the Louisiana case, accused murderer McCoy had got similar treatment; his lawyer overruled his wishes, indicating to a jury that he was guilty. The SCOTUS case, won by McCoy, affirms that the defendant not the lawyer has the call.

That is, you “instruct” your lawyer; he/she does not instruct you. But when there is a Public Defender, whose work is a gift to you from the government, you may think you have to obey. I quote again from the affidavit, which is duly documented n Jahar’s appeal file, written by Maret Tsarnaeva:

“Mme Clarke and Mr. Fick also requested of Anzor and Zubeidat that they assist in influencing Dzhokhar to accept the legal representation of the federal public defender’s office in Boston. Mr. Fick revealed that Dzhokhar was refusing the services of the federal public defender’s office in Boston, and sending lawyers and staff away when they visited him in custody.”

“During subsequent trips of Mme Clarke and Mr. Fick to see Dzhokhar’s parents … the strategy for defending Dzhokhar was explained …The public defender’s office in Boston intended to contend at trial … that Tamerlan, now deceased, was the mastermind of the crime, and that Dzhokhar was merely following his big brother.  I was firmly opposed to this strategy as morally and legally wrong, because Dzhokhar is not guilty, as FBI-generated evidence shows. …”

Most likely 99% of the people in Boston think Jahar pleaded guilty.  I myself was fooled

Recently it occurred to me that instead of asking Jahar to find a new lawyer, one could ask a lawyer to seek Jahar as a client.  I made up this ad, to place in a journal of law practice:

HELP!  I NEED TO SPEAK.

I AM GAGGED. PUBLIC DEFENDER WON’T LET  ME PLEAD INNOCENT.  I AM UNDER SAM’S. Please contact MaxwellMaryLLB@gmail.com

My case is US v Tsarnaev.  I am on Death Row.

Thus far, however, I have chickened out of publishing it, as the people who respond when I ask for help (such as for Martin Bryant) are INVARIABLY from The Firm.

But if you are reading this, and would dare to do your God-given duty, please let me know.  Granted, the Powers That Be might “make life difficult” for you, but maybe not.  Sometimes they are only bluffing. Quite possibly we feel frightened for no good reason.

House of cards type thing.

  1. Your a peice of shit , so is his mom , an any other defender of That guy. Think of the family’s he destroyed. Unfortunately he caught before he could leave a bomb pressure cooker at your door. Do everyone a favor , shut the fuck up, leave USA.

    • D, you obviously are unfamiliar with all the evidence. Jahar’s grey backpack was not put into evidence. A black backpack that appeared to be on some security personnel was entered instead. I guess you might be unfamiliar with the word False Flag.

      • “Your a piece of shit” should be “You’re a piece of shit.”

Unless I’ve missed the syntax somewhere….

          • It’s good to see your acquiring a broad cross-section of scrutineers, with there very forthright opinions.

          • Surprised he didn’t attack you for your lack of patriotism, and for not supporting “the troops” (although that does sound so 2001, or even 1938).

You are lucky Mary, that he didn’t go nuclear and call you a moran.

          • Thank you for teaching me a new word, Paul:

moran. Noun. (plural morans) An unmarried Maasai or Samburu warrior.

“moron”. You are a stupid moran. See more words with the same meaning: unintelligent person, idiot.

May 8, 2013 – Definitions include: a very unintelligent person; “moron”; “imbecile”. mule head. someone stupid . bimbo.

        • This drongo, galah, is not only wrong about the contraction of “you are” but also that the plural of “family” does not have the apostrophe indicating possession.

It seems that some of those Technion trolls don’t even need primary school English to claim their pay.

    • D, I think is the usual type of coward that abuses others while hiding behind the fact that his name is not required to be printed. He knows nothing of the facts of case and is probably not interested in finding out the truth of what happened.

I will give him/her a little bit of fact. A private person was able to video the scene before and after the explosion. Before the bomb was planted a “Blackwater” contactor was seen wearing a black backpack with the Blackwater ensign on that pack. After the explosion that same character was videoed running from the scene with no backpack. Game over!

This video has been extensively shown on the internet.

      • Every now and then we get a real ‘dumb-ass’ try to troll this site. I sometimes think it must be Dee doing a ‘Dorthy Dix” to try and illustrate the level of discourse on this forum compared to the low IQ dribble of the herd.

Please Dee, if you are doing it, stop it, the joke has gone far enough.

    • D, if you have any evidence at all that could be used to convict “that guy” in a court of law beyond all reasonable doubt, you should send it to the police in Boston, because currently, they have nothing.

      • The conductor must have had some slight time delay, though. His hand signals seemed to lag the performance. With or without the conductor it’s a blardy good rendition.

          • Curious as to what is happening to comments–the 2nd video I posted– Murder Most Foul has now replaced Mary’s Hallelluya and I have another post as above

part of the plan-demic I fear

          • Diane, “it’s your fault.” I mean when you see the videos changing it is only on your end of things. The rest of us only got the original. So don’t worry.

But why did you send two identical Dylan pieces? And why is this “predictive programming” — we need to know!!!!

    • Dee could sneak in on a Coast Guard cutter, in disguise as a cinematographer, and use the “enhanced Air Force surveillance” to watch what President M is doing:

    • Mary my response to your recent comment–Note Patti Smith’s “switches” and where they happen, what words cause her to falter or get wrong- also note the Audience- who- body language–symbols- who are these people ? why was Dylan not there why was this song chosen– why has Dylan made these 2 videos at this time-what is he telling us–why did I find them- who sent them to me– Tavistocks Agenda check out Elisa E Cathyfox block Cathi Morgan

As far as only happening at my end of things–that is probably because I am a targeted individual as many on Gumshoe are, I am an “experiment” -Gumshoe is “monitored” cover the little camera on your laptop when you type–

“We need to know”–Re Kubler Ross Stages of death think we are at the acceptance stage–Tavistock Agenda fait accompli- now under cyber control— let go of the crap and start again–only work with those who know their song well and now can start singing.

During a near death experience when I was 14 I was “told” There are those who know and those who don’t my purpose in this incarnation was to find those who know and work with them, My higher self has been doing that all my life and now I get it–I have met/found many amazing beautiful people along the way and we are joining forces. I also accept [and believe I have always known] it is bigger -much much bigger than me/us.

  2. Just listen to what the Channel 5 lady reporter says — “You can’t identify who shot Collier” — and in the same breath she blames Tsarnaev.

    Beautiful. Simply beautiful.

  3. Mary – you cannot lump Trump and his Admin of 2020 in with what was done prior to Trump’s role from January 20, 2017.

Under Trump the United States has taken a whole different direction.

The U.S. is no longer involved in empire building and just a quick glance over one’s shoulder at what has been achieved world wide thus far, should tell everyone that.

Maduro needs to go – his ‘income’ is derived from drugs that are still flooding into the U.S. and other parts of the world as he appeals to the very same people he is actively destroying. His jails are overflowing with his opponents while he treats Cuba, China and Iran – all Communist or religious fanatical governments (same thing) as best buddies.

Those whom Maduro moves with in this world should send alarm bells to the truly observant.

  4. The way I see US vs Venezuela is that Maduro tried a currency based on an oil standard (instead of a gold standard), this thing was basically a crypto called the Petro. US dollars were to be phased out. This Petro was to be redeemable in oil, not just printed Weimar Republic style. So Maduro had to go, in the same way as Gaddafi, who was doing a pan-Africa thing and making some progress. Now as you say “we replaced JFK with LBJ, it’s what we do”, in the same way Trump understands he will be replaced by Pompeo if he is not very careful. If Trump is eliminated, Mike Pence will do what he’s told by Vice President Pompeo and we will be all back to normal programming. SO, Trump will give Venezuela to Pompeo, he will give Syria to Russia, (except Golan heights which he has given to Israel), he will give away problem places which he simply doesn’t need or care about, because all he wants is to win the upcoming election.
Just as we say the CIA/mafia/nazis did the deal on JFK, the same CIA/mafia/nazis owns South America, especially the drugs and weapons trade, and why not. Why should there be any break from tradition, even going back to monkeys, everything was run by crime gangs, why should any of this be any different.

  5. Readers, this is the best video I have seen re virus and the false flag consequences.

Sarchi and Gates heads should roll and WHO should be demolished.

  6. Good heavens. To reply to “D” above, I’ve just googled for Anzor Tsarnaev, the Dad of the boys. I thus found this item from RT (Russia Today?) which contains an amazing photo I had never seen before and which does not appear to have been bought up by Getty Images. Hmm. I wonder how the photographer was allowed to be prowling the Watertown streets that day.

Also notice how the Mom, Zubeidat, keeps insisting that the FBI were in constant touch with her son. As I point out in my book, The Soul of Boston and the Marathon Bombing, the FBI website continued to say for years (maybe even now) that they did not know Bomber 1 and 2, even after they have admitted that they did.

  7. Speaking the truth is hard when we are living in a world of fabricated lies. These days, lying is the key to promotion in cyber surveillance snooping magik krafts. While most are watching ‘house rules’, it is difficult for them to realise that our ‘superiors’ are pedophiles that drink sacrificed childrens blood. They realise children have access to beastiality, at the touch of finger tips, but don’t make the connection.
Telling people bitter facts, when they prefer sweet lies, is our common problem. For eighteen years, I’ve been telling my wife that zionists and associates did 911, and many other crimes before and since. She’s still not sure who did it? She is no fool, being a sharp legal secretary, but
cannot realise that all powers these days are pure evil.

    • I don’t know that I would call the Bush gang “Zionist associates”, I thought they were closer to Nazis but I guess there is some overlap

  8. Everybody, please go back up to the interview with Dr Rashid Buttar, sent to us by Mal. Maybe skip the first 14 mins but listen intently to the remaining 35 mins. It is superb. Very anti-Fauci & Gates.

      • Thanks, Fish. But Physician Buttar is not really the person to answer that. He does not seem to know that there is a larger group “above” that can plan all aspects of a pandemic such as media coverage.

  9. Just read my latest ‘Neighbourhood Watch’ newsletter.

… baa baa blah blah … ”medical advice is that the safety period of close contact to another person is for a period of approximately 15 minutes or less” … baa baa blah blah.

Please – ANYONE – a reference to just ONE peer-reviewed scientific paper that this ‘medical advice’ is based on.

    (Expletive! Face Palm!!)

  10. Yes 56 agreed , it is hard convincing people about the malfeasance of the ruling elite.

We really need someone high profile, someone trusted by the masses & who’s absolutely fearless go public & speak about 9/11 , the Port Arthur Massacre , the Bali Bombing False Flag etc.

That might arouse the masses from their stupor .

  11. Diane , I feel your pain ( Re : posted comments / mismatch of videos ) .

I tried to post three comments yesterday ( all with accompanying BitChute video links ) & they all disappeared into the ether .

Dee , are you aware of your ‘ Akismet ‘ spam reducing programme incorporating algorithms that weed out certain Ruling-cabal-unapproved videos ?

( My postings yesterday contained BitChute videos that are banned on You Tube ) .

  12. Mary, First off I apologize for the person who called you names. It sickens me that people respond in this way. Nothing can be solved with that kind of content. Now to get on with my message.
I awoke at 3 AM this morning thinking of Jahar and the he is wasting away in his cell. It seems that all who were pitching for him long ago, have gone away. I guess the mountain for his innocence is turning out to be to high a climb. All have been distracted and on to some other subject. I instantly thought of you and Heather who still fight the fight. I to believe in his innocence but I am very distraught of how our system failed him. As I read about the Flynn vs the FBI I can only think this guy Flynn has connections. He got to tell more of his story. Jahar, what does he have to offer to anyone to help him reveal his framing by our government. I read somewhere that he just sits in a corner of his cell all day doing nothing. On the other hand if he does win his case and is put into the population it would be easier to have him murdered. As the news hits the airways, in regards to Flynn, many of us are realizing how corrupt Obama’s administration was. The corruption in the FBI and the Attorney Generals office. These people will go unpunished. Wouldn’t it be nice if the radical lawyer who is defending Flynn, and knows first hand of all the corruption, would take up Jahar’s case. Maybe it would be far more dangerous than defending Flynn. Maybe her career would be ruined forever. but doesn’t integrity always count more. Would like to know your thoughts.
